In order to improve wear resistance surface on 0Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, Cu coating on the 0Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel substrate was deposited by electroplating technology. The friction and wear properties of 0Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel substrate and Cu coating were investigated contrastively. The morphologies of the wear scars were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDS) and scanning probe microscope (SPM), and the wear mechanism was discussed. The results showed that the wear resistance of Cu coatings was significantly improved as compared to that of 0Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel substrate. The wear scar of 0Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel substrate showed flaking pit, and its wear mechanism were delamination and abrasive wear. In case of Cu coating, the wear scars showed morphology of plastic deformation caused by adherent copper debris being pressed, and its wear mechanism were delamination and fatigue wear.

Compound air pollution is becoming one of three major problems of urban ecological security in China which is experiencing a rapid growth. This paper examined how to establish the "10 Portions Force" model so as to build up the promoting mechanism of government environmental regulation behaviors’ ability, which based on the time and spatial effects of China's haze pollution.

The depth profiles of Ni-coated copper substrates polished by different mesh size sandpapers were measured by the glow discharge optical emission spectroscopy (GDOES) depth profiling technique. The measured depth profiles were well fitted by the MRI-CRAS model developed recently on the basis of the Mixing-Roughness-Information depth (MRI) model and the CRAter-Simulation (CRAS) model, taking into account the pronounced crater effect upon GDOES depth profiling. The crater effect upon depth profiling was characterized quantitatively and the interface roughness values between the coated Ni layer and the Cu substrates were determined and compared with the ones measured by AFM.

Meteorological parameter is a basic and direct role for guiding the regional standards of construction and the evaluation of the energy consumption simulation. The outdoor climate condition is a key for architectural design, which depends on the long-term record of meteorological parameters and the scientific processing method of meteorological data. This paper has researched the impact of the generation of TMY (Typical Meteorological Year) due to the precision selection of meteorological parameters through the United States Sandia National Laboratory method. The result shows that taking different precision of the units has a minimal impact to TMY generation when choosing Peking and Lhasa as representive cities. Simulating energy consumption for the same public building in cold region by different meteorological parameters precision, the relative standard deviation was 5.76% and 7.45% for Peking city, and the relative standard deviation was 7.21% and 6.81% for Lhasa. It shows that the selection of TMY with different meteorological parameters precision has a small influence on the building energy consumption.

NCu30-4-2-1 alloy was handled by solid solution at 950°Cfor 2h and then taking aging treatment at different temperatures and holding time. The microstructural evolution of NCu30-4-2-1 alloy in the process of aging treatment was investigated by metallographic microscope, X-ray diffractometer and differential scanning calorimetry. The results show that the phases of as-cast NCu30-4-2-1 alloy is composed by dendritic α-Ni-based solid solution and β-Ni3Si. After solid solution and aging treatment, the block distribution β-Ni3Si dissolves and many small granular dispersed distribution β'-Ni3Si precipitate out. With the increase of aging temperature and holding time, metastable β' tends to transform into stable β-Ni3Si. The precipitation sequence of aged NCu30-4-2-1alloy is supersaturated solid solution of α-Ni, GP zone, β'-Ni3Si and β-Ni3Si.

Climate change is a hot issue on the current time and snow melting process in alpine areas has be affected on the background of climate change, so it is necessary to study snow melting process especially the snowmelt model. In view of the shortcomings of the degree-day model (DDM), the double layer snow-melt model (DSMM) is improved and developed based on the original theory. Then the simulation of the snowmelt process of the upper reaches of Lancang-Mekong River is performed by the improved double layer snow-melt model (IDSMM) and DDM respectively, the simulation results are analyzed in view of model theory, snowmelt critical control conditions, the effects of the simulation and working conditions in the changing environment. The results show that IDSMM based on the energy and mass balance is superior to DDM in the snowmelt physics mechanism, and it not only can simulate the snow melting process, but also can simulate many physical processes, such as the canopy interception of snowfall, vaporization and sublimation loss in evaporation, the second precipitation from canopy surface, the process of snowmelt water freezing again and so on. The simulation results of snowmelt process is more tally with the actual situation and it can provide a reference to the research of snow and ice hydrology and the whole water cycle in a changing environment.

