In this study,the cellulase-producing ability of Aspergillusniger FC-1 through solid-state fermentation (SSF) and characteristics of the cellulase were investigated. The maximum activities of total cellulase (FPase) and endoglucanase (CMCase) were 8.2 and 31.5 IU per gram of dried substrate respectively after 96-h incubation period. The activities of both FPase and CMCase produced by Aspergillus niger FC-1 exhibited the optimal values at pH 5.5 and 50°C(as shown in Fig.2). Thermostability and pH stability of the enzymes were respectively appreciable at temperature ranging from 45°C to 55°C, pH ranging from 5.0 to 5.5. In addition, with an optimal 1:10 (w/v) substrate to moisture ratio (a cellulase loading of 8.5 FPU per cellulose), the glucose concentration was as high as 36.6 g glucose l-1 for a 48 h hydrolysis of corncob residues.

By using the data of climate observation and site geographical information collected from 134 meteorological stations in Sichuan province since 1971, this paper established a calculation model in small grid to calculate the climate resources of facility agriculture including the days, precipitation and effective accumulated temperature in suitable period in Sichuan province. Based on Geographic Information System (GIS), the model was calculated and used to verify residual modification so as to ensure the relative accuracy of calculated values. Meanwhile, the plane and stereoscopic distribution maps of facility agricultural climate resources were made to lay foundation for further division work in Sichuan.

Purpose To investigate the cariostatic effect of six restorative materials in vitro. Method Enamel blocks of bovine incisors were restored with six restorative materials (a conventional GIC, FujiIILC, Compoglass F, BeautifilII,Charisma and an experimental fluoride releasing resin composite) respectively with a gap of 270μm in width between each filling material and enamel. Then all restorations were immersed in a partially saturated acidic buffer solution at 37C for 3days. The surface enamel microhardness of the enamel blocks were measured before and after demineralization and the depth of enamel demineralization was measured using polarization microscope for each restoration.Results Enamel surface hardness of all restorations demonstrated significant reduced after demineralization ( pBeautifilII≈Compoglass F≈Experimental Resin>FujiIILC>GIC ( p> 0.05). The order of the depth of enamel demineralization along the surface and the interface near the gap for the 5 materials is as follows: Charisma >BeautifilII≈Compoglass F ≈Experimental Resin>FujiIILC>GIC (P > 0.05). Conclusion The new fluoride releasing and recharging composite resin has the ability to prevent recurrent caries around the restoration and its ability is comparable to compomer materials.

The objectives of this in vitro study is to display the overall planar morphology of leakage at resin-dentin interface using ammoniacal silver nitrate as tracer. Twelve human extracted third molars were used and the occlusal enamel of each tooth was removed. All teeth were divided into four groups of three teeth each and bonded with one of four adhesives (Prime&Bond NT, Adper Prompt, Xeno III, Clearfil S3 Bond) and then a composite resin crown was built up. After storage in water (37°C) for 24 h, all teeth were vertically serially sectioned into stick-shaped specimens the bond interfaces. All specimens were immersed in ammoniacal silver nitrate solution, followed by developing solution and subjected to tensile test and the fracture surface were observed with a SEM. The overall planar morphology of leakage at resin-dentin interface appeared to be various tree-like figures, with character of stem-like portion in the periphery and extending from the periphery to the center of the fractured surface and stretching out a lot of branches. Prim&bond NT presented a couple of big tree-like silver deposition extending to center besides many short tree-like figures located along the periphery. Adper Prompt showed short tree-like figures with many branches. Xeno III displayed tree-like figures with thinner stem portion and more branches. Clearfil S3 Bond presented many short shrub-like figures with fewer branches.

In order to explore the velocity attenuation law and model of φ6mm tungsten ball fragment, theory analysis combined with tests is employed to study its velocity experimental results. First of all, a fragment velocity measuring system including 12 groups of cutting device is established. Then the attenuation experiments of φ6mm tungsten ball fragment in high speed and low speed velocity are performed by the measuring system. Based on the least-square method, MATLAB software is adopted to analysis the experimental data and obtained the high speed and low speed velocity attenuation models. The results show that φ6mm tungsten ball fragment speed attenuation coefficient is consistent in high speed and low. Thus, the analysis on velocity experimental results verifies that the established model is reasonable.

