Microcosmic features of adiabatic coating was observed, influencing factors of adiabatic coating performance were studied by 4 types of agglutinating reagents when the size of hollow tiny bead was 2.5-60μm. Next, carboxymethyl cellulose was introduced, 2.6μm hollow tiny bead was selected to testify antifatigue performance of coating, transmission principle was applied to build one-dimensional mathematic model of adiabatic coating for testifying experimental value, industry test was conducted to check performance of coating in 30t ladle.

Analysis of marine environment, especially the multi-scale analysis is an efficient means to obtain the environmental situation and guide the environmental management. In this paper, the field data, max, min and average of dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN) and phosphate in the Caofeidian marine district, Tangshan Bay is analyzed. The whole water quality situation could be grasped through these analyses. The research results show that the distribution of pollution is disequilibrium and the high value district of pollution exists in research district too.

Marine environment is an essential aspect for the regional sustainable development. The distribution and trend of pollutant factors is a key guidance to environmental management. In this paper, the distribution and trend of dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN) in marine environment waters is researched for guiding and improve the environmental impact assessment in the Caofeidian marine district, Tangshan Bay. The natural neighbor grid method and the least squares fitting method are used for the distribution and the trend respectively. The research results show that the part of DIN exists exceeded forth level of water quality and the trend of DIN is on the rise in recently.

Heavy metals are important marine environmental factors for the safety and regional sustainable development. In this paper, the Caofeidian marine district in Tangshan Bay is considered as the case for the environmental research. The distribution and trend of heavy metal Pb in marine waters and sediment is analyzed by the natural neighbor grid method and the least squares fitting method. The enriched characteristic of Pb in different marine medium is studied by the trend of Pb in waters and the sediment. The research results show that the part of Pb exists exceeded forth level of water quality in 2007 and the trend of Pb in sediment is on the rise, oppositely in waters. The enriched characteristic analysis points out the object of environmental management.

Based on the systematically describing of the producing and living waste water treatment process in Faende Mining Co.,Ltd.,in Shagou, Luoning, Henan Province, the production and living waste water treatment effect was analyzed deeply. The comparing results of before and after treatment showed that the design of the treatment process in the mine was reasonable, the sewage treatment worked well, and the effluent concentration of has reached the first class of "integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB8978-1996), among which the concentration of the two indexes, Lead and Zinc, has achieved the specific standard which is more strict than the first class of "integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB8978-1996).

The synthesis used urea and Zr (NO3)4·5H2O as material to prepare tetragonal-ZrO2 nanocrystals through microwave-induced combustion process. The tetragonal-ZrO2 nanocrystals were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The effect of Zr4+/urea molar ratio on the synthesis of tetragonal-ZrO2 were studied. It was found that tetragonal-ZrO2 crystal would be better when the Zr4+/urea molar ratio was larger than 1:3.The SEM images of the samples showed the hollow structures formed at different levels of molar ratio of Zr4+/urea. This method is a simple but effective route to prepare tetragonal-ZrO2 nanocrystals.

This paper elaborates the formation, distribution, migration and transformation of mercury and particulate matter, also some of the existing removal process methods. Using the mass balance method calculates the mercury content of coal-fired product. According to the result, we can targeted design a strong practicality, feasibility joint removal process to fine particulate matter and mercury of the thermal power plant.

Inner corrosion defects have great effects on the life and safety of the oil and pipelines. To predict the safety by the surface strain and stress condition, ANSYS software was applied to analyze the effects of the inner corrosion defects size (diameter and depth) on the surface strain and stress value. The combined effects of defect diameter and depth on the circumferential direction strain of pipeline were obtained. The simulation results indicate that there is a linear relationship between circumferential direction strain and the defect diameter, an exponential relationship between circumferential strain and defect depth. Furthermore, there is a proportional relationship between the circumferential strain and the operating pressure of the pipeline. An empirical formula to calculate the surface strain used the defect diameter, depth and the operating pressure was developed based on the numerical simulation data. The experimental results verify the reliability and validity of this empirical formula for engineering prediction application.