Based on the technology of OpenGL and DirectX Wrapper, this paper designs and implements a new general method of data collection and display for the existing three-dimensional models using in multi-view 3D display system. Firstly, by using the technology of OpenGL/DirectX Wrapper, it obtains the application information such as the models, calls and associated data. Secondly, it sends the information to all rendering nodes. Then, according to the multi-view system projection array number and expected angle threshold parameter, each rendering node does the final adjustment and calibration on the obtained information sequentially for multi-view image rendering. Finally, each node transmits corresponding viewpoint image rendered by themselves to the projection equipment, and displays stereo images through 3D device synchronously. This method can be applied to all application programs based on OpenGL or DirectX Library. It is a general method for collecting and displaying multi-view 3D data sources. Experimental results show that this method is of high acquisition and rendering process, the image quality is the same as the source and stereoscopic displays strong. It has a wide range of applications and research value in the field of Engineering.

The Ni-Fe-La-P rare earth alloys of glass fiber were prepared. Rare earth element lanthanum (La) was first introduced into glass fiber by electroless plating, in order to improve and adjust the chemical, physical properties and microstructure of alloy coatings. The application of rare earth element La in electroless plating was explored. The results showed that an appropriate amount of rare earth element La could improve the stability of the chemical plating solution and reduce the temperature of electroless plating by 6 °C ~ 20 °C. The rare earth element La not only could make the morphology of alloy coatings compacted, smooth and uniform, but also could greatly improve the contents of Fe, Ni and could tremendously reduce the content of P in the alloy coatings of glass fiber. The conductivity and magnetic properties of the alloy coatings could be increased by rare earth element La. In the preparation of the Ni-Fe-La-P electroless alloys of glass fiber, the optimal content of La2O3 was 1.2 g·L-1. Rare earth element La could promote the transition of alloy coatings from amorphous state to rystal state, improve the electromagnetic performances of alloy coatings and enhance the electromagnetic wave absorbing properties of alloy coatings.

From numerous approaches studying the prediction of stock price, this paper proposed a new approach which was the combination of RBF neural network and Markov chain to forecast the stock closing price of the Shanghai composite index. Markov chain was aimed at making the error between the actual price and predicted price obtained by RBF neural network correct. Besides, for higher prediction accuracy, genetic algorithm was used to optimize the state division of Markov chain. The experimental result confirmed its effectiveness and superiority in comparison with the other two methods in some time interval.

In the present experiment, the effects of a mutant strain Bacillus pumilus FF1-2 to defend the infection of Aeromonas hydrophilaon on Gibel carp were examined, which was got by mutation breeding from the original strain Bacillus pumilus F3-1 that could inhibit the quorum sensing molecule N-acyl-homoserine lactones (AHLs) in the previous study. The results of safety evaluation indicated that it was safe to the Gibel carp (Carassiusauratusgibelio) when the intraperitoneal injection concentration of mutation strain B. PumilusFF1-2 reached 1×1011CFU/ml in one-week experiment, and the sections of muscle, liver, kidney and heart didn’t show any histopathological characterization. The results of injection challenge showed that the B. Pumilus FF1-2 could protect the Gibel carp from the infection of A. hydrophila JY-1 when they were co-injected intraperitoneally with equal concentration of 0.5 ml 1×108 CFU/ml and the survival of Gibel carp was 68% (P); what’s more, the B. Pumilus FF1-2 could significantly increase the survival of Gibel carp than that of original strain of B. Pumilus F3-1 (P). In the immersion challenge experiment, the survival of Gibel carp in the B. Pumilus FF1-2 group was 70% when the Gibel carp bathed in the concentration of 1×108 CFU/ml of A. hydrophilaYJ-1 and B. Pumilus FF1-2, which was significantly higher than that of the B. Pumilus F3-1 as well (P). So, it was supposed that the mutant B. Pumilus FF1-2 could be used as the potential alternative to antibiotics to defend the infection of A. hydrophila in aquaculture.

