A novel design method for modal space controller with dynamic pressure feedback is proposed for hydraulically-driven Stewart platforms. By exploiting properties of the joint-space inverse mass matrix, an analytic modal matrix is derived which can be used for transforming the highly coupled multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) dynamics into six independent single-input single-output (SISO) channels in modal space. Based on classical control method, the modal space controller with dynamic pressure feedback is implemented and used to broaden the bandwidth of each channel in modal space separately. The effectiveness of the proposed method is examined through experiment.

In wireless sensor network (WSN), LEACH protocol is a typical representative of the hierarchical topology control protocol. Compared to plane multiple hops routing protocol, it can significantly prolong the life cycle of the network. But LEACH protocol having the problem of uneven distribution at the cluster head election, this paper proposes a low energy adaptive clustering routing protocol based on the partition. On the basis of the partition, cluster heads are selected by the energy of nodes and their location information. Simulation experiments show that the proposed protocol can be more effective than LEACH to balance the energy and improve the life cycle of the network.

In order to realize automatic picking Chinese prickly ash fruits, We designed a special picking device with a five degrees of freedom mechanical arm based on machine vision. The mechanical structure was designed and the mechanical arm working range was analyzed. The experimental results show that the recognized positioning accuracy is ±10mm, the ratio of the fruit string minimum radius and the recognition radius was 0.95.The picking success rate was 93% when picking range distance was 200-800 mm, and the empty rate caused by false identification goal was 5%. The maximum error of the 3d coordinates which were calculated was 15 mm.

The experimental results show that it can provide the efficient and significant simulation platform to research the control strategy of shaking table.

The strain measurement is a most important and absolutely necessary task on the probing into the constitution of the materials. The ways of strain measurement are theoretically divided as the mechanical type, vibrating-string type, inductive type and bonded resistance type, and the last one is widely used for its high precision and convenience. The geogrid, which has been widespread in the reinforcement structures, is more and more popular for its high strength, good toughness, corrosion resistant, anti-fatigue and effective interaction with soil. The geogrid is made of polymer, its ultimate strain can reach above 10%, and it is sensitive to the time, furthermore it usually has significant relative displacement with soil in the tests. Then some measures have to be taken to make the measuring range wider and make the all gauges achieving synchronization, measures also should be conducted to prevent the strain gauges separated from the geogrid when it has slightly bending, prevent the wires break when the gauges going forward and reduce the influences from the forward preventing measures. Some researchers have showed their techniques to avoiding part of the above problems. Based on a series of pullout tests of geogrid, this paper gives the contrast and analysis on those techniques above, and lists the relative measures that used in these tests, especially for the gauge sticking techniques and preventive measures.

While the development of automobile has provided convenience to people's daily life and economic activities, vehicle exhaust has also brought serious environmental pollution. The harmful gas produced by cars contains hydrocarbons and hydronitrogens. Among them, acetylene gas which belongs to atmospheric trace gases, cannot be affected by environmental factors. With the theory of tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technique, wavelength modulation and harmonic detecting technique, this system uses the intelligent data acquisition and processing system based on MSP430 to detect acetylene gas in real-time and display the vehicle exhaust. The system has a good stability, high measuring accuracy and long service life. It is cheap and easy to maintain. It realized low power design.

For this reason, by analyzing the theory of modeling in Paradigm and getting the relation between consistency rule and visualization modeling, the paper provides a method for visualization modeling with consistency rule. The method gets the input at first, and then creates state items, by checking states and action in the rule. Besides, getting the mouse events, it creates corresponding phase and traps to model. As the experiment, the method implements the process as design. The method brought in is valid for simplifying the process of creating visualization model.

This is a ward-called system of 64-bed. Its core component is an AT89C51 single-chip with rich internal storage resources. This system uses 8×8 matrix keyboard as its input device, a 2×8 LED as its static display, a 12MHz crystal oscillator circuit as its timer. A reset button is used to control its reset circuit. With the adoption of AT89C51 single-chip, the system has sufficient internal program memory unit and data storage unit. Therefore, there is no need for an external memory expansion with C programming language. For hospital, this is a low-cost, high-efficiency system with the advantages of easy-operation and convenient installation.

