The color of the asphalt is close to black, it has the good ability of absorbing the solar energy. Road asphalt are solid or half a solid state at normal temperature, it must be reduced the asphalt viscosity to a certain range before used it. The main method of reducing the viscosity of asphalt is heating it. Because of the high temperature of the construction of asphalt, the traditional method on the asphalt heating is electrical heating which needs to consume large amounts of energy. Solar energy is huge and clean energy, which can save large of energy on the asphalt heating. This paper expounds on the solar heating principle, as well as designs the solar heating device to research the energy-saving method on the heating of road asphalt.

Consideration of radial inhomogeneity of soil, an analytical solution to horizontal vibration of pile in radial inhomogeneous soil is deduced, and the parameters influencing the horizontal vibration characteristics of the pile in radial inhomogeneous soil is analyzed carefully. The number of the radial layers of the inner soil, the thickness of the inner soil, the weakened degree and the ratio of length and radius can obviously affect complex impedance of the top of the pile. Before analyzing horizontal vibration of pile, choice a reasonable number of the radial layers of the inner soil and proper thickness of the inner soil, which is crucial. The more is the weakened degree of the inner soil, the stronger the fluctuations of horizontal vibration of pile are. The ratio of length and radius can influent horizontal vibration of pile within a certain range.

In order to fully reveal information about landslide displacement, it was necessary to extend a time series to a higher-dimensional state space for the characteristic of univariate time series. However, in order to control the expansion of noise, an appropriate embedded dimension of phase space reconstruction was not the bigger the better. In this paper, based on the displacement time series of landslide, the phase space theory was used to build displacement time series matrix and the entropy theory was used to get the entropy. The embedded dimension of phase space reconstruction could be adjusted according to the change of entropy and feedback of displacement prediction error and a support vector regression model was created via the support vector machine’s learning. The application on Baijiabao landslide indicates that the proposed method achieves a high accuracy and stability of prediction.

The experimental study of cement soil of different kindsof additives, and study the impact of additives on curing peat soil. It was concluded that the regularof cement soil compressive strength with the increases of chemical admixtureand curing time.

Using vacuum magnetron sputtering, preparation of diamond-like carbon film by middle transition layer of Ti, TiN and TiAlN, Ti/TiN/TiAlN in preparing multilayer structure of DLC carbon film on stainless steel substrates, research among different coating material of DLC carbon membrane structure, appearance, hardness, the influence of the interface bonding strength and wear resistance, the film contains some carbon chain structure sp3 hybridized carbon content in the highest and the excellent comprehensive mechanical properties of the material of the middle layer. Experimental studies find that Ti/TiN/TiAlN as transition layer DLC carbon film performance is good, obvious anti stripping adhesion properties, can reduce the diamond-like coating system caused by thermal expansion mismatch stress, using Ti/TiN/TiAlN transition layer of the interface bonding strength of the most outstanding in the middle.

This paper, based on the data about urban residents’ consumptions in Wuhan from 1992 to 2011, compares such economic parameters as the marginal propensity to consume, consumption amount, consumption structure, degrees of consumption structure change before and after the financial crisis. The results reveal that the crisis has effects on the consumption amount and consumption structure. Then some suggestions are provided to stimulate the consumption.Key words: financial crisis, consumption amount, consumption structure, impacts

Indoor positioning via mobile device is one of the unexploited research area. With the popularity of Wi-Fiaccess points inside buildings, Wi-Fi localization becomes one of the feasible method to assist the indoor positioning. However, due to the complication of indoor environment, indoor positioning merely depending on Wi-Filocalization is not robust against interference of electromagnetism and structure of the building. Thus, with the assistance of inertial positioning technique, we present a robust indoor positioning technique and it gains good performance on energy consumption and localization accuracy.

Oven drying and microwave drying processes for GeO2 after hydrolysis and filtration of GeCl4 were performed, and then the polymorphs, surface morphology and chemical composition, etc. of GeO2 were analyzed. The influence of microwave power and material thickness to GeO2 moisture removal rate was researched in a single-factor-based test. The gained optimum process parameters for microwave drying GeO2 are as below: microwave power is 400~550 W, material thickness for each time is 30~40 mm, and drying time for 1 kg GeO2 is 36.67~40.00 mins. The results show that through the two processes, they can both gain GeO2-06 products meeting national standard, and compare with them to obtain that microwave drying has the advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption, no caking, etc.

