It was based on laboratory test, in order to study on the high temperature stability, water stability and low-temperature crack resistance of AC-16 reclaiming asphalt mixture with different proportion of old material, this test takes into account 9 kinds of these asphalt mixture. The results show, with the old material blending ratio increased, the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture changed for the better, water stability and low-temperature crack resistance deteriorated. The pavement performance meet the requirements of secondary road or less, when old material content is within 70%. The research results provide reference for the application of reclaiming asphalt mixture.

Skin Stapler is an alternative instrument, which makes surgy easily and quickly and owns fine-looking effect without scars after the wound healed, to traditional surgical suture for the wound skin sewing. Magnesium recently is considered to develop medical implants because of its beneficial biocompatibility and bioabsorability. Due its less mechanical strength than traditional 316L stainless steel used in common staple, this paper try to optimize the structure of pure magnesium skin staple by FEM models and simulation as so to assure its biomechanical safty. Using ADINA software, two staples with different pre-bended shoulders and the traditional staple without shoulder are modeling to analyze its stress and plastical strain during structural deformation under load. The results, not only of pure magnesium models but also of 316L stainless steel models, showed that the shoulders optimization on staple structure has important role in its mechanical performance. The research increases the possibility of bioabsorable magnesium material application on medical skin staple.

It was based on bridge anchor structure of three gorges reservoir area, from the perspective of enhancing the anti-permeability performance of mass concrete, taking into account the economic perspective, with the use of large dosage of fly ash and slag powder to replace cement to reduce the water-binder ratio and hydration heat, improve the anti-permeability performance of concrete, according to the characteristics of mass concrete. Through the test, the influence law of admixtures on impermeability of C30 mass concrete were obtained, and at the same time the better mix proportion of C30 anti-seepage mass concrete used in bridge anchor structure was recommended.

The thermodynamic parameter and microstructure of three contents as-cast magnesium alloys were researched by phase picture, X-ray diffraction and thermodynamic analysis, whereafter prepared semisolid billets by strain induced melt activation (SIMA). The microstructure observation and rheology parameter analysis demonstrated that add zinc content consumedly reduced formation temperature of semisolid microstructure, decreased isothermal holding time, and accelerated microstructure evolution. With increasing zinc content, the semisolid morphology better and better that is propitious to semisolid process. The analysis verified that on the one hand, with increasing aluminum and zinc content the melting point of compound and the nucleation temperature of liquid phase decreased, and the nucleation quantity of liquid phase increased; on the other hand, with increasing alloy content the as-cast microstructure much finer, which to caused much more fine and spherical semisolid microstructure.

The two-stage mode was used to start up the denitrifying dephosphatation system with nitrite as electron acceptor, and the systems capability of denitrifying dephosphatation was evaluated. Phosphate-accumulating organisms were enriched under the anaerobic/aerobic condition at the first stage. Then change the condition to anaerobic/anoxic so that denitrifying phosphate-accumulating organisms (DPAO) using NO2-N as electron acceptor can be selected. The fast start-up of this system was achieved after 120 days, and the system has a good capability of denitrifying dephosphatation. The average TN and TP in the effluent were 5.39 mg/L and 1.55 mg/L with removal rates of 82.5% and 80.0%, respectively. PCR-DGGE results showed that microbial population changed in the process of domestication, while the structure of microbial community changed little in the stable stage, indicating relatively stable microbial community structure had formed after the domestication.

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of carbon nitrogen ratio (COD/N) on simultaneous nitrification and denitrification (SND) via nitrite technology in SBBR and the process control. Under the condition of different C/N ratios respectively 1.8, 3.6, 7,5,11.1 and 13.7, the various indices of the removal efficiency in the system and DO, ORP, and pH in the process of reaction were investigated. The C/N ratio was found to be an important limiting factor for SBBR simultaneous nitrification and denitrification via nitrite process. After integrating the factor of energy consumption and removal efficiency, we obtained that the optimum C/N ratios control range from 7.5 to 11.1, reaction time was between 225 min and 315 min, nitrite accumulation rate was between 72.83 % and 78.7 %, COD removal rate was between 92.31 % and 93.08 %, the total nitrogen removal rate was between 81.0 % and 85.86 %. For steady-state simultaneous nitrification and denitrification via nitrite process in SBBR, the jump point (C) on the DO, pH and ORP curve at reaction later period can be used as a control point to indicate the end of the reaction.