The properties of the concrete with super-fine steel slag were compared with those of the pure cement concrete. Results show that the concrete with 20% super-fine steel slag has similar compressive strength, elastic modulus, and permeability with the pure cement concrete at the age of 28 and 90 days. The addition of super-fine steel slag tends to decrease the initial slump of concrete, but it has a good ability of prevention of slump loss. The concrete with super-fine steel slag has similar anti-carbonation capacity with the pure cement concrete. The concrete with 30% super-fine steel slag has lower compressive strength, lower elastic modulus, and higher permeability than the pure cement concrete.

Its of great importance to develop various outstanding protective concrete coating with favorable impermeability and crack-resistance properties. In this study, the polyaspartic ester polyurea was prepared, and its adhesion to concrete was evaluated by universal testing machine and SEM technology. The optimal formula of polyurea was obtained by investigating the effects of each component's content on the bonding strength to concrete and the water contact angle. Subsequently, the mechanical and surface properties of these polyurea coating were tested. The results showed that the polyurea was obtained by the following formula: the weight ratio of A1/A2/B was 0.612/ 0.408/ 1, and the fluoride filler content was 3%. The coating exhibited excellent mechanical properties, such as high bonding strength (4.5 MPa), sufficient tensile strength (16.4 MPa) and elongation at break (456%). Meanwhile, the coating showed a hydrophobic surface with its water contact angle of 105°. Hence, the polyurea coating is likely to improve the crack-resistance and impermeability properties of hydraulic concrete. Till now, the polyurea coating has been applied to the concrete repair and protection engineering in the South-to-North Water Transfers Project.

The study was made on a MEMS-based thermal emissivity variable micro-thermal control device to meet the requirements of the thermal control system of the spacecraft. An emissivity adjustment model for louvers was established. Main parameters that influence the equivalent emissivity of the louver were also investigated. Characteristics such as the electrostatic torque driven by parallel electrodes were modeled and analyzed. As a result, curves of the relationship between angles driven by parallel electrodes and electrostatic torques were obtained. Based on theoretical analysis, the adjustment range of the thermal emissivity was obtained for torsional micro-thermal control devices. The results showed that the properties meet the requirements for the control of space thermal emissivity.

In general, marine propellers have complicated geometries and as a consequence complicated flow around propeller. The aim of this work is to find an appropriate method and assess the turbulence model to approach the open water hydrodynamic characteristics of the marine propellers. In this work, a numerical modeling using a finite volume commercial code (FVM) for different turbulence models has been applied on the well known conventional screw propeller DTRC P4119. The 3-D solid model of P4119 is established using pro/E software and for the mesh generation ANSYS-ICEM has been used. Steady Reynolds-Averaged Navier Stokes (RANS) simulations are accomplished using FLUENT software with unstructured mesh in the rotating computational domain and structured mesh for the rest of the domain. The open water performance coefficients, thrust (KT), torque (KQ) and efficiency (η) have been calculated and compared with available experimental data to assess the applicability of different turbulence models for the open water study of propeller. This paper shows that, the accuracy of the CFD based on RANS equations is dependent on the used turbulence model and the RNG K-epsilon turbulence model yields to provide the most accurate results. Also, all the turbulence models via FLUENT software behave the same behavior for the total span of the advance coefficient (J) with two types of result accuracy. All the turbulence models shows high accuracy at low advance coefficient and this accuracy decreases but with an acceptable error till it decreases suddenly at the maximum advance coefficient.

The test results calibrated by RBF neural network show that, the test results of the method are accurate and available, and the method is effective and available for real-time body and wheel status data to further understand the agricultural machinery.

The sewage diffusion is an environmental material for protecting marine environment. It plays an important role in port engineering. Its effect under deep water was carried out between different diffuser design parameters based on the hydraulic model test, and YangKou sewage marine disposal project was taken as an example. For YangKou project, jet angle was controlled to be 0 degree, and horizontal angle was controlled to be 0 degree. It not only can ensure that sewage fully diluted mixed, also can avoid the premature convergence and sewage lifting. It is feasible for selecting large angle nozzle under deep water and there are some technical bases have been provided for other sewage marine disposal project.

