This paper gives the solution for streetlamp management with automatic brightness using the bolt IoT. The main aim is to decrease accidents and conserve energy. Here the IoT is used a lot to decrease the manpower to on/off and to adjust the brightness based on the light around it. Accidents are increasing due to lack of lighting by increasing the brightness we can decrease the accidents and consuming the energy is also important. As a result, we will make use of the Bolt IoT platform. With the help of the Internet of Things platform Bolt, customers may quickly and easily create products and services. Bolt has a Wi-Fi/GSM chip and a cloud platform that will help you connect all of your different sensors and devices to the internet. Bolt Cloud allows you to control and observe them remotely. Internet of Things (IoT) technology can connect various household devices through the internet network. This technology can help to monitor and control devices in the home, so efficiency can occur. This paper discusses the design of a smartphone-based application that can control television via the internet, so that it can be controlled even if the user is not in the TV room. This system uses a NodeMCU microcontroller to control infrared-based TV remotes. In addition, NodeMCU can decode real-time Firebase databases connected to smartphone applications programmed by using the Flutter framework. The developed application has a function that resembles the function of a TV remote in general. In addition to having commands such as a TV remote, the application also has additional features such as: "go to channel", "turn off timer", and "volume preset". Commands given through the UI of the app are stored in Firebase. The NodeMCU executes the command and transmits it with an infrared signal. The command is in the form of a Boolean variable.
