On the basis of human factors analysis of driver error accidents, this paper establishes the accident-causing index system due to driver errors and puts forward the use of trapezoidal fuzzy hierarchy - the grey correlation analysis method to analyze the accident-causing index model due to driver errors. Then this paper uses related data and proposed analysis method to obtain the weights order of accident-causing factors. The results reveal the main cause of accidents due to driver errors, and provide the reference for further research to prevent the traffic accidents.

RO version a lot, but it is recommended to use RemObjects Data Abstract 6.0.43.801, Delphi's experience in the development of it appear to be more stable, server-side and client-side data connections and programming efficiency, data manipulation more convenient.

Reverse engineering is an important tool to generate CAD models. This paper describes an integrated approach for modeling parts from point cloud to surfaces or solids based on features and constraints. The approach allows designers to integrate reverse engineering and feature-based CAD system in the reconstruction of parts. This approach has two advantages over current practice and the reconstructed models produced by this method are feature-based and constraints satisfaction, which provides a higher level description of part geometry rather than the tedious low-level editing of geometric descriptions as in reverse engineering. This method also facilitates modification and innovative design to the reconstructed parts, which would be extremely difficult or impossible to accomplish if current reverse engineering method is applied. In addition, it is a more convenient and practical way for designers. To illustrate the validation of this integrated modeling approach, a more complicated example is illustrated based on the approach.

Tibetan-Chinese named entity extraction is the foundation of cross language information processing, and provides a basis for machine translation and cross language information retrieval research. In this paper, we use the multi-language links of Wikipedia to obtain Tibetan-Chinese comparable corpus, and combine sentence length, word matching and entity boundary words together to get parallel sentence. Then we extract Tibetan-Chinese named entity from the comparable corpus in three ways: (1) Extracting Natural labeling information. (2) Acquiring the links of Tibetan entries and Chinese entries. (3) Using sequence intersection method, which includes the sentence representation, Chinese named entity recognition and corresponding Tibetan sentences intersection. Finally, the results show the extraction method based on comparable corpus is effective.

The locality sensitive k-means clustering method has been presented recently. Although this approach can improve the clustering accuracies, it often gains the unstable clustering results because some random samples are employed for the initial centers. In this paper, an initialization method based on the core clusters is used for the locality sensitive k-means clustering. The core clusters can be formed by constructing the σ-neighborhood graph and their centers are regarded as the initial centers of the locality sensitive k-means clustering. To investigate the effectiveness of our approach, several experiments are done on three datasets. Experimental results show that our proposed method can improve the clustering performance compared to the previous locality sensitive k-means clustering.

IP traceback can be used to confirm locations of attackers, stop on-going attacks, and take legal actions against attackers, and then impede attackers. This paper describes the background where IP traceback problem generates, and presents what the functions of IP traceback are. Furthermore, this paper classifies existing IP traceback methods and analyzes advantages and disadvantages of each method. In addition, future researches on IP traceback are proposed. This paper is of valuable reference for network researchers and engineers to be engaged in the further study on IP traceback.

Accurate prediction of aquatic product prices can improve the quality of business strategy of aquatic product market. Case-based reasoning (CBR) systems have long been intensively used in several areas of artificial intelligence. But it is difficult to cluster similar cases from case bases as there are uncertainties in knowledge representation, attribute description and similarity measures in CBR. To increase the efficiency and reliability of CBR, fuzzy theories have been combined with CBR. In this paper, fuzzy case-based reasoning (FCBR) has been developed to forecast the price of aquatic products.

The identifying accuracy of crowd formation recognition models are typically tailored to the type of structure of model, or a specific scene domain. In this paper, we explore the sub-optimal structure of crowd formation model with K2 algorithm. Experimental results show that the recognition model structure taking into account at most two parents performs better than others on a data set generated from Xidan Commercial Street.

