The purpose of this study is to develop a model of threats identification in the information security system of the mobile connection operator using the method of systemic dynamics. The model presented in the environment of imitation modeling Powersim Studio 7 allows assessing the impact of threats on assets, and as a result, on the overall financial condition of the mobile operator. When building the model, the business processes of the mobile operator and the type of corporate management were taken into account that provided the reflecting all information flows at different levels. The model also includes a set of technical and organizational measures of information protection, which reduce the possibility of the information security threats realization.
