A framework of comprehensive risk assessment for Electric Cyber-Physical System (ECPS) is proposed in this paper. Risk factors of information system and their impact on the gird are analyzed and the method of obtaining the fault probability considering risk factors from information system is discussed. A comprehensive risk assessment model is presented and related software is developed. Research work in this paper provides a theoretical basis and software framework support to the following system development.

In this work we have studied the effects of Zn and ZnO addition on grain boundaries in the magnetic properties of NdFeB magnets. Zn and ZnO were added at the grain boundaries by double alloy process. Study on Zn and ZnO were effected of sintered NdFeB permanent magnetic materials .Results show that Zn and ZnO powder were added to grain boundary of improves magnets, coercivityHcj, remanenceBr, maxi-mum magnetic energy (BH)max, Zn was added1.2wt%,ZnO was added 1wt% to the maximum value, continue to add drop。Zn powders were added to the intergranular regions of NdFeB magnets, and their effects on the magnetic properties and corrosion resistance were investigated. In the scanning electron microscope, energy spectrum analysis showed that Zn and ZnO did not appear after entering the new metallographicals, Zn or ZnO distributed in where the main enrich at the Nd-rich phase[1]

This paper introduces an online thickness monitoring technology of blast furnace stack. It describes the composition of monitoring technology, the basic principles and requirements of thickness measurement, and the features and functions of monitoring technology. Finally, the application of this monitoring technology in blast furnace stack thickness is analyzed and summed up.

It is a new studied field that the monitoring and measuring system in blast furnace based on wireless network. A new technology about cooling water’s temperature monitoring based on wireless network in blast furnace is introduced, which contains technical composition and characteristics even the realization process. It is also shown that the practical process and results of the system is applied in the blast furnace of baotou iron and steel group.

The uniform of the heat treatment process and NdFeB alloy powder metallurgy technology on the α-Fe soft phase effects. Experimental results show that the uniform of the heat treatment process can significantly reduce the α-Fe soft phase of the content, and the thinning, also found that the remaining α-Fe soft phase sintering and after annealing and hard to deal with after the occurrence of magnetic exchange coupling And its magnetic properties can have a greater impact, so this experiment for the Development of the fourth generation of rare earth permanent magnets laid the foundation.

In order to solve the storage problem of mass graphic data in web, an improved hierarchy of graphic objects is used in this paper. By building up layer object, the system can manage the data for different levels of abstraction. It is different from Object-Oriented Data Base (OODB) which used a relational table as an object to manage data. Uniform operations for the same terrain are offered. Using Object-based Storage Device (OSD) is advantaged at data transmission. The method of storing layer object in OSD is given in the paper. Empirical results show that the mechanism is well-suited to fetch detail data in web.

Gearbox is vital components in a wide range of industrial and transport applications. It is very important how to monitor operating state of automobile gearbox and detect incipient faults. This paper applies the empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and Hilbert spectrum methods to gearbox vibration signal analysis capture from vibrating acceleration sensor for gearbox fault diagnosis. The original modulation fault vibration signals are firstly decomposed into a number of intrinsic mode function (IMF) by the EMD method. Then Hilbert spectrum of intrinsic mode function at different fault characteristic frequencies is obtained by Hilbert transform. Finally, the time-frequency fault characteristics of gearbox are analyzed by the Hilbert spectrum value of intrinsic mode function. Experiment result has shown the feasibility and efficiency of the EMD algorithms and Hilbert spectrum characteristic method in fault diagnosis and fault message abstraction.

Lock-in amplifying (LIA) is one of important techniques of picking up weak signals buried in the noise, and is the core component of Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology. Then we design a small size, dual phase lock-in amplifier (LIA) integrated circuit. This paper is based on the phase-sensitive detector AD630, together with the phase-locked loop (PLL) circuit (74HC4046) and the active filter (MAX275) the value of Q and the center frequency of which could be adjusted. The output signals were collected by A/D converter and dedicated high-resolution data acquisition card. The range of frequency is 500Hz-100 kHz, the dynamic range of acquisition signal is greater than 100dB, the signal-to-noise ratio is up to 60dB, and the overall area of circuit is only 14cm × 14.8cm. Experiments show that the design meets the requirements of integration into the system.