pH value is one of the most important factors which affect the nitrogen and phosphorus removal in the wastewater treatment process. The influences of potential of hydrogen on nitrogen and phosphorus removal of wastewater were studied in this study. The results revealed that: (1) faintly acidic environment was conducive to biological phosphorus removal in biochemical reactors with FeCl3, PFS and PAS but not with Al2(SO4)3.On the other hand, synergistic effect between the microorganism and coagulants ( FeCl3, PFS, Al2(SO4)3 and PAS) was confirmed in this study. (2) faintly acidic environment was favorable to the nitrogen removal in biochemical reactors with PFS and PAS while the faintly alkaline environment was conducive to the nitrogen removal with FeCl3 and Al2(SO4)3. And there was no synergistic effect between the microorganism and coagulants.

In order to improve the quality of the reconstruction of the object boundary is proposed based on false parallax variable block-size stereo image coding scheme. The scheme of the size of the image in pixels can be according to the grey value of the absolute difference and change. If a image block grey value of the absolute difference than the threshold value, the piece may need to be divided into four 4x4 sub-block. If less than threshold, is not divided.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is effective, this article puts forward a coding scheme to promote the application of three-dimensional images is of great significance.

In the research field in automatically recognizing license plate of vehicle, to locate the license plate acts as the key issue. The paper posed the method by graying and binarizing the color image firstly, and then to project the binarized image in both horizontal and vertical directions, as well as to locate the area of license plate according to its geometrical characters maximally. The Test results proved that the method performed well in speed and precision of locating.

Currently, the number of cars in city is dramatically rising; meanwhile, car parking is becoming the serious problem in city. A way to solve this problem is to use the parking space efficiently; therefore, a control system of stable stereo circulating parking garage is introduced in this paper which contained multi-layers and various parking lots. The system adopted PLC as the primary controller. It discussed the structure of the hardware and software of its electrical system, and its control method in detail, in order to provide a new storing solution for stereo parking garage.

Currently, the ancient calligraphy and painting are widely used in decoration screen; however, the processing technic is normally based on manual manipulation. Normally, this kind of processing is not efficient, and with highly cost. In addition, it could not maintain the original artistic style in maximum. the paper proposes to process the sculpture of ancient calligraphy according to its photo, by adopting the CNC technology based on reverse engineering method, which enables to mostly keep the original artistic style, and to create the CNC code automatically with the assistant of image processing to achieve intelligent machining.

The warp tension is caused by the speed difference between rewinding shaft and unwinding shaft. The mathematical dynamic models of the system are established based on rewinding shaft and unwinding shaft．Double closed loop are included in the control system. One is winding speed closed loop which could control warping speed according to the requirements; the other is tension closed loop which ensure the yarn tension to be kept constant. The experimental results show the curve of tension enters a stable state after two or three times’ oscillation. The accuracy of the yarn tension has reached ±3%.

Ballistic impact tests were preformed on triaxial braided composite panels using blade-like projectile in a way that approximates the impact velocity, deformation modes, and strain energy density at failure for composite fan case material during blade-out event. The failure modes are identified from impact test results. The main failure modes are fiber shear failure and matrix crush failure in the impact surface and fiber tensile failure, fiber pull-out, matrix cracking and delamination in the exit surface. Finite element model is developed to analyze the damage evolution of penetration process. It is found that the penetration process can be subdivided into 3 stages based on different damage mechanisms and the energy absorption mechanism in each phase is illustrated too.

Treatment of municipal wastewater with biological/chemical process was studied in this paper. Chemical agents-polyaluninum sulfate was selected in this test to determine the effect on phosphorus removal and to assess the effect of coagulants on denitrification and organics removal by using coagulants cooperated with organisms. The result indicated that the removal efficiency of total phosphorus increased by 74.2%, and raised noticeably and meets the first class standard(GB 8978-1996) ,the average removal efficiencies of total nitrogen and organic increased by 0.04% and 8.2%. It was verified that the PAS together with activated sludge have the synergistic effect on nitrogen and phosphorus removal and the organic compound removal.

With the rapid development of aerospace and automobile industries, metal matrix composites (MMCs) have attracted much attention because of its excellent performance. In this paper, Ni-Cr/AC8A composites reinforced with porous Ni-Cr preform were manufactured by low pressure infiltration process, infiltration temperatures are 700oC~850oC. The microstructure and phase composition of composites were evaluated using optical microscope, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electro-probe microanalysis (EPMA), It's found that they're intermetallic compounds generated in the composites. Recently, intermetallic compounds have attracted much attention as high-temperature material. We study the hardness of Ni-Cr/AC8A composites, the results show the Ni-Cr/AC8A composite has high hardness due to the intermetallic compounds exist.

