In this experimental research, the intelligent control heater is designed as an advanced model of solar heating devices. The device provides about 15 to 20 amperes, that is, 3300 to 4400 watts of electrical power if an electric heater is used. The electronic control system is programmed to set the highest temperature of hot water for winter to 65 degrees Celsius, and in summer, it does not exceed 40 degrees Celsius. To improve the thermal performance of the heater. Two proposals were made and then compared. The first is to sheathe the inner walls and the base of the solar collector with aluminum foil; the second option is to paint the base of the collector and its inner walls with a selective dye of chromium trioxide. According to the results, the highest efficiency obtained for the first proposal is 90%, while the highest efficiency obtained from the second proposal is 81%. From an economic point of view, aluminum foil is very cheap compared to Chromium trioxide dye. In addition, in the complex coated with aluminum foil, the water in it heats up much faster than in the complex dyed with chromium trioxide dye. However, the Chromium trioxide dye does not deteriorate quickly compared to aluminum foil. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
