Coronavirus diseases 2021 (COVID-19) on going situation in Iraq is characterized in this paper. The pandemic handling by the government and the difficulties of public health measures enforcement in Iraq. Estimation of the COVID-19 data set was performed. Iraq is endangered to the pandemic, like the rest of the world besides sharing borders with hotspot neighbouring country Iran. The government of Iraq launched proactive measures in an attempt to prevent the viral spread. Nevertheless, reports of new cases keep escalating leaving the public health officials racing to take more firm constriction to face the pandemic. The paper bring forth the current COVID-19 scenario in Iraq, the government measures towards the public health challenges, and the future potential health risks that may emerge. Crises, by their environment, are inclined to have an undesirable influence on markets and financial activities. The emergence of COVID-19 has widely affected the global demand for crude oil. Prices continued to fall in January and February 2020, as China demand - the world main crude oil trader and Iraq main customer - ended up shutting down. This pressure increased to turn into the biggest price drop in March 2020. At that time, Iraq goes through the two crises of the Corona virus and the collapse of oil prices. Iraq's commitment to OPEC announcement to reduce its oil production was an issue, and Iraq did not only obtain a smaller amount of the crude oil it produces, as the second largest producer in OPEC, but also decided not to pump the same amount of it. This decision has a crucial impact on oil prices in Iraq using daily information of the crises. The results indicate that both COVID-19 and oil prices are inversely proportional. In addition, this crise has exhausted the Iraqi economy. Iraq was not prepared for such circumstances, logistically or morally. When reviewing oil prices before the emergence of COVID-19, it is impossible to reject the oil market recovery hypothesis. In other words, the results agree with the evidence of market performance before the crisis, and the opposite is completely true, as oil prices collapsed after the emergence of the virus at the end of 2019. The question here is whether or not we will be ready or prepared for such circumstances. This paper will summarize what Iraq has gone through concerning the oil markets, aspiring to benefit from this crisis. Since the emerging coronavirus pandemic spreads worldwide, countries continue to find new ways to combat and control the spread of "Covid-19." As part of the virus-fighting efforts, information on diagnostic procedures, infection and symptoms, and the most recent therapy and vaccine research have been updated. The main objective of this paper is to reduce the enormous load on the healthcare system by providing the best way to diagnose patients and predict the infection of COV-19 effectively. As a result of the scientific development in computers and their applications, this science has treated many medical problems. However, clinical trials and human skills are still required despite the undeniable contributions of artificial intelligence (AI) and data research responsible for fighting the pandemic. They are a global and open-source tool capable of assisting in this health emergency. However, due to the severity of the threat of this virus to global health and its rapid development, these solutions remain insufficient to combat it. This research paper uses data mining based on algorithms of AI and machine learning (ML) to detect and diagnose COVID-19 infection based on clinical diagnostic tests prepared previously in the Iraqi Ministry of Health. The model was provided with a dataset of the COVID-19 virus using the Python programming language. To create the model where the model predicts whether this person is infected or not infected with the virus, and if it is proven that he is in the danger zone (reaching death), can he bypass the virus and be cured. The current study results showed that the model was developed using the Random Forest Classifier algorithm more efficiently to predict infection with the Coronavirus. This represents the best model developed among other models that used various algorithms, such as Gaussian Naive Bayes, k-nearest neighbors, Support vector machine, Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Gradient boosting, Multi-layer Perceptron. Mathematical modeling is critical and crucial in a variety of fields, including medicine, physics and economics. This paper uses mathematical modeling to analyze coronavirus data in Iraq, specifically in Karbala province. Our basic idea involves applying two approaches using software. The first is to apply the SIR model to obtain forecasts for the spread of the corona epidemic over the entire year, using November 2021 data from Karbala province as a starting point. The second direction is to use the Euler approach to predict the development of the pandemic and finally, optimization techniques have been introduced for the spread of the coronavirus and methods to prevent its spread. New heterocyclic compounds (R1-R26) were synthesized, as oxazole derivatives (R7-R11) were synthesized from the cyclization of the compound (R1) with the compounds (R2-R6), then the oxazole derivatives (R7-R11) were used to synthesis the pyrimidine derivatives (R12-R16), imidazole derivatives (R17-R21), and pyrazole derivatives (R22-R26) from the reaction it's with different compounds, all compounds were characterized using infrared spectra, nuclear magnetic resonance, mass, and physical properties. Then the effectiveness of these compounds was tested on the inhibition of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from swabs and urine of COVID-19 patients in Respiratory Care units in Iraq and the results showed that the compounds (R1-R26) with three concentrations (1000, 500, 250ppm), respectively, had an inhibitory effect on the isolated bacteria compared to the antibiotics used in the hospital, which did not show any effectiveness in inhibiting this type of bacteria. Since the beginning of the pandemic, several studies have revealed a link between the ABO blood group and COVID-19. The objective of this study is to determine the association between the ABO blood group and COVID-19 susceptibility in Baghdad city, Iraq. We compared ABO blood group distributions in 414 (269 female, 145 male) COVID-19 patients with 56 (29 female, 27 male) healthy controls to see if there was any link between COVID-19 disease and blood group during February to July 2020. Their ages ranged from less than 10 to more than 70 years. We found that females with blood group O and Rh (positive) were associated with an increased risk of infection, while blood group AB and Rh (negative) were associated with a decreased risk. Cases aged 20-29 were the most infected with COVID-19 among other age groups. We think this is the first study that found the relationship between Covid-19 and O blood type in our country and the only one in the world literature. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objectives: Documentation the risk of the COVID-19 in.Iraq is occurred by interpretation of the case fatality rate (CFR) across a period of time. and different regions. This could highlight the reason behind the rapid spreading of COVID-19 among Iraqi population. Methods: in this work we introduced and applied a protocol to evaluate and elucidate the behavior of the case fatality rate (CFR) of COVID-19 at different regions in Iraq. This evaluation was performed across 6 months (27th March - 27th September). All data of COVID-19 pandemic in Iraq were obtained from the websites of Health Ministry in Iraq (https://moh.gov.iq/). Results: During the study period, Baghdad score is the highest fatality rate compering with other cities flowed by Basara then Babylon. Baghdad has the highest CFR value (8.5) compared with Arbil and Mosil have 2.5 and 3.19 respectively, in which are better than (Baghdad, Basra and Babil) there was more than 50% less than Baghdad. Furthermore, Babylon city ranks the first in terms of the death rate among population (0.25%) and (0.0017%) to Iraq population. The reason behind that could be related to the population density in the rural area, and the lag during transfer COVID-19 patients to specialized tertiary. On the other hand, Mosil had the lowest death rate population (0.012%) compared with other cities in this study. Conclusion: Comparing fatality rate and death rate of COVID-19 pandemic across different Iraqi cities would help to illustrate the strength and spreading rate of the pandemic. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