We report on blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (PHOLEDs) with biphenyl (Spiro [fluorene-9,9′-xanthen]-2-yl) phosphine oxide (SFX2PO) host. The device studied in this work has the structure of ITO/m-MTDATA:MoOx3:1(8nm)/m-MTDATA(32nm)/ TAPC(10nm)/SFX2PO: Firpic (10nm)/Bphen (40nm)/LiF(1nm)/Al (200nm). Maximum luminance of 9120 cd/m2 and power efficiency of 16.84 lm/w have been achieved in this device.

The different mixing ratios of TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized using sol–gel process by changing the temperature of calcinations. The crystal structures were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The photocatalytic action of TiO2 nanoparticles was investigated through the photooxidation of Rhodamine B in aqueous solution. The XRD results indicated that the rutile ratios of different calcination temperatures (500°C, 600°C, 700°C and 800°C, respectively) TiO2 nanoparticles were 0%, 20.87%, 92.41% and 100%, respectively. The TiO2 nanoparticles which calcinated at 600 °C had the highest photocatalytic action; under UV irradiation of 4 h, initial Rhodamine B concentration of 15 mg/L, TiO2 nanoparticles (calcinated at 600 °C) dosage of 1g/L, the degradation rate of Rhodamine B could achieve to 97.87%. The addition of rutile to anatase could particularly improve the photooxidation activity of TiO2 nanoparticles.

Based on the land use data observed over the Tailan River Basin (TRB) during the years 1990, 2000, 2005 and 2008, fractal theory is adopted and applied to expound spatial distribution characteristics and variation law of land use change in the arid inland TRB, Xinjiang, China. The results demonstrate spatial fractal characteristics in all land use types. The analysis indicate that the fractal dimensions of different land use types in the TRB are in the order of waters > industrial, mining and residential areas > farmlands > grasslands > unused lands > woodlands in 1990, and in the order of waters > industrial, mining and residential areas > grasslands > farmlands > woodlands > unused lands in 2000, and in the order of waters > industrial, mining and residential areas > grasslands > woodlands > farmlands >unused lands in 2005, and in the order of waters > industrial, mining and residential areas > grasslands > unused lands > woodlands > farmlands in 2008. The fractal dimension values of land use in the TRB in 1990, 2000, 2005 and 2008 are calculated as 1.5993, 1.5986, 1.6079 and 1.6348 respectively. Fractal dimension of land use in the basin is decreased at first then increased, the spatial structure of land used exhibit complex trend, while the land use types show an increase trend. The stability indexes of spatial structure of land use in the TRB in 1990, 2000, 2005 and 2008 are 0.1720, 0.1563, 0.1435 and 0.1428 respectively. These values suggest that the stability of the spatial structure of land use in the basin is gradually decreased.

Based on Abaqus/Explicit operation platform, a finite element model of Yantai Baosteel Φ460mm PQF mill was established to study the mass scaling factors influence of the rolling process. The experimental results show that mass scaling factor has smaller impact on the temperature. Distortion of rolling force and Mises stress gradually occurs with the increase of mass scaling factor. Under the premise of ensuring the calculation accuracy, a best mass scaling factor is found to improve the computational efficiency of the model.

Objective: To evaluate the fluoride release rates and fluoride recharge capability of a experimental resin composite, a compomer, a giomer and a resin-modified glass ionomer cement. Methods: Ten disc specimens of each material were prepare and polished with abrasive paper, followed by clearing with oil-free compressed air jet. The specimens were placed in a plastic vessel containing 5ml deionized water immediately after fabrication. Each specimen was removed and put to a new a vessel containing deionized water each day, and the sample solution was test for fluoride concentration each day using a compound fluoride ion selective electrode and a conductivity meter. All specimens were removed from container after 28 days and were recharged by immersing in a fluoride foam solution for four minutes. Purpose: The aim of this in vitro study was to investigate effects of consistency of resin composite and insertion techniques on the formation of porosity or inclusion of air bubbles in resin composite restorations. Materials and Methods: Three resin composites (Tetric Ceram HB, Tetric EvoCeram and Prodigy) were selected to represent high, intermediate and low viscosity, respectively. Simulated Class I cavities prepared in acrylic resin blocks were restored with one of the composites using both hand-instrument insertion and injection insertion techniques. The restorations were sectioned longitudinally and microscopically examined for the presence of porosity. Results: The materials of low (Prodigy) and high Tetric Ceram HB) viscosity exhibited a significantly less porosity than the material of a mediate viscosity. The porosities of Prodigy and Tetric Ceram HB restorations were comparable regardless of the insertion technique. Tetric EvoCeram restorations inserted by the hand technique contained more porous inclusions than those inserted using the injection technique. Conclusion: Porosities inside resin composite restorations apparently arose during the filling process, and the consistency of resin composite influenced the porosity formation of the composite restoration. Injection insertion was not found necessary to reduce porosities.