The Zr-based bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) have excellent mechanical properties such as high strengths, low elastic moduli, and high hardness, can mitigate “stress shielding”effects and reduce the risk of “particle disease”.At the same time the Zr-based BMGs exhibit good corrosion resistance in a physiologically relevant environment. These properties provide a good opportunity for potential biomedical applications. In this article, the effects of a Zr-based amorphous alloy (Zr60.5Al8.9Fe10.2Cu10.2Ag9.7Ti0.5) on the in vitro culture and induced differentiation of human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) are studied and in conclusion that Zr-based BMGs have a significant advantage in the human bone implant material for good biocompatibility.

A large area of agricultural non-point source pollution which was caused by higher input of fertilizer and pesticide, lower availability of fertilizer, soil erosion and serious destruction of ecological balance in black soil region of northeast China has attracted the national attention and raised the relevant scholars’concern. This paper mainly summarizes the research on mechanism exploration, quantitative of pollution load and model simulation and controlling measure of the black earth region of northeast conducted by domestic scholars, which based on the instruction of general situation of agricultural non-point source pollution in black soil region of northeast China, and then put forward the shortcomings in the present study and direction of future development.

As the interconnected power grid becomes increasingly complicated and external environment is changeable, the difficulty of power grid dispatching is increased. Thus, the forecasting track of power grid operation state based on risk assessment can be used to predict the operation trend of power grid state and provide a reference for real-time operation state and guide power grid dispatching. Based on overall power grid risk index system, the operation trend for a period in the future is predicted to diagnose the state of power grid by using fuzzy inference, fuzzy clustering and AHP. In this paper, Ningxia Power Grid is simulated as an example to describe the forecasting track of its operation state in the next 100 minutes. The results present that the track can be used to analyze the causes, which increase or decrease the risk degree of overall power grid, then major leading factors are specifically analyzed. And the track can be also used as guidance for dispatching operators to take measures. Furthermore, the track is proved to be reasonable.

The centre Au-doped armchair graphene nanoribbons (AGNRs) are investigated using the local density approximation based on density function theory. The charge density, electronic energy band and project density of states of centre Au-doped AGNRs are calculated. Our results indicate the charge density is transferred between C and Au atoms and mainly located on the Au atoms. The centre Au-doped AGNRs are an indirect band gap semiconductor with an energy gap of 1.046 eV. The Fermi level is located on valence band so that the AGNRs of doping Au become into degenerate semiconductor. The project density of states is calculated to reveal localization and hybridization between C-2pand Au-6s, 5delectronic states. The localization and hybridization are much stronger in the valence band. The hybridization between C-2pand Au-6pelectronic states are strongly in the conduction band.

The blacklands in northeast China is an important food producing area and marketable grain base, it plays an important part in the development of national food security. Serious losing of soil and water has become a bottle neck in the development of national economy for recent years. In order to understand the research trend on soil and water loss of Black Soils in Northeast China and to find its problems and shortcomings, the authors mainly analyzed the Present Situation and characteristics, the hazards, the causes, research methods and control measures of soil and water loss in blackland.

Natural grass field is an important part of natural grasslands. This paper sets Xinjiang ZHAOSU County Shaertao Mountain natural grass field as an example, treats the eight factors index that can reflect the nature and economic characteristics of grassland resources of natural grass field as a basis, and gives the case of comprehensive evaluation on grassland resources of natural grass field by the AHP to provide a reference for other researchers.

