High-speed signal connector has become a key factor of the signal transmission quality in telecommunications and data communications system. Signal integrity of connector is an inevitable problem. This paper based on the theory of differential transmission lines and Multimode S-Parameters, analyzed the USB3.0 connector signal integrity. And use 3D simulation software CST to build model and analyze the relationship of signal integrity and connectors geometry.

In this paper, a highly-selective filter based on the composite right/left-handed transmission line (CRLH-TL) theory is presented .It is realized by replacing the traditional shunt inductive loading with a series LC resonator to ground. An attenuation-pole can be introduced by replacing the shorted-stub with a open stub.Simulation using ADS and HFSS of a compact highly-selective filter demonstrated the viability of the approach.

Handwritten numeral recognition method generally uses neural networks, the more prominent of these is BP neural network, but BP algorithm is easily get in a local minimum of the error-prone and causes slow oscillation and training , general solution for it is to optimize the structure of the algorithms first. Therefore, on the basis of the analysis of GA-BP algorithm, propose a method of making the appropriate operators of GA such as crossover and mutation probability, optimizing the weights and thresholds of BP Neural Network with the improved GA. At handwritten numeral recognition experiment, the results show that the method has faster convergence and more reliable stability, greatly improved BP neural network for learning and recognition rate.

This study challenges the traditional wisdom that soaring energy prices exert negative effects upon economic growth. For an industrialized country with very tight energy supply constraints, increasing energy costs may drive the firms to seek for technical change and innovation to compete internationally. Using the Japanese monthly data ranging from 1975 to 2010, this study tests for the assumption of endogenous cost-driven technical change. We identify a long-run equilibrium co-integrating relationship among the Japanese industrial production, energy prices, export volumes and export prices. Although energy prices are negatively associated with Japanese industrial production in static equilibrium, the results of Granger causality tests show that an increase in domestic energy costs has significantly positive effects on Japan’s industrial production as well as on export volumes and prices, in both short-run and long-run. We document that the seemingly paradox strongly suggests an endogenous technological change driven by energy costs in Japan.

A new algorithm as well as the software design for large-scale distribution network reliability assessment is proposed in this paper. The algorithm, based on fault traversal algorithm, obtains network information from the GIS. The structure of distribution network data storage formats is described, facilitating automatic output of the feeders’ topological and corresponding information from the GIS. Also the judgment of load transfer is discussed and the method for reliability assessment introduced in this paper. Moreover, The impact of the scheduled outage is taken into account in the assessment model, making the results more in accordance with the actual situation. Test Cases show that the proposed method features good accuracy and effectiveness when applied to the reliability assessment of large-scale distribution networks.

To make the reliability evaluation suitable for the planning distribution network,which contain the large-scale existing network and the uncertain planning part,proposes an algorithm based on the idea of section and enumeration method. This algorithm fully considers how the breakers, lines, switches, distribution transformers and other equipment failures impact the reliability index of distribution network .The effects of both the alternative path and the refusing of fuses are considered in the proposed algorithm. The calculation results of actual case show that the proposed method is effective.