In order to obtain the influencing factors and behavior of the intrinsic length of clay in Tianhe District of Guangzhou, different specimens are fabricated by the mixing clay and quartz sand in Tianhe District. Using the triaxial shear test results, the intrinsic lengths of different samples are determined. The results show that the liquidity index of matrix has little effect on the intrinsic length. The intrinsic length increases linearly with increasing reinforcing particle content. The larger the content is, in reinforcing particle the larger the decrease is in intrinsic length. The intrinsic length decreases with increased reinforcing particle size.

In this work, the innovative starch microcapsules enclosed with hydrophobic carnauba wax were developed, which were applied to the modification of cellulose fibers, thus increasing the water resistance of paper by reducing water vapor transmission rate (WVTR). Carnauba wax being encapsulated by crosslinking starch was confirmed by thermogravimetric analysis. The sizes of carnauba wax-starch microcapsules depended on the weight ratio (R) of starch to carnauba wax and concentration of crosslinker. The best performance on water vapor barrier of the paper was achieved by the fibers treated with the microcapsules of larger size. The lowest WVTR was given by the handsheet treated by wet-end addition with carnauba wax-starch microcapsules at Rstarch/ carnauba wax=5%, and R crosslinker/ carnauba wax=50%, and had a value of 348 g/m2day, a 70% drop from untreated original paper which has a WVTR value of 1176 g/m2day.

Connections are key elements and the weak points for timber structures. The most commonly used bolted timber connections with slotted in steel plate have low lateral stiffness and poor ductility in post-and-beam construction. This paper introduces the prestressed-tube bolted connection to alleviate this problem. To evaluate its lateral resisting performance, the failure mode, strength, lateral stiffness, ductility, hysteresis curve and equivalent viscous damping ratio of the ordinary and improved connections, as determined by the monotonic and reversed cyclic loading test, are compared. The results demonstrate that the lateral stiffness of the prestressed-tube bolted connection has been significantly improved, and its ductility is also better than the normal bolted connection with no decrease in the ultimate moment resisting capacity. It is believed that the semi-rigid prestressed-tube bolted connection, as an alternative to current bolted solutions, may provide reasonable lateral stiffness and has good potential for use in post-beam timber construction.

It provides an effective method for the management of shared resources of wireless sensor network and service expansion and realizes service release and deployment management difficulties between various wireless sensor network management based on different management cluster.

The input and output amount of the total mercury in coal-fired power stations was calculated in the year of 2010 and 2015. By 2015 the emissions of mercury discharged from coal-fired power plant to the atmosphere will reduce, the mercury contented in the solid waste will increase, and the amount of mercury in the waste water will be flat compared with the year of 2010.

A novel PMMA-ZrO2 composite (PZC) was prepared by resin infiltrated to ceramic method. The composite mechanical properties were evaluated and correlated to its microstructure. Partially sintered zirconia ceramics (PSZC) were made by isostatic pressing and partially sintering. Subsequently, the PZC was prepared by vacuum infiltrating prepolymerized MMA into PSZC, followed by in-situ polymerization. When PSZC-70% was used as the matrix, the bending strength, elastic modulus, and fracture toughness of the prepared composite i.e PZC-70% were 202.56±12.09 MPa, 58.71±3.98 GPa, and 4.60±0.26 MPa·m1/2, corresponding to 25.69%, 23.31%, and 169.01% improvement, respectively, in comparison with the control matrix. Among them, the fracture toughness improvement was the most prominent. According to SEM images of the fracture surfaces, each pore of zirconia skeleton was filled by organic resin contributing to the bending strength improvement. These weak interfaces between zirconia skeleton and organic resin absorbed energy and terminated the growth of microcracks which might be responsible for significant improvement in fracture toughness. This PZC material is anticipated to be a new member of the dental CAD/CAM family.