The design program of Vehicle Display and Control Terminal was introduced, it was based on the Embedded Linux which developed on the MPC5121e hardware platform. Through kernel cutting and transplanting of the Embedded Linux operating system, and transplanting the new generation of the Altia Designer to the MPC5121e hardware platform, the graphical user interface software of Vehicle Display and Control Terminal was developed successfully.

Sinusoidal signal generator is common electronic equipment. In this paper, the writer designed a kind of integrated CMOS sine signal generator, which generator uses wien bridge oscillation circuit.This generator circuit mainly constitutes by amplifier, leveled and low-pass filter circuit, which uses Cadence software to simulate and analysis its amplification circuit, in order to get a sine wave which has high performance accuracy and stability. Through simulating this generator, we can get a kind of sine wave which includes the frequency as the 1.109 kHz, the center potential as 2.5V, the amplitude as 2.58V, distortion is less than 2%, and this sine wave is more practical for the lower voltage supply system.

The photo-stimulating discharge (PSD) and ultraviolet-visible spectrometry were used to characterize the polyethylene (PE) and nano-hybrid PE trap before and after ultraviolet aging. In PE with the increasing of ultraviolet aging time, shallow traps reduce gradually and deep traps increase gradually, but for the nano-hybrid PE, shallow traps increase gradually and deep traps reduce gradually. Experiments show that: in the process of aging PE produces oxidation products such as carbonyl, hydroxyl etc. The incorporation of impurities can inhibit the injection of space charges, so as to achieve the purpose of improving electric field distortion in the body of the PE.

The polymer-based propellant is a typical viscoelastic material. Better understanding of the relaxation properties of the propellant in the storage conditions is of great importance for predicting the lifetime. Due to the component complexity of the composite propellants, the transformation relation between the relaxation modulus and the complex modulus may not be suitable for all kinds of propellants. In the present work, we focused on the transformation of the relaxation modulus and complex modulus for the HTPB propellant. The master curves for the relaxation modulus and the storage modulus of the aged/unaged HTPB propellants were obtained by performing the stress relaxation tests and DMA tests, respectively. It was found that there existed a great difference in the double logarithmic plot between relaxation modulus and storage modulus master curves. Moreover, the testing results for the relaxation modulus and the storage modulus were well fitted by an empirical transformation relation with three segment-related coefficients. These three coefficients were determined by using the unaged samples, and then were applied to estimate the relaxation modulus of the aged samples. A good agreement between the calculation and the experimental results was also found, revealing that the three coefficients were insensitive to the aging time.

Based on the two-dimensional Hashin failure criteria and the introduction of material degradation damage factor, low-speed impact model of composite laminated plate was established by ABAQUS with fiber and matrix’s failure modes being taken into consideration. The mode is verified by referring to Karakuzu test. Next, it analyzes single ply thickness’ effect on laminated plate’s response and damaged under low-velocity impact. The result shows that with the thickness increasing, impact contact time and laminated plate impact point’s deflection displacement reduce, while the impact force and volatile shocks are more obvious.

A design project of voltage controlled oscillator which is the central component of the low voltage phase locked loop (PLL) is proposed in this paper. The VCO adopted the folding differential voltage controlled oscillator.Simulation results in Cadence Hspice indicate that the VCO proposed behaves in good linearity, simple structure, small phase noise.The frequency range from 125 to 787 MHz, the power consumption of this oscillator is only 6mW at central frequency is 480MHz with 3V power supply.

The UV-Visible absorption spectroscopy was performed to study the SrTiO3 (STO) single crystals implanted with the fluences of 1.5×1015 and 1.875×1016 Ar+/cm2. The two absorption peaks at 425 and 742 nm were recorded for the low-fluence implanted samples, while the additional peak at 520 nm was measured only for the high-fluence implanted samples. Through the evolution of the absorption peak with the annealing temperature, the 425, 520, and 742 nm peaks are attributed to the isolated oxygen vacancies, oxygen bivacancies, and oxygen interstitials, respectively. The thermal evolution of absorption spectra reveals that the STO lattice defects have poor thermal stability and disappear completely after 400°C annealing treatment.

