This study aims to design an application model in the field of health at the Indonesian Ministry of Health using the administration of a database of health insurance participants in the 2019 COBIT framework. The International ISO issues ISO / IEC 27002 where there is a list of generally accepted control objectives and best practice controls that can be used as implementation guidelines when selecting and implementing controls to achieve information security in the field of health services as follows: To design the context design of the which is a health application that uses the COBIT and OECD framework, To support the implementation of the principles of transparency and accountability in the context of RKAPB based on cloud computing and IoT in public health center and hospitals throughout Indonesia and To produce the IPR context of the Indonesian National standards Application that can be used by national Ministry of Health agencies and other private Health Industries. The object of the study is the data of participants in the health insurance of the province of Jakarta, Indonesia. The research instrument uses the 2019 COBIT Framework and the 2019 OECD Health Statistics for standardization based on Indonesian National standards, which is the database of health insurance participants of the Indonesian Ministry of Health and the 2018 OECD Statistics administration database as objects. The sampling technique is to use the ISS application prototype. The results of the study are the design of application models in the health sector at the Indonesian Ministry of Health which are standardized based on Indonesian National standards. This paper introduces a computational method for an ellipsoidal truncated modeling of the classic three-dimensional normal distribution. We suggest a method of truncation in which the limits are determined by a successive minimization of the error, under the conditions in which the corresponding probability density approximates ever better the numeric data. We present activities of the group, Spanish Women in Physics, during the past three years. We describe measures adopted by the Spanish government to attain gender equality and discuss the status of women in the scientific field. Finally, we present statistical data updated from the last IUPAP Women in Physics Conference in 2005. The percentage of women at various staff levels at universities and at the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC) remains constant (approximately 32%). At CSIC, however, an increase in the number of available posts has led to an increase in the number of women in top positions. We analyze statistical data from 1999 to 2008 on the percentage of women obtaining physics degrees in Ukraine and attaining membership in the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Overall female representation follows general world patterns. Women are in the minority at all levels of the academic ladder, with progressively decreasing numbers at the highest levels. We describe the status of women physicists in Turkey and offer statistical data illustrating their present status. The number of universities in Turkey has risen from 80 to 104 (74 public, 30 private) in the last six years. Physics is studied as a general education subject in only 67 universities, all public institutions. In 2008, women fill approximately 30% of academic positions in physics, of which 16% are at the level of professor, 17% associate professor, 27% assistant professor, and 43% research assistant. Compared with the results of a 2002 IUPAP Working Group on Women in Physics survey, there has been an obvious increase in the number of female physicists in universities. Although the percentage of higher-ranking full and associate professors has increased only 5%, the number of assistant professors and research assistants has increased almost twofold.
