In the paper we consider a special case of switched systems defined on hybrid-time domains. The stability is examined for such a system under arbitrary switching. This paper deals with a leader-following consensus problem of a group of autonomous agents which dynamics are described by a fractional-order linear system with Caputo–Fabrizio (CF) derivative. Based on the interactions between agents and using the spectral characterization of stability for autonomous linear systems with CF derivative we design optimal control strategies for agents to follow the leader.
