The electromagnetic radiation emission model of motor drive System for electric vehicles (EVs) is presented in this paper. First, the radiation electromagnetic interference (EMI) mechanism of the motor drive system is analyzed and investigated by experiment. The radiation EMI mainly comes from the common mode current flowing along the three phase cable between the inverter and the motor. Secondly, the feasibility of the finite element method (FEM) is verified by calculating the wire electromagnetic field around and the radiation EMI model of the motor drive system is established using the FEM. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed model is feasible.

Pure lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles in the course of the temperature rise, not only directly affect the performance and life of the battery, there is a potential safety hazard. In this paper, a pure electric vehicle with a lithium-ion battery pack with no heatsink, through testing and without thermal simulations with a model feasibility analysis.

In order to obtain the depth information of the underwater target, it’s necessary to generate the disparity map based on binocular vision stereo matching. In the circulation water channel, the stereo matching experiments with underwater target were carried out by using the BM algorithm, SGBM algorithms and SIFT algorithm respectively. Then the characteristics of the disparity maps were analyzed for the three kinds of stereo matching algorithms. Compared with the BM algorithm and SGBM algorithms, the SIFT algorithm has been proved to be more suitable for underwater stereo matching. In order to obtain more feature points of underwater image, it is necessary to improved SIFT algorithm parameter. Underwater image matching experiments were made to determine the principal curvature coefficientγ. The results illustrated that the improvedγis better than the original value for underwater disparity map generation.

Based on the problems of low precision, single-function of the plastic molding machine, a smaller electrothermal cutting machine is developed and designed, which is composed with processing platform, positioning clamp, resistance wire conjoined chuck, cantilever beam, fixed mounts, etc. Regulate the temperature of resistance wire to achieve the cutting of foam model with different melting point by adjusting voltmeter and regulating transformer; adjusting the rotatable positioning cones meshed with the adjusted range of positioning clamp and the adjustable distance between positioning clamp and resistance wire can make model with different requirements. The machine is mainly used in cutting and molding of plastic materials, such as foam and sponge, during the experimental teaching and advertising design. Results of the performance test show that using the machine with auxiliary manual operation is more convenient, efficient and accurate than the traditional making process of plastic model.

Cutting process is a typical non-linear deformation problem, which involves material non-linear, geometry non-linear and the state non-linear problem. Based on the elastic-plastic material deformation theory, this theme established a strain hardening model. Build the simulation model of two-dimensional orthogonal cutting process of workpiece and tool by the finite element method (FEM), and simulate the changes of cutting force and the process of chip formation in the machining process, and analyzed the cutting force, the situation of chip deformation. The method is more efficient and effective than the traditional one, and provides a new way for metal cutting theory, research of material cutting performance and cutting tool product development.

Existed conductor galloping can only analyze the real-time state. There is no effective method to predict the conductor galloping state and alarm if necessary in the future. In order to solve the above problems, a new conductor galloping method based on the MEMs 3Ddynamic displacement sensing network has been proposed and realized. The MEMs dynamic displacement sensor is used to sense the distributed galloping information. The low-power wireless sensor network is deployed to transmit data back to the host quickly and realize the centralized treatment. The three-degree freedom model is built to analyze multi-dimensional displacement in the horizontal, vertical and torsional directions. Finally, the conductor galloping is predicted and early alarmed by using measured information sensed by sensors, the calculated data by mathematical model and some key parameters of future weather. The method proposed in this paper has been validated in practice. The predicted trajectory after 2 hours and the actual conductor galloping trajectory are basically identical. The deviation is less than 0.03 meters. This method realizes conductor galloping prediction. It strongly supports the operation and maintenance management of the transmission Line.

Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) systems support direct communication and control between brain and external devices without use of peripheral nerves system and muscles. BCI can convert electro-encephalogram (EEG) to the control signal to try repairing function for patients. So the study of BCI can improve the life quality of the patients. This system acquires EEG signals due to the left/right hand motor imagery among the normal subjects. For the processing of motor imagery EEG, we adopt the feature extraction method of second order moment in specific frequency band and the feature classification of linear discriminate analysis. Through the analysis of motor imagery EEG, we convert the data results into external control signal to control the movement of the cursor displayed on the computer. The experimental results show that the EEG analysis method makes it feasible and effective for disabled patients communicating with the outside world, and provides the basis for further study of brain-machine interface. Solar tracker is an important part of photovoltaic generation and solar heating system. By solar tracker, the efficiency of solar utility can be significantly improved. Considering the camera device is widely applied in the photovoltaic generation and solar heating systems, based on the visual motoring equipment, a kind of solar tracker is designed. Using the proposed solar tracker, the height and the angle of the sun can be detected and be applied in solar tracker controller. Experiments show this design has relatively high accurate rate during a week’s period while the weather are partly cloudy or clear. It shows good application future in photovoltaic generation and solar heating industries.

A large number of oilfield produced water is produced during the developing of oilfield，the optimal way to process these oilfield produced water is to reinject it into strata. This paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of oilfield produced water, then focuses on introducing the research and application process of both traditional and new treatment technologies of produced water , and finally brings forward some expectation about the application and development direction of the oilfield produced water treatment processes.

The working principle of a new kind of double-acting pneumatic-hydraulic pressure amplifier having two-step output pressure driven by the pneumatic cylinder with rodless piston is introduced. The output flux and the output pressure calculating formulae are also given out. Compared with the known single-acting pressure amplifier,the innovative pressure-amplifier is simple in structure and has much higher working efficiency. It can also output adaptive two-step liquid pressure, which is similar with the hydraulic differential connection, thus it is easy to realize move quickly in low pressure and move slowly at high pressure. This system also fits a trend of green manufacturing for using green air as transmission medium and with closed oil without leak to output pressure liquid.

A failure criterion is proposed for complex rocks and soils. Their anisotropic and nonlinear behavior is analyzed theoretically and experimentally. The influence of the intermediate principal stress is taken into account. The nonhomogeneous strength and the effect of geological temperature are also discussed. Many classical failure criteria are special cases of the proposed condition. The criterion is applied in the analysis of the bedrock of Ankang Dam in China. The case study illustrates the potential of the proposed general model in engineering application.

Box culvert affected by mining subsidence is exposed to damage potential in relation to the lateral earth pressure. This study intends to specify and compare different ground deformation by the mining subsidence effect in box culvert. For this purpose, a finite-element software (ANSYS) is used to generate models incorporating the soil and a box culvert. The results shows that the lateral earth pressure of box culvert was related to the way of ground deformation, In addition, the kind of soil also affected the distribution and value of the lateral earth pressure.

Automatic monitoring indicators system of pollution is the key and foundation to construct network of pollutions in total amount monitoring.Scientific and reasonable indicators system can reflect pollutant situation and influence on water environment.Automatic monitoring indicators in pollution of sources are confined to COD and ammonia nitrogen as well as short of monitoring indicators to character features of pollutional sources.It is necessary to conduct optimization and selection of automatic monitoring indicators.Based on beer manufacturing in demonstration area as the research object,analyze sources of pollution in Qinghe basin producing and sewage situation;adopt screening methods to complete optimization and selection of automatic monitoring indicators.Build the system of automatic monitoring indicators in beer manufacturing successfully to provide theoretical support for constructing network of water pollutant total amount monitoring.

Calculation the gear bottom bending strength and the gear surface contacting stress are traditional wheel gear design method. It takes a long time to design and works out parameters for gears system. Nowadays, the optimization design and reliability theory are introduced into modern engineering, we can make full use of the calculator tool to look for the best design parameter. Modern powerful finite element analysis software packages such as ANSYS are now not only an analysis tool but a design tool as well. This kind of technology makes planet wheel gear system design quantified precisely combining with physics principles in one. In the study, we designed a planet carrier with traditional method and built three dimensional full-scale model in Pro/E software. Based on finite element analysis, the finally result of stress distribution and deformation distribution is obtained. The results indicate that the design can meet the requirement.

