Groundwater is an important part of the human living space and supplies us with high-quality freshwater resources. However, the intrusion of any foreign matter into groundwater may cause groundwater pollution. Once this happens, clearing, control and remediation can be very difficult: not only does it need a lot of money, it is also technically challenging and time consuming. In view of current research on groundwater remediation in and out of China, we propose a package of groundwater pollution investigation, groundwater pollution remediation technology and groundwater pollution control processes with a view to providing theoretical reference for future groundwater pollution remediation efforts.

Shallow geothermal energy is a new renewable high-quality clean energy that has aroused great interest of man for its renewability, huge stock, cleanness and high availability. Encouraged by the favorable policies of the government, shallow geothermal energy exploitation in geologically suitable areas has become a great priority. In this paper, principal rock-soil physical parameters are derived from field thermal response test set in the context of Qing’an, Suihua City, and subsurface temperature field is modeled to further establish the heat exchange performance parameters with a view to providing reference for the planning and proper deployment of GSHP-based shallow geothermal energy exploitation in this area.

Various methods –direct methods, structure function methods and dimensional analysis-have been proposed to estimate the dissipate rate of turbulent kinetic energy. In this study these methods were appraised using LES data of a turbulent flow in the straight pipe at Re=5300. The fact that the corrected second-order structure function method is robust can be found. Note that when approaching to the wall at low Reynolds number, structure function methods and dimensional analysis method usually become inaccurate since they can not reflect information about the radial gradients. Direct computation methods now give acceptable trend and good estimation. Methods mentioned above lead to the same order of magnitude as values from DNS data most times.

A hybrid process coupling reverse osmosis (RO) with electrodeionization (EDI) was investigated to remove TDS and boron from simulated seawater in this study. The effects of applied total dissolved solids (TDS) and the concentration of boron in the feed water on product water quality were investigated. According to the results obtained, the TDS of the product water increased when a high applied TDS in the feed water; however, all of the TDS of the product were complying with relevant standards within experimental parameters. When the boron concentration was below 5.64mg/L in the feed water, the boron concentration of the product water was complying with relevant standards.

Contaminated soils in the environment remain being a significant issue during land application. Numerous methods have been suggested in recent years for remove, treating and beneficial uses of heavy metal-containing soils. In this research, the basic characteristics and the geochemistry of metals in the soils were studied, and which were subjected to percolation test. The results of experimental leaching tests of soils are subjected to model calculations. In addition, the separation processes, hydrocyclone treatment, is designed to separate coarse and fine-grained particles by high settling velocity of particles. The FLUENT flow simulations are help to demonstrate to liquid-solid flow and the simulation results are feedback to the hydrocyclone operation and design.

A large number of cracks are found in the 1500m3Liquefied Light hydrocarbons vessel during the inspection after two years of running.In totally,six vessels being fully heated treated is made of 15MnNbR. Researchers used X-ray stress analyzer measured the welding residual stress of vessels that have been cracked and uncracked. The results show that, residual stress of uncracked spherical vessels are in good condition, while those value of cracked is high, the value of the highest is 1.05σs. It indicates that the possible reason for the separation is the residual stress in the high state. Through welding and heat treated for the second time, the welding residual stress decreased obviously. It indicates the impact of this measure is good.

This paper investigates the thermal profiles of plasma neutralization induced by microwave radiation by the chronological examination of their thermal distributions. Single triangular, circular, and bowtie-shaped copper tapes were trimmed to investigate the plasma neutralization burst under microwave irradiation. The infrared thermal images showed that the copper tape with a more acute angle and with a narrower gap between the bowtie-shaped electrodes was inclined to generate high plasma density. A high plasma-density area was eventually observed, generating a higher temperature peak based on the experimental results. Thermal dissipation under room temperature was found critical in determining peak temperature after burst. These results may provide basis for the development of an inexpensive, microwave-induced local heating.