In wind tunnel experiments, in order to adjust the attack angle continuously, the support mechanism movement should be steady and smooth. However, the electro-hydraulic servo system is a typical nonlinear, time-varying and uncertainty system, and the wind tunnel environment is very complicated. To address these problems, an on-line identification and generalized predictive control (GPC) strategy is proposed in this study. Firstly, the Labview and AMESim are integrated to build an electro-hydraulic system simulation model. Secondly, the controlled auto-regressive moving average (CARIMA) model of the electro-hydraulic system is developed. Thirdly, the influence on the system performance owing to the control parameters, model parameters, and external disturbance are widely discussed and deeply analyzed. At last, a test platform is constructed with the National Instruments (NI) embedded real time technology. The proposed control strategy is tested and verified on this test platform. The experimental results show that the angular velocity control precision reaches 0.01°/s. It implies that this control strategy has a good performance for nonlinear velocity control. Thus it satisfies the requirement of the continuously adjusting attack angle in wind tunnel experiments.

In view of the lack of comprehensive and quantitative evaluation means for transmission network planning currently, a comprehensive assessment index system adapted to the characteristics of the transmission network planning is proposed, including 6 strategic layer indices (safety and reliability, economic efficiency, flexibility and coordination, smart and green, controllable risk and social benefits), 16 target layer indices and 57 operating layer indices. And the assessment standard for each index is determined to provide objective, comprehensive and systematic evaluation of transmission network planning alternatives as well as prepare for realization of the comprehensive evaluation of transmission network planning.

This paper introduces the study and production on steel plate of Grade E550 in60mm thick by Thermo-mechanical processing (TMCP) and tempering for offshoreinfrastructure purpose. The steel plate obtained high strength and goodtoughness in both the base materials and the weld joints. Microstructure and precipitation characteristicswere examined in the plate is comprised of bainite with a small amount ofpre-eutectoid ferrite. Parallel arranged lath bainite characterizes thebainitic structure with high density of dislocations and precipitates. Carbides MxCy averaging 200nm indimension and MC type Carbonitrides in several nano to a dozen nano carbidesdistribute in the bainite ferrite and the bainte lath interfaces. Compatiblemechanical properties were achieved at welded joint. Microstructures were analysed in the welding heataffected zone (HAZ).

Coalbed methane (CBM) productivity is influenced by various factors. Based on field production data and test data of southern Qinshui Basin, factors including geological factors, engineering factors and drainage factors that affect CBM productivity are analyzed. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is introduced to calculate the contribution of each parameter to CBM productivity. A three-level model for evaluating CBM productivity based on AHP is established. The results show that average daily gas production of single well in southern Qinshui Basin increases with gas content, coal seam thickness, permeability, porosity, gas saturation, critical desorption pressure. Filling minerals in pores and fractures of coal can decrease gas content, porosity and permeability of coal reservoir. When burial depth is deeper than 500m or reservoir pressure is greater than 2MPa and burial depth is shallower than 1000m or reservoir pressure is less than 10MPa, CBM productivity is relatively high. According to the calculation, the weight of geological factors, engineering factors and drainage factors are 50%, 25% and 25%, respectively. Reservoir physical properties, geological conditions, fracturing technology and drainage process have the most impact, the weight of which are 33.33%, 16.67%, 11.79%, and 15.00%, respectively.

Under the condition of natural rain and through the method of field runoff plots, a field experiment with 6 kinds of water and fertilizer managements in 5 years was carried out to study the effects of water and fertilizer managements on the concentration and loss of nitrogen and phosphorus by runoff from paddy field. Results showed that: Water quality of runoff under “none fertilization and routine irrigation”(CK) was the best, and which under “optimization fertilization and optimization irrigation”(OF+OI) took the second place. And the loss of nitrogen and phosphorus under CK was the least, and which under OF+OI was less. Thus, we can conclude that it is an economical and effective measure to control nitrogen and phosphorus non-point source pollution from paddy field by using the treatment of OF+OI.