Hydraulic components are key components of hydraulic press, its design quality directly affect the performance of the host and service life. If the improper design, premature failure will cause large economic loss. So the modern design method to structure design, hydraulic components can improve the service life, increase the economic benefit is of great significance. Then Solidworks software is employed to establish the geometric model, through the interface with finite element software input into the finite element analysis software, the corresponding finite element analysis model is established. At last, through the software to the linear static analysis, the model to obtain the mechanical properties of the hydraulic components, it has reference significance to improve the design.

Selective laser sintering (SLS) is an additive manufacturing technique used for the low volume production of prototype models and functional components.The lower strength of prototype parts might leads to bad finished quality. In this study, author used the coated sand casting as the material of selective laser sintering experiment, studied the processing temperature and time on the mechanical properties of post-processing, and the influence on gas-forming property and collapsibility of the pieces. And combined with casting experimental we can analyze the accuracy influence factors of precoated sand sintering parts and other performance assessment. Through analysis, it indicates that the post-processing of temperature influences on tensile strength of coated sand specimens under three different insulation temperature conditions.

The excellent braking characteristics is a key security measure for automobile operation. The study focuses on modeling and parameter settings of brake system, tire system and body system. During automobile design stage, a full model of automobile is established in ADAMS software circumstance in according to structural feature and main parameters. Virtual model technology can simulate the working condition, analyze whole performance of related products, solve some drawbacks in the traditional design and manufacturing process. Based on the requirement of country standard and national standard, the braking performance analysis and appraise is carried out in this study, at the same time, the braking performance is optimized.

In order to predict the influences of electrical discharge machining (EDM) and enhance material removal rate (MRR). A model was presented for predictions of MRR in EDM TC11 test piece based on the construction method of gray GM(1,N) model and BP neural network model (GNNM).The results show that the GNNM is credible with the maximum absolute error 3.58%, the minimum absolute error 0.01% and the mean error 0.53%were obtained .The results indicated that the model can reflect the technological law of EDM TC11 and successfully predict its processing speed .The paper provides references and basis for selecting processing parameters of EDM TC11 and has practical significance.

The breeding plumbing boiler is a full automatic temperature adjustment system with double efficacy of winter heating and summer cooling, constituted by host, auxiliary engine, control system and plumbing pipes, etc. Intermediate between PLC output port and AC contactor is to achieve the isolation between weak current and strong current, enhance the reliability of the system. Two frequency changers are designed for the hardware of system. Frequency converter input power linked up front access air switch. Frequency converter input terminals main circuit switch and the three phase power through air connection, frequency converter main circuit output terminals connected to the contactor three-phase motor. It is proved by field experimental operation that the control system proposed not only can realize automatic control of boiler burning process efficiently, but also reduced energy consumption greatly and effectively improved the level of boiler control management.

Since the first synthesis of an amorphous phase in Au-Si system from liquid, a great number of amorphous alloys have been prepared by rapid solidification. Almost all amorphous alloys require high cooling rates and a lot of studies have been carried out for these metallic glasses. In this study, metallic glass of Nd60Al10Cu20Ni10 have been fabricated, and experimental research was carried out to reflect thermal features. It indicates that the Nd-based amorphous has shown a distinct glass transition and stable super-cooled liquid region. The research results show that the paramagnetic performance of Nd60Al10Cu20Ni10 metallic glass is different from other hard magnetic alloys at ordinary temperature. From the DSC experiment, it is found that the glass transition temperature is increasing with the heating temperature.

High-speed motorized spindle is a key device of modern industry and has been widely used in numerical control machine. Temperature distribution, speed control loading characteristics, precision maintenance, liberation intensity and circumgyration error are not only the key demand of motorized spindle's capability but also an important index to evaluate it's performance. Therefore, this study has detailed described the main structure of motorized spindle. The basic structure and working principal was introduced, and then demonstrated a series of models and specifications of motorized spindle. The finite element model of high-speed motorized spindle was built up and carried out thermal analysis to study the heat generation and heat transfer. With the help of ANSYS finite element software, the temperature field distribution and the temperature rise condition for motorized spindle were analyzed. The result shows that the front bearing has a higher temperature than that of back bearing. The maximum temperature of inner ring is bigger than that of outer ring. The results contribute to selection of appropriate bearing for motorized spindle system.

