In this work, modified fly ash by Na2CO3 was prepared and used to remove the Cr (VI) in simulate wastewater, which was rarely reported in domestic and foreign. In the meantime, every single-factor experiment, which maybe influenced the removal ratio of Cr (VI), was done. The major-minor order of test factors and the optimum combination processing conditions influencing the treatment effects of Cr (VI) were determined according to the orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the major-minor order was initial concentration of Cr (VI), dosage of modified fly ash, adsorption duration, temperature and pH values. And the optimum combination of above discussed factors was 15 mg/L, 5 g, 90 min, 30 oC and 2.5, respectively. Under this optimum condition, the removal rate of Cr (VI) can reach more than 74.86%, approximately 1.35 times compared to that of original fly ash.

Under pseudo-periodic strain, the thermo-effect plays an important role in the fatigue fracture of material. How to construct the related mechanics model is a practical issue. For simple bending of iron wire under pseudo-periodic, based on local rotation concept, the deformation is described by the local rotation angle. Then, the related motion equations are used to obtain the theoretical form of life-strain rate relation. The results show that: (1) The local rotation angle rate can represent thermo-effects well; (2) The fatigue fracture is nucleated at the position of maximum local rotation angle; (3) The intrinsic mechanism of fatigue fracture of the material is the local rotation.

As the rapid development of network, the requirement of network measurement becomes various and the results of network measurement are applied in many fields including anomaly detection, accounting, network management etc. But the measurement resources are limit and the measurement tools or algorithms are not flexible. So how to support the diversity of network measurement requirements must be studied. With reference to the SDM, this paper proposes a novel hierarchical measurement structure including three layers and provides the network measurement reconfiguration model (NMRM).The NMRM decouples the measurement requirement from the measurement resources and supplies an ability of reconfiguration of network measurement by composing the measurement resources according to some measurement requirement dynamically. The NMRM can support flexible, dynamic and concurrent measurement in the network.

The inclusion measure is an important index of fuzzy logic because of its wide application. This paper aims to put forward a new fuzzy inclusion measure. Based on the previous related research results, an axiomatic definition with three axioms is first chosen for the purpose of making the fuzzy inclusion measure in the true spirit of fuzzy logic. A calculation formula is built under the constraints of the chosen definition, that is to say that the calculation formula is consistent with the three axioms. Two properties are discussed. Finally, two examples are used to verify the rationality of the new inclusion measure between fuzzy sets.

The circular actuators of dielectric elastomer are a type of basic configurations [1]. A pre-stretched polymer film with an annulus electrode will be investigated in this work. The deformation along the radius was be proved to be inhomogeneous [2]. We study the inhomogeneous properties of circular ring actuators based on the ideal dielectric model and meanwhile obtain the failure modes of tension loss which will occur under different geometric parameters. For this type of circular actuator, the loss of tension will occur before electric breakdown. The method illustrated here is generic and can be applied to other complex circular configuration. The results will contribute to the further improvement of DE.

For the capacity and the location of the photovoltaic power generation in the urban distribution network, this paper adopts LSI(Loss sensitivity index) to determine the access to the location of photovoltaic power generation system. At the same time, we put forward a kind of multi-objective programming methods for the distribution network, which adopts three sorts of indices including LOI(Loss optimization index), EOI(Environmental optimization index) and VQI (Voltage quality index) as a multi-objective function. Therefore, an auxiliary search space is built in this paper to improve BPSO(binary particle swarm algorithm), in order to solve the complicated nonlinear optimization problem. And through the simulation verification IEEE-30, the simulation results show that this method can realize the optimization of distribution network system configuration.

A procedure for deriving a dynamic model of an air condition system was described in this paper. The system consisted of a zone, cooling coils and fan. Room thermal balance model and dynamic model of AC control system components including sensor, cooling coils and ducts, were established. This model accurately predicts the effect of inlet air temperature during closed loop control of output air temperature using chilled water flow rate as a control input. Fuzzy adaptive control (FAC) combined with proportional integral derivative (PID) control algorithms (FAC-PID) were used to control the chilled water flow rate. Computational simulations were carried out in toolbox Simulink of Matlab. The fuzzy parameters were carefully tuned to produce less oscillatory responses. The results show that the system based on FAC-PID control is capable of controlling the disturbance efficiently with less time lag and small error than PID control.

The traditional reconstruction method of Compressive Sensing (CS) was mostly depended on L1-norm linear regression model. And here we propose Bayesian Compressive Sensing (BCS) to reconstruct the signal. It provides posterior distribution of the parameter rather than point estimate, so we can get the uncertainty of the estimation to optimize the data reconstruction process adaptively. In this paper, we employ hierarchical form of Laplace prior, and aiming at improving the efficiency of reconstruction, we segment image into blocks, employ various sample rates to compress different kinds of block and utilize relevance vector machine (RVM) to sparse signal in the reconstruction process. At last, we provide experimental result of image, and compare with the state-of-the-art CS algorithms, it demonstrating the superior performance of the proposed approach.