The hierarchically urchin-like magnetic hydroxyapatite (HAp)/Fe3O4 composites were hydrothermally fabricated and were used for the removal of Pb (II) from aqueous solutions. The morphology, composition and properties of the magnetic HAp/Fe3O4 composites were fully characterized and investigated. The results showed that the HAp/Fe3O4 composites had a 3D urchin-like hierarchical structure with Fe3O4 nanoparticles dispersed among the building units. These urchin-like composites had high surface area and good magnetic responsibility. The equilibrium removal process of Pb (II) by the composites was correlated well with the Langmuir model, resulting in the maximum adsorption capacity of 223.71 mg/g. The high adsorption capacity and good magnetic responsibility suggest that the multifunctional composites have great potentials for heavy metal ion removal.

Structuring and measurement of eco-civilization construction is an important part of researching on eco-civilization construction theory, which possesses the practical significance of measuring eco-civilization construction level and guiding the eco-civilization construction practice. The evaluation system of eco-civilization construction level could be structured from five aspects of the quality of ecological economy and society, the development of ecological base, ecological saving, ecological protection and ecological harmony. Analyzing the main parts of five aspects by use of factor analysis method, the ecological economy and society quality played the key role in the evaluation model of eco-civilization construction level. Based on the cluster analysis on the data of inland provinces and municipalities in the year of 2012, the eco-civilization construction level of inland of China could be clustered as different categories with obvious imbalance among different areas.

When the reactor is added with ectoine of concentrations of 0, 0.1, 1 and 10 mmol/L, the impacts on brine waste treatment efficiency are investigated. The results show that the outflow COD and ammonia nitrogen removal rates are the highest, when the ectoine concentration is 0.1 mmol/L. The brine waste treatment efficiency under addition of ectoine of 1 and 10 mmol/L is even worse than that without ectoine addition. It can be preliminarily determined that the best ectoine dosage is in between 0.1-1.0 mmol/L. When ectoine concentrations added in reactors are 0.2, 0.5, 0.8 and 1.0 mmol/L, the results show that the average reactor outflow COD and ammonia nitrogen removal rates are increased compared with those of reactor without adding ectoine. But when ectoine of 1.0 mmol/L is added, the outflow COD and ammonia nitrogen removal rates decrease. When ectoine dosage is 0.5 mmol/L, the reactor outflow COD and ammonia nitrogen values are the lowest, the removal rates are the highest, the average COD removal rate is 74.46%, and the average ammonium nitrogen removal rate is 54.97%. Compared with reactor without adding ectoine, COD and ammonium nitrogen removal rates are increased by 13.16% and 26.81%. Therefore, the best dosage of ectoine is 0.5 mmol/L.

The linkage of the South Asian High (SAH) to the southern annular mode (SAM) during the boreal summer is addressed. The results show that the SAH correlated well with the Southern Hemispheric subtropical high (SSH) and SAM, which exhibits that their recent positive trends are associated with each other. During the positive SAH anomalies years, roughly speaking, the sea level pressure (SLP) and the zonal surface wind (u10) are analogous to that of the positive SAM phase, but they also show an anomalous zonal-wave-3-like (ZW3-like) pattern over the mid latitudes. The surface temperature (ST) variations are not similar to the SAM. Nevertheless, these changes are related with the anomalous cyclones and meridional surface wind (v10). The relationship between the SAH and SAM is also a manifestation of the interhemispheric interaction, and this study contributes to the understanding of the global change.

For the sake of obtaining the ammunition storage and transportation shelter, that had the characteristic of rational structure, high reliability and convenient take put, it was needed to design internal structure . This paper analysed the placement of pill ,cartridge case and fuze, and designed 6 schemes of internal structure design, which was regarding the ××mm howitzer projectile as the object to study, based on the technology requirement and demand of the ammunition storage and transportation shelter ,and the ammunition characteristic. By comparing and analyzing, the strength of shelter scheme 1,4 was best. The scheme 4 was better than other schemes in reliability of fixed device and convenience of taking and putting ammunition. The scheme 4 had the characteristic of rational structure, high reliability and convenient use for force. The ammunition storage and transportation shelter applied the scheme 4

