The paper introduced the design procedure and design method of warm mixing regeneration mixture AC13. The water stability of warm mixing regeneration mixture was studied systematically with Evotherm warm mixing agent and self-prepared interface dispersant, the form change of old asphalt membrane and old aggregate in RAP was analyzed based on interface effect, and the optimum interface dispersant dosage was determined on this base. Results showed that: with the the interface dispersant dosage rising, significant changes of the TSR and splitting strength frozen-thawed before and after of warm mixing regeneration mixture occurred; when the interface dispersant dosage reached 2‰(based on RAP), both the TSR and splitting strength frozen-thawed before and after of warm mixing regeneration mixture were high,which verified the excellent water stability of warm mixing regeneration mixture; superfluous interface dispersant had negative effects on the water stability of warm mixing regeneration mixture.The exfoliation between old asphalt membrane and old aggregate and secondary coat were realized by interface effect.

Network Security Situation Awareness (NSSA) is a hot topic in network security field, and cloud computing is a new technology integrated virtual storage and distributed computing. It has become the challenging questions how to provide efficient and reliable service for NSSA based on the cloud computing.This paper proposes a cloud security situation awareness model based on data mining, and puts forwarda parallelfrequent-tree Apriori algorithm (PFT-Apriori) for mining association rules. Compare with the traditional Apriori algorithm, the experimental results show that the performance of system is increased by 51% under PFT-algorithm.

According to the occurrence conditions of deeply inclined coal seam of 81206 working face in Yanya coal mine, methods including transmission rock theory calculation and numerical calculation based on the relationship between supports and surrounding rock are used to calculate and analyze. The proper working resistance of support is 5979.2kN and the supporting intensity is 0.8~0.95MPa. The regression equation associated with roof subsidence displacement , thickness of the coal seam, working face length and supporting intensity is accomplished, which provides theoretical basis for the support selection.

The purpose of this study is to obtain the running situation of the network service accurately and efficiently, and then to perceive the overall security situation of the network. Simultaneity, find the potential agressire behavior and abnormal status. A service-oriented approach is presented. After establishing an evaluation index system at the network level, extracting the momentum factors, we use fuzzy AHP combining with evidence theory for real-time evaluation of network security situation to get the running situation of the network service, and then to evaluate the overall security situation of the network, identify potential attacks and network anomalies, help network policy makers take positive action and avoid to cause irreparable serious consequences. Experimental data show that the network security posture assessment results can be sensitive to changes in network status and accurately reflect the status of the network's security situation.

Image segmentation is an important part of the image processing. Currently, image segmentation methods are mainly the threshold-based segmentation method, the region-based segmentation method, the edge-based segmentation method and the Snake model based on energy function etc. This paper presents a novel image segmentation method based on the Poisson equation. The goal of the segmentation method is to divide the image into two homogeneous parts, the boundary portion and the non-boundary portion, which have similar gray values in homogeneous part. The key of the method is to build a Poisson equation with Dirichlet boundary condition. It sets a gradient threshold as the Dirichlet boundary condition of the Poisson equation, and gets a binary image by retaining the image boundary and smoothing the non-image boundary. Then simple binary segmentation will be able to get the image boundary. The experimental results show that this segmentation method can get accurate image boundaries for non-noise images and the weak noise images.

To study the dispersion of fuel droplets in the supersonic flow and reveal the momentum and heat exchanges between two phases, a large eddy simulation (LES) and particle Lagrangian tracking model were employed to numerically simulate two-phase mixing layer flows, using the one-way coupling method. The velocity fluctuation disturbances were added to inspire the flow instabilities. The motions of droplets in different diameters and droplets’ response to the large scale eddies were analyzed. The results indicated that droplets of 1micro diameter below are corresponded with the motions of coherent vortexes in the mixing layer. The more intense momentum and heat exchange are performed with decreasing the droplet’s diameter. The well mixing of fuel droplets in turbulence would make the combustion preparedness more sufficient. The research conclusions are of important academic value for further analyzing the two-phase dynamics in the scramjet.

Aluminum alloy have the active chemical properties,low standard electrode potential, and the surface will be easily forming about 1-3nm oxide film in dry air, therefore aluminum alloy have the poor corrosion resistance.ZrN film deposited by mid frequency reactive magnetron sputtering process on aluminium alloy surface in order to improve the corrosion performance. Study the influences of nitrogen flow rate, sputtering time and temperature to the corrosion performance. The results show that: The corrosion performance of ZrN films will be improved with the nitrogen flow rate increase,but when the nitrogen flow rate was more than 18sccm, ZrN film corrosion resistance will be reduce;The corrosion performance improved with the sputtering time increase,when the time reach 15min, ZrN film corrosion resistance was no longer increase;The corrosion performance improved with the temperature, when the temperature reach 130°C, the corrosion resistance was no longer increase.The best process parameters was: nitrogen flow rate 18sccm, sputtering time 15min, temperature 130°C.