In this paper, the abilities of recovery and regeneration for aged asphalt of a new type of asphalt pavement maintenance agent are studied. The agent is applied in the construction of test section of Yuhe Road, and the pavement performances before and after the construction are compared. The test indicates that after the maintenance agent is added into aged asphalt, the penetration and ductility are effectively improved, the softening point is lowered. When the penetration depth of agent reaches 6 mm，the texture depth , friction coefficient and antiskid value are improved to some extent ,the water permeability coefficient is reduced, and the appearance of pavement is improved as well，The paper provided reference for the applying curing agent of asphalt pavement to the preventive maintenance system.

At present, welding technology is not only emphasized in the development of manufacturing technology but also application is expanding. In these systems, application of SUS as high-temperature material which is used for special purposes is attempted, and improvement of manufacturing technologies bear watching together with increase of using rate. However, due to development of welding technology, methods of existing assembly tend to be replaced by welding, recently. Specifically, if laser welding techniques is applied, it minimizes heat-affected zone than other welding techniques. However, in the case of these special welding, residual stress is raised, and it fatally affects fatigue life. In order to remove residual stress and delay effect of fatigue life, shot-peening is executed; it executes shot-peening and verifies delayed effects of fatigue life. At present many researches are about low density and high strength material, Metal Matrix Composite (MMC) is one kind of high performance material which is very popular and can fit that condition very well. In this study, matrix material is Al alloy and Al2O3 short fiber is reinforcement, volume fractions of Al2O3 short fiber is 10, 15 and 20 %. Manufacture by a low-pressure infiltration method. And the performance is evaluated by microstructure observation, porosity ratio and relative density. It is found that the porosity ratio can be effectively adjusted by the infiltration temperatures and the loads of Al2O3 short-fibres, exhibiting a minimum of 2 for 10% loading at 700°C. Meanwhile, the relative density of composites reached to be a maximum of 98% for 15% loading at 700°C. The low porosity ratio and high density of composites are reasonably attributed to the proper processing techniques.

In this paper, the performance of concrete is studied through different water-cement ratio, different air-content, different mineral admixtures, different admixture contents, examined the mechanical properties of concrete, electric flux and chloride ion penetration depth of different mix concrete. The results show that, decreasing w/c ratio, proper air content, adding mineral admixtures can improve the resistance of chloride-permeation. Within some contents, the chloride-permeation resistance using silicides is better than that of fly-ash or slag. On this basis, the proper scheme of mix ratio used in saline area is recommended: the air-content is 3%～5%, the content of fly-ash or slag is 20%～30%, the content of silicides is 6%～8%, and double mixed with silicides.

The micro-model, which the brick and the mortar model are separated, is used to analyze masonry. Meanwhile, the mortar is divided into three layers along the thickness direction to obtain the internal mechanical behavior of mortar, and the vertical mortar joint strength is taken as 50% strength of the horizontal mortar joint for considering the poor quality of vertical mortar joint. The compressive ultimate load and failure mode of masonry taken from the finite element analysis result, especially the vertical cracks throughout all bricks and mortar and change of brick and mortar strain, are in agreement with the experimental results. It shows that the micro-model and method adopted in paper are able to effectively apply in nonlinear structural analysis for masonry.

In order to optimize the design of foundation pit support in specific areas of soil conditions, the equivalent angle of internal friction was put forward to instead of internal friction and internal cohesion based on the theory and practical engineering experience. Then the optimization design of calculating parameter for soil pressure was realized. At the same time, the optimization of protecting piles design become reality that based on the circular section piles convert to the rectangular section piles through equal stiffness according to its characteristics. Through the application of the optimal design method in a practical engineering, the result proved that the method improves the anti-overturning ability of the soil and saves the engineering cost of the piles.

Currently, it is quite popular that to acquire water straightly from the source to supply the city, in China. However, all this kind of water needs to be cleaned before using; therefore, an efficient system for filtering water in the water-drawing procedure has been addressed in this paper. The system adopted the configuration software as the interface for management which was installed in the upper computer, and various PLCs as the controllers for the master stations and sub-stations respectively. The control method and the structure of its hardware and software in electrical system would be discussed in detail, and the paper would provide a general intelligent control system model for filtering water.