The parallel grooved multi-layer winding drum can wind rapidly and reliably compared to traditional multi-layer winding drum, because of the special groove which is generated by circular and helical motion. The present paper represented the key winding stage for parallel grooved drum was the helical motion in first circle on the second layer, and the stage was simulated in ADAMS under several factors as fleet angle, winding linear velocity and rope tension. Taguchi method was adopted to estimate the winding performance through two simulation outputs, including the time delay compared to ideal time and the sum of amplitude error during the delayed time. Experiment was applied by considering more factors than that in ADAMS, and the experiment results could verify the validity of simulation in ADAMS. The simulation and experiment results showed that the optimal winding performance could be obtained with certain combination of factors.

In this thesis, a dynamic analysis model is established that subjected to a series of moving harmonic loads, and the analytical solution of the dynamic response is deduced based on the mode superposition method. Based on this analytical solution, a program is made to calculate the vertical dynamic response of simply-supported beam. The calculation results show that the analytical solution is reasonable and correct. When the harmonic frequency is near to the fundamental frequency of the simply-supported beam, the resonance phenomenon will occur. The dynamic response of the beam will decrease as the speed increases, and the presence of damp can suppress the vibration of the bridge.

In recent years, the rapid development of industrial computer technology has provided the foundation for manufacturing automation and informatization. Intelligent Flexible Manufacturing Cell is being integrated with more complicated additional functions to realize the cooperation among CNC machines or between CNC machine and robot. How to detect the systems status rapidly and timely becomes one of the most concerned problems. This paper proposes a remote monitoring system for Intelligent Flexible Manufacturing Cell, designs the remote monitoring platform, determines the communication systems network structure, and establishes the database and software of monitoring system. The result shows that the system obtains a good result in practical application.

OFDM system is sensitive to the frequency offset, by which the orthogonality will be destroyed between the sub-carriers and the Inter-Carrier Interference (ICI) will be generated. Considered that the colored noise is often studied in the dynamic data processing, an adaptive Unscented Kalman Filter (UKF) is presented to estimate and eliminate the frequency offset in this paper. Adaptive factors are introduced into the iteration of the state variance and the noise variance to inhibit the misalignment in the filtering caused by the correlation of the noise. The results of simulation show favorable estimation of the frequency offset, as well as the smoothing effect of the adaptive UKF, which is the evidence of the strong tracking effect of the proposed algorithm.

In order to improve the cleaning efficiency of curtain wall, a pneumatic robot is designed. The robot is consists of mobile system, adsorption system and cleaning system. The mobile system is a cross-shaped framework that is driven by the pneumatic system and moves mutually. Vacuum sucker scheme is adopted in the adsorption system. Cleaning brush is driven directly backward and forward by the cylinder. The adsorption and detachment of robot feet sucker, body movement and sequence control of the robot cleaning task are controlled by the PLC. The function that robot can clean glass curtain wall efficiently by the harmony operation is achieved.

Based on the current key problem of the ultra high pressure control technology on the small cavity, an analysis method of the ultra high pressure control was put forward on 500ml small cavity. The mathematical model was derived on pressure-volume change of the small cavity. A pressure control system was set up on the small cavity according to the model. Control program was done using labview software, test process was completed automatically, test data was displayed in real time and the output data and report form was received. The test results show that the system have achieved the function of a increasing ultra pressure. The capacity of system increasing pressure is up to 150Mpa, controlling pressure accuracy up to 0.31% and the holding pressure accuracy up to 0.48%.

In this study, we analyze the influence of passive joint viscous friction on modal space decoupling for a class of symmetric spatial parallel mechanisms. The Jacobian matrix relating the platform movements to each passive joint velocity is first gained by vector analysis and the passive joint damping matrix is then derived by applying the Kane method. Next, an analytic formula index measuring the damping non-proportionality is proposed using classical modal analysis of dynamic equations in task space. Based on the index, a new optimal design method is found which establishes the kinematics parameters for minimizing the non-proportional part of damping and achieves optimal fault tolerance for modal space decoupling. To illustrate the effectiveness of the theory, the new method was used to redesign two configurations of an actual group manipulator.

