Dynamic behavior of complex shell structures is studied in the article using a programming and computing suite. The values of the lowest natural oscillation frequencies ωR1, ωR2 and the corresponding damping coefficients ωI1, ωI2 of the considered structure were determined using the developed methodology, depending on the parameter of structural non-homogeneity K. Based on the analysis of the research results, it was found that an increase in dissipative characteristics can be achieved by introducing additional viscous-elastic frames different from the characteristics of the inner and outer viscoelastic layers of the structure. Thus, it is possible to increase the efficiency of the synergistic effect of the viscoelastic properties of a structurally non-homogeneous system and reach the values of the defining coefficient of attenuation δ.
