Microcosmic features of adiabatic coating was observed, influencing factors of adiabatic coating performance were studied by 4 types of agglutinating reagents when the size of hollow tiny bead was 2.5-60μm. Next, carboxymethyl cellulose was introduced, 2.6μm hollow tiny bead was selected to testify antifatigue performance of coating, transmission principle was applied to build one-dimensional mathematic model of adiabatic coating for testifying experimental value, industry test was conducted to check performance of coating in 30t ladle.
