In order to satisfy the orientation measuring requirements of rigid-body such as work piece, cutting tool in industry, the paper presents a binocular vision detection technique based on spatial position information of markers to extract rigid-body pose information and analyzes the pose accuracy of rigid-body using the principal component analysis (PCA) when spatial position error of markers exist. The simulation experiment demonstrates the maximum angle error of orientation is about 0.59 degree when the position error of markers satisfy the Gaussian distribution with the mean is zero and the standard deviation is 0~3mm. The experimental results verify this method can robustly solve the orientation of rigid body using the position information of markers with position errors, and it provides a theoretical and experimental basis for orientation measurement of rigid body.

Based on VAR model, the effects of economic growth, industrial structure and energy efficiency on Jilin province’s carbon emission have been analyzed. It is found out that economic growth and energy efficiency change in the opposite direction of carbon emission, while industrial structure changes in the same direction of it, which are main reasons for carbon emission growth. According to this, government should apply its “green function” so as to adjust industrial structure, improve energy transformation and energy efficiency.

Steel Reinforce Concrete Beam (SRCB) has a better flexural strength and excellent performances of ductility and seismic resistance in contrast to reinforce concrete beam.Six SRCB have been done with different compressive strength of concrete,rebar ratio,rebar cover thickness and steel cover thickness. The paper analyses the character of deflection and crack development process in following aspects: the development of maximum width and average width of crack, the law between strain of rebar and steel with the width of crack and the crack closing character. Experimental study indicates that the deflection and crack development can be devided into three stages. SRCB with reasonable rebar and H-section steel arrangement manner has excellent serviceable performance,such as deflection, resistance to crack, crack width and crack closing performance.

Two experimental areas in a highway soft soil ground treatment project in Guangdong Province were designed to investigate the improvement mechanism of geogrid-reinforced and pile-supported embankment(GRPS).The experimental results showed: In End-bearing Pile Area,the differential settlement between pile and soil was bigger than that of Floating Pile Area,so the bearing capacity of soil was exerted to a certain extent in Floating Pile Area. The bearing efficacy of soil below the pile cap was little, so the replacement ratio of composite foundation could be calculated according to the pile cap dimension. The load transfer efficacy of the geogrid was better than that of the soil arch. Five kinds of methods were used to evaluate the soil arch in the fill and it was indicated that the results calculated by the BS8006 method and Carlsson method was close to the experimental data which was smaller than results calculated by Hewlett method and Terzaghi method, bigger than Guido method. Through the analysis of the pile-soil stress ratio, the improvement mechanism of the two types of GRPS were revealed.

Current diagnosis with computed tomography (CT) imaging relies heavily on doctors’ clinical experience and it is difficult to accurately identify and localize lesions from thousands of CT images. Therefore, computer-aided diagnosis with automatic lesion extraction will be helpful for doctors in the diagnosis of liver diseases. In this paper, we proposed a new method for automatic liver lesion extraction from CT images by combining DRLSE (distance regularized level set evolution) and region growing. The method was applied in abdominal CT images with a single liver cancerous lesion and multiple hemangioma lesions at different locations. The results demonstrated the feasibility of our method for automatic lesion extraction with improved diagnostic accuracy and time efficiency.

The failure of hydraulic pump as a power unit in hydraulic systems affects directly the proper performance of the systems. Therefore, the monitoring of the pump performance and diagnosis of pump faults are urgent problems in want of solution. The principle of RBF algorithm is described. Study on fault diagnosis based on RBF for hydraulic pump. The test and analysis results indicate that the method is simple and efficient.

In view of the present that this defect of water heater shower valve of the water temperature does not direct the user to the water temperature and can't maintain a constant outlet water temperature for long time, innovating a new type of water temperature control device. The adjusting device used the system of single chip microcomputer STC89C52 as the core, real-time water temperature and hot and cold water temperature were collected by digital temperature sensor DS18B20, adjusted with PID control method, drive motor drive the angle of opening and closing of the blade in mechanism device, to change the water volume of the hot and cold water. the purpose of keeping water temperature gain on the users required temperature and keeping constant temperature, through data experiment shows that the adjustment system structure is simple, running accurate effective and adjusting the steady and fast.

Ice accretion has been a huge threat for the stable operation of transmission line. Icing monitoring devices used presently are active sensors with low working stability. Signals are transmitted in the electrical form, which are easily affected by the electromagnetic interference. In this paper, an online icing monitoring device of transmission line based on fiber bragg grating (FBG) sensor is designed, and is operated as a pilot unit on the 44# tower of 110kV Zhenzou line. Experimental results show that the online icing monitoring device operates stably, and the designed fiber bragg grating sensor has high linearity, good sensitivity and high accuracy.

