By means of field investigation, this paper found the factors that restricting the development of Qinhuangdao port logistics low carbonization. The factors are: the planning layout port is not reasonable; related policies and regulations of low carbon lag; port infrastructure is weak and low carbon logistics technology level need to be improved; the lack of talented person for port of low carbon logistics. This paper put forward the measures and suggestions on Qinhuangdao port logistics low carbonization: striving to optimize the layout; enhancement of infrastructure capacity; the introduction of technology to reduce emissions, improvement of the level of low carbon development; enhancement of port operation management and operation ability; improvement of low carbon consciousness of port industry practitioners; government and industry play an active role in Qinhuangdao port logistics low carbonization.

Efficient delivery of drug to tumor cells is one of the crucial issues in cancer therapy. This letter addresses for the first time that poly (acrylic acid) (PAA), a pH-sensitive polymer, is tethered to the surface of the nanoparticles by chemical grafting. The release rates of doxorubicin (DOX) are subsequently studied in vitro. The results reveal that DOX can be released preferentially at the desired lysosomal pH, and show that the anti-cancer drug carrier can be applied to the biomedical applications.

The author put forward countermeasures such as strengthen technical research, strengthen policy support, increase the low carbon tourism propaganda, reasonable use and scientific development of tourism resources.

This paper makes a survey on water ecological environment of Beidaihe area of China. It analyzed the main factors influencing water ecological environment, including upstream section of river water quality; ecological runoff is not enough; breed unitary and overfishing; lack specialized management institutions. This paper put forward the measures and suggestions on water ecological environment protection: establishment transregional river pollution management mechanism; strengthen wetland protected area construction; develop the publicity channels and increase public awareness of ecological protection.

Oil and water relative permeabilities are main coefficients in describing the fluid flow in porous media; however, oil and water relative permeability for low - ultra low perm oil reservoir can not be obtained from present correlations. Based on the characteristics of oil and water flow in porous media, the model for calculating the oil and water relative permeability of low and ultra-low perm oil reservoirs, which considering effects of threshold pressure gradient and capillary pressure, has been established. Through conducting the non-steady oil and water relative permeability experiments, oil and water relative permeability curves influenced by different factors have been calculated. Results show that: the threshold pressure gradient more prominently affects the oil and water relative permeability; capillary pressure cannot influence the water relative permeability but only the oil relative permeability. Considering effects of threshold pressure gradient and capillary pressure yields the best development result, and more accordant with the flow process of oil and water in low – ultra low perm oil reservoirs.

The basic principles of USB peripheral interface of STM32 micro-controller is introduced, the main function of each file of the basic structure in standard peripheral library and USB firmware library are analyzed in this paper. The files of clock, interrupt, input/output are modified based on standard peripheral library of the STM32 micro-controller and examples in the USB firmware library to realize the keyboard input function. A report descriptor of the simple USB keyboard is added to the USB firmware library. A simple USB keyboard is designed to effectively realize the one-way communication between the USB keyboard and the computer.

This paper designed the design scheme of a visual simulation system for tower cranes, and described the methods of modeling scene and manufacturing texture according to the characteristics of Multigen Creator software and Vega virtual software. The five model optimization techniques including levels of detail technique, instancing technique, removing redundant faces, billboard technique and external reference were discussed in the modeling process. In order to improve system running speed, the methods of reducing the face number of the models and save memory spaces were investigated. Scene driving was realized in programming environment of VC++ software. Finally the scene modeling and driving of visual simulation system for tower cranes were completed.

Using three natural graphites with different particle sizes, 80, 50 and 35 mesh, as raw material, expanded graphite was prepared by rapidly heating expandable graphite in a muffle and by irradiating it in a microwave oven, respectively. The resulting expanded graphites were used for adsorbing methyl blue in water. The results show that the removal rate of methyl blue is influenced by the treatment method of solution, the particle size of natural graphite and expansion method of expandable graphite. After selection of desired operation parameters, a higher removal rate is achieved.

This paper constructs clustering analysis module on point pollution analysis module based on SuperMap, beyond which, using the information of environmental pollution monitoring data at some typical area in Beijing, and employing 6 major indexes of National total Amount Control as variable, and 18 Industrial Enterprises as object which picked up from national statistical information system registered in typical district. According to pollution distributing, character and economic situation, obtaining the accurate interpretation for the formal results in the ordered sample cluster analysis at present. This paper gives a new method and way in environmental management of Industrial Enterprises.

Surface-supporting length ratio tp is one of the most important parameters to judge the cylinder liner’s surface quality, which has the obvious influence of on engine oil consumption, blow-by and wearing in. Effective peaks-cutted force has been studied, which is the force component of the supersonic platform honing surging force. It explained that the supersonic platform honing can combine the micro-honing and the platform honing, enhance the value of tp, which has the direct sense to the industrial practice.

Grinding fluid has an important effect in processing work piece, so in view of the new grinding fluid, a large number of tests have been taken in the application of the power ultrasonic vibration honing. The massive experimental study, separated from the work piece’s surface roughness, the work piece’s surface rubbed deterioration layer and the influence to the processing characteristic with different density of the new grinding fluid and so on, discussed the adaptability of the new grinding fluid in power ultrasonic vibration honing processing. The research has been indicated that although the new grinding fluid does not surpass the traditional working fluid, such as emulsion and liquor, in cooling performance, it has a better lubricating property and has the obvious superiority in the working accuracy and the oilstone’s length of life. Therefore the new self-developed grinding fluid is suitable for the power ultrasonic honing processing.

The contrast experiments between ultrasonic vibration honing and ordinary honing are firstly taken. It shows that the removal rates and the working accuracy of ultrasonic honing are much better than that of the ordinary honing. Then the optimum experiments on technological parameters of ultrasonic vibration honing on engine cylinder is taken, which gained the proper technological parameters. The experimental results indicate that the gained parameter totally meets the actual need and reaches a new height in this field, which provides the reliable technological parameter for the ultrasonic vibration honing to process cylinder and has a broad application in prospect.