Metal cutting processing is the most fundamental, most widely and the most important processing in industrial production. Because the development of mechanical manufacturing level plays a very important role in the coating technology material machining process. A coated carbide cutting tool with its high hardness and high wear resistance, good chemical stability and extensive compatibility characteristics, is widely applied in the metal cutting processing field. The author mainly studies the cutting force contrast between coated carbide cutting tools and not coated ones. Cutting tests have testified that if PVD technology applied on cutting, the cutting force of hard alloy cutter will alter with the change of feeds (f), depth of cutting (ap) and cutting velocity (v). The experiment suggests that the size of three-way cutting force of either the brand ZP25 hard alloy cutter or the carbide cutter by employing matrix ZP25 hard alloy cutter to respectively using PVD technology coat TiN or TiCN coating is successively FZP25>FTiCN>FTiN. The main reason for this is that the difference of frictional factor of the three kinds of cutter material and the workpiece material.

The virtual manufacturing technology mainly provide visual, auditory information, to achieve "what you see is what you get" the effect. Several typical definition of virtual manufacturing dominate in this fields were listed out, based on which expressed an explicit interpretation. Main features and three type of virtual manufacturing, such as design-centered, machine-centered and control centered virtual manufacturing were analyzed respectively. The virtual manufacturing system, supported by cutter tool magazine, pallet storage, production database, material storage and NC storage, have been demonstrated in an architecture figure. Finally, the author concluded the important role of virtual manufacturing and illustrated an example of applying virtual manufacturing in five-axis machining process.

Reconfigurable manufacturing system is essential for sustainable change, rapid response ability important characteristics, research, development and application of manufacturing system. The main architecture and major characteristics of reconfigurable manufacturing systems is explored. Normally, the quality of RMS can be evaluated by several factors. Firstly, the gross cost of production and reconstruction should be less. Secondly, The time of design and manufacture (ascent time) should be shorter. Thirdly, the utilization ratio of existed resource should reach to the utmost. Finally, the cargo stream planning in common space should keep in optimal condition. At last, The author give an example to shown the RMS, the hydraulic integrated package for a gearshift device in automobile, are mentioned to compare and analyze.

The camera calibration is the basis of the binocular stereo vision technology. The purpose of the stereo calibration camera is to obtain the camera internal and external parameters and distortion coefficients. However, disturbances such as current are usually accompanied with the static water in the actual operation environment of underwater binocular cameras, which may cause further coefficients distortion. Therefore it is necessary to carry out the binocular calibration experiment in the flow disturbance. The camera distortion is analyzed both in static water condition and flow disturbance state. The analysis results indicate that the calibration methods used in this article is verified and the obtained parameters and distortion coefficients are accurate and reliable.

According to the analysis of the network topological structure, an improved backward/forward sweep algorithm was proposed. The algorithm can be applied for weakly meshed distribution systems with distributed generation (DG). The method developed an incidence matrixbranch current-bus current injection matrix. A meshed network was converted to a radial network by breaking the loops at the ending nodes of link branches. The mathematical models of DG were established as PV and PQ node. For PV nodes, this paper used a dummy node and dummy branch which inject reactive power to the specified node to maintain the specified voltage value. IEEE 33-bus test feeder was used to verify the correctness and convergence of the proposed algorithm. Moreover, the impact of both weakly meshed and DG on voltage profile and convergence was also investigated.

This paper puts forward an idea of designing a surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensor to provide a research basis for subsequent researchers. We have made a SAW temperature sensor based on this idea. The experimental results demonstrated the feasibility of the idea, and shown that the frequency-temperature characteristic of the sensing unit is good and the temperature measurement accuracy of the testing unit is high.