In this paper, according to actual power demands of the bus, its powertrain was designed. In this process, the lowest oil consumption was the goal on the foundation of meeting basic power need. The co-simulation with Plug-in vehicle model was realized in Cruise, using the control strategy model which was established by the Stateflow in Simulink. Simulation results indicated that modified Plug-in hybrid electric bus not only can reach the expectant power indictors, but also improve the fuel economy. So, this research played a leading role in the design and research of hybrid buses’ parameters

When using the traditional AHP to evaluate the system,the method of endow with weight is to request expert build the judgment matrix of every hierarchies. The method is over-subjective for its overdependence on expert system. In view of this, this paper puts forward an analytic hierarchy process method based on the cask theory. This method penalizes the index whose index value is too low to having a strong impact on overall system performance. Using this method achieves the goal of reducing the subjectivity. Finally, according to the example, this method’s superiority is proved.

Separable words have important applications in many fields such as Chinese information processing, Chinese-English translation, teaching Chinese as a foreign language. There are about five thousand separable words distribute in the corpus of Chinese, and the word frequency is greater in the novel, so the study on identification of separable words is significant. This paper selects the higher discrete frequency of verb-object separable words as the object of the study, by examining the manifestation of extended components in different separable words and giving summary and detailed classification of the extended components on the large-scale corpus, a new approach is designed based on the words segmentation and the structure type of extended component. According to the experiments of identification mark to separable words of verb-object type, the average recall is 89.54% and the average precision is 87.43% in open test. The experimental results show that the method is effective.

In this paper ,it introduces the design of the various parts of the system hardware in details, achieves the Boot Loader through combination of the hardware platform and successfully transplants the Linux operating system and builds a root file system, with the combination of the Linux operating system platform, it achieves the LCD frame buffer display device frame buffer, touchscreen A/D converter and development of Ethernet driver program, and the develops the data acquisition, wavelet packet analysis and Ethernet driver program etc. based on the system functions.

Due to the radio transmission nature of RFID, the challenge of security and privacy has seriously hindered the large-scale development of RFID technology. However, low-cost RFID tags have the characteristic of extremely limited resources, traditional security primitives cannot be better applied in RFID system. Hence, Designing an effective ultralightweight security protocol applying to low-cost tag is crucial for the various applications of RFID system. In this paper, we propose an ultralightweight secure protocol with mutual authentication. Without adopting classical cryptographic primitives, the protocol proposed only employs simple bit-wise operations such as xor and module addition. Meanwhile, the protocol can resist various attacks and has features of low computation cost and communication traffic.

This paper using three-dimensional non-steady, nonlinear temperature field and creep stress field of simulation theory, establishes a FORTRAN program for simulating the temperature and stress during the construction of inverted siphon, analyzes the temperature and stress changes and distribution of siphon walls, and proposes the scientific and reasonable control measures of temperature and crack in a complex external environment. The results show that the wall tends to cracking due to tensile stress at early age within 1 day to 3 days, and insulation measures should be taken into account.

This paper provides an overview and analysis of data-driven sensor fault detection, diagnosis and validation from the application viewpoint. The typical sensor fault detection indices in the literature and the fundamental issues of necessary and sufficient conditions for detectability, reconstructability, identifiability and isolatability are analyzed. The main objective is to study the essential and important algorithms and techniques for single or multiple sensor fault diagnosis and validation. The issues of optimal principal components, sensor validity index, maximized sensitivity, as well as robust sensor fault diagnosis, etc. are discussed. Additional focuses are summarized at the end of the paper for future investigation.

With the rapidly growing amount of information available, the problem of information overload is always growing acute. Personalized recommendations are an effective way to get user recommendations for unseen elements within the enormous volume of information based on their preferences. The personalized recommendation system commonly used methods are content-based filtering, collaborative filtering and association rule mining. Unfortunately, each method has its drawbacks. This paper presented a personalized recommendation method combining the association rules mining and collaborative filtering. It used the association rules mining to fill the vacant where necessary. And then, the presented approach utilizes the user based collaborative filtering to produce the recommendations. The recommendation method combining association rules mining and collaborative filtering can alleviate the data sparsity problem in the recommender systems.