Instrument analysis method is used in this experiment, which detecting the zirconium content of zirconium powder by using plasma-atomic emission spectrometer. In this experiment, the instrumental detective conditions were determined, and analyzed several main factors affecting the experimental results, concluded the effects of temperature, hydrofluoric acid and deionized water on dissolving zirconium powder, summarized the method to detect zirconium powder content directly by ICP.

The ground coefficient of thermal conductivity is one of the most important parameters of simulating the ground temperature field. The ground coefficient of thermal conductivity of the severe cold region is investigated in this article. Firstly, calculating the ground thermal conductivity with considering the moisture content and porosity; then measuring the thermal conductivity of the 1.5 Meter depth; finally, simulating the unsteady heat transfer model of the shallow buried pipe and the ground with the Matlab software; it founded that the calculation data and the actual data differ only 0.31,but the corresponding ground temperature field vary widely. Thus, it can be concluded that the more precise temperature field of the ground can be simulated with the actual data of ground coefficient of thermal conductivity.

With the development of the power system, wind energy was applied to micro-grid system as a distributed generation. The output of the wind farms has the characteristic of intermittence and fluctuation, which would influent the stability of micro-grid system and can be solved effectively by compressed air energy storage system, a new energy storage technology. Because of the advantage of fast response, high economic performance and small environmental impacts, it has an extensive application prospect. This paper builds a micro-grid system with wind power generator, and control the output of micro-grid system by using compressed air energy storage system. The simulation result verifies that the compressed-air energy storage system can effectively suppress power fluctuation and improving the stability of the micro-grid system.

M - RVM expanding traditional RVM to multiple categories, very suitable for fault diagnosis of high voltage circuit breaker.In this paper, the M-RVM combined with EEMD method for high voltage circuit breaker mechanical fault diagnosis, the experimental results show that the method has a good diagnosis effect.

The paper expatiate on that ice-storage low temperature air supply system brings a series of especial superiority to modern air-condition cause. The results show that low temperature air supply system can exert the potential advantage of ice-storage further. The combination of ice-storage and low temperature air supply system can obtain an “integrated approach”, which can save energy resources and improve human body comfort and indoor air quality.

Electro-hydraulic servo system of stick support mechanism was set up, which was used to simulate the attack angle mechanism in wind tunnel. The compound control strategy with speed feed-forward and position feedback was presented. The speed feed-forward model was deduced. And the reasonable speed and position signals were designed, by which the undisturbed switching of the speed feed-forward control and the position feedback control was realized. The hydromechatronic model of electro-hydraulic servo system of stick support mechanism was established by co-simulation technology with AMESim and Motion. The simulation and experiment results conform to theoretical analysis and show that the position and speed of the cylinder can be controlled simultaneously with the technology of speed and position hybrid control.

Wind turbine system (WTS) is a representative distributed power generation (DG). Establishment of WTS model and control strategies is of important practical significance. One critical field is the research of inverter system. It should be operated in stand-alone (SA) or grid-connected (GC) mode. The purpose of this thesis is to establish simulation platform of WTS inverter control model in Matlab/Simulink environment, which includes two typical DG control strategies, PQ and V/f. The wind fluctuation makes inverter output power harder to follow wind turbine (WT) power. In GC mode, PQ strategy was adopted to balance inverter output power and WT generated power. In SA mode, V/f strategy was applied to keep emergency load voltage stable. The bidirectional smooth transitions between SA and GC mode were well accomplished. Simulation proves the model can survive grid failures or load shedding. The study can be used in research of DG operation control.

The paper studies the changes of welfare and ecosystem service value (ESV) in urbanization process under the fact that the land is a kind of ecological capital. We develop a model to analyze the impact of the current hybrid governance structure on the welfare changes for different groups of actors and calculate the ESV changes caused by the urbanization in the Hang-Jia-Hu region (China) between 1994 and 2003. The results show that the farmers’ welfare and the net social welfare will be changed comparing to the results of Rong TAN, Futian QU (2011) and the ESV decreases; the declines of ESV can reach up to 3% of the GDP in the study region.