Balancing flow distribution and decreasing the pressure drop in each vapor distributing pipe are the importance of the study of exhaust pipe of direct air cooling power unit.In order to balance flow distribution and decreasing the pressure drop in each vapor distributing pipe,and simulate the flow field when add different chamfer on the back of exhausted pipe or not ,then using the CFD software called FLUENT,the steam flow field of exhausted pipe for a 1000 MW power unit with direct air cooling is stimulated under typical steam turbine conditions.The result shows that the steam flows through each distribution pipe with balanced flow under the condition of chamfer angle of 30 °and the flow resistance is much lower than before．

The process parameters of electrical discharge machining, such as : workpiece polarity, pulse width, pulse interval, peak current, peak voltage, all have influence on TC11’s surface roughness.But general methods are difficult to determine the relationship between the process parameters and the process indicators. This article established a artificial neural network model of EDM TC11 surface discharge mark diameter which can forecast. Neural network algorithm used BP algorithm, the network structure was the 2-4-1.

The immersed tube tunnels in Yangtze river delta region are affected severely by back-silting. Back-silting is difficult to control during construction and the consequences are hard to evaluate as well. In this study, sedimentation experiment was conducted incorporating back-silting soil solutions with different concentration ratios, and compression tests on the initial sedimentation layers was also conducted based on back-silting soil specimens taken from the back-silting soil sedimentary layers located in the surrounding area of Shenjiamen harbor undersea immersed tube tunnel in Zhoushan City. The undersea back-silting was assessed from the aspect of sedimentation speed and the strength of initial sedimentary layers. Results from the study are essential for further study of back-silting load and the effect of back-silting on settlement.

Reinforced concrete is the main material of the bridge structure, a lot of reinforced concrete bridges in service are needed to be demolished. Firstly, the numerical simulation of blasting demolition of reinforced concrete was introduced; secondly, the separate model of common nodes of the reinforced concrete solid pier was built by using the software ANSYS/LS-DYAN; lastly, the effect of numerical simulation of blasting demolition on the solid pier was analyzed.

China's CO2 emissions from 1990 to 2010 were calculated as well as two economical models were established, and the relationship between carbon dioxide emissions, economic growth, foreign direct investment (FDI) and export trade was analyzed. The result shows that the relations between China's carbon emissions and GDP showing the "N" type. Economic growth and export trade had significantly promoted China's carbon emissions, while the relations between FDI and China's carbon emissions are not significant. During the past years, exports have played an important role in promoting china's economic development. However, the main exporting industries are energy and emission intensive, which reveals disadvantage for carbon reduction. To reverse the negative impact of the export to china's carbon dioxide emissions, export structure should be optimized, and the outdated technology, equipment and products should be eliminated, while energy-conservative and environmental friendly industries should be promoted.

The dynamic change and pattern of export derived energy consumption during 2002-2010 in China was calculated and analyzed. The proportion of export derived energy consumption to total energy consumption of China showed a converted V pattern. The direct energy consumption from metallurgical and chemical industries accounts for a large proportion in the total direct energy consumption of china's export. Although the proportion of direct energy consumption from equipment industry is relatively small, its proportion of embodied energy consumption is high due to its long industry chain and high input of energy-intensive intermediate. In order to reduce the direct and embodied energy consumption from the export of equipment industry, modern technologies and effective management methods should be adopted to upgrade and enhance the total industry. Additionally, measures should be taken to reduce the energy consumption of its related up-stream's industries such as metallurgy and power industry. Keywords. Grillage method was an effective method for analyzing bridge structures. In order to validate the grillage method met the requirements of engineering precision in calculation about box girder bridges, the grillage model and the plate element model of the bridge were built by using the finite element software Midas/Civil; under the premise of the same loading location and the load value, the deflection values and the stress values calculated from the two models were compared, and the corresponding error ranges were obtained. The results show that the differences between them meet the engineering accuracy and using the grillage method in box girder bridges is reasonable.

It is an important practical design problem for control system design of quadrotor helicopters with accurately actuator modeling, which is not mentioned in many previous works. In order to improve the performance of attitude stabilization control system, a new strategy is proposed in this paper. This control strategy is based on the accurately nonlinear modeling of the brushless motors using the Hammerstein series models. Furthermore the identification method to obtain such models from observed input-output data is presented. After models of four brushless motor are obtained, a backstepping attitude controller is designed to stabilize the quadrotor helicopter. Flight experiments show that the proposed control strategy can achieve higher performance than past ones.

