The article presents the case history of a 25-year-old female with single giant pulmonary metastasis from osteosarcoma. The woman patient has a history of left knee osteosarcoma treated 3 years earlier. A metastasis enlargement to 10x9 cm was seen in post-treatment CT-scan, with compression of the ipsilateral hilum.