This paper proposes a new digital constant-current control method for high-power LED drive based on buck-boost topology. In this control system, buck-boost topology is used as the power conversion. The output voltage can be either higher or lower than the input voltage in buck-boost topology. Therefore, it solves the problem that in the buck topology the input voltage is required to be always higher than the output voltage. Furthermore, according to the input and output parameters, the duty cycle data which are used to maintain output current constant can be calculated in advance, and stored in the embedded chip. Thus, it can reduce the calculation of the embedded chip and solves the problem that the existing digital constant-current controllers need the high-speed analog-to-digital converter. In addition, in order to reduce the error generated in above calculation, the double threshold feedback circuit is used to fine-tune the duty cycle and makes the output current more steady and accurate. Meanwhile, due to adopting full-digital control, the brightness and flicker frequency of load LED can be conveniently regulated by modifying the system firmware. Therefore, this method can apply to the device of illumination, lighting decoration, visible light communication and so on.

With the modern metrology we can measure almost all variables in the phenomenon field of a working machine, and many of measuring quantities can be symptoms of machine condition. On this basis we can form the symptom observation matrix (SOM) intended for condition monitoring. On the other hand we know, that contemporary complex machines may have many modes of failure, so called faults. The paper presents a method for the extraction of fault information from the symptom observation matrix by means of singular value decomposition (SVD) in the form of generalized fault symptoms. As the readings of the symptoms can be unstable, the moving average of the SOM was applied with success. The attempt to assess the diagnostic contribution of primary symptom was undertaken, and also some approach to connect SVD methodology with neural nets is considered. These possibilities are illustrated in the paper by processing data taken directly from the vibration condition monitoring of the machine.

Product family planning has received much attention from both academia and industries. It aims at incorporating customers’ needs into design elements of product family. The main challenger for product family planning originates from difficulties in mapping customer needs to product family specifications. This paper intends to develop a method to improve the mapping process by reusing knowledge from purchased products according to the satisfied customer needs. A knowledge discovery model for product family planning is proposed, where clustering is adopted to partition the purchased products so that commonality of product family could be effectively addressed and rough set is employed to extract the more concise decision rules. A case study of air condition is reported to illustrate the feasibility of proposed approach and associated algorithms.

Currently, manufactures pay more attention to customers’ needs and service than products only. In order to quick response to the customer requirements, the Collaborative Commerce (CC) System was developed to support the collaboration work flow and organization of all of the partners of the enterprises which include the after sale service. With the fast developing of the advanced information technology, maintenance technology was embedded with web technical and intelligent technology, that is E-maintenance. Since traditional CC system could not able to support after-sale maintenance service for lack of advanced maintenance service platform. In the paper, a new Collaborative Commerce System embedded with E-maintenance (Em-CC) was proposed. The framework of Em-CC System with multi-agents consideration was introduced, and the enabling technologies and operation mode of E-maintenance subsystem were explained in detail. Finally, an practice example was presented to demonstrate the validity of the system.

Process database support system is one of the key technologies for green manufacturing implementation. In this paper, the process database support system for green manufacturing was developed with Browse/Server (B/S) three level structure on the basis of Web, which has the function of distributed processing and storage of the data. The composing and its green characteristics were discussed in detail respectively. Furthermore, the key develop technology of the database system, such as network requirement, assistant planning and green assessment of process and the accessing to the database were analyzed. A case study was performed to illustrate and examine the validity of the database system.

Most of workflow management systems in the market are based on centralized defining in the organization. Further more, they have poor ability to describe the complex process, and have difficulty to deal with the business process share between cross-organizations. To support virtual and cross-organizational workflows in distributed environment, WfMSs must realize cross-organizational and distributed management to improve the dependability and extensible etc. To solve these issues, a Web-based lightweight process modeling system has been developed in this paper. This system is based on Java and XML technology, and provides friendly GUI which is easy to be used. The model document can be saved in XML format, so the interoperation between different workflow products becomes easy. This system establishes the base for enacting the WfMSs.

Root-cause identification and product quality characteristic modeling are key issues for improving product quality and the productivity of manufacturing process. The quality characteristic model, which indicates the influence of the dominate root-causes on the product quality characteristic, is the basis for quality control. In this paper an approach for quality characteristic modeling based on Support Vector Machine is presented. The selections of parameters and the Kernel function are discussed. The presented approach is applied for analyzing and predicting the quality of inertial gyroscope.