Since grey prediction model performed well in feasting with few data, we applied it to predicting water withdrawals. We take the prediction of the water withdrawals in the United States as an example. With the data of water withdrawals in the past 30 years, we forecast how much fresh water will be needed in main states of America, which is crucial for the government to make major constructions in national economy. Moreover, we test the model by applying it in the prediction of annual water use in Chinese main river valleys.

The short-circuit test is an important topic on the study of transformer features. With the shunt capacitor paralleled to the tested transformer, the test current can be reduced by the resonant of the capacitor and the inductance of transformer winding. Furthermore, using the high frequency power supply, the capacitor can be reduced in the resonant point because the high frequency values. In this work, the simulation model of short-circuit test of transformer with different frequency power supply is designed. Under variable frequency power supply, which are 50Hz,100Hz and 150Hz, the shunt capacitors value is given. From the simulation results, the application of the shunt capacitor takes a role in the short-circuit test of transformer. This has a significance role in transformer test research and engineering application field.

The Internet of Things (IoT) implies a symbiotic interaction among the real/physical, the digital/virtual worlds. Internet of Things is an integrated part of Future Internet and could be defined as a dynamic global network infrastructure with self-configuring capabilities based on standard and interoperable communication protocols where physical and virtual things have identities, physical attributes, and virtual personalities and use intelligent interfaces, and are seamlessly integrated into the information network. In order to think of the possible applications for the Internet of Things, we list out the main application domains. The characteristics of each domain and some indicative examples are presented. Some existing Applications of IoT are also discussed in this paper.

In this paper, a method for conducted electromagnetic interference (EMI) prediction in Electric Vehicle motor drive system based on components’ circuit models is presented. Firstly, the characteristics of the components are analyzed and the equivalent circuits are drew; then, the parasitic parameters of the electromagnetic device are extracted by the measurement, analytical solution and finite element method (FEM); and finally, the circuit model of the whole motor drive system in high frequency range is established. This model is verified by the measurement and simulation results in the frequency domain.

The common-mode current along the harness is one of the main reasons which can not meet the automotive electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards for equipment or system. So, the harness model is the critical factors for the automotive EMC prediction. In this paper, the harness network equivalent model is proposed, which is based on the terminal loads and the equivalent wave impedance. The equivalent model is also demonstrated from the simulation results by finite element method.

In this paper, common mode (CM) conducted perturbations are predicted and compared with experiments in a full-bridge transformer-isolated buck converter system, thanks to a complex approach based on experimental measurements and on the modeling of the complete equivalent circuit. Its different part are considered and represented by a circuit of lumped parameters. Simulation and experiment of CM emission in the conducted frequency range (150 kHz-30 MHz) are compared. It is shown that the CM emission in the system can be calculated by the proposed model, and experiment has successfully confirmed this approach.

In order to achieve a real-time control method and technical support for airlines, the integrated modeling issue of airlines about seat inventory control and overbooking has been researched in this paper. And the integrated control static model has been established by the stochastic programming method, based on ticket sales process to be simulated as a queue process and profit maximization to be objective function. So the problem is decomposed into a plurality of single-segment and single-class seat inventory control problem. Furthermore, the optimal decision-making equation of limiting reservation for each class has been deduced from the model. Finally, the validity of model and calculation method are shown by the full analysis of practical application of the model.

In order to improve the performance of interstellar autonomous navigation system, an interstellar autonomous navigation system using X-ray pulsar and stellar angle measurement is proposed. In this system, an X-ray detector, which is fixed on a gimbaled axis, is adopted. The detector can point at the different X-ray pulsars that are visible. By augmenting the clock error and the clock drift error as a component of the spacecraft state, the proposed system can correct the clock error of the atomic clock onboard. Furthermore, the observability of the corresponding system is investigated, and the result shows that the system is completely observable at most of time. The proposed system can provide an improved performance than traditional version of celestial navigation system (CNS). Through consequentially measure the difference pulsars, the proposed system can have a satisfactory performance. The proposed navigation system provides a prospective way for the realization of the deep space autonomous navigation system.