The inoculated sludge in this experimental system is from the end of aeration tank of the wastewater treatment plant. Under stable operation, the system’s treatments of COD and NH4+-N are all in line with Level One Urban Sewage Discharge stipulated by Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants (GB 18918-2002). The removal rates of COD and NH4+-N are 94.27% and 91.03%. By gradually improving the method of salinity acclimation, the salt tolerant sludge with outstanding performance can be successfully acclimated, and each gradual increase in salinity scope is controlled at around 4 g/L. When the salinity is 1%, the removal rates of COD and NH4+-N reach to 92.09% and 70.13%. The salinity has significant impacts on microbial activity. With the increase in salinity, the dehydrogenase activity gradually decreases. Salinity has significant effects on protozoa. Paramecia and nematodes can be taken as the biological indicator of outflow water quality of brine waste.

Large topography can affect the global climate change significantly. Many studies have revealed that the altitude of the Tibetan Plateau (TP) is related to the Asian regional climate. In order to find how the global-scale atmospheric circulation changes in response to the TP uplift in summer, a fully coupled model, Community Earth System Model (CESM), was used in this paper. Four experiments were run with the altitude of TP set to 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of the modern height, respectively (referred to as TP25, TP50, TP75, TP100 experiments). The results show that the uplift of the TP causes the change of the subtropical circulation over the northern hemisphere as well as the southern hemisphere. In the TP25 experiment, the South Asian High (SAH) at the 150mb is comparatively weak, and with the elevated surface heating, the vertical motion in the middle troposphere strengthens greatly. The ascending air over the TP leads to the forming and sustaining of the SAH, a dominate subsystem of the upper troposphere. The perturbation of the SAH propagates in the upper troposphere and stimulates stronger planetary waves on the globe and it also affects the circulation in the low level atmosphere. The subtropical highs over seal level strengthen over the Southern Ocean as well as the North Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. Furthermore, the westerlies around the Antarctica become stronger with the increasing altitude of the TP. This is meaningful that the stronger westerlies may be a forcing to accelerate the Cenozoic global cooling during the geological history.

Natural gas is an important energy of national economy, and its security is tightly connected with industrialization process. A comprehensive security evaluation index system, including three first class indicators, eight second class indicators and twelve third class indicators, was created based on the pressure-state-response (PSR) model. Grey correlation analysis was adopted when calculating index correlation coefficient and entropy method to obtain the weight. By studying the data of China’s natural gas from 2001 to 2013, a comprehensive security index of China’s natural gas was got. The results showed that the comprehensive security index of China’s natural gas rose from its low point. The security pressure state of China’s natural gas was improved, the security state varied greatly, and the response state continued to rise. The overall situation of China’s natural gas security was not stable.

Hybrid robot combines the advantages of serial and parallel structure and has the characteristics of large workspace, agile kinesis, good stiffness, compact structure, good kinematic performance and so on. To conduct the research on the performance of hybrid robot, this dissertation develop an experimental system based on the new 3-TPS hybrid robot which is develop by the research institute of advance manufacturing technology and automation in Northeast University to drive the robot and examine the operational position, and it is also applied in the demarcate experimental of 3-TPS hybrid robot. Through the application, it draws a conclusion that the experimental system has the characteristics of simple structure, good function, good compliance, simply to operate, high reliability and low cost. Consequently, it has high value of popularization and application to conduct the experiment and research on hybrid robot.

In this experiment, water hyacinth presents a good purification effect in five kinds of eutrophic waters with initial total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP) concentrations in between 8.34~20.45 mg/L and 0.78~1.51 mg/L. After two weeks of purification, TN and TP concentrations of eutrophic waters are reduced to 1.78~5.68 mg/L and 0.25~0.312 mg/L, and TN and TP removal rates are 72.22~78.65% and 67.95~79.34%. Water hyacinth’s TN removal rate decreases as TN initial concentration increases; TP removal rate increases as TP initial concentration increases. Water hyacinth’s average total biomass in eutrophic water has increased by 0.944~1.084 kg/m2, and the average bio-dry-weight has increased by 0.0470~0.0547 kg/m2. The average total biomass and average bio-dry-weight of water hyacinth increase as the eutrophication deepens.

