This paper regards theIndocalamus latifoliusleaves as the research object, aiming to explore the influence of the new processing technologies and the traditional ones on theIndocalamus latifoliusleaves through technologies of harvesting, fractionating, drying and vacuum sealing, marinating, and freezing, etc. Then it prepares the product grade, physicochemical index, health indicators and product qualification criteria to provide a theoretical reference for their further development.

The low carbon high manganese steel (C: 0.07, Mn: 2.0, mass percentage) was deoxidized by Ti and Mg alloys, and its features of inclusion and microstructure were systemically studied. Through the scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Energy Dispersive X-ray Detector (EDX), it can be seen that in inclusions, the element of magnesium always coexists with titanium, and no single-phase oxides of magnesium are observed. After etching in 3Vol% natal solution, it’s found that the Mg-contained and Ti-contained inclusions can act as nucleation sits for the intragranular acicular ferrite. These results imply that besides the pinning effect, the oxide of magnesium can also participate in the nucleation for intragranular acicular ferrite. Thus, it may be used in the oxide metallurgy to refine the ferrite microstructure.

A mechanism of particles aggregation in liquid media is analyzed by applying the theory of aggregation which was developed in the field of colloid engineering. Hydrophobic particles are liable to aggregate in collision. Inclusions aggregation by using solid plastics particles in various solvent is observed in the course of floatation. Aggregation rate and size distribution of particles in turbulent dispersions has been studied. The aggregation contributed by plastic particles based on surface energy density and the droplet surface oscillation is considered. Hydrophobic particles, generally having a tendency to aggregate in water, disperse well in ethanol, particles in the mixture of water and ethanol are much better disperse than separately in water. The solvent properties, temperature and simulation particles are influence to the aggregation from the experiment that we can discover. The aggregation rate and size distribution were determined by wettabiliy.

Regeneration index of depreciated metal products was the index to describe sufficient degree of metal regenerated resources in metal industry. Two approaches for defining the quantities of old aluminum scrap, methods based on aluminum social stock and aluminum products use life, were given. The average use life of aluminum products in China was calculated to be about fifteen years by the weighted average method. Calculating formula for regenerative index of depreciated aluminum products was given, and regenerative index of depreciated aluminum products in the history of China and USA were analyzed.

This paper aimed at solving the difficulty of nonlinear process control by classical PID controller. The author structured a GA-PID controller taking advantage of the multipoint optimizing and fast compute speed of GA, which can get the optimal PID parameters by on-line turning. At the same time, the author introduced a CMAC feed-forward controller which make full use of the high precision to approach nonlinearly object of CMAC. Combine them, a concurrent pattern control method appear, which synthesize advantages of two controllers and is more fit for nonlinear process. The simulation result indicated that the method has high accuracy and good robustness.

In order to achieve a sustainable development of aluminum industry, aluminum flow analysis for the life cycle of aluminum products in China was necessary. Aluminum flow in the aluminum products life cycle of 2003-2007 in China has been analyzed, from which the following data were resulted. Resources self-support ratio in alumina production, aluminum production and the aluminum industry dropped, increased and leveled off in the period 2003-2007, respectively. Self-produced aluminum scrap use ratio was in the range 5-7%, and the situation of the aluminum scrap lacking state can’t be settled in case of fast increment of aluminum production. Proposals for the sustainable development of aluminum industry in China were put forward.

Analyzed the main factors of affecting hydraulic support stability, this paper analyses anti-topple and antiskid technology to apply to inclined angle 15~33°and compatible supports ZF4200/16/26. Through the practical application in shanjia mine, it can meet large inclined angle mine demands. The follows were studied that can influence the stability of support in large inclined angle coal seam. Every roof situation in the direction of large inclined angle suffering different stress lead to different caving property, and the roof motivation can affect other supports strained condition and stability. Caving mechanism behind the caving coal support suffer downward force, and the force is put on caving shield and tail beam, so it makes supports generate angle of bank. The support would lose its stability with working face processing and supports advancing for descending support and losing point of support.