The detection index and evaluation for foundation engineering’s corrosion are performed in accordance with the “Code for Highway Engineering Geological Investigation” or “Code for Investigation of Geotechnical Engineering”. For both steel pipe piles and concrete pipe pile joints, the codes don’t consider the dissolved oxygen, Anaerobic organism and other corrosion factors. In order to improve the durability of the pipe pile foundation in coastal region, taking the typical coastal soft soil characteristics in eastern Zhejiang as example and by observing the steel corrosion electrochemical potential variation in the hypoxic environment, this paper analyses the corrosion risk of steel structures in marine deposit soft soil, and puts forward the microbial and electrochemical corrosion mechanism of the steel structures in foundation engineering in coastal environment. This paper argues that the Sulfate-Reducing Bacteria corrosion evaluation is indispensable in geotechnical investigation, and therefore should be included into the Code.

The efficient implementation of Boolean operatio between STL models is a bottleneck problem to develop excellent RP data processing software, and the subdivision of the intersection is an important step of realization the Boolean operations. An algorithm is proposed in this paper. Based on the closed character of the STL model, the position relationship between the intersection lines and the triangle are classified, and the subdivision rules is summarized. The two data linked list of the intersection points and vertex points are created, a searching process to obtain the subdivision polygon is described.

Rapid prototyping (RP) is an advanced manufacturing technology and has obtained widely application in recent years. RP technology can be used to machine complex physical part directly from CAD data without any cutter or technical equipments. A variety of new rapid manufacturing technologies have emerged and developed include Stereo Lithography (SL), Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), Laminated Object Manufacturing (LOM), and Three Dimensional Printing (3-D Printing). The paper summaries the working principle and discusses the application fields for four typical rapid prototyping technologies. Finally, the significant performance of rapid prototyping for modern industry is discussed. The investigation is beneficial for choosing an optimal forming process in industry.

Super precise is one of the primary requirement of the high-speed motorized spindle. Temperature distribution, speed control loading characteristics, precision maintenance, liberation intensity and circumgyration error are not only the key demand of motorized spindle's capability but also an important index to evaluate it's performance. The paper has detailed described the main structure of motorized spindle. A 3D motorized spindle model was established and carried out thermal analysis to study the heat generation and heat transfer. Under the ANSYS finite element software circumstance, the temperature field distribution and the temperature rise condition for motorized spindle are researched. From the result, we can find the front bearing has a higher temperature than that of back bearing. The maximum temperature of inner ring is bigger than that of outer ring. The results contribute to selection of appropriate bearing for motorized spindle system.

Water-based Polyaniline(PANI) emulsion and Fluorocarbon(FC) emulsion were synthesized by emulsion polymerization method. The doped polyanline were characterized by Transmission electron microscope(TEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The results showed the PANI has bar-like shape and local crystallinity. The composite anticorrosion coatings of PANI emulsion and FC emulsion were prepared by mixture in aqueous medium and used for corrosion protection of mild steel. The corrosion protection property of PANI/FC coatings on mild steel was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and open circuit potential(OCP) technique in 3.5wt%NaCl aqueous solution. The results indicated that the water-based PANI/FC coatings could offer high protection because the impedance values and corrosion potential remained at higher. Scanning electron microscope(SEM) showed that the oxidation film formed on the metal surface and prevent corrosion effectively due to the passive effect of PANI pigment. The anticorrosion coatings are environmental friendly because of water dispersion medium.

Robot Soccer provides a good experimental platform for the automatic control, artificial intelligence, robotics and other researches. A soccer robot system is also a typical multi-agent systems(MAS). Every robot in a soccer team is an agent,so the collaboration between agents, the rational apportionment of the robots' roles and the capacity for actions of the robots is the key to winning game. We present a strategy which is based on dynamic programming algorithm and genetic algorithm. Every robot has fitness to each role through which to carry out the dynamic role assignment, meanwhile, the parameters of the fitness functions could be optimized by genetic algorithm.
