This paper focuses on AI-based assistive technology to help VI person in navigating indoor using QR codes in a very simpler way. We proposed a novel algorithm by which a visually impaired person can not only navigate through the indoor environment but also detect various objects and landmarks in the path. The visually impaired person navigates through the tactile path and by scanning QR codes. The scanned data then forms the database in the comma-separated file(CSV), whenever the VI person regularly moves through the path, the algorithm keeps checking the movement and guide the user by an alert about various objects present in the path, whenever the VI user deviates from the regular path, the system alerts the user through an audio signal. Herein, highly porous activated carbon derived from the spike inflorescence part of flower of Achyranthes aspera L. plant has been reported. This plant, which is source of natural, non-toxic and cost effective organic precursor, is commonly known as ‘Latjeera’ in Hindi speaking region of India. Activated carbon (AC) has been prepared by chemical activation method using zinc chloride (ZnCl2) as activating agent. Heating of flowers of Achyranthes aspera was carried out for carbonization and activation. The structural and morphological study on the prepared AC has been done using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The fabricated electrode double layer capacitor (EDLC) using the synthesized activated carbon shows specific capacitance of 50.8 Fg-1 at current density of 1.0 Ag-1. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Flexible electronics is one of the emerging area of this era. In this paper we have reported synthesis of Cu doped Zinc sulphide nanostructures on filter paper flexible substrates. Zinc chloride and Thio urea were used as a precursor for Zinc and Sulphur. The structures were characterized by XRD, FE-SEM and UV visible spectrometer. All the peaks identified for cubic structure of ZnS. Appearance of small Cu peaks indicates incorporation of Cu into ZnS lattice. Zns nanostructures assembled as nanobelts and nanofibers as shown in FE-SEM micrographs. Compound Structures provide the reasonable electrical conductivity on filter paper. Solid solutions of (1-x)(Na0.5 Bi0.5TiO3)-x(BaSnO3) (x = 0, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25) are successfully synthesized using conventional solid state reaction route. Formation of solid solutions is confirmed by x-ray diffraction technique. NBT stabilizes in hexagonal structural form whereas the other end member of solid solution BSN stabilizes in cubic structure. Lattice parameters (a, b) and the unit cell volume increase, whereas c-parameter decreases with increasing BSN composition. The temperature dependent dielectric constant and dc conductivity also show anomalies at phase transition and show ferroelectric relaxor behavior. In the present investigation, a solid solution of BiFeO3 and NiTiO3 i.e., (Ni0.45Ti0.45Fe0.10) O3 (abbreviation is BNTF) have been synthesized using a solid-state reaction technique. Structural and dielectric properties of BNTF ceramics have been studied in details to understand their properties. Preliminary X-ray diffraction analysis confirm the formation of a new system, which is different from that of its parent compounds. Substitution of a small amount of NiTiO3 into BiFeO3 enhances dielectric and ferroelectric properties, and reduces electrical leakage current or tangent loss. It was shown by XRD that at room temperature structure of the compound is of single-phase with tetragonal symmetry. Some electrical characteristics (dielectric constant and loss) studied over a wide frequency (1 kHz-1 MHz) and temperature (25-400 °C) ranges have provided many more interesting information useful for devices. In Si nanowire (SiNW) solar cells enhanced light confinement property in addition to decoupling of charge carrier collection and light absorption directions plays a significant role to resolve the draw backs of bulk Si solar cells. In this report we have studied the dependence of the phovoltaic properties of Si NW array solar cells on the SiNW length and enhanced surface defect states as a result of enhanced surface area of the NWs. The SiNW arrays have been fabricated using metal catalyzed electroless etching (MCEE) technique. p-n junction has been produced by spin-ondopant technique followed by thermal diffusion process. Front and rear electrodes have been deposited by e-beam evaporation techniques. SiNW lengths have been controlled from ~ 320 nm to 6.4 μm by controlling the parameters of MCEE technique. Photovoltaic properties of the solar cells have been characterized by measuring quantum efficiency and photocurrent density vs. voltage characteristics. Morphological studies have been carried out by using scanning electron microscopy. Reduction in light trapping capability comes at the benefit of reduced surface defects. The reduction of surface defects has been proved to be more advantageous in comparison to the decrement of light trapping capability. The major contribution to the changes in cell efficiency comes from the enhancement of short circuit current density with a very weak dependence on open circuit voltage. This work is beneficial for the production of commercial Si solar cells where SiNW arrays could be used as an antireflection coating instead of using separate antireflection layers. The one ought to know the downsides which may prompts information burglaries or Identity robberies through mysterious client which might prompt hurtful demonstration, we have planned and play out the Attacks which influence Operating System Failure or Break down of machine to show how attacks can be done. The proposed have targeted the windows 7 operating system in the demonstration technique. In the proposed system we have demonstrated an exploitation technique on Kali Linux by keeping the windows systems as a target. In the given practical method, the chances of getting the access to the operating system is 92%, in some other cases it goes up to even 100%.
