Access to capital is one of the major constraints in the development of cattle fattening in Indonesia 1bis paper aims to identify the types of financial services and factors affecting the flow of credit for cattle fattening operations. About 54 fatteners as well as fourteen staff from the bank in Tuban and Lamongan Districts, East Java Province, Indonesia were interviewed regarding sources of credit taken and factors considered by banks to lend to farmers. The result showed that finance for fattening is mostly by formal finance (bank, government, and company) both subsidized credit with six percent interest rate or commercial rate; while fewer percentage fatteners involved in sharing cattle arrangement. Even though a low-interest rate credit is less favorable for banks, this contributes to retaining the customers or attracting new borrowers; also expanding the sectors#x2019; scope of banks including cattle fattening. In addition, participating in farmer groups, technical supports by livestock agencies, the availability of certain markets; predicting profit in budget analysis; government policy; and the availability of money from banks are indicated as factors affecting supply for cattle credit. Early married on the child-girl is defined as a marriage of a girl before the age of 18. Early married has direct effects to girl education, health, and psychological so that increase risk of the maternal mortality and child mortality cases. The maternal mortality and child mortality cases can also be an indicator of the welfare level of a region. If the maternal mortality and the infant maternal cases are the high, then the quality of health services in the area is bad and conversely. In this paper, we discuss about effect of early marriage on the child-girl to maternal and infant mortality in East Java Indonesia using bi-response Poisson regression model based on local linear. The best model is determined based on Cross Validation (CV). The bi-response Poisson regression model with the best local linear estimator is obtained from optimal bandwidth is 0.67. The comparison of the deviance value between parametric and nonparametric regression model in this case showed the bi-response Poisson regression using nonparametric regression model approach based on local linear estimator is better than the bi-response Poisson regression using parametric regression approach. Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a new virus that can be contagious and its worst effects can lead to death. COVID-19 first appeared in Wuhan, China until it finally spread throughout the country, one of which is Indonesia. The spread of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia itself is quite rapid until finally the World Health Organization (WHO) designates COVID-19 cases as pandemics. Based on current conditions, this paper discuss about predict positive case data of COVID-19 at five locations in East Java (Malang City, Batu City, Pasuruan Regency, Malang Regency, Pasuruan City) using a space-time model namely Generalized Space-Time Autoregressive (GSTAR). Considering that COVID-19 is very easy to spread not only depending on the time but also the proximity between locations, the GSTAR method is good enough to be used to predict the assumption of parameters between heterogeneous locations. The estimation used is OLS with the location weight of cross-correlation normalization. The results of this study obtained the GSTAR(21)-OLS model is the best model to predict the number of positive cases of COVID-19 in.five locations in East Java by weighting the normalization of cross-correlation based on the smallest RMSE value in data out sample. Rice is the main staple food in Indonesia that has the four largest population in the world. East Java is one of the largest rice producing centres in Indonesia, many other regions such as DKI, Papua, NTT, North Sumatera, South Sumatera, West Sumatera, Riau, Bengkulu, Jambi, DIY and Maluku depend on its supply of rice. The purpose of this paper is to develop system dynamic model for estimation of the East Java's rice contributions to Indonesia’s food security. The objective of the model is to provide a learning tool for policy-makers to improve their understanding of the long-term dynamic behaviour of the rice production, and as a decision support tool for exploring plausible policy scenario. Management and agricultural development. Structural and behavioural pattern tests, and statistical test were used to evaluate and validate the performance of the model. The results showed that the simulated outputs agree dwell with the observed reality of the system. Three additional scenarios were simulated. (scenario 1) expanding rice field area, (scenario 2) improving the intensification and there should be additional support to farmers through provision of agricultural inputs such as seeds, fertilizers and pesticides and be given sufficient training to best apply these input and (Scenario 3) increasing the amount of infrastructure in order to distribute more supply. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused all learning in Indonesia to be carried out online. For more than a year, the learning was carried out online. Here, we present a description of online learning conducted for undergraduate students of chemistry education at the chemistry department at a public university in East Java on reaction rate lab work material. The blended learning strategy consisted of five stages: Discover, Learn, Practice, Collaborate, and Assess (DLPCA). Under the DLPCA strategy, the asynchronous part of teaching was done with video recordings shared in the learning management system (SIPEJAR) to allow students to learn at their own pace. The synchronous part of the teaching was done using a video conferencing platform in the form of Google Meet. The DLPCA strategy was presented and discussed with students before being implemented. The analysis of teaching and learning experiences based on two indicators, (i) student learning experience and (ii) student academic achievement, showed that DLPCA had a positive impact on students. The challenges identified were the stability of the internet connection and hands-on learning experiences in understanding laboratory tools. Instructors must also find ways to increase their interactions with students and maintain student interest and engagement during online classes. The study also shows that most of the learners are satisfied with the DLCPA strategy. Indonesia as the largest construction market in ASEAN has several serious challenges that must be addressed immediately. The low quality of vocational high school graduates in Indonesia including in east java province due to some constraints in the implementation of vocational education such as the challenges and problems of Vocational High School, the relevance of vocational high school with industry, the quality of graduates, competitiveness, and support from business and industry community are still low. This research aims to know the preparation of a skilled workforce for ready to work in construction services, for more effective and efficient with graduates getting certified skilled personnel before entering the workforce in east java province. The mixed-method is used to develop this research, with 221 vocational high schools in east java as respondents. The results are improvements governance of vocational high school needs support as like: synergies/collaboration business and industry community, intensive internship, teaching factory, development/strengthening of soft skills, cooperation with Ministry of Public Work And Housing, cooperation with Institute of Development Construction Services, and cooperation with the Association of Corporate Services Construction. Soybean is the third most important source of vegetable protein and agricultural commodity in Indonesia. Physiological results of soybean crop are determined by the relationship source strength and sink capacity. Source is associated with assimilation of CO2, and sink is associated with a photo-assimilate allocated to storage or plant growth. Physiological characters of the number of vessels there is the xylem-phloem tissue cannot be separated but has different functions, so affect growth and yield of crops. Therefore, to increase productivity of soybeans it is necessary to examined the relationship between number of vessels and soybeans yield. The purpose of this study was to assess the diversity of vessels number and correlation of vessel number and yield in 36 genotypes of soybean. Research was conducted in the Agro Techno Park, University of Brawijaya, Jatikerto, Kromengan District, Malang Regency, East Java Province from March to June 2020. The research used randomized block design with three replications. The observation of vessel number was conducted in Plant Breeding Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Brawijaya. Data was analyzed using Scott-Knott's test facilitated by SASM-Agri application and the correlation analysis by OPSTAT application. The results showed that the number of vessels of soybean plants in the range of 10.5–17.5. Genotypes that have a large number of vessel bundles are genotypes Anjasmoro × Argopuro, Anjasmoro × UB2, Tanggamus × UB1, Tanggamus × UB2, Argopuro × Tanggamus, Argopuro × Grobogan, Argopuro × UB1, Argopuro × UB2, Grobogan × UB2, UB1 × Tanggamus, UB1 × UB2, Anjasmoro, Argopuro, and Tanggamus. Moreover, it was discovered that the number of vessels was positively correlated with plant heigh (r = 0.333) and negatively correlated with the number of empty pods (r = -0.365). Eichornia crassipes is potentially used as biosorbent of high metal. There are still incomplete data about the surface properties of local Eichornia crassipes biomass. The objective of this research is to obtain surface acidity, specific surface area, and pore structure of Eichornia crassipes biosorbent. Eichornia crassipes plant obtains form Selorejo belly Ngantang District area of Malang, East Java, Indonesia. Samples characterized were root, stem and leaf part. Surface acidity characterization was carried out on unwashed and washed samples by variation of HCl. Surface acidity was determined by acid-base titration, the specific surface area was measured by methylene blue and stereological analysis method and pore structure were analyzed by optical and SEM. The results showed that surface acidity of unwashed biosorbent on the root, stem, and leaf was small compared to surface acidity of washed biosorbent. The specific surface area of root, stem and leaf measured by methylene blue method seemed alike. Stereological analysis of specific surface area showed a more varying number. Pore structure described by SEM for root was in the form of a round hole, trilateral and spasmodic, whereas the stem pores were resembling to a piece of broken pipe while leaf pores were a coral stone-like. Tailing is the waste generated from mining activities, and its presence in the world of mining cannot be avoided. As waste, it is considered to contain minerals rich in Fe and Cu. This research aims to reveal the metal distribution of both vertical and lateral, using geoelectric resistivity. From the results of chemical analysis of sediment deposition contains be 6.14%-8.88% of Fe metal and 0.16%-0.25% of Cu. It consist also around magnetite (34.35%-59.85%), Pyrite (18.3%-29.71%, Quartz (15.31%-25.43%), Garnet (1.73%-3%), Rutile (0.46%), Chalcopyrite (0.17%-1.46%), Pyroxene (0.8%-2.35%), Hematite (3.49%) and Iron oxide (1.80%-4.81%). Geoelectric data show a conductive layer with resistivity type between 1.38 ohm m-47.3 ohm m. If this layer is correlated with well data, the deposition of sediment contains of Fe between 5.3%-8.2% and Copper between 0.18%-0.23%. This method is based on rock physics which done by correlating many laboratory experiment, field measurements and well data. Prediction of Fe and Cu found on every line is good enough, this is indicated by the RMS error of less than 5%, against the actual data in each of the wells.