Due to complex process and high difficult operation for large-scale products assembly, the application of virtual assembly (VA) has an important significance and also an actual value. In this paper the key techniques of VA for large-scale complex products are proposed, and their assembly characteristics (such as their organization form, human participation, process planning and optimization and so on) are analyzed. First, a new virtual environment (VE) system considering human activities is set up. Second, an integration approach is realized to transform data from CAD to VA system, and a hybrid method on the basis of virtual reality (VR) and intelligent algorithm is applied to optimize and evaluate assembly process planning. Moreover, assembly documents generation and Web training for assembly workers are implemented. Finally, an application case of the VA system for a complex product is given, and further work is pointed out.

Feature-based programming is one of tendency of NC programming technology, and it is also an important portion for CAD/CAPP/CAM integration in the manufacturing enterprises. Because of selecting geometry repeatedly, random programming and bad integration during programming for the aircraft NC parts, the technology of rapid programming based on features is put forward in this paper. On the basis of features, the technology of feature recognition for aircraft NC parts and the algorithm of tool path generation based on features are integrated by taking XML as data transfer standard. With this method, the programming for aircraft NC parts can be realized quickly in the condition of CAD/CAPP/CAM integration. The system developed has been well applied to the programming for aircraft NC parts in an aircraft corporation.

The image of cutting tools provides reliable information regarding the extent of tool wear. In this paper, we propose the theory of image processing based on rough sets and mathematical morphology to analyzing the flank faces which are chosen as our monitoring object. First, through plotting the appropriate subset, the rough sets filter is used to enhancement the image of tool wear. Then, the mathematical morphology theory is applied to process the translated binary image. Finally, tool condition monitoring is realized by measuring the area of tool wear. This paper gives the corresponding monitoring principal and proposes a new algorithm to process the cutting tool image. The algorithm is also flexible and fast enough to be implemented in real time for online tool wear or tool condition monitoring.

To enable designers to construct geometric models of MEMS devices in a straightforward environment and get mask and process flow automatically, a 3D MEMS CAD system for surface micromachined devices is proposed based on traditional design software—SolidWorks. With Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) of SolidWorks, component modules and databases of the system are developed with Visual Basic, such as geometric model design module, mask and process flow generation module, process simulation module, 3D feature database and material database. Their development method is discussed in this paper. A practical example shows that surface micromachined devices can be designed efficiently in the system without tedious fabrication process.

This paper proposes an interactive augmented reality (AR) architecture for online computer supported collaborative work (CSCW). Current CSCW applications for AR are focused on multiple users met together to collaborate on the same physical environment. The proposed architecture can provide collaboration through computer network without the need of face-to-face communication. System architecture and operation scenario are firstly constructed. AR applications for machine assembly trainingis studied. The proposed interactive AR system architecture can provide new experiences for users and both the effectiveness and efficiency for online training applications can be significantly improved.

In general, production control of digital workshops is a complicated systematical engineering. Because of lacking the methods and means of acquiring the manufacturing data in real time, the traditional production control methods cannot satisfy the real production control requirement of digital workshops. In this paper, we put forward an intelligent control system for digital workshop production. The main contributions include three aspects: Firstly, we introduce and adopt Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology as a means to acquire the manufacturing information in real time produced by the bottom-level manufacturing devices. Secondly, we develop the wcPML (workshop control with Physical Markup Language) and utilize it to act as a media to realize the information visualized description and transmission between the top-level control systems and bottom-level manufacturing sites of workshops. Thirdly, we adopt Java Web technology and wireless LAN to build the infrostructure for the intelligent control system for workshop production. Some key enabling technologies for the intelligent control system also are presented and described following with some concluding remarks.

With the popularization of the Internet and the rapid development of mobile communication technology, mobile e-commerce has become the inevitable trend of social development, and the safety problem is the main bottleneck which restricts social development. Mobile e-commerce brings more complex safety problem than traditional e-commerce because using a lot of new technology and equipment. So it is important to improve the safety performance and healthy development of mobile e-commerce, and to promote social information and national economy information.

The model used for supplier selection is Fuzzy inference system which is introduced in the paper. The paper started with the brief introduction of the intelligent internet supplier selection & evaluation system. It concentrated to introduce the application of the fuzzy set model for supplier selection. This paper will introduce the design of the fuzzy sets model, and the evaluation results.

