The crystal structure of GdFeMn alloy has been investigated by using X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) followed by Rietveld refinement technique, differential thermal analysis (DTA) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) equipped with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) techniques. XRD results showed that annealed GdFeMn alloy was a single phase of Gd6(Fe0.5Mn0.5)23 compound, with Th6Mn23-structure. SEM/EDS results and Rietveld refinement revealed that GdFeMn alloy was not really a new ternary compound as reported, but a solid solution Gd6(Fe0.5Mn0.5)23 which was only a point between Gd6Fe23 and Gd6Mn23. It was also found from DTA measurement that a reaction, Gd (Fe0.5Mn0.5)2 → liquid (rich Gd) + Gd6(Fe0.5Mn0.5)23, had taken place above 650.81 oC, and the educed Gd existed in educed part of GdFeMn sample. The results demonstrated the real structure of the GdFeMn compound as reported was Gd6(Fe0.5Mn0.5)23 compound.

The electrochemical behavior of Fe-Cr-Mo codeposition was investigated by using linear scanning. The deposition potential of Fe2+ shifted negatively after adding glycine and additive W, while the deposition potential of Cr3+ had no obvious change, then the purpose of codeposition was achieved. Induced codeposition occurred after adding molybdate into the solution, at last alloy coating of good appearance was obtained.

Phase transformation of austenite continuous cooling process in low carbon high strength sheet steel has been researched by DIL805 thermal mechanical simulate. The Austenite continuous cooling transformation (CCT) diagram of steel has been determined by dilatometry and metallography. With the increase of cooling rate, ferritic transformation, perlitic transformation, bainite transformation and martensitic transformation have produced in the organization. Mathematical equations of phase transformation point-cooling rate and phase variable-cooling rate have been established and phase transformation model of high fit degree has been gained by regression calculation. The results show that calculated value and experimental value are nearly similar, so the phase transformation model is feasible.

Electroforming technology is an important part of micro fabrication andfine parts and composite materials prepared by the electroforming technology has broad application prospects. This paper describes the principle and method of electroforming, introduces the development and the basic elements of electroforming, then concludes the research status and main research direction and trend of this technology.

Accurately forecasting short-term wind speed can effectively reduce the adverse effects of wind power in power systems and improve the competition of wind power in power markets. Because of the wind randomness, there are huge forecasting errors existing in those commonly used forecasting methods at wind mutation points, and through improving the forecasting method itself can merely provide positive effect. From the angle of revision, a new method is going to be proposed and applied to revise the forecasted wind speed in this paper, which is based on the historical data fluctuation characteristics and confidence level. Under this method, we can turn the original forecasted wind speed into the optimized wind speed. The revision method can be applied on all short-term wind forecast methods. The validity and feasibility of this method are going to be verified through a wind speed forecasting method based on the Grey model GM(1,1).

The result of license plate recognition with a single feature is unsatisfactory. A multi-feature fusion method based on D-S evidence theory is proposed to improve results of mine loadometer license plate recognition. Firstly, three kinds of features including contour, projection and trellis-coded are extracted from the vehicle plate character image. Then the Basic Probability Assignment (BPA) is defined to get the credibility of recognition results by using the multi-class Support Vector Machine (SVM) with one-against-one method. Finally, D-S evidence theory is employed to integrate the credibility of evidences for making a final decision. The experimental results show that the multi-feature fusion method has higher recognition rate, fault tolerance and robustness.

As a modifier, desulfurization waste can improve the performance of traditional adobe materials. The results show that it was possible effectively to modify properties of adobe materials by means of DHG and DFA. When the molding pressure is 15 MPa, the compressive strength of modified adobe materials arrived at 7.5MPa at 28 days. Moreover, modified adobe materials remain a better volume stability and water resistance observed in the drying shrinkage (0.6mm/m) and softness coefficient (0.52), respectively.

With L-glutamic acid as raw materials, N-carboxy-L-glutamic acid-benzyl-anhydride (BLG-NCA) was synthesized by triethanolamine. With triethanolamine as the initiator in the anhydrous dichloromethane, ring-opening polymerization of BLG-NCA was initiated, poly-l-glutamic acid benzyl ester was obtained. The amount of initiators, molar ratio of monomer/initiators, reaction temperature and reaction time to the effect of poly-l-glutamic acid benzyl ester in the ring-opening polymerization of BLG-NCA were studied. At last, poly L-glutamate was got, after the debenzylation in HBr solution. Through infrared spectroscopy, Ubbelohde viscometer, 1H NMR spectra, polymerization product was characterized and analysized. Results showed that in dichloromethane, ring-opening polymerization of BLG-NCA could be initiated by triethanolamine.

This paper focuses on the modeling problem for networked control systems subject to packet disordering. Both network-induced delay and packet loss are taken into consideration. In constructing the model, we first present the novel model for single input and single output (SISO) networked control systems based on the displacement values of packets in terms of switched systems theory, and then which can be extended to the case in multiple input and multiple output (MIMO) networked control systems with packet disordering. The merits or advantages of the modeling method proposed include describing fully the phenomenon of packet disordering, guaranteeing the newest signals to be executed and extensive applicability.

With L-glutamic acid as raw materials, N-carboxy-L-glutamic acid-benzyl-anhydride (BLG-NCA) was synthesized by triphosgene. With aniline as the initiator in the anhydrous dichloromethane, ring-opening polymerization of BLG-NCA was initiated, poly-l-glutamic acid benzyl ester was obtained. The amount of initiators, Molar ratio of monomer/initiators, reaction temperature and reaction time to the effect of poly-l-glutamic acid benzyl ester in the ring-opening polymerization of BLG-NCA were studied. Through infrared spectroscopy, gel permeation chromatography (GPC) analysis and characteristic viscosity method, polymerization product was characterized and analysized. Results showed that in dichloromethane, ring-opening polymerization of BLG-NCA could be initiated by aniline, which expands greater scope of the initiators of poly-l-glutamate to aromatic compounds, and the introduction of the active group provided by aromatic compounds make it possible for the advanced development of block copolymer with poly-l-glutamic acid as a basic unit.

In order to reveal the performance of steel recycled concrete composite columns, 6 specimens were designed for axial compression loading experiment. And two factors which are recycled coarse aggregate replacement percentage and slenderness ratio of column are taken into consideration. The bearing capacity and load-displacement curves of composite columns are obtained. Based on the test, the failure patterns and the influence of recycled coarse aggregate replacement percentage and slenderness ratio to axial compression load-bearing capacity are analyzed. In the end, the calculation formula for axial compression load of steel recycled concrete composite columns is presented.

In order to study the mechanical behavior of recycled fine aggregate mortar, 11 kinds of different recycled fine aggregate replacement rate (ranged from 0% to 100%, level differential 10%) of cement mortar test specimens are designed. The failure pattern and the mechanical performance indexes of the cement mortar under different recycled fine aggregate replacement rate are gained by test. And the different physical indexes of natural fine aggregate and recycled fine aggregate are measured in detail. The experiment findings indicate that because the water absorption rate of the mortar with high porosity is higher, and there are mass microcracks in recycled fine aggregate interior due to damage accumulation, the lower apparent density, the higher water absorption rate and the quicker water absorption speed of recycled fine aggregate are caused. So the fluidity of recycled fine aggregate mortar is fine, but the water retention is bad, the compressive strength is lower than the natural fine aggregate mortar about 50%. But the replacement rate has little effect on the mortar strength.
