Type-I clathrates have been considered as very promising thermoelectric (TE) materials thus attracting attention widely. Here we report new clathrates Ba8CuxSiyGe46-x-y (4≤ x ≤ 6.5, y = 0 and 5.15 ≤ x ≤ 6.425, 2.05≤ y ≤ 36.9), focusing on their phase purity and TE properties. Our results show that samples prepared by arc melting followed by annealing are multi-phases alloys. The composition of the clathrate phase is also inhomogeneous. This indicates that the kinetic factor dominates the reaction of forming the clathrate phase during element-melting and sample-annealing. We select three compositions in these two series of samples, which have less impurity and better composition homogeneity for the clathrate phase, and the annealed alloys are furthered processed by ball milling (BM) and powder-solidification (either by hot pressing (HP) or by spark plasma sintering (SPS)) for TE properties investigations. The BM and HP/SPS processes can improve the phase purity and homogeneity. The TE measurements show that the Si-substituted samples have better performance than the Ge-based sample, mainly by decreasing the electrical resistivity. This indicates that the elemental substitution may be still an effective way to improve the TE performance of clathrates.

Energy is the base of modern industrial economy. Basing on the data of cities and industries in Guangdong from 2000 to 2013, this paper analyzes the relationship of energy intensity, FDI and industrialization by regression model. The results show that the industrialization levels of the cities in Guangdong are in accordance with their energy consumption and economic conditions, and Guangdong should focus on the development of “win-win” industries which both increasing industrial output and reducing energy efficiency.

To improve the wear properties of AZ91D magnesium alloys, a Cu0.9NiAlCoCrFe high entropy alloy (HEA) coating was fabricated on AZ91D magnesium alloys by laser cladding using prealloyed Cu0.9NiAlCoCrFe powders. The microstructure of the HEA coating was characterized by OM, SEM and XRD. The wear resistance of the HEA coating was evaluated under dry sliding wear test condition at room temperature. The results show that the HEA coating mainly consists of a simple BCC solid solution phase. The HEA coating exhibits excellent wear resistance. The main wear mechanisms of the HEA coating and the AZ91D substrate were different, the former dominated by oxidative abrasive wear and the latter suffered from both adhesive and abrasive wear.

The review focuses on the progresses of air microbes in indoor environment, including their sources, sorts, influence of human body health, spread regulation and spatiotemporal distribution characteristics. Most airborne microorganisms attached to the dust particles, which is present in the air in the form of aerosol .The distribution of microbe is related with indoor environment condition in the air. The factor which influences it to distribute mainly includes temperature, degree of humidity, wind velocity and weather condition etc. Air microbe is bred easily in ventilation and air conditioning system. The growth of microbe has a tremendous relation with the ventilation and air condition. The distribution of microorganisms in different regions, different buildings and different ventilation system is different from each other.

The microhardness and microstructure of Ti-24Al-15Nb-1.5Mo/TC11 dual alloy joining interface processed by different heat treatment regimes were investigated. The results show that the microhardness of the weld zone and Ti-24Al-15Nb-1.5Mo alloy side of the dual alloy processed by gradient heat treatment are higher than that of the specimen processed by balance heat treatment. Moreover, the microstructure differences between the specimens processed by gradient heat treatment and balance heat treatment are very obvious, particularly in the interface between the TC11 alloy and the weld zone. While the joining interface is processed by gradient heat treatment, the microstructure change homogeneously, and the demarcation lines are ambiguous. However, for the joining interface processed by balance heat treatment, the demarcation lines are very obvious, and the microstructure of the TC11 alloy side is bi-morphic, the lath is short and coarse. Therefore, the interface integrity of the dual alloy processed by gradient heat treatment is better, which is an adoptable method to improve the properties of the dissimilar alloy joining interface.

Coal mine roadway deformation have a significant impact on coal mine production. Based on the Arduino microcontroller system and ultrasonic distance sensor, through temperature compensation and system fixes, designed a roadway deformation monitoring system which is high accuracy, low price and simple operation. Monitoring results through the LCD display, and SD card for data storage, the system achieved real-time monitoring of roadway deformation. The system was actually tested in coal mine, and achieved good monitoring results.