The paper aims at the questions of electromotor selection and mechanism design, which is effectively solved by the virtual prototype technology. Firstly, the three-dimensional model of hybrid machine tool is built by using SolidWorks software. Secondly, the assembled model is channeled into ADAMS/View, and then formed the virtual prototype simulation model with mute-body dynamics. Velocity and driving force curve of each driving shaft is got by analyzing the kinematics and dynamics of the hybrid machine tool. Maximum velocity and maximum driving force each driving shaft can find out by the method of space search. Therefore, the kinematics and dynamics properties of 3-TPS hybrid machine tool is obtained, which provide proof for machine electromotor selection, framework design and control system design. Flotation experimental research is carried out on a certain oxidised copper ores in Huidong, Sichuan province. The ores belongs to the typical oxidised ores. For the characteristics of the mine and the scene of the test requirements, five different flowsheets were test. Under the proper process conditions, the good technical indexes were obtained in all flowsheets. But the the fourth flotation flowsheet was choosed. The principle process of two roughing, one scavenging and two cleaning were used in flotation process. Both the scavenging foam and tailing of first cleaning are returned to the first roughing work and tailing of second cleaning is returned to first cleaning work in closed circuit.

According to the characteristics of high strength weathering steel, this paper designs to develop anexperimental steel S450EW with yield strength higher than 450MPa.Through the study,it has been found that with decreasing cooling rate, the organizational changed largely, while ferrite and pearlite gradually transformed to martensite and a small amount of ferrite, then finally tomartensite organization.It has also been found that the crystal size decreased, and the experimentalsteel also precipitated a rectangular second phase particles of (NbTi) CN phase and TiC, which were sparsely distributed with the size of 100 ~ 300nm and below 30nm, while some phases were distributedasa number of strips in the grain boundary which mainly are C, Fe, Cr.

The rubbery materials play an important role in the acoustic metamaterials composed of locally resonant structures. To determine the unusual behavior of the dynamic mass density and bulk modulus in acoustic metamaterials in detail, better understanding of the viscoelasticity of rubbery materials is necessary. In the present work, we demonstrated the difference between the fractional and integer constitutive models in describing the viscoelastic behaviors in terms of the natural rubber (NR) and silicone rubber (SR). Test results for the relaxation modulus show that the Maxwell model is not suitable for NR and SR. The fractional Scott-Blair model gave a better estimation for the relaxation modulus but had a more sophisticated relation than the classical Maxwell model did. Compared with the other constitutive models, the fractional Maxwell model gave a better description of the mechanical properties for NR and SR, but it involved four independent parameters to be determined experimentally. By fitting test results in the double logarithmic plot of the modulus and loading time, all the parameters of the fractional Maxwell model were obtained. The present work provided a base for the analysis of the membrane-type acoustic metamaterials.

For refractory oxidised copper ores of Huidong Sichuan province, studing the different depressants on the influence of oxidised copper ores flotation behavior. The results showed that: the depressanting effect of the combination of sodium hexametaphosphate primarily is better. When the dosage of the combination of sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium humate reagent is 300 g/t, ratio is 2:1,the recovery of copper concentrate is 83.31and the grade is 19.01 in the closed circuit experiment.

In this paper, the mechanical properties and permeability of the concrete with steel slag coarse aggregates were investigated by comparing with the concrete with crushed limestone coarse aggregates. Results show that the concrete with steel slag aggregates shows similar strength with the concrete with crushed limestone aggregates at the age of 28 days, but it shows a little higher strength especially splitting tensile strength at the age of 90 days. Steel slag coarse aggregates tend to have limited influence on the elastic modulus and permeability of concrete. The results at different water to cement ratios are similar.

The objectives of this study were to investigate impact of preoxidation on disinfection by-product (DBP) precursors in drinking water via two different preoxidation methods. The full-scale study was conducted on surface river water in a water supply plant in Tianjin, China. Two treatment trains were performed, with prechlorination and preozonation as preoxidation methods, respectively. The water samples were collected on different stages along the treatment processes and analyzed by following organic parameters: dissolved organic carbon (DOC), UV254 and specific ultraviolet absorbance (SUVA). The results indicated that Train 2 with preozonation was more effective to reduce DBP precursors. Preozonation possessed an excellent ability in the removal of UV254 and SUVA, the removal efficiencies were 25.14% and 18.77%, respectively, comparing to the removal rates of 6.66% and 5.64% during prechlorination, separately.