In order to study the degradation of herbicide----Quinclorac using microorganism, separate and screen the degrading bacteria CSUFTM62 from soil, this paper researched the degradation effect of bacterial strain on the Quinclorac under different situations, including different increments, different temperatures, different concentrations of pesticide, different pH, and different additive amount of nutrients. The results show that the optimal degradation temperature is 30 ° C; the optimum pH is 7; the degradation rate of Quinclorac reaches its maximum when the concentration is 50mg / L. Adding yeast extract could increase the amount of strain growth but never affect its degradation effects on Quinclorac; combined with the morphological characteristics, the strains CSUFTM62 is identified as the Stenotrophomonas maltophilia by measuring the 16S sequence.

To adapt the serious temperature deformation, the rigid hinge expansion joint is used in the Jiashao Bridge. The vertical rotation test and shear deformation test are conducted to check the vertical motive performance of the expansion joint, and the test results show the rigid hinge expansion joint can meet the design requirements.

Distribution of residual stress in hot rolled low carbon martensite high-strength steel strip was measured by means of blind-hole method in the steel before and after tempering. The hot rolled low carbon martensite high-strength steel strip was tempered at 450°C, 500°C, 550°C or 600°C. Before tempering, the value of the residual stress along the width direction is maximum at the edge, intermediate at the center, minimum at the 1/4 of the strip. The figure of the residual stress distribution along the width direction is like the shape of the letter M. Residual stress of the strip is reduced after tempering. When tempering at 450°C or 500°C, evolution of residual stress is caused by changes of thermal stress. Distribution of residual stress becomes gentle. With tempering temperature increasing, distribution of residual stress is reversed, because evolution of thermal stress and phase transition stress changes in different time.

In order to spread more applications, decomposition characteristics of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in sodium hydroxide (NaOH) solution were investigated in this paper. Research results indicate that the attack of charged particles such as OH- and HO2- leads to H2O2 decomposition. HO2¬- is vital reactive intermediate, which was mainly from neutral reaction of H2O2 with NaOH. The decomposition is considered as pseudo-two-order kinetics, and the reaction rate constant depended on decomposition temperature and solution pH. The apparent average activation energy is 51.92 kJ•mol-1 when the initial NaOH concentration is 1mol•L-1 and solution pH is 10.5.

In this paper, it reviewed the research the progress of the ecological compensation standard (ECS), and analyzed four main ECS accounting methods, including ecosystem services value, ecological construction cost, opportunity cost and willingness payment. Combined with paddy field plots experiment in Erhai watershed in China, it compared crop yield, fertilizer cost and net profit in the traditional fertilization method and slow-release fertilizer (SRF) technology. Compensation standard of the environment-friendly fertilizer was recommended as 750～1,500 yuan/hm2 in the area. After comparing different accounting processes, a integrated method which use the opportunity cost as a basis, together with farmer’s willingness and payment ability from government, is reliable to account agro-ecological compensation standard in China.

China has made great improvement in some critical scientific subject, like nanoscience and nanotechnology. This study explores the state-of-the-art developments of China in nanoscience and nanotechnology, as the previous study showed that China has become the second leading nation in terms of its share of “nano-prefixed” publications all over the world. Patent applications are also included in this study, as there are considerable efforts underway that aim to commercialise nanotechnology, and it is also an important aspect of R&D output. In particular, this study compares the rising pattern of nano-publication and nano-patents, to showcase the gap which lies between the knowledge base and technology base. Furthermore, this study investigates the research focus for both publications and patents in nanoscience and nanotechnology. The findings suggest that the strong presence of publications in MATERIALS SCIENCE, PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY and APPLIED PHYSICS are also in line with China’s overall research focus; while there are also many inventions focused on novel formulations of pharmaceutical products which have recently applied in Chinese Traditional Medicine. Finally, the cross-analysis of top organizations and Derwent Classification indicates that the collaboration links between organizations are relatively weak, though their technologies are highly concentrated in some similar areas. Collaborative research is a double edged-sword which may either mutually enhance the research base, or damage to the competitive advantage in commercialization.

