In order to predict the reliability of distribution network accurately and effectively, improve the implementation benefit of distribution system, a reliability prediction of distribution network based on PCA-GA-BP is proposed in this paper. With the help of SPSS software and principal component analysis (PCA) method is used to reduce the correlation among the influencing factors of distribution network reliability, and then the reliability prediction of distribution network is carried out based on GA-BP (genetic algorithm optimized BP neural network). Finally, the reliability prediction results of distribution network based on gray prediction model are compared, and the results verify the superiority of PCA-GA-BP neural network in reliability prediction of distribution networkt.

The problem of pricing discretely-sampled variance swaps under stochastic volatility, stochastic interest rate and regime-switching is being considered in this paper. An extension of the Heston stochastic volatility model structure is done by adding the Cox-Ingersoll-Ross (CIR) stochastic interest rate model. In addition, the parameters of the model are permitted to have transitions following a Markov chain process which is continuous and discoverable. This hybrid model can be used to illustrate certain macroeconomic conditions, for example the changing phases of business stages. The outcome of our regime-switching hybrid model is presented in terms of analytical pricing formulas for variance swaps.

Crystallization is an important process in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. In this work, we report a study to create the zinc-free crystals of bovine insulin on a flow-free droplet-based platform we previously developed. The benefit of this platform is its promise to create a single type of crystals under a simpler and more stable environment and with a high throughput. The experimental result shows that the bovine insulin forms a rhombic dodecahedra shape and the coefficient variation (CV) in the size of crystals is less than 5%. These results are very promising for the insulin production.

Based on the 3107 working face of a mine in Shanxi province, using the theoretical calculation and field measurement methods, explored a coal mining technology by combining use of the caving method and the roadway filling method, to solve the coal mining problems under the highway, under the premise that not change the mining layout of the coal mine. The results show that it is feasible to solve the problem of coal mining under the highway by using the combined mining technology. The surface subsidence can be controlled at the range of 282 to 312mm and 278 ~ 85mm, in parallel to and vertical to the working face direction, respectively, by using this technology; and the maximum slope of the surface deformation was controlled at 1.52mm/m, and all of the deformation variables are controlled under the requirement of the regulation
