s: For the problem that cracks exist when the advanced materials are attacked or shocked, and the cracks are hard to self-healing. The microcapsules are put forward to make great effects on healing the cracks to some extents. The manufacturing methods of microcapsules are reviewed, including Matrix Polymerization, In-situ Polymerization, In-situ Cross-linking, Solvent Evaporation Method. And the conclusion and problems are prospected finally.

In recent years, cloud computing technology has become the most popular field in IT industry, and it has changed the traditional IT technical architecture, development and deployment model in enterprise. Existing cloud management platforms tend to focus only on a single-level resources management, lack of a management platform that combines infrastructure resources, application platform deployment and monitoring services. This paper has designed a deployment-architecture that supports application platform in multi-cloud environment. It helps users deploy the required platform dynamically via self-help tool, frees users from infrastructure management, and provides common and inheritable deployment architecture for infrastructure environment.

The effects of tea polysaccharides (TPS) and polyphenols (TPP) on the growth inhibition of hepatoma H22 cells in mice including the roles of them in immune stimulation were investigated. The results showed that TPS and TPP both significantly inhibited the growth of H22 transplantable tumor in mice without statistical difference, both remarkably decreased the spleen index and increased the thymus index compared with that of model group (p<0.05). In addition, TPS and TPP significantly improved the splenocyte proliferation induced by ConA or LPS, and notably enhanced the macrophage phagocytosis towards neutral red. The comparison showed the effect of TPS on immune stimulation was superior to that of TPP to some extent.

Bi2Al4O9 powders were prepared by sol-gel process. The precursors were heated at 500-800°C for 2h to obtain Bi2Al4O9 powder and X-ray diffraction (XRD), Differential thermal analysis (DTA), thermogravimetric analysis (TG), field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) techniques were used to characterize precursor and derived oxide powders. XRD analysis show that the powder is still amorphous after calcined at 500°C. The peaks of Bi2Al4O9 become sharp after calcined at 575°C though still existing some amorphous phase. After calcining at 675-800°C, the powder has fully turned into pure Bi2Al4O9 phase. The crystallization process can also be confirmed by DTA-TG and IR. Calcining the precursor at 575°C, the absorption bands at 527 cm-1, 738 cm-1, 777 cm-1, and 919 cm-1are observed, which are assigned to Bi2Al4O9 and becoming stronger and sharper with the increase of temperature.

The comparative study on treating the berberine pharmaceutical wastewater by chemical-coagulation and electro-coagulation was carried out, and the Zeta potential, ζ was analyzed to reveal the coagulation mechanisms. The results indicated that electro-coagulation and pulse electro-coagulation could be more effective than traditional chemical-coagulation for berberine removal from wastewater: the removal efficiencies of electro-coagulation and pulse electro-coagulation processes reached above 87.6%, while the removal efficiencies were lower than 35% for the PFS and PAC coagulations. The ζ potential analysis revealed that charge neutralization was the main mechanisms for berberine removal.

In the cutting process, cutting force is one of the important physical parameters, which affects the generation of cutting heat, tool life and surface precision of workpiece directly. In this paper an orthogonal design of experiment and subsequent data is analyzed using high speed finish hard cutting GCr15 whose hardness is 65HRC. Cutting speed is 200-400m/min, to study the influence of cutting parameters on cutting force, cutting force empirical model has obtained from least square method.

Tool wear plays an important part during cutting process, and wear loss has a close relationship with cutting condition, which affects machined surface mostly. In order to accomplish tool wear prediction in way of FEM, based on founding of cutting model under steady state, interrelated parameters needed for tool wear prediction, such as cutting temperature, contact pressure and raletive sliding velocity are extracted. By compiling Python subprogram and using Abaqus tool in hard cutting process PCBN tool wear is predicted, which provide foundation for optimizing cutting condition.