Engineering Ceramics is a inorganic nonmetal material, which is sintered at high-temperature. ceramics have promising potential as high-temperature strength.erosion-resistant, wear-resistant and hot impact-resistant.However, because they have high hardness and brittleness as well as nonconductive, it is very difficult to machine them using conventional machining. Their use-area is restricted. At presently, the machining technology of Engineering Ceramics by abrasive waterjet become more and more important for humankind. In this paper, the influence of technical parameters on machining quality has been studied and analyzed. A better changing method of technical parameters is given.

Based on the PLC control technique and WinCC configuration technology,the control system for the liquid level of the tank was designed. After receiving liquid level signal that transferred from radar tester,the PLC process it ,and then output related control signal to the actuator.The actuator is composed of two AC motors,one is for the main pump ,and another for the auxiliary pump.The function of human-machine interface is achieved with the help of Smart700 touch screen of Siemens.Communication functions between the WinCC project and the PLC site and pictures of the control process which enabals real-time monitoring of the entire system are finished by designing configuration.Finally,the validity of the system and the feasibility of the design have been proved by debugging and the use of enterprises.

The Ansys simulate software is utilized to analyze pull-in voltages and stresses of the fixed end of micro- cantilever beam with different thicknesses respectively. Based on the analysis of the electrostatic force at the pull-in voltage, the stress of fixed end of micro-beam and the maximum deflection are obtained. The relationship between the stress of fixed end and thickness is established. The results show that the mutation thickness of the stress and the pull-in voltage are at and respectively , it is consistent with the intrinsic size of the polycrystalline copper micro-beam.

For urban sewage treatment process of A2/O, a fault diagnosis method based on parameter estimation of Activated Sludge Model No.2(ASM2) model and expert system is proposed. Firstly, the A2/O process is simulated based on Activated Sludge Model No.2(ASM2) model, according to which, the estimated value of component parameters of biochemical reaction process is obtained, and when it’s compared with the normal value of corresponding parameters, the faults can be detected. Furthermore, an expert system that can draw fault diagnosis results is designed by means of uncertainty reasoning for expert knowledge. Finally, a fault diagnosis system for A2/O process is developed. For a sewage treatment plant of Kunming, experiment result has shown that the fault diagnosis system for A2/O process can make effective diagnosis of the actual process issues, and it has certain engineering practicability.

There is a large number of excavation and filling in the construction of pumped-storage power station, and the filling materials are from the excavated materials. The construction planning is limited by the space, time and quantity, order, and its procedure directly affects the construction schedule. Based on relationships analysis of construction schedule and material quality, quantity and its balance, the spatial coordination of excavation, embankment partition and construction safety distance, three models are established which are excavation volume calculation model, the processing logic model and the excavate-transport-fill analysis model of earth-rock . Also, the dynamic balance and allocation of earth-rock for the main work construction are realized. The case analysis shows that this study will contribute to the management efficiency of project construction.

Calculation of large rigid body pose and its high precision control was studied in the paper. Aiming at the 6-DOF large rigid body pose control system, a fast calculation approach to the pose and a high precision multi-axis coordinating control system was presented. Firstly, based on a global frame and a body-fixed frame system, which were established on the basic platform and the center of the large rigid body respectively, a mathematic model of large rigid body kinematics is formulated. By detecting the started positions and final positions of four marks on the large rigid body, we can calculate the displacement increments of three coordinates of the four supports. The simulation results show that the proposed approach is rapid and effective. Secondly, a compensation technology of synchronization error integral was proposed for the large rigid body pose control system. By the technology, the precision and speed of large rigid body posing can be significantly improved; and so it has guiding significance for engineering application.

Astronautical mutagenesis is a new and security agricultural breeding technique in recent decades. There are very large differences in physical environment between space and ground. After returning to the ground, new varieties are bred by the conventional breeding techniques. There are rich genetic types in mutagenesis. In this paper, “Longmu 801” alfalfa seeds were carried by “Shijian-8” recoverable satellite and some new types were selected and bred. The genetic variation of 11 mutated lines and their CK were identified by RAPD analysis, determination of leaf protein concentrates (LPC) and crude protein. For genetic identification, 100 primers were tested and 19 primers were selected in RAPD amplification. The amplified bands and polymorphic sites were rich. Polymorphism points and ratios of polymorphism point were statistical in detail. They were 326 and 15.04% respectively. For quality identification, it was compared with yields of alfalfa LPC and crude protein contents. The results showed that the range of yields of LPC was 6.52%-7.65%, range of nitrogen content was 43.79%-52.38%. Comparing with CK, variation ranges were -3.99%-+12.99% and -4.45%-+12.49%.

For the need of accuracy orientation location about work piece with circle features in vision-based automatic assemble industry, a kind of orientation detection method about work piece based on monocular vision was presented to locate the work piece and then adjust the orientation of assembly parts to guarantee the assembly precision. Ellipse parameters and center point of contours about holes was solved by extracting the center and edge about given the work piece with four holes in the experiment, orientation and location about surface of work piece can be derived. And then Automatic assemble was implemented by orientation of work piece feeding back to robot manipulator to adjust the orientation of assembling part. Experiment analysis has demonstrated that the uncertain of position is less than 8 um and the uncertain of orientation is less than 5 degree.

