In the world of today, receiving complaints or feedback has become fundamental for an organization aiming to improve the quality of its products or services. Similarly, public complaints must be addressed to improve government service. There is no direct or effective channel for citizens in India to address issues with the government. Later, the government launched applications for registering complaints to make the public's job easier. However, there are some issues related to those applications' equity, i.e., the difficulty faced by the rural community and uncivilized people in using those applications. This paper proposes a smart microphonic grievance system that will allow people to register complaints orally, automatically classify them, and forward them to the appropriate sector. The test results demonstrate that this system can reduce the time and process for filing complaints and that it can be used by a diverse group of individuals in society. This paper presents a mobile application for farmers or farm produce owners to check the ripeness of fruits and vegetables, which will be useful to make decisions on selling and fixing the price based on grading. The application provides information on different ripening stages of the fruits and vegetables. It also presents the information on crop's requirements for growth in terms of soil, nutrients, weather conditions, season, etc., as a reference manual. In this work, firstly, identification of different stages of ripening of perishable farm produce in field/cold storage using image processing is performed. Secondly, a mobile application is developed to give real-time status and notification of farm produce. The application will be updated with the images taken by CCTV or mobile cameras at definite intervals and notify the product owner well in time before rotting of the produce. The assessment of fruit quality is important for the cultivator and the consumer. Maturity detection is very important for fruit/ vegetable warehouses. Goods and Service Tax (GST) is the growing field of research which is not fully explored due to its recent implementation. Many researchers have explored on different areas of GST. However, as it a new topic in the area of indirect taxation it lacks systematization. Many earlier studies have no consensus on perception of taxpayers about GST and influencing factors of perception on GST implementation. Therefore this paper conducts systematic literature review to map relevant studies on Perception of Tax Payers towards GST and consolidate the reviewed studies and thus combine the findings to get answers to the research question. 126 research papers were identified, screened and ultimately refined for final review study. Thus, a total of 38 research papers were included in the SLR (systematic literature review). Researchers analyzed 38 relevant papers and frequency analysis is done to identify factors, theories, methodology, sample size periodicity of study and suggestions for improving perception. The findings show that awareness and tax knowledge are most important factors to get positive perception on GST. Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and conceptual models have been constructed for making studies on GST perception. Mostly Quantitative studies are conducted in this research area. The studies suggested correct policy framing and programs to educate the public are likely to increase positive perception about GST implementation. Many farmers today can't afford to use automation and control machines owing to their high cost. Many villages in India have to use fuel based irrigation system due to a shortage of electricity. Fuels cause global warming and pollution in environment. In this paper our aim is to propose an automatic irrigation system which is cost effective and farmers can use it in an agricultural field. As the system is automated, the pump turns ON/OFF only when the moisture content of soil is below critical level which is regulated by a soil moisture sensor. The objectives of this paper are to control the automatic irrigation system with the help of a GSM module. The farmer at his own discretion can send a message to ON/OFF the pump without going to the field. PIC microcontroller, LCD display, sensors have been used as prime components. Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are being employed more frequently for defense and civilian applications these days. Despite the fact that modern technology has many advantages, it also creates new business and industrial challenges. Current laws and regulations cannot be applied to UAV's due to the fact as they are not required to use in existing infrastructure. Even in dire circumstances, UAV's may quickly overcome physical obstacles and pose a threat to society. Hence, the present manuscript focused on creating a Drone Protection System (DPS). Hindi is the third largest spoken language in the world and first in India. Addressing research and applications in natural language processing, Hindi, the dominant language in India, is still in its infancy. Hindi title generation is a crucial process that should be taken into consideration for any given story or document. This paper describes the automatic generation of title for a given text in Hindi. We have designed a system which generates the title relevant to the text or story and preserves the central theme. In the proposed system four algorithm are designed after performing the analysis of various text and stories of Hindi. The title will be created by the first algorithm using the utmost priority nouns. Second algorithm will generate the title as the combination of adjective and noun. Third algorithm is based on the proverbs present in the text and the last algorithm is based on the set of keywords present in the text or story. This system first tokenizes the text and then apply the tagging for identifying the nouns, pronouns, adverbs, adjectives etc., and then by applying different designed algorithms suggests the title of the text or story given by the user. Using 10 stories through a well-known Hindi text collection, the proposed approach is tested. Eight of the ten titles it produces are accurate. Second, a group of users, including Hindi teachers and academics, test the system. Their reviews and opinions indicate that the proposed strategy produces findings that are pertinent and is effective. The size of the story affects how well the system works. The most pertinent titles can then be chosen.