An improved allocation method was proposed to determinate SO2 emission control quantum for certain control area, which was achieved by least square optimization with environmental constraints. In order to avoid local air pollution happening, the concept of potential pollution distribution factor was introduced to determine SO2 actual environmental capacity. In the method, more SO2 emission right and emission trading chances among sub control areas were offered. The case analysis indicated the method was more suitable for emission trading compared with equal-right function method.

Adopted the cutting-contact model of high speed ball-end milling hardened steel surfaces, researched distribution characteristics of cutting-contact stress; by researching the influence of the distribution of this stress on cutter wear, clarified the influence theory of milling pattern and cutting parameters on initial wear of milling cutter. By using the method of climbing, conventional milling alternating and changing cutting parameters, verified the influence of milling pattern and cutting parameters on initial wear pattern. The result showed that, initial wear mechanism of high speed milling hardened steel is an interaction of multiple wear mechanisms under the effect of friction and alternating pressure stress, by using conventional milling can significantly reduce concave curvature radius of hardened steel, the contact stress of blade area and front, rear flank, inhibit crushing and wear rate of the milling cutter surfaces. Under this condition, by increasing rotation speed and reducing the feed per blade, will further increase the strength of this effect, and achieve the purpose of reducing the initial wear, inhibiting the wear rate and extending the cutters life.

Research and develop an intelligent tracing robot system based on HCS12 SCM. The system uses Freescale HCS12 series 16-bit SCM MC9SXS128 as its central control unit and apply a CCD camera to obtain road image information. After analyzing and calculating obtained road image, the system controls servo steering and adopts PID control strategy to control the speed of DC motor. The result proves this method can make intelligent tracing robot system move forward quickly and smoothly following the black line.

The surface texture of polishing pad is a key factor which determines the performance of polishing pad, and by altering the geometrical pattern of polishing pad surface, the surface texture of polished workpiece can be improved. In this paper, based on phyllotaxis theory in biology, the polishing pad with phyllotactic pattern has been designed and the effects of phyllotactic parameters on the surface texture of polishing pad have been discussed. Lastly, the polishing pads with phyllotactic pattern have been made with lithography and composite plating technology, and the influence of correlative plating parameters on plated coating have been investigated. The results indicated that the abrasive grain block density increase with the increasing of the diameter D of abrasive grain block and the decreasing of phyllotactic coefficient k, and the quality of electroplating is optimal when current density is 1A/dm2 and temperature is 30°C.

The boundary-type hybrid finite element formulation is established to solve nonlinear heat conduction in solids with temperature-dependent material definition. The Kirchhoff transformation is first used to convert the nonlinear heat transfer system into a linear system, which is then solved by the presented hybrid finite element model, in which the fundamental solutions are used to approximate the element interior fields and conventional shape functions are used for the element boundary fields. The weak integral functional is developed to link these two fields and establish the stiffness equation. The accuracy and stability of the algorithm are tested on two examples involving various thermal conductivities to verify the present formulation.

In order to achieve the controllability of the abrasive arrangement on the working surface of grinding wheel,a new kind of the superabrasive grinding wheel, which has defined abrasive grain cluster pattern, has been designed based on the phyllotaxis theory of biology, and fabricated with UV lithography method and electroplating technology. The analytical results indicate that the phyllotactic parameters influence on the abrasive arrangement configuration on the work surface of the superabrasive grinding wheel, so as to improve grinding performance of the grinding wheel, increasing the diameter of phyllotactic abrasive grain cluster and decreasing phyllotactic coefficient can increases the abrasive grain density of the surperabrasive grinding wheel surface. Electroplating experimental results show that the reasonable electroplating processes can reduce the faults of defined abrasive arrangement on the superabrasive grinding wheel surface.