To solve the problem that outlet water index Biochemistry Oxygen Demand (BOD) of the Biological Fluidized Bed (BFB) sewage treatment process is difficult to online measure and optimization control of sewage treatment process, Water quality index neural network soft measurement method and the fuzzy control strategy was put forward in this paper. Considering the sewage treatment process exists nonlinear and time-varying characteristic, the effluent water BOD soft sensor model was established employing the process neural network. On the base of this, the optimization control was realized adopting Dissolved Oxygen (DO) for fuzzy control variable Through the soft measurement and fuzzy control model’s simulation training, Shows that the effectiveness and feasibility of these models, an effective soft measurement and optimization control way for BFB sewage treatment have been provided.

The process of cutting granite material is simulated with using analysis of LS-DYNA finite element. The stress, strain and cutting force of a diamond saw blade are analyzed when cutting granite materials. Then the stress-strain distribution and cutting force curve of the diamond saw blade can be got in the process of cutting granite materials and a conclusion of the change rule of the cutting force is also obtained. When the diamond saw blade just contacts the workpiece, the cutting force rises gradually and after entering the certain cutting depth, the cutting force fluctuates in a very small range. Through the simulation, the theory of FEM model to calculate granite materials cutting force is obtained. By changing the parameters of the diamond saw blades, the influence of all parameters on cutting force of diamond saw blade is analyzed .A diamond saw blade's structure is optimized, when the parameters of saw blades is suitably selected. The processing performance of a diamond saw blade is improved further, and the result has important practical significance to process the granite material.

Based on the compression characteristics of the concrete-filled thin-walled square steel tube short columns, the U-shaped tie bars are designed in this paper. The U-shaped tie bars and steel pipe walls are connected with each other in T-shape in order to enhance the local stability of the walls under pressure. According to the concrete strength C30/C35/C40 and the thickness of the steel plates 1.25mm/1.75mm/2.5mm,42 short-column specimens are made, and the size of all specimens is 200mm×200mm×690mm.The bearing capacity test is done by the 500-ton electro-hydraulic serve testing machine. The strain of U-shaped tie bar and thin-walled steel are tested, and then the whole curve of compression process is obtained. The results show that the U-shaped tie bar has a very good role in bonding, and has good effects on improving buckling mode and the ductility of the components significantly. Concrete-filled thin-walled square steel tube short column fixed U-shaped tie bar has advantages on stronger post- deformability and more applicable to configuration compared with existing research achievements, and can provide a reference for engineering design.

The analysis and design of a concrete filled steel tubular beam footbridge with corrugated steel webs are presented in this paper. The decreased dead weight of corrugated steel web results in a lower construction cost of the bridge. The bridge crosses an existing roadway, whose traffic should not interrupt during the construction of the footbridge. The considerations of the design is introduced. By analyzing the bridge using MIDAS program, the strength, stiffness and dynamic behavior can meet the requirements of the codes.

In this paper, the failure of gearbox’s input pinion was introduced. According to gearbox structure, the factor of load-excursion was analyzed and a method of correcting gear’s helix angle was proposed. Finally, the problem was solved by correcting the gear’s helix angle and thinking about the influence of the bushes matting under heat conditions. The calculation method of correcting gear helix angle was proven to be valid by other gearbox tests, and provided a reference for correcting the gear’s helix angle of other gearbox’s.

The new generation of Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) technology enables to embed a processor to construct a System on a Programmable Chip( SoPC). A stepper motion control IC for X-Y table using SoPC technology is proposed in this thesis. The proposed motion control IC contains two modules. One module performs the functions of schedule and logic control. Due to the need of complicated control algorithm, it is implemented by software using Nios II embedded processor. The other module performs the functions of interpolation, acceleration and deceleration. Due to the need of high performance, this module is implemented by Programmable Logic Device (PLD) in FPGA. The use of SoPC technology can make the motion control IC of X-Y table more compact, high performance and low cost .

The automatic measuring system of stone milling force is studied in the article. The columned diamond milling cutters are used to mill stone on NC milling machines. Through analyzing the milling force, the mathematic model is established. Combining the measuring force index, the experimental facility of the automatic measuring system is established and solving methods of the key problems on the software data acquisition is detailed. The system is utilized to measure three component force of milling, that is, horizontal force, vertical force and axial force. Reliable data is acquired. Finally the automatic acquisition of data and the drawing of curve are realized. The achievement of automatic measurement of stone milling force provides theory basis for the further research on the wearing characteristics of diamond cutters, cutting quality of stones and the optimizing of processing technological parameter etc.
