In this study, corncob hemicelluloses were extracted by hot water to investigate its potential for film production. Extracted hemicelluloses were mixed with PVA 30 wt%, the prepared films had a smooth、uniform and continuous surface and dense cross section without the phase separation, as characterized by SEM. Besides, the mechanical properties and thermal characteristics tests showed that the films had a tensile strength of 4.6 MPa, elongation at break of 6.4%, and a nice thermally stability.

In order to study the effect of surfactants on wettability of quartz surface, the dynamic contact angles of different surfactants on water-wet and oil-wet quartz surfaces were measured. The experimental results showed that the advancing contact angles of cationic surfactants, anionic surfactants and nonionic surfactants on oil-wet quartz surfaces decrease with the increase of surfactant concentrations; the wettability of water-wet quartz plates remains water-wet after treated by all three kinds of surfactants. Surfactants can reverse the wettability from oil-wet to water-wet at low concentrations; The electrostatic force, hydrophobic force and the attraction between surfactant and polar components of crude oil are the key interactions in the wettability alteration process.

Badminton is the traditionally advantageous event in China. According to the results of all matches, our overall strength of badminton has been still in the leading position in the world. In order to increase the competitive ability, it is essential to strengthen the researches on theories and practices of the process of badminton games. In this paper, the factors affecting sports rhythm include athletic ability, venue environment, and spot command of coach. Comprehensively improve their competitive ability which mainly refers to the following aspects. Firstly, strengthen the physical training, technical training and psychological skills training. Secondly, strengthen the simulation of venue atmosphere of badminton athletes.

Surfactant imbibition experiments were carried out with four surfactants and effects of interfacial tension and surface wettability on oil recovery were studied. A convenient imbibition process with quartz sands was used, and the experimental results suggest that anionic and non-ionic surfactants have higher oil recovery than cationic surfactant, and the sand surface wettability plays an important role in influencing oil recovery during spontaneous imbibition. Altering the wettability of oil sand surface from oil-wet to water-wet can enhance the oil recovery of imbibition process. The maximum ultimate imbibition recovery appeared in the area where both contact angle and interfacial tension were low.

Kenkiyak oilfield in kazakstan is a low porosity, extremely low permeability and overpressure carbonate reservoir. There are different reservoir and fracture characteristics in different region. The formation pressure decline seriously and water cannot be injected into the low permeability zone. Referring to the domestic and oversea research achievement, integrating regional geologic characteristics, numerical simulation results and reservoir engineering research results, we optimize a series of the development technology policy, including the reasonable gas and water injection modes and injection opportunity, the suitable well patterns and well spacing. Meanwhile, the development mode of energy supplement in the extremely low permeability and overpressure reservoir is explored.

We investigated the influence of rare earth element (REE) Ce on the surface microstructure of bivalves pearl in the scaled of micro and nanometer range by means of scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). And we discussed the relevant of surface microstructure and lustrous of pearls to the concentration of REE in culture water by analyzing the influence of additive REE on the surface microstructure. We found that pseudo-hexagonal relatively grow slowly when REE Ce was absent in the culturing water, and the pearls surface were mainly build up by spindly aragonite blocks. On the contrary, the pearls grow quickly when REE was added in the culturing water, and the pearls surface were chiefly composed of regular hexagonal aragonite blocks that is the most idea blocks in crystallography. The results show that an appropriate quantity of Ce will promote the development and growth of pearls, and enhanced the lustrous of pearls significantly. However, as the REE concentration is large, the blocks composed of pearls became to around, and oval dics, thus leading the roughness increasing of pearls surface and the lustrous decrease.

The paper analyzed the adsorption conditions of uranium on carboxylic acid fiber. The isotherms were drawn, and Langmuir and Freundlich equations were deduced. The adsorption kinetics of UO22+on carboxylic fiber was researched. The rate constant of adsorption was obtained and the apparent activation energy was determined. This research provides a theoretical basis for new adsorbents of uranium in nuclear wastes.

We present the surface microstructure of pearls in bionic materials investigated by means of scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). We found that surface microstructure of pearls in bionic materials with superior luster and quality are built up by aragonite blocks with regular shape, such as around, polygon or diamond, while pearls high luster are composed of by spindly shaped blocks, and pearls with weak luster and quality are made of some undefined aragonite blocks. Clearly, the regular shaped aragonite blocks are the most idea blocks in crystallography for building high quality pearls. The study of surface microstructure pearl in bionic materials will be helpful for the development of bionic materials.

Finally, we discussed the relevant of surface microstructure and lustrous of pearls to the concentration of REE in culture water by analyzing the influence of additive REE Ce on the surface microstructure

This paper fusions advantages of the grey forecast, fuzzy control and the traditional PID control, puts forward the grey prediction fuzzy PID control method. This method is based on PID Controlling Regulation determine interrelated parameters with the fuzzy reasoning, use online grey prediction theory forecast the system outputs which instead of the controlled object measurement value to exert feedback control for the system. The simulation results show that this control ways have more excellent control quality than traditional PID and Fuzzy PID.

In this article, a new ternary Al-Cu-Sn alloy system has been exploited through chemical dealloying in a 20wt% NaOH solution for 8 hours at different temperatures. The experimental results show the dealloying temperature plays a significant role in the formation of Cu6Sn5 and the length scales of the small-sized ligament/channels in fixed delloying duration. With the increase of dealloying temperature, more new phase Cu6Sn5 emerges and the length scales of the small-sized ligament/channels increase. Additionally, the as-dealloyed samples have three-dimensional (3D) structure composed of large-sized channels (hundreds of nanometers) and small-sized channels (tens of nanometers). Both large and small-sized pores are 3D, open and bicontinuous.

The paper studies the QY20 truck crane slewing mechanism hydraulic system and expounded its working principle. The models of slewing mechanism were built by AMSim and the model of buffer oil compensating valve was built by the HCD function of the software. The correctness of the models were validated by in-situ measurement. Influence factors of slewing mechanism dynamic characteristics about the models were analyzed.

The technology of ground-source heat pump is a revolutionary new technology emerging in the field of central air conditioners for buildings in China. Its application in Hohhot grew continuously in recent years. Based on the demonstration project of general office building of the Development & Reform Commission, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, this paper studies the application of ground-source heat pump air conditioning system with supporting heat source in northern cold area, analyzing the energy consumption of system operation, presenting some problems in the operation and solutions thereof, and concluding that the ground-source heat pump air conditioning system is feasible in Hohhot.

According to the features of heavy horizontal directional drill hydraulic system, power head hydraulic system which is the main working mechanism of the 280t horizontal directional drilling is modeled and simulated base on Amesim. On that basis, we adjust working characteristics of this model and make the point of view that feedback control parameters which is the hydraulic system of heavy drill should be adjusted according to the soil conditions. So that it can enhance the utilization rate of the machine power and drilling efficiency in different operating modes.

In this paper, the process of direct laser fabricating (DLF) thin-walled parts with Inconel 625 alloy was studied. The interrelationship between deposition quality and process parameters has been analyzed in the aspects of laser power. Scanning velocity, powder feed velocity, z-increment. The further investigations of study lie on the influence of process parameters on geometrical characterization of single cladding layer, the Axis-Z increments on height of thin-walled part, as well as the microstructure of fabricated sample of Inconel 625. The results based on above experiments show that the Inconel 625 alloy parts can be fabricated by direct laser fabrication method and the samples were fully dense, homogenous and free of defects with the parameters under a certain range.
