In order to predict the reliability of distribution network accurately and effectively, improve the implementation benefit of distribution system, a reliability prediction of distribution network based on PCA-GA-BP is proposed in this paper. With the help of SPSS software and principal component analysis (PCA) method is used to reduce the correlation among the influencing factors of distribution network reliability, and then the reliability prediction of distribution network is carried out based on GA-BP (genetic algorithm optimized BP neural network). Finally, the reliability prediction results of distribution network based on gray prediction model are compared, and the results verify the superiority of PCA-GA-BP neural network in reliability prediction of distribution networkt.