Because of its advantageous aerodynamic performance, the vertical-axis wind turbine (VAWT) has gained more and more attention. This paper studies the vibration characteristic of the VAWT main spindle, and presents a mechanical and electromechanical coordination vibration suppression method for the VAWT main spindle. The proposed method can measure main spindle current vibration intensity in real-time. And when the main spindle vibration intensity exceeds preset critical control threshold value, the method can use both the on-line intelligent analysis decision and the mechanical and electromechanical coordinated controller to suppress the main spindle vibration, as well as to make the VAWT maintain mechanical stability. At the same time, the method can ensure the VAWT meets maximum wind energy capture efficiency as far as possible.

Yangjiawan grand bridge is located in Lanzhou section of the Yellow River. In order to study the change laws near the bridge site of flow direction, velocity distribution, water surface slope, backwater area, river bed topography change and the effect of flood control on Lanzhou city after the bridge-built when the river gets through the average discharge, 20-year discharge, and 100-year discharge before and after the bridge-built. Based on the similar principle of model, the river near the bridge site was simulated by the hydraulic model experiment of movable bed. The result of experiment showed that the design data adopted in bridge project of Yangjiawan grand bridge were reasonable and fulfilled the requirements of city flood control. It was also suggested to excavate and dredge river near the piers of 6# ~11# and strengthen embankment near the riverbank and protection of constructions after the bridge-built.

Based on the disciplines theory such as the mechanics and electromagnetics, this paper presents three kinds of electromaglev linear feed unit, with the help of the 3D modeling software Solidworks and large general purpose finite element analysis software ANSYS. The statics analysis on workbenches of the three kinds of electromaglev linear feed unit are made by using of ANSYS, then the results are analyzed and compared. It can be identified as the conclusion that, the structural stiffness on workbenches of the three kinds of magnetic linear feed unit can basically meets the requirement, and all of them can be selected as the needed structural design. But the four-L separately suspended and oriented type electromaglev linear feed unit has the better structure stiffness, and take the weight, cost, load capacity and dynamic characteristics and other factors into account, we preferred to choose the workbench design of the four-L-pillar separately suspended and oriented type electromaglev linear feed unit.

With the increasingly sophisticated theory of concrete filled steel tube (CFST) and its’ wide application, how to make the CFST steel beam-column joints (SBCJS) becomes one of the key problems in research. According to the relevant references in and abroad, types and research done on CFST SBCJ are introduced, including outer annular-stiffener type, Inner stiffening ring type connection with anchorages type, beam integral breakthrough type etc. Finally the key problems need to be further studied are promoted.

This paper discusses results of experiments on blind bolted end plate joints to concrete-filled thin-walled steel tubular (CFTST) columns. Four exterior joints to CFTST columns subjected to cyclic loadings. A feature of this novel joint is the use of the blind bolts and extensions to these bolts into the concrete-filled square steel tubular column. Failure modes, moment-rotation hysteretic curves and energy consumption of the connections were analyzed. Further, the connection rigidity and ductility were also elevated by present specifications. The test results showed that the end plate type and the steel tube thickness affect the seismic behaviour of the typed blind bolted end plate joints. The proposed joint has reasonable strength, stiffness and ductility by taking reasonable end plate type, steel tube thickness and blind bolt anchorage; its ultimate connection rotation satisfies the ductility design requirements, and could be reliably and safety used in low-layer or multi-layer composite frames.

Using dominating set can aggregate the complex physical network topologies into simple virtual topologies and reduce the cost of the networks. In the Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) network, the dominating set constructed based on label router can effectively aggregate MPLS network topology and reduce the amount of Label Switching Path (LSP), so as to save the expenses of network maintain information. However, simply considering the size of dominating set can't guarantee the best performance of the networks after aggregating. Therefore, an improved algorithm based on breadth-first search spanning tree is proposed, considering the size of the dominating set, bandwidth performance of the nodes and path length between nodes, which can effectively extend the MPLS network, with excellent bandwidth performance and reduce the data transmission delay.

Vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT) plays one of the important roles in wind power equipments. When joining the magnetic levitation technology, the VAWTs can effectively reduce the friction torque to improve startup performance and increase the power coefficient. At the same time, the mechanical vibration can be reduced, and its actual functioning time can be extended. In this paper, the structure, working principle and mathematical model were introduced respectively with an intention to present the magnetic supporting structure of a VAWT. Then the self adaptive integral-type sliding mode control (AISMC) was offered and designed. Compared with convention-al PID control, the simulations show that the system under the AISMC control has a better dynamic response and robust characteristic.

