This paper presents a study on the effect of input noise on the detect index of structural damage. The main procedures include that, for some structures with small damage, the different dynamics response are obtained under the given input function and various input noise level, and then, the structural damage index is constructed using the energy spectrum of the sub-signal decomposed by wavelet analysis. Results show that the relationship between the different input noise level and the damage index is nonlinear, and some optimal signal/noise ratio can be found in order to obtain the most sensitive damage index to small structural damage.

Based on AMESim, by the analysis of the Conveyor Belt four discrete model, Select and built the Kelvin-Voigt model which is simple and applicable, by comparative analysis of drawing on four commonly used to start the acceleration (uniform acceleration, triangle acceleration, trapezoidal acceleration and the Harrison), Select the Harrison speed as the starting acceleration and Using AMESim to establish the starting model of acceleration.

The coding technology has been verified by applying on Kingdee WISE K/3 PLM system. For the problem of office chair non-digital product data digitization, puts forward the Office Chair Template Data Acquisition & Output Technology, to digitalise the non-digital data for facilitating the PDM system to manage, share to CAM equipment. The technology has been successfully applying to Landmega Furniture Co., Ltd.

By analysis the humanized design principle of medical furniture, as a special medical equipment, it emphasizes that the patients psychological needs should be considered in the design of medical furniture, and proposes new humanized design methods from each design essential factor to make the medical treatment environment better.

The evaluation method of residential building envelope thermal performance in hot-summer and cold-winter area is different from the method of the cold northern regions, that is, the merit of the thermal performance of walls and roofs should not be determined only by the heat transfer coefficient K or thermal resistance R, the impact of the thermal inertia index on the thermal performance of building envelope should also be considered. The analysis results show that, with the different values of thermal inertia index D, the difference of residential summer air-conditioning power consumption is not big, but the difference of residential winter heating power consumption is bigger, therefore, the high thermal inert wall is more conductive to reduce the winter heating power consumption than the low thermal inert wall.

Fissure is one of the most important characteristics in expansive soil. It’s an important factor affecting slope stability in the expansive soil area. With the study of expansive soils typical channel slope fissured characters in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, different impaction on slope stability such as location and inclination of the fissure are analyzed. By using the limit equilibrium method, the stability of expansive soil slope is analyzed; the most adverse condition of expansive soil slope is concluded. Then anti-slippery pile reinforcement in expansive soil channel slope is studied by using finite difference method. The research is of great significance to the construction and reinforcement of expansive soil slopes in South-to-North Water Diversion Project.

Numerical simulation in the printer cover product molding process with gas assisted injection molding was carried out by means of computer aided engineering. The filling process and surface quality were forecasted. The simulation results provide an important reference for the selection in the production process parameters. Compared with the production molding process and the actual product, CAE technology used in actual production and design is entirely feasible.

Compression simulation of package in ANSYS software will find design defects. Based on the simulation results, DOE(Design Exploration Module) generates the optimization design in accordance with the response surface analysis. The packaging cushion foams size parametric design and multi-objective optimization were carried out. Optimal design points were obtained. The foams size parameters were generated by Goal Driven Optimization. The new cushion model parameters will be adjusted automatically according to optimization results. The compression simulation of the new design model was performed to identify the reliability.

The main purpose of recycling is to reuse existing pavement material. First this paper reviews the necessary, feasibility and mechanistic analysis of recycled asphalt mixture, then summarizes the findings of a laboratory study to characterize and design recycled asphalt concrete mixtures using different tests. The laboratory tests carried out on the material were conventional test methods including unconfined compressive strength, cleavage strength, resilient modulus and shrinkage properties tests. The results of the laboratory can be taken as reference in design, engineering and further research．

The compression simulation of LCD package indicates some potential design problems. Under large compression force the package will slope due to asymmetric deformation. The 3-D whole package parametric model was built in Pro/Engineer. Compression process simulation of package in Ansys will find design defects. Based on the simulation results, Ansys Design Exploration module generates the optimization design in accordance with the response surface analysis result. The compression simulation was performed to identify the reliability of the new design. In addition, some guidance on the cushion packaging parametric design and optimization was put forward.

Nowadays the mechanical properties of epoxy resin used to paste CFRP strengthening the concrete structures, has a sharp drop in more than 60°C. Four CFRP-strengthened concrete one-way slabs were studied in the fire, one using epoxy resin and the other three using inorganic adhesive (Magnesium Oxychloride Cement). The experimental results show that :(a) The fire resistance performance of CFRP-strengthened concrete slab by inorganic adhesive with 15mm thickness fire protection was better than the slab without fire protection; (b) Without considering the impact of burst, the fire resistance performance of CFRP-strengthened concrete slab by inorganic adhesive with 30mm fire protection was better than the slab with 15mm fire protection;(c)Under the same fire protection measures, the fire resistance performance of CFRP-strengthened concrete slab with inorganic adhesive was better than the concrete slab strengthened with CFRP by epoxy adhesive.

The research on Communication based on Ad hoc networks between vehicles is highly concerned about in many countries. However, Vehicular Ad hoc Networks (VANETs) is in the environment in which traditional methods have certain limitations. In this paper, vehicular network scenarios and the probability of penetration model are given. Through adding obstacles and the probability of penetration model to NS2, GPSR performs better in the new simulation scenarios.

The vapor and gas permeabilities of the polyethylene films, casting polypropylene films and nylon films were tested in the paper. The keeping fresh performances were analyzed. It was found that the life time of vegetable packaged by films with high gas permeability is longer. The films with high vapor permeability reduce the accumulation of water droplets, but the leaves of vegetable change from green to yellow for lack of oxygen. It shows that the gas permeability of the film is more important than its vapor permeability for the vegetable storage. The family should choose the films with high gas permeability and appropriate vapor permeability to store vegetables.
