This paper summarizes the results submitted to this conference from three BEBC experiments and one Gargamelle experiment (papers ♯ 536, 796, 466A) about the characteristic of final hadrons produced by neutrino and antineutrino.

Abstract
This paper offers a model‐independent explanation for the suppressed production of F, F* and Σc. It also predicts that the B and B* mesons will be suppressed if they are interpreted as (cb) systems. This paper also demands that the production of the so far unobserved spin‐half charmed baryons S and A (in the notations of Gaillard et al.) will be suppressed.
This is a very fast developing field and the amount of literature on the subject is vast. It is impossible not to miss quoting some papers. I intend to inform you of the scope of the developments on the subject of flavor mixing, especially the Kobayashi‐Maskawa model, since the Tokyo conference in 1978.

Abstract
This paper reports Fermilab Experiment 531, ’’A study of Weak Decay Lifetimes of Neutrino Produced Particles in a Tagged Emulsion Spectrometer’’. Lifetimes deduced from 81% of the materials scanned so far are presented for D0, D±, and F± charmed mesons, and Λc+ charmed baryons. Some of physical speculations are made basing on those observed lifetimes. Upperlimit of νμ‐ντ oscillation rate is also estimated depending to the present statistics.

Abstract
This paper reports on the preliminary measurement of the energy dependence of the J/ψ photoproduction cross section over the energy range 60 to 225 GeV. The data was acquired using the Broadband Photon Beam and spectrometer in the Proton Area at Fermilab by a Fermilab University of Illinois collaboration, E‐401.

Abstract
This paper summarizes contribution 4761 and 4772; two high statistics experiments on hadron proton elastic scattering. The first is a high statistics study of π±p and pp elastic scattering at 200 GeV/c in a range of 0.60
