The Iraqi government adopted several projects in the previous years to implement e-government in providing services to citizens, but many obstacles have greatly influenced and delayed the carrying out of this aim. Economics, societal issues, and a lack of infrastructure are all potential obstacles. As a result, there is no unified system for e-government based on spatial data that will provide outstanding service to the users. This article adopted the government-to-citizen G2C and government-to-government G2G model to create a mobile spatial data application for maintenance and repair workshops MRW in Baghdad city based on the geodatabase of industrial services using the Appsheet platform as a developing portal in addition to the ArcGIS online technique from ESRI to create interactive web maps. The results of the article involve two models. Firstly, the G2C model display geoinformation and non-spatial data on satellite images for 14925 maintenance and repair workshops classified into 148 careers according to the law of industrial services management rule 30 for 2000 in Baghdad city to provide services for the individuals. Secondly, the G2G model involves creating an interactive web map of the spatial distribution of MRW for all Iraqi provinces and statistics to support the researchers and decision-makers.