The effect of molecular sieve, activated carbon, and nickel-based catalyst on oxidation of Ruqigou coal with NaOCl was investigated. The yields of diethyl ether-soluble fractions from reaction mixture are 67.3% for black test, 71.2% for molecular sieve, 68.6% for activated carbon and 70.3% for nickel-based catalyst, respectively. The results indicate that molecular sieve, nickel-based catalyst and activated carbon can all improve the oxidation reactivity of coal in aqueous NaOCl solution. Molecular sieve and nickel-based catalyst can convert most of the organic matters contained in coal into solvent-soluble species. The catalysis of molecular sieve is the highest, followed by nickel-based catalyst, activated carbon is relatively small.

Irrigation coefficient is not only a critical criterion of the efficiency of agricultural water use, but also an important basis for the evaluation of regional water-saving scheme. According to the Head-tail method (measured net irrigation water use and gross irrigation water use), the irrigation coefficient of Hongguang irrigation district was determined in this paper. The results showed that this method well fitted the real situation of Hongguang irrigation district, and had several advantages including conceptually clear, convenient to use by local staffs. Practical application of this method in irrigation district provides good reference for the future routine evaluation of irrigation efficiency in irrigation.

Focus on solving the life and reliability problems of long-life and high reliability products, a method of modeling and parameter estimation on reliability evaluation and life prediction with accelerated degradation data was proposed in this paper. In the first, three statistical methods of degradation test were analyzed, then according to the features of accelerated degradation data, the statistical model of degradation data based on pseudo-life was established. This method can effectively utilize the horizontal information of degradation data of product under different accelerated stress level, and integrate the advantage that continuous-time function model fits the degradation curve of product strongly, and improve the accuracy of reliability assessment and life prediction of product.

Since Menggulin reservoir fully been developed in1990, profile control technique is widely used for improving water swept volume. After multiple rounds and large-scales of polymer flooding by materials mixed with sol-gel and Yellow River clay, the formation damage such as depth blockage and stemming become more and more serious.According to statistics, in 2012 there are respectively 10 and 11 water injection wells happened with back flow of profile control agent and wells pressure higher than fracture pressure that without injection. The original reservoir permeability is good, and individual well production has the capacity of 40 to 50m3/d. Yet recently several oil wells almost have fewer even no liquid output due to the blockage and stemming. Estimated by a typical well group,the speed of sol-gel drive increased from 10 m/year to 50~60 m/year, and average water injection pressure were up to 16MPa which almost double original pressure while the only 2MPa pressure corresponding to oil wells. Hence, it show that the severe depth blockage of the formation exactly exit in Menggulin reservoir.

Among the solving methods of probabilistic optimal power flow (P-OPF), Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS) combined with random sampling (RS) is widely used due to its high accuracy. In order to further improve that, this paper proposes a way of using Monte Carlo Simulation with Latin hypercube sampling (LHS) to calculate the consumption of generating cost under many random variables. Numerical results of IEEE 14-bus and IEEE 118-bus systems show that the Latin hypercube sampling method provides more accurate performance in dealing with POPF under the condition of a smaller sample size, comparing with random sampling method. Thus the Latin hypercube sampling method can replace the MCS with random sampling as the benchmark method of other algorithms.

According to the relevant highway map, we could notice the serious loop network problem. To provide useful information for the highway companies, we need to identify the path of vehicles on the highway network by using the sharing information of highways. This research analyzes some polysomic identification of path about several main expressways; furthermore, it provides a new path-identification method that is the time scheduling match based on the dynamic weights. The new path-identification method includes the later polysomic analysis and statistical analysis on the flow of vehicles, which is able to offer the highway companies sound information. Moreover, the research also establish the smart analysis system about path based on the sharing information of highways, then using data to test the efficiency of the analysis system.