This paper studies on the stability capacity of E-glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) tubes under axial compression in order to get the formula, which can be applied to structure design. Firstly, on the basis of test data, finite element analysis is carried out and initial geometric imperfection is considered in the models. Then, it's proved that edge-failure criterion is suitable for stability analysis of GFRP slender components by comparison of results derived from several classic formulas. Finally, a modified Perry-Robertson stability formula is proposed so as to ascertain corresponding stability coefficients for GFRP tubes with different slenderness ratio.

The authors improve the performance of an image cipher algorithm based chaos theory. The authors do Preprocessing for the algorithm firstly, makes spatial scrambling based on image blocking in order to interrupt pixel position, then furthering this interruption through Arnold mapping, and transforms pixel RGB color space through optimized Arnold Mapping. At last, we get the final encrypted image through a series of iteration. With some theoretical analysis of security, this algorithm has a lot of advantages such as, good diffusion properties, its key space is safe enough to resist exhaustive-key-research attack, high effectiveness and resisting common attack successfully, but it needs improvements on some aspects, such as the key sensitivity.

A new dual-bed photocatalytic hydrogen production reaction system is proposed in this paper. In this dual-bed system, one bed is photocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction bed in which I- is oxidized into I2 by a hole and H+ is reduced to H2 by an electron, and the other is the hole-sacrificed agent regeneration bed in which I- is regenerated by reducing I2 with Cu2O. The two reaction beds are connected with two constant flow pumps to form a circulation loop. The hole-sacrificed agent I- can always be renewable by circulating the reaction solution between dual beds. The dual-bed reaction system achieves to produce hydrogen continuously, steadily and efficiently.

16MnR is the typical material of pressure equipment which worked under complex stress state in engineering application. In order to be close to the actual combined tension-shearing stress state and explore the relationship of deformation capacity and different stress state, many groups of combined tension-torsion tests on 16MnR specimens were designed and the equivalent stress-strain relation under different stress state was obtained. The concept of stress triaxiaty (TS value) was cited to characterize the different stress state and the result showed different stress states have a great influence on the material plastic deformation capacity, TS value turns larger, the plastic deformation weakened; 16MnR has a strongest plastic deformation capacity in pure torsion; the level of tensile stress had no significant effect on the maximum stress in the biaxial stress state, but has a significant inverse relationship with the maximum equivalent strain .At last, the mathematical relationship between maximum equivalent-strain and stress triaxiaty could be found. If the stress state of one point in the engineering structures is certain, the maximum equivalent-strain can be estimated.

Two novel low viscosity polyamide curing agents are prepared, the viscosity of the polyamide-1 synthesized from adipic acid and tetraethylene pentamine is 12240mPa·s and that of the polyamide-2 synthesized from dimenthy tetrphthalate and tetraethylene pentamine is 11800mPa·s. The effect of synthetic polyamide content on the mechanical performance and thermal performance of the epoxy curing system is studied. The results show that overall performance of the curing system first increases and then decreases with the increase of synthetic polyamide content and reaches maximum with 33 wt% of polyamide. The tensile strength, flexural strength and impact strength of polyamide-1/CYD-128 are 32.41MPa, 81.55MPa and 19.6KJ/m2, respectively. While that of polyamide-2/CYD-128 are 37.88MPa, 104.60MPa and 16.5KJ/m2, respectively. This low viscosity curing system can be used as building adhesives due to its excellent mechanical properties.

Simple joint is a common connection in tubular structures, it refers to one or more components soldered directly on the surface of the other member. Local buckling occurs in panel zone when the joint under heavy load, such local buckling will reduce the bearing capacity and stiffness. In order to improve bearing capacity of tubular joints, the joint needs to be strengthened. In this paper, the bending performance of the joint will be enhanced by welding a sleeve inner the surface of panel zone of chord member. By ANSYS finite element program, the bearing capacity of the joint with different parameters of inner sleeve was analyzed. The results showed that compare to sleeve length variation, bearing capacity of the joint experiences obvious change with variation of sleeve thickness.