Fixture is technological equipment which is able to determine the location of the workpiece accurately and clamp the workpiece steadily. A good fixturing scheme could help improve the quality of products. A new design algorithm of fixturing scheme based on RBR and CBR is developed. The appropriate parts feature information model is decided based on requirements of design of fixturing scheme. The rules of constraint of DOFs and the rules of fuzzy inference are used to determine the correctness of the scheme location of the workpiece according to requirements of machining dimensions and the geometry information. In the case library, some appropriate fixturing schemes are retrieved according to constraint DOFs. Their entire similarities of these appropriate fixturing schemes are figured out and ranked from high to low. The fixturing scheme with the highest similarity is modified and stored into the case library. This entire method makes the best of advantages of RBR and CBR to achieve automation of fixturing scheme. It could help the automation of CAFD. This method has higher practical value.

To calibrate model parameters of tritium migration in a test site of China, an intelligent parameter inversion model based on parallel genetic algorithm is built, a forward and inverse coupling program of radionuclide migration is designed, and the values of key parameters like hydraulic conductivity, dispersity and porosity are inverted automatically on a mainframe computer, by means of abundant observation data of tritium concentration. The inversion results accord with observation data well on the whole. Compared to manual adjustment method, this method has better overall convergence, higher calculated precision and efficiency, and less manpower cost. The results show that parallel genetic algorithm is feasible and valid in application to parameter inversion of tritium migration.

Strain Gluconacetobacter hansenii CGMCC1671 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae CGMCC1670 were applied to make traditional Kombucha with pure cultures to search for the optimum parameters of major factors affecting the yields and productivities of Bacterial cellulose (BC) in the beverage. Three culture factors were examined. The yields and productivities of BC and sugar consumed were measured after cultured statically for 22 days. After single factor test factors affecting the yields and productivities of BC have been optimized by response surface methodology (RSM). The quadratic polynomial regression equation reflecting BC yield and affecting factors was build up with Box-Behnken design principle. The optimal values of 10.37% inoculum, initial pH 4.96 and medium volume 77.13 mL in 250 mL flask were obtained with theoretical BC yield 300.093mg/g. BC yield of 279.579 mg/g was obtained with 6.84% deviation by validation test with the optimal parameters. The co-culture of pure strains of traditional Kombucha technique can be used to provide both high quality and high yield of BC in addition to producing high quality Kombucha beverage.

Al-doped ZnO nanomaterials were synthesized by microwave-induced combustion method using urea as main fuel, aluminum nitrate provide doping ions and zinc nitrate as oxidant. The effects of microwave power, amount of urea and ratio aluminum nitrate to zinc nitrate on the properties of synthesized sampler were investigated .X-ray, diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM), and photoluminescence(PL) were used to characterize the properties of the sample respectively. The experimental results show that ZnO nanomaterials with cubic ZnO crystal phase of best optical property are obtained at 340W when molar ratio of the zinc nitrate to aluminum nitrate is 40% and fuel just completely reaction. The average primary granularity of the synopsized sample is about 56rnm estimated according to Scherrer Equation. PL test results indicate that the Ultraviolet(UV) emission peak in 360nm can be attributed to the recombination of free excitations through an excitation-excitation collision process, and the green emission peak in 470nm is commonly referred to a deep-level or trap-state.

In this paper, the effects of the variational combinations of cutter inclination angle in feed direction and the feed per tooth on the machined surface hardness were mainly concerned. The cutting forces transformed from the measured cutting forces in OXYZ and the SEM microstructures of the surface layer were analyzed to explore the generation condition of the hardness. Variations of the surface hardness are not apparent with the increment of feed per tooth with the identical other cutting parameters. Inclination angles in feed direction of approximately ranging from 10° to 15° and from 25° to 30°, which correspond to high surface hardness, are suggested to be applied in cutting process when high abrasive resistance is expected. While values of inclination angle approximately equal to 0° and 45° are prior to be chosen when high shock resistance performance is firstly expected. Optimization of the cutting parameters, which could offer guidance to the machining of sculptured surface concerning cutter inclination angle, was presented.

The wave velocity analysis is a kind of popular geophysical method. These years it is also used in structural damage identification which is discussed in this paper. This method is used to detect the interior damage of structure and is verified to recognize the damage effectively. The expression of the vertical and horizontal velocity is deduced and the wave velocity function curve is drawn according to velocity variety rule. The two dimensional and three dimensional wave field figure is drawn according to the wave velocity analysis and it shows the distinguish between the damaged and integrated structure. We can see the change of the wave shape and velocity and we can identify the damage in terms of the velocity variety rule. So the method introduced in this paper is verified to be a pontential way to identify the structural damage.

