With loss in resources always affects the situations at warfronts. Sometimes lack of ammunition let the conditions to suffer. Border frontiers often needs ammunition and human resources in long running fights. Distant ammunitionbases lead the assets to be transported leading to halting in vulnerable places specially in north and north-east jungle areas. Halting leading to portable bases forspecific period of time during transportation. With less human assets and soldiers there is always high risks of assetsmanipulation in portable camps or bases with less security. These manipulations canlead to delayed supports at warfronts. Improving camp and base security is ofsignificance in increasing soldier's life security as well as avoiding manipulation ofnonhuman assets. Low cost, less time consuming, easily executable form of security is needed to beneficial at times. Many incidents of BSF camps attacks havebeen reported recently in the regions ofnortheast and Kashmir borders in India. Here militants had attempted to enter the camps with suspected intension at nights. Having thoughts of how would have this been avoided leads to the conclusion ofhaving improving security with more no oftechnologically assisted layers in security. Surrounding the camps with increased levelof security with different security layersgiving associated alerts, detecting the suspected actions in nearby region, intrusion alarms and improved self-defenceattacks can be profitable. Implementation and management of layers and dealing withthe capacity of these layers to transmit information can be easily exploited not letting any soldiers dealing with risk in anycondition of intrusion by adding attacks in a way such that it minimises human intervention. Human capital is one of vital resources in order to drive economic growth and country development. Failure to sustain them in the country leads issue of brain drains phenomenon. Subsequent to this issue, the country will face losses of high skilled workforce. Therefore, this phenomenon should be addressed properly to avoid the talents migration or intension to leave the country to gain better career development abroad. In view of the above, this study attempts to investigate and evaluate the drivers of brain drains intention among graduates in International Business program. The study examines four main constructs that cause to the brain drains; salary and benefits, family reason, workplace environment and political reason. This study employed quantitative approach via randomly distributing online questionnaires to 260 respondents. The study findings revealed that, political reason contribute to the strongest correlation towards intention to migrate. Furthermore, all constructs were positively and significantly contributes to the intention to migrate among International Business graduates. The research is designed to verify the nature of the relationship between elite human capital and postmodern organizations, as the research focused on a sample of advanced staffing in private schools. The research's main significance is based on the scarcity of studies that attempted to clarify the nature of the relationship between the variables under research. Amazing advances in concrete technology and the accessibility of a wide range of materials such as high-range water-reducing admixtures and silica fume have been made these days. It can be said there is high probability to obtain the production of ultra high performance fiber reinforced concrete (UHPFRC) that can provide compressive strength up from 120 MPa to 185 MPa. Because of its remarkable improvement in durability, UHPFRC usage in concrete columns have increased lots of interest in the strengthening and retrofitting of concrete structures. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of cross-sectional shape properties of fire damaged concrete on the confinement of UHPFRC in which the key parameters relative to its performance are cross sectional area, aspect ratio, and side to corner radius ratio (B/r) of concrete. This study proposes to use UHPFRC as jacketing material for fire damaged concrete columns. However, its application for fire damaged concrete columns is very limited. Numerical study by Leonardi et al. (2010) found that UHPFRC has very promising potential for jacketing material for fire damaged square concrete columns, but experimental study is required for verification. Thereafter, thorough investigations were carried out in this paper in order to explore the confinement efficacy of UHPFRC jackets using various parameters as mentioned. In which, the investigated cross-sectional shape properties of concrete are critical factors in determining the successfulness of repair material used in rehabilitant of fire damaged reinforced concrete. Therefore, the results from this research can be used by engineers to predict the improvement made by UHPFRC confinement on fire damaged. The article is devoted to the problems of measuring health capital as the most important component of human capital. In the course of the study, a survey of employees of a transport company was conducted, which showed that employees consider the health protection policy that is implemented in the company to be important and are even ready to co-finance it. A large number of large Russian transport companies consider caring for the health of employees as one of the strategic directions for the development of human capital. Evaluation of the effectiveness of investments in this area is determined by the specifics of health as an element of human capital, and in this area there are currently no correct methods for assessing the effectiveness of corporate health preservation policy. The authors give directions for assessing the effectiveness of health care programs implemented in a transport company using the example of Russian Railways OJSC. This study is devoted to the practical aspects of applying the concept of human capital management (HCM) within implementation of delivery on the "last mile". Human capital management is a relatively new direction in the management of organizations and is associated with the study of the level of knowledge, skills, experience, health status of an employee in order to influence his/her efficiency and labor productivity in order to achieve higher company profits. This direction has a significant impact on the organization development. The "last