Bu çalışmamızda, belirsizlikler altında çiftçilerin tarım sigortası yaptırıp yaptırmaması gerektiği problemini oyun teorisi ve karar teorisi açısından inceledik. Bunu yapmak için doğaya karşı bir sıfır toplamlı matris oyununu gerçek verileri kullanarak oluşturduk. Oluşturduğumuz bu oyunu ilk olarak karar teorisindeki Wald maksimin ve Savage pişmanlık kriterleri aracılığıyla ayrı ayrı çözdük. Ardından, bu oyunu karma stratejilere izin verildiği durumda yeniden ele alarak literatürdeki sıfır toplamlı matris oyunlarının çözümü için bilinen yöntemle çözdük. Aynı durum altında oyunu, getiri matrisinin sadece matris normlarını içeren ve matris normları yaklaşımı (MN yöntemi) olarak bilinen bu yeni yöntemi kullanarak farklı bir açıdan çözdük. Son olarak, MN yöntemi yardımıyla bulduğumuz sonuçların literatürdeki diğer yöntemlerle elde ettiğimiz sonuçlarla tutarlı olduğunu gösterdik. In this paper, we investigate whether the farmers should get agriculture insurance or not under the uncertainty by the view of the game theory and decision theory. For this purpose, we create a zero-sum matrix game against nature using the real data. We solve the matrix game with Wald maximin criterion and Savage regret criterion, separately. Then, we resolve this game, while the mixed strategies are allowed, by using the well-known method in the literature for the solution of the zero-sum matrix games. Later, we demonstrate the game in the different aspect with the approach only consists of the matrix norms of the payoff matrix, called the matrix norm approach (MNA), under the same condition. Finally, we show the consistency of the results obtained by using MNA and the other methods.