For researching ecological behaviors of Cupriavidus taiwanensis X1 which has strong hydrolysis activity on chlorpyrifos(CP), reporter gene luxAB was successfully introduced into cells by electroporation. The labeled strain X1-lux with genetic stability and fluorescence was obtained. Both of strain X1 and X1-lux could completely degrade 200 mg/l CP within 12h in minimal salt medium, and experimental results showed that introduction of luxAB did not affect strain X1 growth and degradation on CP. The cells of X1-lux and X1 were inoculated into soil with 500 mg/l CP, the cell concentration and CP residual was detected, and data revealed that strain X1 could absolutely removed CP in 12d and survive in soil. Strain X1 is a potential excellent choice for bioremediation of organophosphorus polluted environments.

The theory of ultrasonic wave propagation characteristic in damaged concrete media was studied in this paper. Basing on the fundamentals of classical elastic dynamics and the model of damaged mechanics,the basic equations of elastic wave propagation in damaged media are established and the example analysis and a numerical calculation are displayed. The basic solutions of the equations is deducted. Because the damage exists in the construction, the concrete’s wave response comprised of the shape,the amplitude and the propagated time of the ultrasonic waves in the structure will change obviously. The transformation mentioned above is provided for further study of inverse analysis and nondestructive test of the structure.

Mesoporous silica microsphere was prepared by microwave hydrothermal synthesis，using hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as template agent and tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) as silica source. And mesoporous silica microspheres doped with TiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method. They were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), infrared spectroscopy (IR) and N2 adsorption-desorption analysis. Then methylene blue decoloration test was investigated to verify the mechanism proposed elsewhere, with respect to concentration, amount of samples, pH and light illumination. Results indicate that low concentration, large amounts of samples, alkaline and UV illumination are more favorable to adsorption, and TiO2/MSM has higher decoloration rate than MSM.

In existing multi-population multi-objective cultural algorithms, information are exchanged among sub-populations by individuals. However, migrated individuals can not reflect the evolution information enough, which limits the evolution performance.In order to enhance the migration efficiency, a novel multi-population multi-objective cultural algorithm adopting knowledge migration is proposed. Implicit knowledge extracted from the evolution process of each sub-population directly reflects the information about dominant search space. By migrating the knowledge among sub-populations at the constant interval, the algorithm realizes more effective interaction with less communication cost. Taken benchmark functions as the examples, simulation results indicate that the algorithm can effectively obtain the Pareto-optimal sets of multi-objective optimization problems. The distribution performance is also improved.

In order to obtain the parameters of viscoelastic damping material model, namely GHM, which account for frequency dependence and allow time-domain analysis of viscoelastic composite structure, a new optimization algorithm which is composed of particle swarm optimization(PSO) and sequential quadratic programming (SQP) algorithm is presented . The results are compared with those of standard rheological model and fractional derivative model as well as the experiment results. The results show that the hybrid algorithm can obtain the better optimum solution for the model and have a fast convergence , it will correctly describe the constitutive characteristics of viscoelastic damping material.

For the purpose of investigations of the different situations when the cells of Acidianus manzaensis can or can not attach the surface of the chalcopyrite. Three experiments were carried out in the modified shake flasks, and in one of the experiments the cells could not attach the surface of the chalcopyrite, but could participate in the solution chemistry of the process. The redox potential, pH, cell density, copper, ion and thiosulfate concentration in the solution were monitored in the experiments, and the morphological feature and chemical composition of the leached residues were analyzed by SEM and XRD. The most leach effiency of Cu and Fe was reached in the experiment that the Acidianus manzaensis could attach the surface of the chalcopyrite. However, the unattached Acidianus manzaensis could also leach the chalcopyrite, but it was less actively than attached cells. There was no precipitation of jarosite in the leached residues of the three experiments, but there was sulfur in the leached residues when the cells could not attach the chalcopyrite. So the surface passivating layer of sulfur can be removed only when the Acidianus manzaensis can attach the surface of the chalcopyrite. From these results it become apparent that the leach of the chalcopyrite is the cooperative action of the attached and unattached Acidianus manzaensis.