Ceramic fibers and whiskers have been used for modification of toughness because they increase fracture energy due to their high elastic modulus strength. The mechanism of this increase is well known to be pull-out, crack deflection and a bridging mechanism. This study focused on the increase in toughness, strength and thermal shock resistance when using mullite fibers in a gas filter for high temperatures. The green body uses the average 230μm particle diameter of SiC powders, which used as a skeletal material , the length to diameter ratio greater than 10 of the mullite fibers and the mixture of kaolin, feldspar and silica, which was used as a binder. The pore former be made up of graphite and active carbon. The molding pressure is 3MPa, and sintering temperature is 1300°C. The mullite fiber reinforced SiC porous ceramic has low filter pressure drop, 30.36% porosity and 35.66MPa flexural strength, which is higher than the SiC porous ceramic whitout mullite fibers. And the flexural strength degradation was only 5.4% after thermal shock tests.

Zoysia (Zoysia japonica Steud.) is a warm-season turf grass, which possess seed coat-imposed dormancy that hampers germination. The objective of the present study was to determine the most effective methods in breaking the seed dormancy of zoysia. This experiment was used to find the right concentration and treatment time. KOH, NaOH, C3H6O, and H2SO4solutions are the four kinds of chemical agents used which were evaluated and sixty four treatments were conducted. The results indicated that all chemical agents investigated can successfully remove glumes and promote seed germination of zoysia under certain concentrations and treatment times. The best method for seed dormancy breaking in zoysia was 20% KOH solution for 30 min.

This paper presents an improved GSA-GA algorithm to achieve bad-data detection, identification and correction in power grid. The algorithm combines BP neural network, K-means clustering algorithm, gap statistical algorithm (GSA) and genetic algorithm together. BP neural network preprocesses the data, K-means algorithm clusters the preprocessed data and GSA algorithm determines the optimal clustering number and identifies the presence of bad data. After identifying the bad data, GA-BP algorithm is used to correct the identified data. This paper takes simulation tests to verify the proposed algorithms correctness and effectiveness based on actual grid data considering multiple types of existed bad data.

Through researching the oil and gas in many companies, such as the Daqing Oilfield, Changqing Oilfield and the West-East Gas Pipeline Company and so on, we found that the production and construction of oil and gas at different stages influence the soil erosion vary greatly, including the exploration in oil and gas has a little effect on soil erosion, but oil and gas field surface engineering and pipeline construction impact on soil erosion greatly, and limited impact on soil erosion in oil and gas development, and long-distance pipeline operators had no effect on soil erosion.Oil and gas companies have taken appropriate preventive measures in the soil erosion and have achieved good control effect.

In order to get clear cotton rustling sound signal, which will be analyzed to provide information at a certain stage of fabric processing for developing cotton products, before analysis of the data, it is the need for de-noising processing. The two de-noising methods, the median filtering method and the wavelet method are proposed in this paper. Their principles and algorithms are described. The cotton sound signals are exposed to interference and influence of some kinds of noise signal in the process of the data measured. So in practical applications, the two de-noising methods are used to process cotton rustling sound. The results of the process show the methods of processing the cotton sound signal are effective. The clear signal is getting to the next research.

In the optimization design of the gear hobbing machine bed, the finite element model is build and the static analysis and vibration modal analysis are performed. Then sensitivity analysis is used to gain the main design parameters which influence the bed property most. Furthermore, the multi-objective optimization design of the bed is performed in ANSYS Workbench with these design parameters as the design variables. At last, after all optimum proposals are showed up, Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to determine the weighting coefficient, and the most optimal solution is found out. As a result, the dynamic and static performances of the machine bed are improved under control of the machine bed mass.

Leaching test on the Oxidized Zinc Ore coming from Yunnan Province is studied in the H2SO4 system;Systematic studies are made to show the effects of various factors on the leaching rate of zinc. The optimum conditions for leaching is finally confirmed, namely the grinding size is 75% of-0.074mm, concentration of sulfuric acid 15%, temperature 60°C, solid to liquid ratio 3:1, and leaching time 2.5h. Ultimately, the leaching rate of Zn could reach more than 59%.