In this paper, mainly research the surface soil heavy metal pollution in cities. First of all ,we find out the spatial distribution of eight kinds of main metal elements in the urban; we adopt the improved gray model to establish evaluation system about urban pollution heavy metal element degree, and then to evaluate the pollution degree of heavy metal element in the city area. Eight heavy metals have been in dimension reduction by means of correlation analysis and principal component analysis, comprehensive variables can be got. By calculating the rotating component matrix, we got objective reason of metal contamination. We analyzed transmission characteristics of heavy metal pollutants and build model to determine the location of the pollution sources. We introduced the field theory the basic assumption , calculated various factors which lead to the change of one point of concentration. The differential equation model can be got which reacted geological environment evolution mode through the mass conservation. Finally we determine the location of the pollution sources and the evolution of the urban geological environment mode.

The traditional methods for the prediction of fatigue life of metallic material consider only the two processes of fatigue initiation and fatigue cracking, while the process from fatigue cracking to breaking has been neglected. This paper provides one new method of estimating the fatigue life of under-constant-amplitude loading spectrum---non-local gradient damage enhancement model method. Based on the finite element procedure and the partial damage model, this method inserts the non-local strain's definition formula into the loading function and damage rate increment formula. From this method, the non-partial gradient enhancement damage model is obtained. In this model, the material’s microscopic criterion factor and the material’s damage criterion have been considered, the process of endurance failure is also considered. Thus, the insufficiency of traditional research techniques is effectively avoided, the actual effect analysis of metallic material is more reasonable, and the actual operating mode is been conformed to.

A new type mechanism of anti-loosening bolt has been developed on the basis of the recovery characteristics of Fe-Mn-Si shape memory alloy. Based on that, Fe-Mn-Si shape memory alloy (SMA) anti-loosening bolt was processed, and its loose torque was increased by axial and radial restoring force generated in the process of heating. The anti-loosening experiment of the Fe-Mn-Si SMA bolt matching the common nut shows that the loose torque of pre-strain bolt increases with the increment of temperature, when the temperature is up to 500°C, the loose torque is 3 times than that of common bolt, which fits in with the characteristics of Fe-Mn-Si SMA phase transition; According to the failure criterion of fasteners, 80% decrease of loose torque, the vibration failure time of Fe-Mn-Si SMA bolt is 7 times than common bolt, so its anti-loosening effect is remarkable.

In this paper, a certain type of vehicle missile launching system is the research object, which uses CAE technology to make a flexible coupling system dynamics simulation and analysis to provide a reference for similar tests. Since the complex structure of the vehicle missile system, reasonable assumptions and simplifications are made in establishing the dynamics model. Pro/E is used to build the three-dimensional model, and then it is imported to the ABAQUS to establish its dynamics model. Finally, in a complete virtual prototyping system model, we make a simulation of working conditions, and draw conclusions and analysis. The results show that the use of independent dynamics rigid-flexible coupling model dynamics simulation based on ABAQUS can be more realistic simulation of the process of vehicle missile launch, and it verifies the results of different working conditions, which provides a reference for the vehicle missile launching systems simulation .

The microstructural evolution behavior of Mg-3Si-1.70Sn alloys during semisolid isothermal heat treatment was investigated by optical microscopy observations in the present study. With the holding time increasing, the grains evolve to be more spheroidal and 15min is adequate for the alloy to be spheroidized, after this coarsening begins to happen. The amount of the liquid islands inside α-Mg grains decreases and that of the liquid phase at the grain boundaries increases with the prolonged holding time. Moreover, the morphology of eutectic Mg2Si phases changes from the Chinese script and/or long-fiber shape to short fiber or spherical shapes during semisolid isothermal heat treatment, which can be attributed to the Rayleigh shape instability.

Since the original Adaboost algorithm is very time-consuming in training, we have designed an improved Adaboost, which adds a process of feature selection to the original Adaboost algorithm. After each round of training, we retain the features whose error rate to classify the samples are relatively low and remove the features with high error rate. In this way the time for the next training is reduced, and the whole algorithm is accelerated.

Colorless fluorescent ink has certain anti-counterfeiting function. In this paper, fluorescence curve and spectral properties of the fluorescent ink with colors of fluorescent red, fluorescent blue and fluorescent green used for screen printing are tested. Besides, rheological properties of fluorescent inks such as viscosity and thixotropic behavior are shown in the paper.