According to the global carbon balance, the lost carbon is called missing carbon sinks were taken up by geological. In order to describe carbon sinks mechanism, Maocun watershed was selected as a study area, and choose four sites in different geological background, where the electrical conductivity (Ec), bicarbonate, temperature and PH value are monitored, the results show that: (1) The amount of bicarbonate in sandstone water is less than any karst water, the order of bicarbonate is that: (HCO3-)XiaolongbeiBianyanMaocunchukouBeidiping, and with exogenous water which contain low concentration of bicarbonate flow into the karst area along the water canal, bicarbonate increase step by step until stable; (2)Temperature, hydrophyte photosynthesis are the main impact factors affect on the carbon sinks flux; (3) Exogenous water can aggravate the carbon sinks flux.

Hot-dip coating can improve the longevity of the bolt connection pairs, but may be influence the pairs on the torque coefficient and tensile load. The torque coefficient and tensile loads of three specifications, two strength degrees and two surface states with and without hot-dip coating bolt connection pairs were tested. The results showed both the mean and standard deviation of torque coefficient of the bolt connection pairs were enhanced in case of the hot-dip zinc process, deals with the lubricant MoS2 they were both decreased and closed to the standard values. By contrast, the tensile loads were unaffected by the hot-dip process.

Cylindrical shells are widely used in civil engineering. Examples include cooling towers, nuclear containment vessels, metal silos and tanks for storage of bulk solids and liquids, and pressure vessels. Cylindrical shells subjected to non-uniform wind pressure display different buckling behaviours from those of cylinders under uniform external pressure. At different aspect ratios, quite complex buckling modes occur. The geometric nonlinearity may have a significant effect on the buckling behavior. This paper presents a widely study of the nonlinear buckling behavior of cylindrical shells of uniform thickness under wind loading. The finite element analyses indicate that for stocky cylinders, the nonlinear buckling modes are the circumferential compression buckling mode, which is similar to cylinders under uniform external pressure, while for cylinders in mediate length, pre-buckling ovalization of the cross-section has an important influence on the buckling strength.

Four zinc-rich coatings were applied onto steel substrate and then placed in neutral salt spray for 4000 h in order to study the anti-corrosion performance of the coatings. The results showed that the samples with two kinds of the coatings were more seriously eroded than the others. The reasons could be that the zinc particles were dispersed inhomogeneous in the binder and the zinc content was very lower than 96 wt. % obtained through the analysis of Scanning Electron Microscope and Differential Scanning Calorimetry.

This study was designed to comparative evaluate the chemical composition of the essential oil from leaf, aerial root, twig, root and bark parts of Ficus microcarpa L.f. (Moraceace). Gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC–MS) analyses of the oils revealed the presence of 6, 6, 5, 5 and 5 compounds in the essential oils obtained by hydrodistillation from different parts, respectively. The total yield of the volatile fractions was subsequently 1.89%, 0.87%, 1.27%, 0.97% and 0.71%. Higher amounts of aliphatic acids were found to compose a major chemotype in diverse parts of the plant. n-Hexadecanoic acid, elaidic acid and linoleic acid were the main and common component of all the essential oils totally attaining in average 74%, 87%, 56%, 46% and 88%, independently. In addition, some pharmaceutical components such as elaidic acid, linoleic acid and squalene were discovered. The study offers theoretic basis for utilization of the traditional folk herb F. microcarpa.

Based on the results of single factor experiments on the extraction of total flavonoids content (TFC) in roots of semi-mangrove plant Clerodendrum inerme(L.) Gaertn., operation conditions were optimized with orthogonal methodology. Four factors were applied to evaluate the extraction yield, including the ethanol concentration, extraction time, temperature and solid to liquid ratio. According to the experimental results, the influence order of different factors on the yield of TFC from the roots: ethanol concentration > solid to liquid ratio > extraction temperature > extraction time. The optimum operating parameters were determined as following, ethanol concentration of 70.0 %, extraction time of 90.0 min, temperature of 60.0 °C and solid to liquid ratio of 1:30. Under the optimized conditions, the maximal yield of TFC was enhanced to 1.279%.