In order to discuss the effect of different cooling methods, dosage and length of PP fiber on the splitting tensile strength of PPHSC after high temperatures, experiments were carried out on the splitting tensile strength of C60 HSC mixed with PP fibers with different dosage ( 1.0kg/m3, 1.5 kg/m3, 2.0kg/m3, 2.5 kg/m3) and length (8mm,19mm) before and after high temperatures. The test results indicated that the relative residual splitting tensile strength of PPHSC totally declined with the increase of temperature, meanwhile, the strength value of HSC cooled in air was higher than that cooled in water on the whole. The addition of PP fiber with the length of 8mm contributed to the enhancement of the relative residual splitting tensile strength of HSC after high temperatures, whereas, only the HSC mixed with 1.0 kg/m3 PP fibers had a greater strength than plain concrete when the length of fiber was 19mm. After exposure to high temperatures, the relative residual splitting tensile strength of HSC with PP fibers 8mm in length was completely higher than those with 19mm.

Electric vehicles have been gaining increasing worldwide attention as a promising potential long-term solution to sustainable personal mobility in recent years; in particular, battery electric vehicles (BEVs) offering zero tailpipe emissions are favored by a significant number of people in China. However, their true ability of contribution to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reductions is invisible. This paper assessed their environmental impacts from the perspective of life cycle. Life cycle assessment is used as the analyzing method and eBlance is applied as a tool to identify the impacts quantitatively.

With the development of computer technology, CAD / CAM technologies have been widely used in the machinery manufacturing industry. They have brought fundamental changes to product design and manufacturing method. Based on the characteristics of punching machine processing technology, the main content of this paper is the study on boards CAM key technology taking NC machining applications for boards punching as the background. This study takes VC + + software as the platform and widely applies VC + + development tools and OpenGL technology in the process of developing graphical simulation system. The purpose of this study is to achieve drawing function, automatically extract pixels in AutoCAD graph such as holes, and automatically generate NC machining program by the extracted pixels on the basis of the pixel extraction. This can ensure the uniqueness and accuracy of the data, so as to improve the efficiency of programming.

In order to control the FePO4 particles size, the reaction precipitation between Fe (NO3)3 and H3PO4 was performed by the controlled crystallization technique. The influences of the feed concentration, stirring speed and reaction temperature on the agglomeration size of FePO4 were investigated. The particles produced were amorphous and can be crystallied to pure phase FePO4 after calcining at 550 °C for 5 hours. The agglomerates size and morphology were characterized by the laser granulometer and scanning electron microscope, respectively. The results showed that the products were spherical and the agglomerate size was in the range of 2~9 μm at the solution PH 2.30 and the other experiment conditions were as follows, the reactant concentration was ranged from 0.5 to 1.0mol/L, stirring speed from 500 to 3000 rpm and reaction temperature from 15 to 80°C. It was found that the agglomerates size increased with the increase of the reaction temperature, decreased with the increase of the feed concentration and stirring speed. Based on the discretized population balance, the particle size distribution model was developed. There was a good agreement between the calculated values and the experimental data, which indicated that this model can be used for predicting the agglomerates size distribution at any desired levels of the variables studied.

According to the characteristics of the traditional soilless cultivation of vegetables and the requirement of its application in the family green vegetable planting, a hanging vegetables planting barrel was designed which has a small footprint and independent rotating function, the speed expression of the barrel was given using the conservation of moment of momentum and momentum theorem, and its influencing factors were discussed also.

The binary mesoporous spinel oxides with high surface area have been synthesized by using KIT-6 and SBA-15 as hard templates and hydrated nitrated salts as precursors. Low temperature such as 500 °C is suitable for preparation of NiCo2O4with spinel phase. High temperature such as 800 °C is necessary for preparation of NiMn2O4, MnCo2O4, and (Co0.5Mn0.5)3O4with pure spinel phase. The prepared mesoporous spinel shows high surface area as 43-105 m2/g with pore volume as0.095-0.233 cm3/g. It is preferred to form mesoporous NiCo2O4with spherical particles.