The photocatalytic degradation process of waste water was usually influenced by many factors, such as different ions, addition reagent and pH value. In order to investigate the effect of ions strength in the photocatalytic process, the anions and cations were systematically investigated with P25 TiO2 photocatalyst with Rhodamine B (RB) as waste water in this work. The results showed that the cations of low valence showed minimum negative effect on degradation rate and the most anions showed enhance the degradation rate of RB. The ions strength showed random in the photocatalytic process.

The layout of rental station of bicycle and scaling prediction is the reason of hard to renting and returning the bicycle. Base on the experimental practice of public bicycle system planning, this paper presents the basic principles and thoughts about the planning of the system, and combining with the Dongcheng district discussed the models limitations in predicting the scaling. Finally, some recommendations are proposed to build an excellent system.

Ion exchange method was used to remove the sodium ions from the mother liquor of sodium fluorosilicate in this study. Some experiments were done at different conditions of the amount of 732 resin, reaction temperature and time. At the same time, the regeneration method of 732 resins and the effect of removing sodium ions of the regenerative resins were investigated either. The optimum conditions were obtained. The result indicated that ion exchange method was feasible. And the resins could be regenerated and reused for many times. Ion exchange method was pollution-free and low cost in the treatment process of mother liquor of sodium fluorosilicate.

The transmittance spectrograms of quartz glass slabs are measured in spectral range 1.34-4.20μm. A new inversion method of optical constants (k is extinction coefficient and n is refractive index) of glass was proposed to calculate the optical constants. The optical constants of selenide glass attained in the references were selected as the true values, and the spectral transmittance radio of the semitransparent solid based on the direct model simulation were regarded as the experimental values, and validation of the new inversion method was investigated. Then the optical constants of quartz glass were achieved by the inverse model.

A Modified Monte-Carlo Method (MMCM) in which phonon bundles take non-energy is developed to model the steady state phonon radiative transfer in nanoscale materials. Heat transfer in silicon thin films is analyzed to examine the validity of the developed method. The temperature distributions and cross-plane thermal conductivity are determined by using the developed method for the silicon thin films and compared with the results in reference. The results indicate that the developed method has a good accuracy in solving the phonon radiative transfer in nanoscale materials. In addition, numerical accuracy can be improved by the increase of the number of samples in the simulations.

A metal-lock staple of Fe-Mn-Si shape memory alloy is firstly used in the repair of large cast iron structure. The paper studied the influence of pre-strain, recovery temperature, thermo-mechanical training on the recovery strain and recovery stress of the metal-lock staple of Fe-17Mn-5Si-2Cr-2Ni-1V shape memory alloy by the tensile testing and recovery stress measurement, and put forward the use principles of the metal-lock staple of the shape memory alloy.

The Ni-P-W/Al2O3composite coatings were deposited on the surface of sintered NdFeB permanent magnet by electroless plating method. The morphology and the phases of Ni-P-W/Al2O3composite coatings were investigated using scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction respectively. The hardness and the corrosion resistance of the composite coatings were also tested. The results indicated that the composite coatings morphology appears closely nodules morphology, and the microhardness increases linearly with increasing incorporation of Al2O3ratio. Compared with NdFeB magnet and Ni-P-W amorphous alloy coating, the corrosion resistance of the composite coatings was superior to that of the NdFeB magnet and the amorphous alloy coating obviously. However, for the corrosion resistance of Ni-P-W/Al2O3composite coatings with different Al2O3concentration, there is not a linear increase with the Al2O3concentration increasing. The self-corrosion potential of Ni-P-W/Al2O3composite coatings reaches the highest value while increasing incorporation of Al2O3ratio up to 10 g/L.

To improve the wear property of 00Cr13Ni4Mo hydro turbine blade stainless steel, Ni-based composite coatings were fabricated on 00Cr13Ni4Mo stainless steel by laser cladding using mixed powders of Ni60, WC and TiN. The microstructure of the coatings was characterized by XRD and SEM techniques. The wear resistance of the coatings was evaluated under dry sliding wear condition at room temperature. The results show that the coatings mainly consist of Ni-based solid solution, WC and TiN phases. The coatings exhibit excellent wear resistance due to its high hardness of WC and TiN phases. The main wear mechanisms of the coatings and the 00Cr13Ni4Mo sample are different, the former is abrasive wear and the latter is adhesive wear.

