Using an IoT analytics platform service, we simulated real-time pipeline monitoring and pinpointed the exact site of pipeline damage in this research. This research uses pressure pulses to monitor pipelines, using vibration in pipes. This work similarly uses the notion of a temporal delay between the arrival of pulses at sensor sites. The Thing Speak internet of things (IoT) analytics platform interfaces with a wireless communication device built with an Arduino and a Wi-Fi module. An experiment rig that employed a wireless connection device called for five channels of data collection on the platform. All tracks were refreshed every two minutes, and every 15 seconds signal data were recorded. The wireless communication device's data was instantly visualized using Thing Speak. The data was analyzed and processed online as soon as it was received. Data were processed on a second test rig developed with an onboard data logger. The recorded pulse propagation velocity was 355 m/s. Between 4.243 and 4.246 m, the 50 measurements yielded event location estimations. Compared to the measured event location of 4.23 m, this had a dispersion of only 3 mm, It was found that the wireless communication device performed as well as the data logger when used for real-time monitoring of pipelines, according to the trial findings. In this paper an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) prototype of Big Data Analysis System based on Data Mining Techniques, Hadoop information infrastructure platform for distributed data collection and MATLAB analytical environment have were proposed. The obtained results of test activities related to some system modules for clustering analysis, recognition and classification tasks about defined economic objectives and processes are presented. Achieved indicators for revenues, expenditures and procedures for excessive deficit for individual Economic regions in Europe, covering the period from 1995 to 2021, according to a report by the European Commission were defined as a complex object of study. Approaches based on k-Means Clustering, Linear and Quadratic Discriminant Analysis, Resubstitution and Cross-validation Techniques, Feed-Forward Neural Networks (FFNN) with Scaled Conjugate Gradient training algorithm were applied. Models with observed high quality indicators were synthesized in the process of the exposed procedures. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The paper describes the various materials and methods used to create a functioning prototype of a mass flow rate data collection system which is applicable to the palm kernel screw press machine only. The system was then used to obtain crucial information through a series of tests which include the load cell calibration test which resulted in a maximum error of 5% deviation from the actual value of mass at higher loads. The Bluetooth Module and Arduino Uno communication test however, brought about great results as the prototype was found to function as intended and had a 100% success rate to perform optimally in a real-life situation. The mass flow rate data collection system will be able to notify the user when the screw press machine has reached a critical point for maintenance and also help in the troubleshooting process to locate the source of the decrease in performance of the screw press. The positive emotional impact of a product on the consumers raises their desire to own it. A hybrid framework for emotional user experience package design of educational toys was created. It combines traditional static with new dynamic user experience design. A questionnaire for measuring traditional static user experience was created. Dynamic emotional user experience is measured by new real time data collection technology. It provides dynamic user performance metrics data. By a swarm optimization model optimal values of package design elements providing most positive emotional user experience are determined. This was used for defining user experience recommendations for package design of educational toys and tools. A comparison of dynamic user experience design with traditional static user experience design of packages shows the advantages of this new technology enabling better package design. Further development recommendations for dynamic user experience design of packages are defined. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This research is aimed to find out the profile of the mathematics student’ science process skill in the even semester of the academic year of 2017/2018. Class F students are the population and sample in this research. In data collection phase, evaluation was conducted to gather data on students’ science process skills in Physics by providing observation sheet and test questions on skills. The statistical analysis employed to process the research data was descriptive statistical analysis. The results indicated that students did not demonstrate good ability in doing practicum or they were not skillful in certain aspects. This is evidenced by the way the practicum process was conducted which showed that student still needs evaluation and many of them gained low score that they needed to improve. This indicates that learning physics in some way is worth the attention for the formation of students’ understanding of the learning material in the class in terms of defining variables, measuring and processing data. Students should constantly delve into these three aspects in order to gain a better understanding of the material given. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the uncertainty of the DNI satellite-derived data from HelioClim-3 against those measured at ground level by calculating the classical statistical performance indicators for different time resolutions (hourly, daily and monthly). Correlations between the errors and the Aerosol optical depth (AOD) data measured by an AERONET sun photometer station at the University of Oujda were performed. Results show that the DNI data derived from Helioclim-3 can be considered as acceptable for satellite data with an RMSE of 19.7 % and a bias of 7.9 % for the hourly data. HelioClim-3 systematically over-estimates the daily DNI sums for the investigated site. The correlation to AOD at 550 nm can only be one of the reasons for the deviation. Corrections or site adaptation could help to increase the accuracy of the data base for that pixel. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A man-machine interactive garment frame model intelligent processing system is studied in this paper. The system consists of several sensor device, voice processing module, mechanical parts and data centralized acquisition devices. The sensor device is used to collect information on the environment changes brought by the body near the clothes frame mode!, the data collection device is used to collect the information of the environment change induced by the sensor device, voice processing module is used for speech recognition of nonspecific person to achieve human-machine interaction, mechanical moving parts are used to make corresponding mechanical responses to the information processed by data collection device.it is connected with data acquisition device by a means of one-way connection. There is a one-way connection between sensor device and data collection device, two-way connection between data acquisition device and voice processing module. The data collection device is one-way connection with mechanical movement parts. The intelligent processing system can judge whether it needs to interact with the customer, realize the man-machine interaction instead of the current rieid frame model. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