The abrasive wear of 45 steel and HT200 iron which are usually used on agriculture machine was tested by alfalfa powder on a grinding abrasion testing machine. The chemical composition on both wear metal surface and original surface were analysed with energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The results indicated that metal element contents on the metal wear surface were decreased, while the nonmetallic element contents were increased.

Metal materials wear loss against plant abrasive of different wear process was obtained by simulation test on the abrasive wear testing machine. On the basis of it, the GM (1, 1) model is established by using grey theory. Then the state of experiment data is divided using markov chain, the state transition matrix is constructed, finally the grey markovian model is established and wear prediction of metal materials against plant abrasive is gained. The results indicate that wear prediction based on the grey markovian model is more precise than the GM (1, 1), model, relative error being only 1.13%

This article chooses the evaluation index from The Report of Sustainable Development Strategy of China and quantifies the environmental innovation level. We exploit the data of western region from the year 1995 to 2010 and forecast the regional environmental innovation level in 2011 and 2012 through ARIMA model. The result of prediction indicates the tendency of stable increase of this level. We then use unit root test, co-integration analysis and Granger Causality to test the relationship between the environmental innovation and economic growth. The result shows the long-term equilibrium relationship between them; environmental innovation has positive external spillover effects on economic growth and they follow the Granger Causality. The results of empirical analysis comply with the situation of societal and economic development of western area. Finally, the relevant policy recommendations are proposed.

The characteristics of the continuous wavelet transform scalogram of the aeroengine vibration signal could show the fault symptomatic in the 2-dimensional space and identify the rub-impact fault of the aeroengine. In order to get the precise feature for fault analysis, the statistical features of the scalogram which incorporated the Tamura vision features were proposed to diagnose the aeroengine rub-impact faults quantitatively. The experiments on the aeroengine test data demonstrate these statistic characteristics of the scalogram effectively diagnose the rub-impact faults.

In the fields of numerical control machine, robot etc, vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has widely application prospects. Proportion integration (PI) adjustment block, coordinate transformation block, space vector pulse width module (SVPWM) block and the simulation model of the whole system are built in MATLAB/SIMULINK according to the mathematical model, SVPWM technique and vector control theory of PMSM. The simulation results show that stator winding triphase current can run smoothly, speed and output torque can be accurately follow the given value. The results provide the basis for further research of the performance of the PMSM control system.

This paper presents a theoretical analysis and experimental evaluation of the switched reluctance generator (SRG) for off-grid variable-speed wind energy applications. The detailed model, control parameters and operational characteristics of the SRG as well as variable-speed wind turbine are discussed. In order to drive the wind energy conversion system (WECS) to the point of maximum aerodynamic efficiency, a SRG power output feedback control strategy which optimized angle position-current chopping control cooperating PI regulator is proposed. The control strategy is also demonstrated by means of Matlab/Simulink. Moreover, an experimental test system is set up, which a cage induction machine is used to emulate the variable-speed wind turbine. The experimental results validate the proposed control strategy and confirm the SRG performance.

This paper introduced the working principle of magnetic levitation rail machine and carried out the magnetic analysis. Take the weight of 132N simulation workbench prototype for example, finite element analysis of rail electromagnetic fields is applied through ANSYS software to find out the variation law of magnetic field distribution and affecting factors. Analysis shows that magnetic levitation rail machine has small leakage magnetic field, high load capacity and large anti-external disturbances capacity if the parallelism and the straightness of magnetic levitation rail machine are no more than 0.1mm and 0.2mm respectively when the table is suspended normally. The research results provides theoretical basis for structural optimization of the magnetic levitation rail machine.

Aiming at the presently slow informationization development phenomenon in the drawing and coving workshop of textile enterprise, we analyze actual existing problems in production management and information development, use some theories and techniques to propose many solutions. According to the actual requirements of workshop, we implement a real-time monitoring and control system based on LAN. System’s structure and workflow, the key techniques within the system development are researched, the accuracy of production data is ensured by using numerical approximation theories. As proved by practice, the system's structure is simple, easy maintenance and low cost, meantime, furthermore, system can run stably, collect accurately production data, and its functions meet production control and information management of workshop needs.