Multi-hole orifices (MOs) is a promising throttle device applying in refrigeration system or plant.The geometric description of multi-hole orifices (MOs) is more complex than single-hole orifices (SOs). The flow control characteristics and structural system of MOs need to be investigated. This paper presents a comprehensive geometric description for MOs by a series of throttle experiments. This paper first defines a comprehensive set of geometric architectures involving orifice arrangement criteria and three geometric parameters, then investigates the effect of various geometric features on the pressure loss characteristics of MOs by throttle tests , finally develops practical models to evaluate the pressure loss coefficient of MOs. The presented structural system of MOs including orifice arrangement criteria, geometric parameters and throttle models, provides convenient conditions for structural design and manufacturing for MOs.

In this paper, a simple video steganography algorithm based on the tree structured motion compensation of the H.264 video compression standard is proposed. In the proposed method, the head data of macroblock in P/B-frames was used as a cover, the 8x8 partition modes which represent the detailed areas are selected, and information hiding is implemented by modifying the partition modes of the sub-macroblock. Experiments are designed to prove the feasibility of the proposed scheme by using different kinds of test videos. Simulation results show that, in our scheme, a high data hiding rate is obtained with a little increase on bit rate, and it also has the characteristics of high computational efficiency and imperceptibility.

In view of comprehensive evaluation of the Three-Proof performance for modern aircraft, and based on the damage mechanism of heat and humidity, salt air, and mildew, the comprehensive evaluation index system is established. The weight of each evaluation index is determined with mathematical statistics method and the operations research theory. The comprehensive evaluation model for aircraft Three-Proof performance under the influence of multi-factors is established by using the technology of multi-index comprehensive evaluation synthesis. Through normalized and standardized processing of the data, the Three-Proof performance comprehensive evaluation was carried out on several kinds of typical aircraft in our country. The evaluation result is reasonable, which confirms the credibility of the model as well as the method.

Due to its advantages, such as shock resistance, low power consumption, and so on, solid state drives are considered as a next generation storage device. And write amplification is a very import system parameter for evaluating performance. To simplify the analytical model of write amplification for solid state drives adopting page-level address translation mechanism, this paper proposes a probability model. Furthermore, numerical results based on our proposed probability model are also obtained. This paper can pose as a guideline for a first-order estimation of the write amplification for parameter ranges in solid state drives taking page mapping scheme.

In the commonly-used EDA software, there is no equivalent circuit model of top-emitting OLED for SPICE, so it is difficult while the OLED pixel driving circuits are designed such as in microdisplay applications. To solve the problem, its SPICE model of top-emitting OLED was studied in this paper. Three models including the diode-connected NMOS model, the single-diode model, and the double-diode paralleled model are discussed and their simulation results from EDA software HSPICE are compared. Results show that the fitted errors obtained from the diode-connected NMOS model is the smallest, but its simulated errors are the largest. The fitted errors and the simulated errors obtained from the single-diode model are also large. However, small fitted errors and simulated errors got from double-diode paralleled model show that this model satisfies the application of the designing for OLED pixel driving circuits.

For improving launching velocity and efficiency of intercepting plate in active electromagnetic armor protective system, theoretically analyzing the main parameters that determine the change of electromagnetic force. Investigating the system dynamic changes in different pulsed power equipment driving manners. Combining different driving manners, the dynamic working process of the intercepting plate launcher are simulated, that adopting finite element analytic software Ansoft’s transient solution to simulate the dynamic process of intercepting plate. The maximum velocities obtained in the bipolar driving manner and in the single-polar driving manner are 12.61 m/s and 14.00 m/s respectively. Analysis shows that the effect of the electromagnetic force is not only related with the driving manners but also with the materials.

Ionic liquid is a kind of green solvent and expected to take the place of traditional amine absorbents as for its better characteristics. In this paper, two iminazole base ionic liquids were synthesized, including of bromide 1-butyl-3-methylimidazo ([bmim]Br) and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([bmim]PF6). The performance of CO2 absorption by [bmim]PF6 and [bmim]Br were compared under the same other conditions. Subscript textIt indicates that [bmim]PF6 has more absorption capacity and less saturated absorption time under low temperature, which provides reference for CO2 control by ionic liquid.