mile" in the goods delivery chain is a very expensive and complex link in transport logistics, while it is also the main condition for building customer loyalty. However, in this industry, there is almost no approach to employees in terms of the concept of human capital. The study is based on the analysis of scientific references regarding the general problems of human capital management and the prospects for applying this direction for the organization development. As a result of the study, a SWOT analysis of the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of using HCM within implementation of delivery on the "last mile" is given. Based on the results of the discussion, it was concluded that HCM provides the organization with unique opportunities and has excellent development prospects. Traffic accidents tend to increase and are still a major problem in road transportation in Indonesia. A traffic accident is an incident on the road that is unexpected and unintentional involving a vehicle with or without other road users, resulting in human casualties and/or property loss. This loss of property or material is then referred to as the cost of a traffic accident. This research was conducted to determine the percentage change in the number of accidents, the cost of traffic accidents in Karawang Regency. The method used in calculating the amount of traffic accident costs is by using the gross output (human capital) method. Data on accident victims in the state of Death, serious injury, Minor injury and material losses in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 were obtained from Indonesian Police Authority Resort Karawang. The number of traffic accidents in 2016 was 540 accidents. In 2017, there were 534 accidents. In 2018, there were 630 accidents. In 2019, there were 817 accidents and in 2020 there were 728 accidents. The results of the analysis showed that the largest increase in the number of accidents was in 2019, which increased by 29.68% from 2018 and the largest reduction in the number of accidents was in 2020, which decreased by 10.89% from 2019. The cost of traffic accident victims using the Gross Output method shows that 2019 was the year with the largest cost of traffic accident victims with the largest cost of Rp. 189.115.338.860,06 where the average cost of accident victims per month was the highest in 2019 which was Rp. 15.759.611.571,67 /month and 2016 was the year with the lowest cost of traffic accident victims at a cost of Rp. 135,804,470,051.69 where the average monthly cost of accident victims was the lowest, which was Rp. 11,317,039,170.97 /month. The case study is a company that produces and sells plastic containers. Through a production time assessment, the low availability of injection machines was identified as the main problem. The availability rate for these machines was set at 80.19%, which represented a relevant issue since the worldwide standard is 90%. These low availability rates are mainly due to machine breakdowns, representing 9.87% in lost revenue for the company. To improve machine availability, this study proposed an improvement model combining Lean Manufacturing tools with Kaizen, which refers to continuous process improvement. The model is also integrated with Ergonomics concepts aimed at improving working conditions for operators. Hence, if improvements are achieved regarding human capital, machine availability will also improve. Within this context, the proposed model was piloted at the company, increasing machine availability by 6.8%, reducing lost revenue by 3.9%, and increasing company profits by 13.12%. The sustainable development of any country depends on the health of the younger generation. The health of children living in areas of environmental risk is of particular relevance. Investing in children's health is seen as significant in the context of the WHO Declaration on Health, Environment and Climate Change (2016). The paper presents the results of studying the impact of school learning regimes in areas of environmental risk. The indicators of the mental performance of 12-14 years old adolescents as a sensitive group, more sensitive to the effects of various environmental factors, have been studied. The results of our research have shown that society should implement environmental justice about future labour resources and organize the safest educational environment for them in areas of risk. Understanding the concept of Human Capital is essential to introduce the new paradigm of modernizing Bulgarian economy and industrial landscape. In general, Bulgarian managerial cultural is based on the concept and mechanics of human resources management, presented in Bulgarian institutions of higher education in the form of academic-degree programs of Human Resources Management, as it is the case with the University of Plovdiv. The aim of the present studyis to demonstrate that the concept of academic teaching and design of new managerial and entrepreneurial culture shall be shifted from human resources management to human capital management. The object of the study is expectations and economic reasoning of students in the Master Program "Human Resources Management" at the University of Plovdiv to occupy and career-path in managerial jobs in both public, and private sectors of the Bulgarian economy. The focus is students' comprehensive rationale and exhaustive computations, reflected in their capstone coursework in the "Human Capital Management" academic course I teach in this Master Program for the period 2016-2020. The collected data are processed with IBM SPSS Statistics 19 software. The results show that future Bulgarian managerial graduates have brave expectations for their returns on Bulgarian labor market, conditioned it is an integral part of the EU labor market. This article examines the relationship between human capital and occupational health and safety in construction companies in Uzbekistan. Main purpose of the current research is interacting correlation and factor analyses for analyzing limited data for each variable with common variance. The method was used econometric analyses Bartlett method, factor loading, factor rotation, Kaiser–Meyer–Olkin criterion, Varimax rotation, and Scree plot mean of STATA 15.0. Results can be presented as forms of various graphs and OLS models for raising economic efficiency by investing in human capital in the building industry.
