To date, many concepts of urban development have been proposed and implemented to some extent. Among them, the ideas of developing cities in harmony with the natural environment occupy a special place. But today's rapidly developing urban planning, scientific and technical progress are hindering the implementation of these ideas. The transition to sustainable development requires a lot of financial expenses and materials, and it takes a long time to implement new principles. Depending on the natural conditions, each city has its own principles of development and this article presents proposals for sustainable development of Tashkent and Samarkand, the main cities of Uzbekistan, based on natural principles. In recent decades, master development plans have not taken into account the natural framework of cities. As a result, the city's waterways were left without attention. The proposals provide solutions for the restoration of disappearing ditches, canals and water bodies in cities, and landscaping around them. Implementation of these tasks will improve the ecological stability of cities, improve the health of the population, and one of the urgent problems of today will lead to a certain level of ecological balance. With the increase in frequency and intensity of natural disasters induced by extreme weather events globally, there are growing threats to human life and property safety. Effective utilization of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) vision techniques for rapid disaster assessment and relief is of great value, but still faces many challenges. The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive review on the application status, technological progress, and existing problems of UAV vision technology in disaster response. Through extensive investigation of relevant literature, this paper compares and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of key UAV visual techniques for disaster response. The mainstream algorithms and future improvements of several critical technologies are summarized, including image stabilization, target recognition, and three-dimensional reconstruction. Image stabilization technology compensates for UAV motion to obtain clear and stable video, crucial for further analysis. Both mechanical and digital methods have been explored. Target recognition enables UAVs to automatically detect disaster-related entities like survivors, dangerous areas, and blocked roads. Deep learning methods are now dominant. Three-dimensional reconstruction builds precise environment models, providing essential data for assessment and planning. Multi-view methods improve accuracy. In addition, this paper discusses the trends and open challenges faced by UAV vision applications in complex disaster environments, such as robustness, real-time performance, energy efficiency, and data security. Scenario planning is a valuable tool for aiding management in comprehending potential future scenarios and making well-informed decisions. In this context, we are applying it to the development of research topics concerning Indonesia's maritime industry. This research aims to enhance stakeholders' understanding of issues related to the growth of maritime research topics in Indonesia, encompassing aspects such as tourism, oceanography, fisheries, infrastructure, energy, and mineral resources. Moreover, the study investigates changes in the strategic environment, including socio-political and economic factors that influence the progression of maritime research in Indonesia. We employ scenario planning analysis to chart the strategic environment and its ramifications on maritime research topics in Indonesia. This includes an examination of both global and national trends. We formulate driving and uncertainty factors within the framework of scenario planning analysis, which are then crafted into strategic environmental scenarios. The outcome of this scenario planning exercise yields four distinct scenarios. This methodology is well-suited for establishing the trajectory of national development aimed at constructing a research-driven maritime industry by 2045. The high use of smartphones and the internet in Indonesia is a huge opportunity for industry actors to run a business in the field of mobile health applications. Construction design consultancy is not only a professional activity but also a lever to bring significant economic and technical efficiency to society. The data for the study was collected by survey questionnaires and analyzed using the sampling investigation method. Participants in the study were chosen based on their previous construction consulting experience in Vietnam (designers, employees in construction consultation companies, owners of consultation companies. The criteria for assessing the capacity of construction design consultation companies were defined in this study, as well as the elements that affect the capacity of this type of organization. According to the findings, there are eight major high-to-low sorting criteria affecting the capability of construction design consultancy firms: Customers' needs, scientific and technological progress; organizational and management mechanisms; machinery and technology equipment; Financial capacity; Human Resources; Marketing activities and Institutional environment and the Government macroeconomic policies. This "smart" behavior of technical objects is mainly determined by the "intelligent" functioning of their built- in control systems. Software Defined Networks is an emerging technology in modern technological manageable, dynamic, low-priced and adaptable environment, however these network are vulnerable to attack specially Distributed Denial of Service attack, the main objective of this research is to detect and mitigated these attack by using machine learning (support vector machine algorithm), two scenarios for topology connected using Vm-ware program-mininet, two types of sdn controllers were used, the most important noteworthy is that in normal traffic operation pox controller connects better than ryu controller for the same data set and topolpogy, whereas ryu makes more progress in throughput when the network is exposed to ddos attack, while if we measure round trip time ryu is better than pox in normal operation but in ddos attack pox is better, the percentage value for the throughput for pox controller in normal traffic is 93% & for ryu 87%, while in attack traffic ryu 87% in pox 35%, the round trip time in attack traffic is 94% for pox controller while for ryu is 8.7% so ryu is better in attack traffic which is one of the most important finding in this research. Currently, design is supported by many software systems that require high-performance computing hardware. The research aims to develop a method for assessing project team efficiency in using computers for project tasks. It is proposed to apply the Data Envelopment Analysis method to build the project team's efficiency frontiers. A key indicator set has been developed that characterizes the implementation of project tasks and the provision of computer equipment. The results of solving linear programming problems are illustrated in Production Possibility Sets. The position of project teams in the space of key indicators relative to the efficiency frontier is analyzed visually on diagrams. This view allows the analyst to identify targeted changes in key indicators to maximize the project team's effectiveness. The analysis of the progress of project teams in different periods was carried out using the Malmqvist productivity index. The policy of stimulating global scientific and technological progress is fraught with a decrease in demand and prices for Russian energy resources in the world and a reduction in investment programs in the Russian energy sectors. The article provides the corresponding quantitative assessments of the deterioration of export and investment parameters of the development of the energy sectors relative to the forecast expectations of the Government of the Russian Federation. The results of model studies have shown that single disturbances of individual development parameters of the fuel and energy complex will not have a significant impact on the long-term development of the Russian economy. The article analyzes the causes of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant on April 26, 1986. The authors believe that the 1986 accident at the 4th power unit occurred as a result of an extremely unlikely coincidence circumstances. The development of the accident was greatly facilitated by both the design features of the RBMK reactor and the gross violations of the regulations for its operation by the personnel. And so harmoniously exchanging knowledge, they create more sophisticated samples of space technology, and management creates comfortable working conditions and staff development.