The chemical composition of hydrodistilled oil from the fruit residue of Ficus altissima was analyzed for the first time by GC/GC–MS. As a result, a total of seventeen compounds were identified, representing all of the oil. Aliphatic hydrocarbons, esters and alkylenes were found to compose three major chemotype accounted for 64.25%, 26.00% and 9.75% of the oil, respectively. The main components was demonstrated to be dibutyl phthalate(18.14%), n-docosane(7.94%), diisooctyl phthalate(7.86%), n-heptadecane(7.70%), n-tricosane(7.68%), phytane(7.19%). Antioxidant activity of the oil was assessed by the free radical scavenging (DPPH). The study offers theoretic basis for pharmaceutical utilization of the landscape plant F. altissima.

Volatile constituents were isolated from twig, leaf and root parts of Clerodendrum inerme by ligarine extraction and analyzed by gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). There were 6, 12 and 10 volatile constituents identified from different parts, respectively. All the extracts have in common a great percentage of esters (28.59–69.76%) and a high amount of fatty acids (19.27–41.85%), with the exception of the extract from root, which consisted mainly of meroterpene (37.61%). The antioxidant activity by DPPH test was investigated for all the extracts. The root extract exhibited strong antioxidant property with IC50 value of 67.5 μg/ml, about 26% of the potency of known antioxidantα-tocopherol, which probably due to the presence of 6-methylene-3,3-diphenyl-1,4-cyclohexadiene (2.12%). And the characteristic odor of root extract could be attributed to the presence of ferruginol (37.61%) with strong sensory property. The results present here indicated a potential source suitable for using as antioxidant agent and offered theoretic basis for utilization of the traditional folk herb C. inerme.

A prototype of flywheel energy storage system is developed for light rail-trains in cities to store the braking energy. The prototype is designed to have a rotor of 100kg rotating at up to 27000rpm, which can store 1kWh energy and supply 10kW maximum power. Main works and results are described. Difficulties and some key techniques are presented. Test of the system operation is still not finished. Now the system is able to run at 16800rmp. Maximum power output is 3kWh.

n-hexadecane was selected as model compound and studied the hydroisomerization performance on SAPO-11 zeolite catalyst. Platinum was loaded on by wet impregnation with H2PtCl6.6H2O solution . Experiments conditions were as follows : hydrogen pressure ranging from 1.0 to 3.0 MPa, reaction temperature ranging from 320 to 380 °C , WHSV ranging from 0.5 to 2.0 h-1 , molar ratio of hydrogen to n-hexadecane ranging 10 to 40 . The results show that Pt/SAPO-11 zeolite catalyst has a highly conversion and selectivity.

The composition of the fatty acids of the extracted seed oil from Sindora glabra was determined by means of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. And the physicochemical properties of the oil were also analyzed according to the national standards．The results indicated that 14 fatty acid components were identified in seed oil of Sindora glabra，and the content of unsaturated acids was 61.72％，and the main fatty acids were linoleic acid（33.17%），oleic acid（19.80%），Palmitic acid （14.57%），lignoceric acid （5.06%），stearic acid （4.63%），hexacosanoic acid (2.95%), docosanoic acid（2.70%）, pentacosanoic acid (2.17%). The physicochemical indexes were as follows relative density 0.9143，acid value 3.905 mg/g, iodine value 109.01 g/100g, saponification value 154.6 mg/g, and index of refraction 1.4753.

Two series of polymers including polyimides and poly(aryl ether)s were prepared and used as active layers of polymer memories. The poly(aryl ether)-based polymers showed flash behaviors and polyimide-based polymers showed WORM behaviors. The poly(aryl ether)s flash memories can be negatively switched on and positively switched off, and the switching voltages are relative to the chemical structure of bisphenol moiety. On the other hand, the polyimide-based polymer devices can be bidirectionally switched on with comparable positive and negative switching threshold voltages, but cannot be switched off. The polyimides showed write-once-and-read- many-times (WORM) memory behavior. The poly(aryl ether) (AZTA-PAEb) showed very different memory behavior from polyimides (AZTA-PI and AZTA-PEI) although they contain the similar chemical structure (electron-donor triphenylamine and electron-acceptor triazine moieties). The imide structure in the polyimides plays a great role in the memory effects.

