Creating comfortable wind environment is an important method to achieve the energy saving and emission reduction in campus. This essay proposes the compilation method of site plan in junior campus specifically located in the towns of Guangxi Province from building layout, interval, orientation, open space and road layout to optimize the wind environment with qualitative and quantitative analysis. The essay considers that (1) the combination form of building groups in campus should be based on the principle of reducing tropical island effect in summer and decreasing wind penetration in winter; (2) reasonable interval and orientations of buildings can contribute to optimizing campus atmospheric conditions; (3) optimal layout of open space in campus can accelerate the wind speeds in summer and block out wind in winter; (4) reasonable layout of major roads can improve the ventilated environment in campus. The results can be theoretically and practically significant to plan and build low-carbon campus.

To solve the problem that artificial visual acuity measuring efficiency is low in hospital and school,and waste of resources,this design introduces an intelligent vision test instrument.The instrument is controlled by Embedded system [1,2], including the power supply circuit, a wireless remote control circuit module,LED display circuit,digital display circuit,a voice circuit etc.Beginning of vision test after audio prompt.This time the LED random light under every line in the standard visual acuity chart.The test selects the direction of wireless remote control rocker of "up", "down", "left", "right"through the "E" the opening direction on standard visual acuity chart.Data is transmitted to the Embedded system,after data processing,to judge whether he is right and wrong,and then displayed.Intelligent vision testing instrument can achieve the anticipated goal,finally complete the design and production, The overall structure of the circuit device is simple, stable performance, the test results meet the requirements.

To solve the intelligent locomotive can be turn around precisely on the preset orbit by others, It has the ability to identify the environment accurately, such as surrounding temperature, solid distance and color, the humidity of the environment and so on.Combined with the price, A method is proposed by using STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as the core control of the intelligent vehicle.We use the infrared tube module tracking black track, it can turn 90 degrees or 360 degrees precisely when it track to a positioning point. To accurately detect point target by adopting the temperature detection module, ultrasonic distance measuring module, a color recognition module, humidity detection module, it can be real time display data by LCD module 12864,it can be reach the end of accurate parking .The experimental results show that it completely meets the requirements, This method is simple, accurate and efficient.

Al2O3-TiC/Al2O3-TiC-CaF2laminated ceramic drawing die used for drawing experiment was prepared by vacuum hot pressing method. The finite element models of 45#-steel and wire drawing die were built by SolidWorks and simulation analysis of drawing process were done by FEM simulation software. The axial stress, strain distribution and drawing force during deformation were got. The microstructure of the worn drawing die was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the composition was investigated by energy dispersive X-Ray spectroscopy (EDS). Results show that the wear conditions of Al2O3-TiC-CaF2material layers were serious than Al2O3-TiC. And because of the dragging effect, solid lubricating films formed in Al2O3-TiC-CaF2material layers covered on Al2O3-TiC material layers. The drawing die owes self-lubricating performance. Without considering friction effective on invariable zone of the drawing die, the simulation result of drawing force was smaller than the measurement value.

Powder metallurgy (PM) nickel-based superalloy is regarded as one of the most important aerospace industry materials, which has been widely used in advanced turbo-engines. This work presents an orthogonal design experiments to study the cutting force and cutting temperature variations in the face milling of PM nickel-based superalloy with PVD coated carbide tools. Experimental results show that with the increase of feed rate and depth of cut, there is a growing tendency in cutting force, with the increase of cutting speed, cutting force decreases. Among the cutting parameters, feed rate has the greatest influence on cutting force, especially when cutting speed exceeds 60m/min. With the increase of all the cutting parameters, cutting temperature increases. However the cutting temperature increases slightly as the increasing of feed rate. Tool failure mechanisms in face milling of PM nickel-based superalloy are analyzed. It is shown that the breakage and spalling on the cutting edge are the most dominate failure mechanisms, which dominates the deterioration and final failure of the coated carbide tools.

Powder metallurgy (PM) nickel-based superalloy is regarded as one of the most important aerospace industry materials, which has been widely used in advanced turbo-engines. This paper presents an experimental study of high speed milling of powder metallurgy nickel-based superalloy with PVD (TiAlN-TiN) coated carbide tools. Experimental measurements of milling temperature and milling force were performed. Then the surface roughness and tool wear were analyzed and discussed under dry machining conditions. The results might be helpful to guiding the selection and design of tool materials and control of tool wear in high speed milling PM nickel-based superalloy.

This paper first analyzes the characteristics of holding strength of ceramic adhesive to diamond grains within vitrified abrasives grinding wheel, subsequently put forwards a calculating method of holding strength based on the data of the samples tensile strength test and fractography analysis. The holding strength mechanical model and the mathematic model are presented in this paper, which is figured out by load strength analyzing and idealized assumptions. Considering the holding strength computational complexity a set of software was designed to calculate the strength with the Excel data sheets exported from the tensile strength test and micro image analysis. Its flow diagram was shown in this paper.
