Abstract

Two bis (benzimidazoyl) monomers were synthesized, and Poly (N-arylenebenzimidazole ketone) s were prepared by N-C coupling reaction that replaced the NH sites from the bis (benzimidazolyl) derivatives with activated difluorides monomers in sulfolane at 210 °C. All the resulting polymers showed easy solubility compared with traditional polybenzimidazoles. Differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric measurements showed that the polymers had high glass transition temperatures (>240 °C), good thermostability and high decomposition temperatures (>460 °C).

2. Study on the Performance Efficiency of A2/O Humic Activated Sludge System Operating in Low Temperature

Abstract

In this article, analysis the A2/O humic activated sludge system phosphorus removal efficiency and CODCr removal efficiency at 5°C, 10°C and 25°C. The results show that A2/O humic activated sludge system phosphorus removal rate when the influent temperature is above 10°C maintained at 86.1% ~ 97.5% performed high phosphorus removal efficiency. But at 5°C the system’s phosphorus removal efficiency decreased to 58.31% couldn’t get the sewage discharge standard. The variation of influent temperature had little influence on the removal efficiency of CODCr even at 5°C performed high removal efficiency.

42. Optimum and Efficiency of Chloramphenicol Degradation by UV/H2O2 Process

Abstract

Degradation of chloramphenicol (CAP) by an advanced oxidation process, UV/H2O2, was investigated. Firstly, effect of H2O2 concentration, initial pH value, K2S2O8 concentration and reaction time on chloramphenicol degradation by UV/H2O2 process was studied. In addition, all the operation parameters mentioned above were optimized. The results showed that the degradation efficiency of CAP can be obviously enhanced with increasing both H2O2 concentration and K2S2O8 concentration. Moreover, initial pH value had unapparent impact on the efficiency of chloramphenicol degradation. Nearly complete degradation of chloramphenicol was achieved under the conditions of H2O2 concentration 2mM, initial pH value 7.7, K2S2O8 concentration 1mM and reaction time 15min.

43. Recovery of Sc3+ from Red Mud Leaching Solution by Emulsion Liquid Membrane

Abstract

In this paper, recovery of scandium from red mud leaching solution by emulsion liquid membrane (ELM) was studied. Composition of ELM is P507+ span80 + sulfonated kerosene + HCl. Effects of mobile carrier and surfactant concentration, Roi, Rwe, internal and external aqueous phase acidity on the extracting rate of Sc3+ were studied. Results show that it is feasible for ELM extracting Sc3+ from the red mud leaching solution. The optimum condition for ELM extracting scandium from the red mud is P507%=8%, Span80%=7%, Roi=2:3, Rwe=6, internal aqueous c(HCl)=2 mol/L, external aqueous phase pH=2. The extracting rate of Sc3+ can reach to 98% under optimal condition.

44. The Distorted Oxygen Octahedron with Transition Elements in LiNi0.75Co 0.15Mn0.1O2

Abstract

LiNi0.75Co0.15Mn0.1O2 was prepared by solid state reaction and its crystal structure was studied by Rietveld Refinement. The result shows that the oxygen octahedron surrounding transition elements in LiNi0.75Co0.15Mn0.1O2 is distorted. The lengths of twelve edges of the octahedron are different. The lengths of twelve edges divided into two groups and their length is 2.7098Å and 2.8780Å respectively. The analysis shows that the change crystal fields due to transition metals and lithium ions results in the different length of octahedron edges in LiNi0.75Co0.15Mn0.1O2.

45. Research of Improving Water Injection Effect by Using Active SiO2 Nano-Powder in the Low-Permeability Oilfield

Abstract

SiO2 nano-powder is a new type of augmented injection agent, has the ability of stronger hydrophobicity and lipophilicity, and can be adsorbed on the rock surface so that it changes the rock wettability. It can expand the pore radius effectively, reduce the flow resistance of injected water in the pores, enhance water permeability, reduce injection pressure and augment injection rate. Using artificial cores which simulated geologic conditions of a certain factory of Daqing oilfield, decompression and augmented injection experiments of SiO2 nano-powder were performed after waterflooding, best injection volume of SiO2 nano-powder under the low-permeability condition was selected. It has shown that SiO2 nano-powder inverted the rock wettability from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity. Oil recovery was further enhanced after waterflooding. With the injection pore volume increasing, the recovery and decompression rate of SiO2 nano-powder displacement increased gradually. The best injected pore volume and injection concentration is respectively 0.6PV and 0.5%, the corresponding value of EOR is 6.84% and decompression rate is 52.78%. According to the field tests, it is shown that, in the low-permeability oilfield, the augmented injection technology of SiO2 nano-powder could enhance water injectivity of injection wells and reduce injection pressure. Consequently, it is an effective method to resolve injection problems for the low-permeability oilfield.