A kinematics model of planetary bevel-gear trains, which included two sun gears, four planet gears and two carriers, was established. With analyzing of the gear trains, non-oriented graph representation of the mechanism was developed. Then, the kinematic structure of the gear trains was represented. With coordinate conversion, the successive transformation matrices were derived. And then, the oriented graph representation of gear pair was obtained by analyzing rotation vectors. Lastly, the inverse kinematics equation was obtained. To given the orientation of the moving platform variables, the equations have the identify solutions.

A new test method of metal magnetic memory (MMM) was designed and was applied to study the relationship between MMM signals distortion and uneven plastic deformation so as to obtain the direct evidence of the result that MMM signals change unevenly causing by the unevenly plastic deformation in tensile test. Macro magnetic memory measurement were done to capture the occurrence time and position of MMM signals’ distortion during the period of plastic deformation, strain measurement were done before each MMM measurement and micro slip lines were observed after each time when MMM signals were measured to capture the occurrence time and position of plastic deformation. Then direct evidence can be obtained by compared the consistency of the time and positions. Preliminary tests were done to prove the rationality and feasibility of the new test method. The results show that the evidence can be obtained effectively and change law of MMM signals were reproduced by this new test method.

Bolt connection is a usual connection in power transmission and power transformation steel structures, and preservative treatments such as rust removal and galvanization are adopted to protect the bolts. In order to investigate the influence of hot-dip galvanizing on the tensile strength of bolt, common strength bolts and high strength bolt produced in four factories were tested to gain tensile strength. The results indicate that hot-dip galvanizing may reduce the tensile strength of bolts, and galvanizing technics of different factory have difference influence on the tensile strength of bolts.

In this paper, theoretical and experimental researches were done to find the repeated cracking reason of stuffing box in a super hyper pressure compressor. The mathematical expression of the assembly pressure was deduced in interference fit. From macro and micro perspectives, residual stresses were measured by X-ray diffraction in typical position of stuffing box when the packing box in combination and separation states. Besides, metallography and fracture examinations were carried out. The results showed that the real magnitude of shrink range of the failed stuffing box was only account for 12% of the designed size requirements, however, under this working condition this stress was not sufficient to cause cracking; Unqualified smelting process and tensile stress concentration in tank caused micro crack, which finally results in fracture of the stuffing box under fatigue mode.

The failure reasons of the valve shell from automobile redirector were investigated by metallography, fractography and mechanical property test. The result showed that continuous Si-phase with dentritic shape due to the improper solution-aged process and excessive Fe element remained due to the ineffective modification treatment were the main reasons of components’ brittle fracture.

To reduce welding residual stress (WRS) of a class 3 pressure vessel during the reconstruction, temper bead welding technique (TBWT) was applied to the container. To compare WRS causing by common welding and TBWT, WRS of the two different kinds of welded specimens of 16Mn steel were measured and evaluated by X-ray method. To study the effect of butt weld reinforcement height on WRS, welds with and without weld reinforcement were measured. The results show that longitudinal stress was reduced obviously and the lateral stress is the maximum principal stress for TBWT; WRS of TBWT T-shape specimens were obviously decreased which proves TBWT is better than common welding procedure; WRS was decreased by more than 25% after removing the weld reinforcement and further proves that it is one of effective ways to reduce WRS in engineering application.

Hollow sodalite spheres were prepared in water-soluble polymer polyacrylamide hydrogels (PAM) which were used as "soft template". The samples were characterized by XRD and SEM. The influence of the contents of initiator (ammonium persulfate) and crosslinker (N,N’-methylene-bis-acrylamide) on the size and morphology of hollow sodalite spheres was investigated. The results showed that the pore sizes of hollow sodalite spheres significantly decreased and the shell thicknesses thickened as the amount of initiator increased. The amount of MBAM affected the crystallization of sodalite, stacked arrangement and hollow structure. When the amounts range of MBAM was 0.8%-1.6%, hollow sodalite spheres were non-friable and smaller than the others, and their arrangement was uniform and orderly.

