Based on the analysis of the structures of Drum Loose Dampening Feeder, we found some problems and carried on researches, put forward some improvements in accordance with the actual applications, and achieved significant effects.

Feeding, moist, loose, remoisten, cutting and bake etc. are important processes and the cutting, which is one of the most important aspects of cigarette production, is one of key processes to determine the quality of cigarettes. In this paper, the principle SD508L Hob Cutter, mechanical motion and control are analyzed, and explained how to improve the quality and other issues in cutters for tobacco productions.

As the relational database is applied widely, how to protect the sensitive data and state secrets has become a problem which needs to be solved urgently. The conventional relational database encryption technology not only reduces the system’s performance, but also results that we can not quickly inquire the encryption data through the original index mechanism due to the loss of the original partial order relation among data. This paper proposes a kind of relational database encryption technology based on the main memory database. It has not only realized the transparent encryption, decryption and ciphertext storage of the relational database, but also still retained the original response and retrieval performance. This technical proposal has very strong adaptability as well as strong practice guidance meaning for protecting the internet business data and the war-industry informative state secrets.

In this paper, a TTR vehicle rollover predication algorithm is calculated. A vehicle rollover predication model is built. Also, a vehicle rollover predication warning system is designed by using TMS320LF2407 DSP, and the warning predication theory is introduced. The results show that the rollover prediction model can predicate rollover occur time effectively and the TTR rollover predication method can be used to give direction to the driver.

In order to reduce the loss in production and guarantee the quality of tobacco, the mixed tobacco vibration screening technology was studied. It introduced a double-layer vibration sieve into the tobacco production of cigarette enterprise, realized two technical indicators that the screening efficiency is high and the false screening rate is low. Mixed tobacco screen effect is obvious, the dust content in cigarette fell down, the false screening rate decreased 62%, and the loss reduced 41%. It provides a very good reference for the research and application of vibration screening technology.

A compression, encryption, storage and retrieval system for massive data is proposed and designed which can be used in these enterprises and institutions in which the business data, which need be protected, increases rapidly. In the system, XML file format is adapted as the intermediate switching format so that the detail of the multiple types of files can be omitted. A special index supporting compression and encryption is presented in the paper. In the process, the documents are stored in the server after compressed and encrypted; an end-user can retrieve the need documents efficiently by helping of the index structure. The security of the data is guaranteed since the data is not needed to be decompressed and decrypted in the retrieval process.

The compressive capacity of composite foam sandwich tube is influenced by the fabrication process. Foam sandwich composite tube is made with technology of filled foam precut and curing molding together with prepreg ply. In order to clarify the interface to the bearing capacity, dynamics finite element software LS-DYNA was used to simulate the model whose interface is polished and waxed or not. The delamination was observed by the deformation cloud picture and displacement difference curve. The simulation showed that the composite foam sandwich tube which interface was polished and waxed before it was formed has relatively higher carrying capacity than that none-polished and none-waxed.

Horizontal fibers of the outer layers of composite foam sandwich tube affected the compressive capacity of the tube under axial load. In order to clarify the strain distributions when the horizontal fibers of the outer layers were pulled off, dynamics finite element software LS-DYNA was used to simulate the model. Variation of hoop strain and axial strain of elements were observed. The simulation showed that the hoop strain of the composite tube increased gradually from the bottom and became the maximum in the middle of the member, which caused the pull-off damage and agreed with the test results. Strain along the circumferential direction of same height on the tube was average, and the same to the axial strain.

This paper develops new methods for Trust Transfer in sparse environment based on indirectly feedback. Trust relationship between the user and strange service provider was build and adjusted automatically by the other users. We present two techniques, the first one is called Trust initialization algorithm, which is about to initialize trust relationship between user and strange service provider, and the second one is named Trust regulate algorithm based on the dynamic period feedback regulate mechanism. The simulation result demonstrate that this trust transfer method effective.

Composite foam sandwich tube, which is a sandwich structure, improves stability of the tube and strength for use compared with single-layer composite, and is available in civil engineering as bearing member of light weight, high strength, and corrosion resistance. Axial compression experiment was made for fiber reinforced resin matrix composite foam sandwich tube which is laid in 5 different ways, and the comparing analysis on damage models was made according to experimental phenomenon. The laws of influence is preliminarily recognized by analyzing influence to foam sandwich tube of fiber laying, modulus of fiber, three dimensional elastic modulus ratio, tube radius, tube thickness.

Equipment maintenance support system is important for raising maintenance support efficiency. On the analysis foundation of equipment maintenance support demand, this paper carrys out function design for maintenance support system. SOA and Web Service based realize technical systematic Architecture is put forward. Then how to adopt Web Service and J2EE have been analysed briefly. Finally, actual problems in application course that may be met are discussed and the further research direction is showed.

This template explains a design of a fuzzy temperature control system for the pressure-sensitive paint. According to the relationship between temperature difference and the current of semiconductor chip, the fuzzy system control theory, control the volume of the domain, control rules design, and design a constant current source circuit to control the current through the chip, and finally make experimental verification of the system. The system hardware uses C8051F040 MCU, temperature chip DS18B20, keyboard chip CH451.

Product packaging is one of the key industrial sectors where automation is of paramount interest. This paper deals with the conceptual design and kinematic simulation of the machine for a carton packaging robot. In a conceptual design phase, many studies for packaging robots are investigated, leading to the invention of a carton packaging robot. Combining this robot with two 3-DOF fingers mechanism, two 2-DOF fingers mechanism, two tappets and cams mechanism, a carton packaging robot can be created which is particularly suitable for package cartons at very high speed. In this paper we also present a workspace analysis methodology that can be applied for optimal design of robots in the further work.