The stress relaxation characteristic and martensitic transformation in Fe-Mn-Si shape memory alloys under different deformation condition are studied by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) analysis and TEM observation. The results show that the amount of stress induced ε martensitic quickly increases when the suspending loading time below 10min (0~10min), and the increasing speed of ε martensitic gradually become slower when the suspending loading time above 10min. This is owing to the stabilization of stress induced ε martensitic. The stress relaxation ratio of Fe-17Mn-5Si-10Cr-5Ni and Fe-17Mn-5Si-2Cr-2Ni-1V alloys increase with increasing the suspending loading time, and the relaxation ratio of Fe-17Mn-5Si-2Cr-2Ni-1V alloy is obviously lower than that of Fe-17Mn-5Si-10Cr-5Ni alloy.

A paste with as low as 300°C sintering temperature was prepared by using nano silver particles and nitrocellulose ethyl acetate solution. The rheological and thixotropic behaviors of the typical paste were characterized and their effects on the screen printing ability were analyzed in details. The paste demonstrates a typical shear thinning rheological behavior and thixotropic of pseudoplastic fluid. The apparent viscosity decreased rapidly with the increase of the shear rate. The paste is proper for the manufacturing electrical components at a low sintering temperature as low as 300°C.

We proposed a method to enhance the heat removal in the synthesis process of PPTA (p-phenylene terephthalamide) by adding liquid nitrogen. Compared to the indirect heat removal method by ice-water bath, the heat removal method with liquid nitrogen can absorb reaction heat in much larger amount, and consequently allows the operation at an obvious lower temperature. The high inherent viscosity (ηinh) of the PPTA suggests that the quality of the product is very high, indicating the good temperature control by using liquid nitrogen. The results indicate that the introducing of liquid nitrogen effectively transfers the reaction heat to avoid overheating during the polymerization of PPTA, with simple operation process and low cost.

This article describes different types of antimicrobial agents added into plastic, such as inorganic antibacterial agents, organic antibacterial agents and natural antimicrobials. And summarize new environmental protection antibacterial technology in the application of plastic packaging, from the aspects about molecular self-assembly technology, nanotechnology, natural antimicrobials and composite antimicrobials technique. Finally, this article briefly introduces the development prospect of antibacterial plastic packaging. We developed plastic products prepared by different antibacterial such as the molecular assembly antibacterial, nanoscale antibacterial agent, natural antimicrobials and composite antimicrobials, at the same time considering its mould proof and insect-resistant.

Using starch as the stabilizing agent, glucose as reducing agent, nano-size silver particles colloidal sols have been synthesized via ultrasonic irritation in aqueous solution. The nanoparticles size distribution in typical colloidal sol is from 15 to 45 nm. The silver nanoparticles-PE blend film with silver content of 86 ppm was prepared by mixing silver nanoparticles colloids sol with the PE master batch and then by film blowing. The silver nanoparticles-PE blend film and the prepared nano-silver sol show effective antibacteial activity to the Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The pear fruit package application of the silver nanoparticles-PE blend film has demonstrated that the film has effective fresh preservation ability for the packaged fruits and vegetables.

Doubly fed induction generator use a back-to-back dual PWM converters that it can decouple of active power and reactive power, leading to reduce the system's frequency response. If it does not take additional control strategy, when the wind turbine capacity increases to a certain extent, frequency stability of the grid will have a significant hazard. On the one hand, when the frequency control loop responding the diversification of the system frequency is installed in the rotor of the doubly-fed variable speed wind turbines, the frequency can be regulated by controlling the rotor’s kinetic energy. On the other hand, by additional frequency control loop is installed in pitch angle control system, the wind turbine can also contribute to frequency control. In this paper by synthesizing the above two methods, wind farms can be participate in a better performance in frequency regulation. The results of the simulation show that the above-mentioned method is correct.

This paper adopted freeze casting method to prepare porous Al2O3ceramic bodies with interconnected pore channels as a preform. The preform was pressureless infiltrated with Nb-Al binary alloy by using electromagnetic induction furnace. The results indicated that the Nb-Al melt solidified as a sphere-like body under the surface tension driving. It was difficult to obtain Nb-Al binary alloy matrix Al2O3ceramic composites. However, the wettability between Nb-Al melt and porous Al2O3ceramic bodies was improved obviously while the Ti and Cr alloying elements were added into Nb-Al binary alloy. Also, the resultant Nb-35Ti-20Al-10Cr melt was filled into the interconnected pore channels existed in the Al2O3preform by pressureless infiltration.