The extracts from leaves ofJatropha curcaswere obtained with water, methanol, ethanol, acetone and ethyl acetate by impregnation method, and the flavone content of extracts was analyzed by UV spectrometry. Then the activity of plant growth was tested respectively on mung beans and water spinach through observing the seed germination and seedling root growth. The results showed that the extracts could promote plants to grow well at lower concentration (-1), but inhibit at higher concentration, and the effect was best under the 40～50 μg•mL-1. Besides, water spinach was more sensitive than mung bean to the concentration.

Higher amounts of esters were found to compose a major chemotype in diverse parts of the plant. Dibutyl phthalate was the main component of all the essential oils attaining in average 34.22%, 59.28% and 44.27% and the other kind of esters accounted for 38.30%, 17.28% and 10.89% in the twig, leaf and root parts, respectively. In addition, some pharmaceutical components such as stigmasterol, linoleic acid and ferruginol were discovered. The study offers theoretic basis for utilization of the traditional folk herbC. inerme.

In view of the influence of the projected range, the range straggling, and the lateral deviation of ions in materials on the property of photoelectric integration devices fabricated by ion implantation, the mean projected ranges and range straggling for energetic 200 – 500 keV neodymium (Nd) ions implanted in silicon-on-insulator (SOI) at room temperature were measured by means of Rutherford backscattering followed by spectrum analysis.The measured results are compared with Monte Carlo code (SRIM2006) predictions. Our results show that the measured values of the mean projected rangeRpare good agreement with the SRIM calculated values; for the range straggling ΔRp, the difference between the experiment data and the calculated results is much higher than that ofRp.

A metal coating corrosion monitoring system (CMS) based on corrosion potential was introduced. It’s working principle, especially the design and selection of soft and hardware and the main technical specifications. The system has the characters of real-time monitoring of changes in corrosion potential status of coatings, automatically storing corrosion information and alarming according to corrosion degree in monitoring sites.

Through the analysis of vehicle dynamic and characteristic and vehicle-road environment, the ESP stability boundary can be easily determined. But from the point of the system vehicle-driver-environment, ignoring the analysis of driver operation behavior in extreme situation, it is difficult to determining the system optimization direction reasonably and improving the ESP system control quality based on the analysis of ESP system response performance and vehicle comfort performance when brkae intervening. Based on the driver’s complaint analysis in ESP performance test, combing with the aim of active safety system, this paper comes up with a set of new guidelines to design and development ESP system from the point of vehicle-driver-environment system.

Yttrium Aluminium Garnet (YAG) has a extensive applications in many fields because of its excellent properties. In this study the products synthesized by co-precipitation method is regular, and the reaction is complete, the YAG ceramic obtained is white, its density is 2.42g/cm3 and shrinkage is 7.78%. The YAG ceramic tablets were investigated by Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), Electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The results show that the structure of YAG ceramic is loose with spherical grain size of 0.2-0.3μm. The main mineral phase of YAG ceramic is composed of polycrystalline Al5Y3O12 with good crystallinity, and containing very small amount of unreacted alumina and other impurities.

To improve the efficiency of many-to-one communication, the aggregated signature Rabin signature is proposed. When the several senders sign and send the message to a receiver, they could do the same operation as the common Rabin signature. The several signature texts are aggregated and produced a signal signature text. Instead of verifying the several signature for several times, the verifier only verifies the aggregated signature for one time to determine the validation of the all of the messages. The discussion shows that, by this way the data amount and the computational cost could be reduced nearly 1/2 of the common algorithm. The proposed algorithm has the same secure level as the common Rabin signature.

This paper first introduces the history and research status of motion-blurred image restoration, and then establishes a rotating image degradation model. we present a fast algorithm for real-time hardware restoration of rotating motion blurred images, the algorithm is simulated and experimental platform is built for the actual verification. Through comparison and analysis of the recovery results, we verify the accuracy of the algorithm, and it shows that this rotational motion blurred image restoration algorithm can receive satisfactory results.

We have presented the synthesis and modification of L zeolite, and have further investigated the hydroisomerization of n-dodecane over the Pt/HL catalyst in a fixed bed reactor by changing reaction parameters such as temperature and pressure, respectively. The results showed that the combined use of ion-exchange, critric acid treatment and hydrothermal treatment could improve the Si/Al ratio of L zeolite dramatically while the high crystallinity was held. The Pt/HL catalyst showed higher stability, good regeneration property, catalytic activity and selectivity to the branched isomers under relatively low reaction pressures compared to the Pt/SAPO-11 catalyst.