Centrifugal Flying Shear is one of the most advanced equipments, which is widely used in tandem mill production lines because of its simple structure and high shearing precision. In this paper, the working principle of the centrifugal flying shear was introduced; the three-dimensional model of the centrifugal flying shear was established; the structural analysis and the dynamic simulation of the flying shear, with the movement rule and trajectory, were made based on MATLAB/SimMechanics and Solidworks/COSMOS Motion; and the control strategy of realizing scale shearing was proposed. The results obtained provide theoretical basis for design of the electronic control system, and facilitate further analysis of the shearing process and parameter optimization design of similar flying shears.

Reverse engineering is a new modern product design technology, which is suitable for designing complex curve and surface, has been becoming a practical and widely-available engineering tool in panel design of automotive, motorcycle and electric vehicle. This paper first expatiates on the basic theory of structured light measurement system, registration algorithm of multi-view point cloud data and the basic principle of curve and surface reverse design, and then gives an application example in the 3D design of electric vehicle front panel.

Workflow access control is an important issue in workflow security. Although there exist some standards for security of Web services and access control for services in distributed systems are well studied, there is a lack of comprehensive approach in access control for web services, especially in workflow. This paper proposes a service oriented workflow model and its access control model. The basic authorization unit is task service which is an abstraction of task in the access control model. In this context, we present the dynamic separation of duty based on task services and their conflict relations. Furthermore, we show this model satisfies access control requirements in workflow.

The core of shape control depends on the control of the rolling seam. At present, bending rolling control system is used extensively. It mainly depends on the hydraulic cylinder which generates bending rolling force to improve the shape. The dynamic characteristics of bending rolling force have a big influence to the shape. This paper builds the theory modeling firstly, and takes the advantage of MATLAB to simulate and analyze the key characteristics of bending rolling force.

In this paper, a hybrid method of correlation analysis based on the gray theory and the least squares support vector machine is proposed to model the thermal error of spindle of NC machine tool and predict the thermal error. The gray correlation analysis is used to optimize the measuring points of spindle. The optimum measuring points and the measured thermal error of spindle are regarded as the data to be trained to build the thermal error prediction model based on the least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM). The results show that the thermal error prediction model based on LS-SVM of NC machine tool has advantages of high precision and good generalization performance. The prediction model can be used in real-time compensation of NC machine tool and can prove the process precision and reduce cost.

Cell formation which involves grouping similar parts into part families and the corresponding machines into machine cells is one of the key research issues for designing cellular manufacturing system. Functionally identical machines may vary in production performance. In the paper, processing cost is employed to differentiate the performance of machines, and a two-stage cell formation approach for manufacturing systems with multiple functionally identical machines is proposed. With this approach, parts are firstly clustered into part groups based on process similarity; secondly, machines are then assigned to part groups according to their performance to form manufacturing cells. A heuristic algorithm based on process similarity is presented for part group identification, and a mathematical model with the objective of minimizing the total processing cost is established. An example is employed to illustrate the benefit of the proposed approach and the results suggest that the proposed approach is feasible.

Based on the analysis of current state of aeroengine fault diagnosis, this paper proposes the design and implementation of a web-based fuzzy expert system called WFESAFD, which is focused on the monitoring and fuzzy fault diagnosis of aeroengine. The system architecture and its components, such as web interface layer, monitor, knowledge acquisition and management, integrated data base, reasoning mechanism and knowledge base are illustrated. The detail process of system implementation and practical applications of WFESAFD are presented to illustrate and prove the proposed system’s applicability. Running results show the feasibility and reliability of the framework, which will be helpful to integrate the aeroengine diagnosis knowledge, improve the diagnosis efficiency and decrease the aeroengine diagnosis cost remarkably.

Intelligent teaching system design has become an active research topic in education research community. How to manage the network teaching resource efficiently will have a direct impact on the teaching process and quality in the network teaching system. The semantic web can be a very promising platform for knowledge management systems in the intelligent teaching system design. In this paper, we have presented a framework for the network teaching resource knowledge base (NTRKB) based on semantic web, which includes network teaching resource knowledge representation, regular relation definition based on OWL, knowledge base modeling and construction based on RDF. The NTRKB can achieve knowledge sharing and intelligent retrieval for the network teaching resource, and these components will greatly benefit the development of the proposed intelligent teaching system.