A computer software on solid/solid reaction kinetics, KinPreSSR, is one of subsystems in the software, Intellectualized Database Management System on Kinetics of Metallurgy (IDMSKM). KinPreSSR is a Windows application developed using Visual C++ and FoxPro, and includes two main modules, “DIFFUSION” and “REACTION”. The ‘DIFFUSION’ module includes two sub-modules of “database management system (DBMS)” and "Evaluation & prediction". The “DBMS” deals with the diffusion coefficients gathered from reported documents and the data evaluated according to some rules, besides, it can provide users with retrieval of diffusion coefficients. Based on the solutions to the Fick’s first law and the Fick’s second law in the four typical critical conditions, the "Evaluation & prediction" sub-module gives the predication of concentration distribution after diffusion process in solids or computation for diffusion coefficient.

This paper studied the plasma’s impacts on spruce CTMP. Spruce CTMP was treated with air, nitrogen and oxygen plasma respectively. Morphology of the CTMP fiber was captured with SEM, and carbon, oxygen and nitrogen content on the CTMP fiber surface were determined with XPS. The results showed that no matter what types of plasma were used, the roughness of the CTMP fiber would increase in the initial stage and recovered to its original roughness level following further treatment. Tensile index of the CTMP increased by 79%, 32% and 54% and the wet strength index increased by 64%, 65% and 22% with air, nitrogen and oxygen plasma treatments respectively. The increase in the tensile index and the wet strength index of the CTMP sheet was originated from the increase in C2, C3 and oxygen. C1 and nitrogen present on fiber surface wasn’t favorable to CTMP sheet strength.

A SiO2/TiO2 supported on glass fibers photocatalyst with visible light activity were synthesized by sol-gel technology, butyl titanate as a Ti source, and tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) as a Si source. The photocatalytic activitie under visible light of SiO2/TiO2 supported on glass fibers were evaluated by the photocatalytic decomposition of methylene blue. The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis-DRS). The results show that the optical absorption edges of the SiO2/TiO2 showed red shift with increasing the dopant of SiO2. The sample of SiO2/TiO2 supported on glass fiber (atomic ratio of Si/Ti=0.05) has the highest catalytic efficiency under visible light irradiation.

This paper introduces virtual instrument and labVIEW technology, compares LabVIEW with text programming language, analyzes its advantages in developing of virtual instrument system, and discusses the design of ice-storage air-conditioning data acquisition system which is based on LabVIEW. A set of ice-storage air-conditioning data acquisition system is designed by using the graphical virtual instrument developing software of NI, to realize the auto- acquisition, preservation and transition of temperature and flow in every measure point.

Central air-conditioning energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of the buildings. And cold and heat source energy consumption accounts for about two-thirds of central air-conditioning system. For a research and development center in Shanghai, because cold and heat source capacity largely surpasses the actual demand, we propose to combine with cold sources of the two buildings. We call it "two-in-one" reconstruction. When cooling load is small, we use cold source in one building to support the two buildings. After implementation, by return on investment analysis, the average electric energy-saving rate is 9.6%. Investment can be recovered within one year.

Iridium (Ir) could be taken as high temperature protective coating for the refractory metals. Ir coating was deposited on the surface of molybdenum (Mo) substrate by double glow plasma. Thermal stability of the coating was investigated at 1400°C for 90 min, while Ar gas was inputted to hold the vacuum pressure. The microstructure of the surface and interface of the Ir coating were observed by SEM and TEM. The phase transition of the coating was determined by X-ray diffraction. Many micropores and microbubbles appeared in the surface of the as-heat treated coating. The interfacial reaction between the Mo substrate and Ir coating occurred during heat treatment, and Ir21.5Mo8.5 phase was formed at 1400°C. The experimental results indicated that the integrity of the Ir coating was not degraded after heat treatment.

In spring, autumn and winter, centralized air conditioning system frequently produces excessive cooling, if we use both air-energy saving system and water-energy saving system for directly cooling, replacing the chiller cooling, we can achieve the objective of energy saving. This paper introduces the air and water-energy saving system operation strategies to determine the operation control methods of different seasons. Through case analysis, it shows that this design is feasible. The system is stable and easy to control and management. It has obvious effect of energy-saving. If the air-energy saving system and water-energy saving system mode is adopted, the add-on investment of equipment can be recovered within one year, with a better economic benefits.

