This study aims to present the initial results of the learning trajectory of the pattern of numbers in the context of tajung cloth by using numeracy ability test questions at the evaluation stage. This research design consists of three stages: Preparation for an experiment, Implementation, Retrospective Analysis. The learning trajectory is designed in the context of the tajung Palembang fabric. Data was collected through documentation, interviews, and class observations. The findings show that the context of the tajung cloth helps students easily understand the concept of number patterns and how students find regular patterns in the tajung cloth motif. The learning trajectory consists of two activities. The first aims to introduce the concept of number patterns and look for regularity of repeating patterns. The second aims to help students generalize the concept of number patterns to solve a problem. Finally, the research findings contribute to the further development of the learning trajectory on number patterns and the evaluation questions used in the form of students' numeracy ability test questions.