TiN film deposited by mid frequency reactive magnetron sputtering process on aluminium alloys surface,which can improved the color of aluminium alloys.Use International Commission on Illumination(CIE) 1976(L*、a*、b*) to calibrate the film color,and use the photoelectric spectrocolorimeter of CM-2600d to research the influence of nitrogen flow rate, sputtering time to the film color.The results show that,TiN thin film color will be change from light yellow, yellow, golden yellow to deep yellow with the nitrogen flow rate and the sputtering time increased.When the nitrogen flow rate reach 18sccm and the sputtering time reach 15min,the color parameter will be L*= 83,a*= 2,b*= 30. At this point, the film thickness is 70nm,TiN thin films have golden yellow color, which have the excellent mechanical characteristic.

Full-scale of U-type and grooved-type slotted end plate (SEP) connections are tested to determine their failure modes and damage mechanisms under ultimate loading. Simulate on mechanical behaviors of U-type and grooved-type SEP connections under compression using finite element software ANSYS based on the experimental research. Obtain load-vertical displacement curves of the SEP connections, and compare with the experimental results to determine the validity of the model. On this basis, this paper provide the improved SEP connections, and contrast with the U-type and grooved-type SEP connections. The results indicate that finite element results are in good agreement with experimental data. Difference of the ultimate load between the test specimen and finite element model is less than 10%. The finite element can simulate mechanical behaviors of the SEP connections better. The ultimate bearing capacity of the UC-type SEP connected joints is significantly higher than the U-type and grooved-type, which shows the improved SEP Connections is reasonable and effective. SEP is the main factor of the U-type and grooved-type SEP Connections’ ultimate load, tube is controlling factor of the UC-type SEP connected joints.

Four different types of full-scale slotted end plate (SEP) connection joints are tested to determine their failure modes and damage mechanisms under ultimate load, also analyze their force-displacement behaviors and developing processes of deformation and stress. The results show that ultimate bearing capacity of the I-type SEP joint is only approximate 1/2 of the other three types of SEP joints, which indicate the SEP’s type have great influence on the ultimate strength of joints. The instability of SEP is the main factor to cause the loss of bearing capacity of the connection joints, which is shown through the development of stress, that SEP enters into plastic stage and the other regions still are elastic.

The 3D visualization technology is a kind of means and methods to achieve the human-computer interaction. Instead of the discrete objects in container terminal yard, the cargo in bulk terminal yard is always being a form with particle. This paper gives a method which integrates modeling manually and real-time reconstruction automatically to achieve 3D visualization of bulk terminal yard. Since to meet the requirement of real-time rendering and also decision data computing fast, this paper designs the data structure to describe the digital stockpile formed with a hierarchy relationship between surfaces, sections and space points, and also considers the closest distance as the main condition for searching and updating an old section, to visualize the working process in bucket terminal yard.

At present, lots of work focus on spectrum allocation of wireless networks, and pay little attention about optimization network access. In this paper, we propose a cognitive access selection approach of heterogeneous wireless networks based on fuzzy logic. By means of established access selection factors and its membership functions(MFs), we can access optimal network using presupposition fuzzy rules according to service types. Finally, simulation experiments shown the approach is effective.

3D visualization simulation is the important research method of port logistic production system, whereas the lack of uniform standard and interface of 3D simulation model, it is very difficult to share the simulation model resource, and which caused modeling repeatedly and developing efficiency lowly. Container terminal 3D simulation model repository should be considered as the key factor of solving the problems of developing low-efficiency and model no reuse of logistic system. This paper classified the model resources required by container terminal 3D simulation, explained the functions of container terminal 3D simulation model repository, and gave its framework. Finally, we discussed the key techniques to implement the container terminal 3D simulation model repository.

Base on the structure and working principle of electronic fuel injector, according to the related theories of electromagnetic field and flow field, the mathematical model of the electromagnetic force and fuel pressure have been deduced. Then using the finite element method to make a detailed analysis of magnetic permeability, core diameter, the working air gap, winding radius influence on the dynamic characteristic of the injector. According to this analysis, optimize those parameters for a new electronic injector, using the dynamic measurement system for a test, the results show the optimized injector has a better dynamic response than the unoptimized one.

In this paper the model of special metal cutting NC machine Tool is presented, which consists of a base module, an overall control module, particular functional modules as well as a relation module. Each module involved in aforementioned model will be composed by software, hardware and mechanical parts, so as to combine the convergence of the ideas of modularization and mechanical-electrical integration into current understanding of special NC machine tool through the proposed model. Specially, the relation module is introduced to deal with the linking among all the other modules. The presented model aims to broaden the perspective of machine designers intending to increase the efficiency in machine design. By giving the so-called function unit model a novel modeling approach is delivered to carry out control research of special metal cutting NC machine, which is followed by the formalization description method presented as a possible abstraction methodology towards the efficient description and identification of special metal cutting NC machine tool.