Because of the Lack of water resources and the increasing water quantity used in living and production, the water resources are becoming the restrictive factor of regional economic and social development in in Manas river basin. The exploitation and utilization of conventional water resources has reached more than 95% in the basin,it caused great attention that the development and utilization of non-conventional water resources for agricultural development and ecological environment construction. At present, the exploitation and utilization of the non-conventional water resources(shallow underground salt water，saline water) for agriculture and forestry has become more and more widespread and in-depth. because of the lack of scientific instruction and reasonable exploitation, which not only caused water level falling, leading to degradation of the brittle natural entironment, but also caused SBHCSS and the decline in productivity. With the analysis of the non-conventional water resources actual exploitation and utilization, under the scientific development concept, the aryicle puts forward the sustained strategies of non-conventional underground water resources (salt water, saline water) reasonable exploitation and the irrigation return flow reuse efficient exploitation which is used for ecological restoration and reconstruction.

Because lack of water resources in Manas river basin, the water resources carrying capacity evaluation is important to the water sustainable development. In this paper, we select the main factors of the water resources carrying capacity and separate into water resources subsystem, social subsystem, economic subsystem and ecological subsystem. Then established three evaluation models to evaluate the different years of water resources carrying capacity and made the application comparison. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and matter-element models are adaptable to the water carrying capacity evaluation, but the determination of weights is too subjective; The projection pursuit theory is based on the sample characteristics of their own, and without given weight of each indicator, the results is more objective. The results show that the water resources carrying capacity in Manas River basin was at V1-stage in 2000; it is at V2- stage in 2010 and V3- stage in 2020, and then the water resources carrying capacity in Manas River basin is the ideal carrying capacity status. At the same time, because of saving water technological and industry restructure adjustment, water resources carrying capacity in Manas River Basin is on a benign trend. At last, some measures of improving the water resource carrying capacity were put forward.

Resin D072 was more useful on the adsorption of Fe2+ as a heterogeneous catalyst in the presence of H2O2, which had high catalytic activity in the decolorization of reactive red KE-3B. The conditions of the adsorption of Fe2+ by D072 were optimized, including the initial pH, the Fe2+ concentration and reaction time. It was found that the optimal pH was pH3. The optimal initial concentration of Fe2+ and reaction time were 840 mg L-1 and 60 min, respectively. It illustrated that the adsorption behavior of Fe2+ by D072 obeyed Freundlich adsorption model. The decolorization reaction of reactive red KE-3B was still faster though the catalyst already used 10 times because Fe leaching from the catalyst was negligible. The heterogeneous catalyst seems to be viable method for achieving significant decolorization of dying industry wastewater.

Numerical Control (NC) equipments sharing over Internet is a potential approach for improving the utilization of capacity, which is still a complex NP hard difficulty due to the complexity of schedule. This research takes the Constraints Satisfied Problem (CSP) thinking to solve the above problem employing grid technology. First, regarding the NC equipments sharing as CSP, the CSP model for NC equipments grid is developed taking the flexible constraints as the optimum objective and the rigid constraints as the boundary conditions. Second, the detailed algorithm and steps for optimization of NC equipments grid workflow based on Just-In-Time (JIT) thinking are proposed. Finally the digital experiment demonstrates the advantages of the CSP-driven methodology that has the higher efficiency for searching optimum solution.

A modified cellular automaton model was proposed to simulate the dendrite growth of alloy. Different from previous models, this model used neither an analytical equation(such as KGT model) nor an interface solute gradient equation to solve the velocity of solid-liquid interface, but used the interface solute and energy conservation and thermodynamic equilibrium condition to describe the solid/liquid interface growth kinetics process. In present model, once the temperature field and solute field were solved by finite different method in the entire domain, the material thermodynamic properties can be substituted into four algebraic equations to easily determine the variation of solid fraction, interface temperature and solute concentration, instead of calculating interface moving velocity. As a result, the complexity of the calculation can be largely reduced. The simulated dendrite growth was in a good agreement with the Lipton–Glicksman–Kurz (LGK) model for free dendritic growth in undercooled melts.

With the expansion of the security market, the demand of the anti-counterfeiting technology is becoming more and more big, and the requirement of the anti-counterfeiting technology is becoming more and more is also high. In this paper, a simple summary of the application of fluorescent material in the anti-counterfeiting field is finished. And analysis of the current situation and development tendency of fluorescent material at home and abroad is given in this paper.