This paper describes a nonlinear adaptive dynamic inversion controller for a flexible air-breathing hypersonic vehicle model. The complete characterization of the nonlinear internal dynamic of the Bolender and Doman model with respect to velocity，altitude and angle as the regulated outputs is considered in this paper. The derivation of the internal dynamics presented in this work is comprehensive of the flexible dynamics. For the purpose of control design，we decompose the equations of motion into functional subsystems，namely，the velocity subsystem，the altitude and flight-path angle subsystem，and the angle of attack and pitch rate subsystem. Each subsystem is controlled separately using available inputs and intermediate virtual control commands. The adaptive fuzzy system is then developed to identify the uncertain in the model parameters. Simulation results are provided to demonstrate the robustness and the efficacy of the proposed controller

In this paper, an Improved Nonsingular Terminal Sliding-mode (INTSM) observer is proposed to estimate the speed of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). The Nonsingular Terminal Sliding-mode (NTSM) not only inherits the good performance to track the state error, but also has the characteristic of limited time convergence. However, the conventional NTSM control law is too complex to apply in practice. The INTSM takes the thoughts of the fast Terminal Sliding-mode and uses a new nonlinear term to replace the conventional term. As a result, the new observer owns the characteristics of global fast convergence and simple control law. At last, the proposed method proves to be effective through the theoretical analysis and simulation test.

This paper discusses the uncertainty in remote sensing image segmentation by studying the uncertainty in cloud model , qualitative to quantitative conversion, proposed one way to study the image segmentation based on the combination of Parallel mechanism and cloud mode. Proved by experiments, this method can better describe the uncertainty of image target. It can quickly and accurately segment the target, the efficiency is far superior then the traditional image segmentation algorithms.

To improve the overall performance of image fusion, this paper proposes a Bacterial Foraging Algorithm (BFA) based method. First, this method selects several objective standards to construct an index representing the overall performance of fused images. Second, after the source images were decomposed by Contourlet transform, we obtain the coefficients of low-frequency and high-frequency in Contourlet domain. Then, the swarm intelligence of BFA is introduced to determine the proportions of high-frequency coefficients, i.e. the optimal weights. Finally, we use the high-frequency coefficients fused by the optimal weights and the average of low-frequency coefficients to reconstruct the optimal fused image. Experimental results show that the method not only can provide with good visual effects, but also is superior to eight widely-used methods.

An adaptive model reference parameter identification method without sensors for PMSM is presented in this paper and this method is based on double manifold sliding mode. The real model of PMSM is selected as the reference model and the d/q frame observer which is constructed using current model of the motor is selected as the adjustable model. The manifold sliding mode surface is constructed using the output (current in d/q frame) errors of the two models. Proper parameters are selected to guarantee the stability of the observer. The adjustable model converges to the reference model and the running state of motor can be identified. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed strategy has high static and dynamic performance，high tracking precision as well as stronger robustness.

The cold spray TiO2 thin films were deposited on 5mm-thick float glass substrates using the sol containing nano-anatase TiO2. The effects of different heat treatment temperatures on optical properties were discussed. The properties of xerogel powder were analyzed using TG-DSC, the morphology and structure of TiO2 thin films were characterized by FESEM and XRD, the transmittance and absorption of TiO2 coated glass were investigated by UV-vis spectrophotometer. The results reveal that TiO2 in the film is still anatase phase after heat treatment at 350°C and 500°C. With the annealing temperatures increasing from 20°C to 500°C, the average crystal size increases just from 21.4 nm to 23.9nm, UV absorption of TiO2 coated glass increases from 2.2 to 2.7, visible light transmittance is high to about 80%.