The suspendome structure is a new-type of hybrid prestressed spatial structural system which has been developing on the basis of single-layer latticed shell structure and cable dome structure. The wide application prospects of this type of structure have been presented initially since its emergence around ten years ago. Several representative engineering applications of suspendome structures are introduced, and the research status of this structure at home and abroad is summarized. Moreover, further research orientations of suspendome structures are discussed and prospected.

Zeolite NaKL was in-situ crystallized under static condition with kaolin microspheres calcined at 980 °C as silicon and aluminium sources. Influences of hydrothermal synthesis conditions such as the mole ratio of n(K2O)/n(Na2O), n(OH-)/n(SiO2) and crystallizaion time on crystallization of zeolite L were studied in detail. The crystal phase and morphology of the as-prepared zeolite samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the as-synthesized samples owned characteristic peaks of zeolite L with high crystallinity and were covered uniformly by regular crystal of zeolite L on its kaolin microsphere surface , which maintained complete ball shape as before. The optimum conditions to get zeolite NaKL with high crystallinity by this method were found to be the mole ratio of n(K2O)/n(Na2O) =7:3 and n(OH-)/n(SiO2) =0.50 in the reaction mixture, an aging of the reactants at room temperature for 30 h and crystallization temperature 120 °C for 24 h.

Due to the need to reduce electronic device sizes, it is very important to consider the depth distribution of ions implanted into a crystalline target. The mean projected ranges and range straggling for energetic 200 – 500 keV Nd ions implanted in single crystal silicon (c-Si) at room temperature were measured by means of Rutherford backscattering followed by spectrum analysis. The measured results are compared with Monte Carlo code (SRIM2006) predictions. Our results show that the measured values of the mean projected range are good agreement with the SRIM calculated values; for the range straggling , the difference between the experiment data and the calculated results is much higher than that of .

The viscosity behaviors and elastic properties of concentrated cellulose 1-allyl-3-methy -limidazolium Chloride solutions were investigated in the concentration from 10 wt% to 25 wt%. Rheological measurement showed that the solution was pesudoplastic fluid. The non-Newtonian behavior was improved and shear-thinning tendency became more pronounced with increasing polymer concentration. The power law index ranged from 0.19 to 0.30. The effects of cellulose concentration to the storage modulus G′ and the loss modulus G″ were analyzed. First normal stress difference (N1) increased with increasing concentration.

It is very important to consider the distribution of range, range straggling and lateral spread of ions implanted into semiconductor materials in design and fabrication of semiconductor integration devices by ion implantation. Basing on a L-S phase inversion method, cellulose hollow fiber membranes were spinned using room temperature ionic liquid 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([Amim]Cl) as solvent. The concentration of cellulose/[Amim]Cl solutions (dope) was varied from 6 to 9wt% by an increment of 1wt%. Effects of the dope concentration on the hollow fiber membranes structure and properties were investigated. Inner- and outer- surfaces morphology of the prepared membranes were observed using field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM). Besides, various properties of the membranes, including apparent viscosity, pure water flux (PWF), retention rate (Rt), equilibrium water content (EWC), ultimate tensile strength (UTS) and elongation at break (Eb) were also tested. The results induced that, with the increase of dope concentration, the both surfaces showed more regular. Pure water flux and equilibrium water content of the membranes decreased with a increasing dope concentration, properties of retention rate, ultimate tensile strength and elongation at break showed a increased tendency oppositely.

Comprehensive residual stress of a 1500m3 liquefied petroleum gas spherical vessel was measured and analyzed after many cracks arised. The results show that the general residual stress was at a high level in the field with cracks as well as the field without cracks. Furthermore, the measurements were taken at the same place to evaluate the effect of the heat treatment after this spherical vessel was re-welded and the integral heat treatment was performed. Meanwhile, the measurement to the stress in the vertical direction with X-Ray was finished after a set of special treatments in the outfield.