Silicone rubber have been aged in air while under 25% compression at temperature up to 250°C. These studies examined the compression set of silicone rubber at accelerated (elevated) temperatures and were then used to make predictions about compression set at room temperature. The data obtained could be amenable to timetemperature superposition and Arrhenius treatment. The results suggest the presence of two degradation processes with activation energies of 71.6 kJ mol-1 (for temperatures above 165 °C) and 26.08 kJ mol-1 (for temperatures below 165 °C). Based on the extrapolation of the non-Arrhenius behavior, it was estimated that significant compression set loss would occur after around 67 years at 25 °C.

Taking the bending stiffness, cable static sag and cable inclined angle into consideration, equations of space free vibration of the cable-damper system are derived in this paper. Joining the variable separation strategy and center difference method, the partial differential equations are discretized in space and a set of complex eigenvalue equations, which are solved by state space method, are derived, and both the maximum modal damping ration and the optimal damper parameter are obtained. Several typical stay cables are investigated for both the in-plane and out-of-plane modes under different cable parameters and damper parameters. The results demonstrate that modal damping ratio for the first in-plane mode is significantly affected by the cable static sag only, but those for the other modes affected by cable sag are slight, and cable static sag do not affect the optimal damper parameter for all modes, however the bending stiffness will changes both the maximum modal damping ratios and the optimal damper parameters. Some valuable suggestions are proposed for the optimal damper design.

In this paper, the contrast test has been done on the brake linings that have been made by water granulating technology. As a result, by contrast with the brake linings that have been done at the same material and producing technology, it was preliminary demonstrated that the apparent porosity of the brake linings that have been made by the granulating technology could be enhanced greatly, so on the hot-pressing process, products exhausting has been easy, the die cavity volume could be decreased, the hot-pressing time could been shorten, the production efficiency could be enhanced, the natural frequency of the braking lining could be reduced, the possibility of the braking noise could be decreased.

Procurement decides the quality of materials supply in the process of engineering development and it is the important link in EPC project. This paper shows the advantages of supply chain procurement through comparing and revealing the connotation and characteristics of supply chain procurement in EPC project. Moreover, making an integration and reconstruction of every part of EPC project procurement through adding supply management mode and building supply chain procurement management mode of EPC project which is proper for now and future development, there will be the significance for the practice of EPC project procurement management. Boehmite (AlOOH) has been prepared from AlCl3·6H2O and ammonia by a hydrothermal method. The products obtained under different conditions were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the as-prepared AlOOH is stable, transparent, and crystalline, and it is rodlike with an average diameter of about 5 nm and a length of about 100 nm. The reaction temperature and time have important influences on the diameter and uniformity of the products. Besides, it was found that the anti-ultraviolet effect of silk-cotton fabrics was improved significantly after finishing by nano AlOOH solution.

Most bridges show different degrees of disease in the operations many years later. Combing the bridge disease investigation, materials inspection and load test done on the background of the interchanges over Yicheng-Houma expressway, this paper will make assessment of the frequently-used box-girder bridges' bearing capacity in the expressway to provide a reference for bearing capacity assessment of the old expressway bridges.

According to the International Electrotechnical Commission issued IEC61000-4-2 testing standards, through the electrostatic discharge current waveform characteristics analysis and numerical experiment method, using exponential pulse signal and the damped sinusoidal signal to construct a new the ESD current expression. Using Laplace transform, established the ESD system mathematical model. According to the mathematical model, construct double second-order circuit model of the ESD system, and the simulation is carried out. The simulation results meet the IEC61000-4-2 standard, and verify the consistency of the ESD current expression, the mathematical model and the circuit model.

N, Fe co-doped TiO2 photocatalyst was synthesized by sol-gel method. The catalyst prepared was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), Ultraviolet and visible spectroscopy (UV-vis). The results showed that the N, Fe co-doped TiO2 prepared had the anatase structure. The absorption edge of the photocatalyst shifted to longer wavelength and photocatalytic activity for degradation of Methylene blue (MB) under Xe-lamp (350 W) was much more active than un-doped TiO2, N-TiO2 Fe-TiO2 and P-25.