In this paper, ontology modeling language and reasoning engines are studied and applied, framework model of ontology-based expert system is built up, the model tree of classes and instances of fully mechanized caving used equipments is brought forward, OWL-based equipment knowledge base is created by using protégé tool, knowledge rules of mining equipments selection and matching are analyzed, and SWRL-based selection and matching rules are designed. Finally, the rule conversion and reasoning is realized in JESS environment.

Modeling of friction force has been a challenging task in mechanical engineering. Traditional way, such as mathematical modeling approaches, was found quite difficult to achieve satisfactory performances due to some immanent nonlinearity and uncertainties in systems. This paper aims to develop fuzzy modeling techniques to characterize the friction dynamics. The proposed fuzzy modeling approach has two folds, that is, extraction of fuzzy rules using data mining techniques; setup of static model based on the fuzzy rules. The results obtained demonstrate that our proposed method in this paper has good potential in many mechanical systems with unknown nonlinear friction.

With the concepts of self, nonself, antibody, vaccine and antigen in an intrusion detection and prevention system presented in this paper, the architecture of network intrusion and prevention based on immune principle is proposed. The intrusion information gotten from current monitored network is encapsulated and sent to the neighbor network as bacterin; therefore the neighbor network can make use of the bacterin and predict the danger of network. The experimental results show that the new model not only actualizes an active prevention method but also improves the ability of intrusion detection and prevention than that of the traditional passive intrusion prevention systems.

This paper presents a fault diagnosis method on roller bearings based on adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) in combination with feature selection. The class separability index was used as a feature selection criterion to select pertinent features from data set. An adaptive neural-fuzzy inference system was trained and used as a diagnostic classifier. For comparison purposes, the back propagation neural networks (BPN) method was also investigated. The results indicate that the ANFIS model has potential for fault diagnosis of roller bearings.

The architecture consists of fourteen functional agents, such as interpreter agent, process planning agent, simulation agent, tool path planning agent, monitoring agent, expert system agent, etc. Some key technologies to implement the intelligent control including simulation, online inspection and expert system are discussed detailed. As a result, the architecture and key technologies proposed in this paper will aid the development work of the intelligent STEP-NC system.

The garbage crusher is a new kind of crusher for garbage crushing when processing Municipal Solid Waste (MSW). With the development of automatic equipment and the complication of structure and properties of the garbage crusher, the fault diagnosis of garbage crusher is very important. In this paper, according to the fault symptoms and parameters, Radial Basis Function Neural Network (RBF NN) is used for fault diagnosis of the garbage crusher. The structure and inference of RBF NN are discussed in detail. The garbage crusher fault diagnosis model is established based on RBF network. At last, the fault of mechanical system is taken as an example of garbage crusher fault diagnosis. Training simulation results of the neural network are given base on MATLAB software. The result shows the RBF NN is suitable for fault diagnosis of garbage crusher.

In the domain of manufacture and logistics, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) holds the promise of real-time identifying, locating, tracking and monitoring physical objects without line of sight due to an enhanced efficiency, accuracy, and preciseness of object identification, and can be used for a wide range of pervasive computing applications. To achieve these goals, RFID data has to be collected, filtered, and transformed into semantic application data. However, the amount of RFID data is huge. Therefore, it requires much time to extract valuable information from RFID data for object tracing. This paper specifically explores options for modeling and utilizing RFID data set by XML-encoding for tracking queries and path oriented queries. We then propose a method which translates the queries to SQL queries. Based on the XML-encoding scheme, we devise a storage scheme to process tracking queries and path oriented queries efficiently. Finally, we realize the method by programming in a software system for manufacture and logistics laboratory. The system shows that our approach can process the tracing or path queries efficiently.

The remote monitoring system of the robot is mainly designed. Data and image are transmitted based on wireless local-area network (WLAN) and wireless CDMA public communication network and the robot is controlled under the corresponding way. In this paper, the collection and processing of image by DSP, the transmission of data by CDMA modem and the remote wireless control of the robot are described in detail.
