Since from last decade, there are significant research interests in improving the limit and information rate execution of development wireless communication frameworks. The millimetre wave (mmWave) communications introduced to achieve the explosive network capacity demands for future generation wireless communication systems. However, using mmWave with massive MIMO leads to significant challenges related to the spectrum and energy efficiency. The beam-space (BS) MIMO is recent invention to accomplish the exchange off between the spectrum and energy effectiveness of massive MIMO communications. The BS-MIMO significantly reduces the number radio frequency (RF) channels and increases the capacity. However, in one beam, only one user can be allocated using BS-MIMO. Thus in this paper, introduce the non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) to increase the multiple users allocations in one beam. The NOMA technique is combined with BS-MIMO and form the BS-MIMO-NOMA method in this paper. We presented the simple and normalized algorithm for iterative power allocations using the NOMA technique. The iterative power optimization method with less complexity is designed to realize the dynamic power allocation in order to achieve the energy efficiency performance. The simulation outcomes demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed technique in terms of spectrum and energy efficiency rates compared to underlying methods. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