A new Mn-SOD gene encoding 202 amino acids was cloned from genomic DNA of Bacillus subtilis ATCC 9372 for construction of a genetic engineering bacterium to produce SOD. Its phylogenetic relationships with other Bacillus spp. revealed that this predicted protein is most closely related to B. atrophaeus NRS-213 (AY197616) and B. subtilis 168. This gene was inserted into expression plasmid pET28a and first successfully expressed in E. coli BL21. The SOD was expressed accounted for approximately 45.6% of total bacterial protein. The activity of the SOD was 2553.211 U/mg, the enzyme showed maximum activity at about pH 8.0 and relatively stable from pH 6.0 to 11.0. This SOD had a good thermal stability with >75% retaining of the relative enzymatic activity after incubation at 50 °C for 90 min. This study demonstrated that a new genetic engineering bacterium to produce SOD with high productivity has been successfully constructed.

The accuracy and real-time of velocity measurement impact on the performance of the motor servo system. Incremental optical encoder measuring velocity have advantages of high accuracy and easy-to miniaturization. The typical method for velocity measurements by Incremental optical encoder is hybrid M / T method. The method is poor in real time. Raised alternate M/T method for velocity measurement. Design the software and hardware for the M/T method. The experiment results show the feasibility and correctness of the system, and the method improves the system with photoelectric encoder in real time.

In order to obtain materials with more ideal GMI effect, (DZ/Z）max, the substitution effects of R (R = Co, Ni and Cr) for Fe in Fe63.5R10Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9soft magnetic wires have been studied. We found that although the Finemet composition shown excellent GMI effect, the substitution of Co can raise notably the field sensitivity, Q, Ni makes a little improvements of (DZ/Z）max, and Q, and Cr diminishes the undesirable hysteretic effect. In additions, the influence of annealing conditions upon the GMI effect of the best composition Fe63.5Cr10Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9was also investigated. It indicated that the sample obtained by the ways of Joule heating under the application of suitable tensile stress exhibits 200% and 30%¤Oe for (DZ/Z）max and Q, respectively. This sample can serve as a proper choice for magnetic sensors.

Based on Biot’s wave propagation equation and boundary conditions, this paper builds up pile group and soil system used for calculation in 3 dimension models, though mass conservative and motion equation. The results of ground surface movement are obtained under the effect of vertical dynamic force though Newmark direct integration. Compared with the measured results, the numerical outcomes conform accurately. The calculating results show that vibration of ground surface can be affected by several parameters such as soils’ possion ratio, permeability coefficient, different types of pile groups and so on. Different factors have different effects on ground’s surface vibration in both far field and near field.

Damage detection in civil engineering structures using the dynamic system parameters has become an important area of research. The sensitivity of damage indicator is of great value to structural damage identification. The curvature mode is an excellent parameter in damage detection of structures, while in case that certain curvature mode curve can’t show existence of damage. In this paper, numerical studies are conducted to demonstrate the deficiency of curvature mode to damage detection. Then a new damage indicator called “curvature mode changing rate” (CMCR) is introduced which is processed by numerical differentiation of curvature mode curve. The simulation results show that the new index is superior to curvature mode for structural damage identification, and it is still sensitive to the damaged location in the mode node.

A CAD/ CAM system has been developed for turbine blade’s manufacturing based on the software of UG in accordance with a type of static blade of China Chang Jiang Energy Corp. (Group) in this paper. According to a few parameters input by users, the system automatically generate three-dimensional geometric model of the blade, and through its CAM module, it automatically generates the CNC track for four-axis CNC machining center. A management system has been developed by using UG / Open API, MFC, and database technology so as to improving the design efficiency in the UG.

The objective of this study is to compare the degradation of three strontium-containing calcium phosphate cement (Sr-CPC) and one calcium phosphate cement without strontium (CPC) in vivo. Three Sr-CPCs, containing 1%, 5%, 10% strontium respectively, and a CPC without strontium were tested in this study. The specimens in rod-shape (2 mm  6 mm) were prepared, and were implanted in the erector spine muscle of 15 New Zealand rabbits. After 4, 8 and 12 weeks, 5 rabbits were sacrificed respectively and the specimens were taken out, cleaned, dryed and weighed. The weight losses of the specimens were calculated and the data were analyzed by ANOVA. The results showed that the CPC containing 5%, 10% strontium showed obviously higher degradation rates at the three observation periods than that containing 1% strontium and that without strontium (P0.05), and the CPC containing 5% and 10% strontium showed no difference in degradation rate at the three observation periods (P>0.05).
