The study sought to develop a system for the veterinary clinic to secure and manage its data. The system is designed for easy and quick retrieval of records. Also, it is designed for the pet owner to monitor billing status and to make an appointment with the veterinarian. The Web-based Integrated Information System for Phoenix Veterinary Clinic efficiently works as designed. The system is an important tool to the clinic because it provides the clinic reliable and most secured data preservation. With the developed system, the clinic can daily operate more efficiently as it manages information electronically. Information can easily be stored and retrieved. The system is designed for easy and quick retrieval of records. Also, it is designed for the pet owner to monitor billing status and to make an appointment with the veterinarian . The study developed a Web-based Integrated Information System for Sir George Pension House. The proposed system was designed to enable the guest to view the room status before making reservation, the receptionist to check on the availability of the rooms, and the administrator to cancel a reservation. This proposed system was limited to the following applications: browsing of rooms and generating reports. The system could not accept online payment. The database used for the system is sgphinfosystem, a warehouse of data used to store all the information that are inputted by the user. Only authorized personnel are allowed to access, create, and update functions in the database. The Web-based Interactive Information System offers the pension house several advantages such as efficiency in the monitoring and updating of data inputted in the system and convenience in the management of all transactions. The system allows the customers to make reservations online. Furthermore, the system effortlessly introduces the pension house to both local and international communities. This study developed a system for tracking and monitoring of the different transactions of the First Bukidnon Electric Cooperative, Inc. (FIBECO) in Anahawon ,Maramag ,Bukidnon. These transactions included employee monitoring, supply management, and budget monitoring. The system also integrated a computerized payroll system that helps prevent delays in the preparation of employee salaries. The system focused on creating a secure database where every information and transaction involving the agency is stored, ensuring the availability of specific employee information and the fasttracking of all transactions, thus avoiding employee complaints. Integrated Information System of Balaod Mindanaw Incorporated is designed and developed to facilitate the following areas of operation: profiling of employees, monitoring of library resources, preparation of payroll, requisition and inventory of supplies, and preparation and monitoring of budget. Each system incorporates a common object database management system. Compared to the company’s current system, the LAN- based system helps minimize user error and is time-saving, hence a better option for facilitating transactions. An Integrated Information System is an expansion of a basic information system achieved through system design of an improved or broader capability by functionally or technically relating two or more information systems.
