In this paper, we firstly review the paper related to index system of economic society development, and divide and analyze the stage of Chinese economic development by using the theory of Chenery, Hoffman and Lewis. Then we selected indicators by using GRA and FA, and also consider the cointegration relationship of these indicators with power. Finally, we propose the index system of economic society development based on the medium and long-term electric power demand forecasting, which included 3 first-level indexes, 7 second-level indicators.

For the conclusions of single parameter fault feature diagnosis has some uncertainty, in induction motor early fault, we proposed the use of multi-sensor data fusion technology, acted signal processing to the collected current, vibration and temperature, extracted feature information failure, fused the evidence independent with each other using D-S evidence fusion rules. According to the final combination results of all the evidence, combined with intermediate results of the evidence combination, we achieved the accurate identification of induction motor rotor early failures and composite fault. The diagnosis examples show that the use of multi-sensor data fusion technology can significantly improve the accuracy and reliability of early fault diagnosis.

A fault location method for HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) transmission lines is proposed in this paper, using voltages and currents measured at two terminals of dc lines in time domain. Fault traveling waves propagate from the fault point to both terminals along the faulted line. The position that the traveling wave head arrives at some moment after the fault can be used to calculate the fault location. To determine the arrival positions of traveling wave head at each time indirectly, propagation characteristic curves of traveling wave heads at local and the remote terminals are calculated with distribution currents using the stationary wavelet transform. The accuracy of fault location will not be affected by transition resistance and fault position. Simulation results show that the presented fault location method can achieve quick and accurate fault location on the whole line under probable operation modes of a bipolar HVDC transmission system.

In order to reveal the failure mechanism of TiN coating, the simulations of scratch process with finite element method are carried out. Meanwhile, the stress analysis was carried out on the three stages that stylus tip indenting coating surface, slipping on coating surface and rising from coating surface. Through the observation of simulation results and the analysis of the stress shows that there are two ways of forming coating surface cracks. One is that coating interface cracks are firstly induced, thus they are propagated to the coating surface, and finally the surface cracks are formed. Other is that cracks are directly formed in coating surface. Because they are induced by maximum tensile stress, surface cracks are modeI.After stylus tip rising from coating surface, biggish residual stresses remain in the coating. Those analyses will supply the basis of coating design and application.

A robust tracking control method for 3 DOF helicopter via least squares support vector machine with considering uncertainty and bounded disturbance is proposed in this paper. The inversion errors which is brought due to modeling errors and uncertainty can be compensated by least squares support vector machine, and the optimal regulator guaranteed dynamic characteristics of approximate linearization system and response quality of tracking error dynamic. Finally, the stability and convergence analysis of error dynamic system is proven by Lyapunov stability theory and numerical simulations have demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

The existing independent hospital information system hinders the cooperation and integration of healthcare service processes. In order to solve this problem, hospital information architecture based on cloud computing was put forward through analyzing the characteristics of medical information. The platform, system architecture and key technologies of the hospital information architecture were discussed. Software prototype was developed by using Hadoop, Tashi and MapReduce and implementation of this model proved to be feasible and effective.
