In this study, a novel strategy for preparation of Cu2(MII)(MIV)S4 thin films was creatively proposed. Three light absorption materials Cu2MnSnS4, Cu2ZnSnS4 and Cu2ZnGeS4 were successfully synthesized based on combustion method. It was found that the combustion synthesized powder is mainly consist of several metal oxides. The band gap energy of Cu2MnSnS4, Cu2ZnSnS4 and Cu2ZnGeS4 are determined to be 1.3 eV, 1.49 eV and 2.15 eV, respectively, showing a promising application on thin film solar cells. According to our experiment results, the combustion method was confirmed to be an efficient tool to synthesize various Cu-based absorber materials by using a post-sulfurization process, which provides a new view for fabrication of high-efficient low-cost photovoltaics.

A comprehensive analysis on the statistical data about the energy, environment, population and development of the social economy, is the necessary condition to solve regional environmental and social problems and to realize the sustainable and scientific development. But different statistical unit is the main obstacle of the integrated application of statistical data. Practice show that statistical data spatial gridding is an effective way to solve this problem. This paper presented the factor-based statistic spatial gridding process for the sum variable. This method firstly determined the factors that affecting the spatial distribution of statistical objects. Then it used the AHP method to obtain the weight of each factor, and applied the weights to grid calculation. The experiment proved that this method made the grid result more realistic.

Carbon-coated nickel nanoparticles were synthesized by solvothermal method in 1-buty-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoraborate ionic liquid. The obtained products are characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The magnetic properties of carbon-coated nickel nanoparticles have been investigated by vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM). It was found that the carbon-coated nickel nanoparticles showed excellent magnetic properties. The present route may give researchers more choices for preparing other carbon-coated transition metal nanoparticles.

This paper is concerned with the relationship between the industry structure and discipline structure of higher education in Fujian province of China. It draws on the data about the industry structure from the Fujian Statistical Yearbook (2005-2012) and the data about the discipline structure from Fujian Education Statistical Yearbook (1949-2012). After correlation analysis and comparison analysis between the industry structure in the GDP value and the labor in Fujian Province from 2005-2012 and the discipline structure in Fujian’s universities and colleges from2005-2012, this article concludes that the industry structure decides the discipline structure of higher education in a district and the discipline structure also affects the industry structure, and for the universities and colleges in Fujian Province, they should pay more attention to the development of engineering programs, increase the enrollment of them and relatively decrease the enrollment of the art students.

MCGS could provide most drivers for any commonly used peripherals and it also need users to develop drive components based on their own demands because of the variety of its equipment.In order to meet the monitoring requirements of general users, this paper chooses the 51 series microcontroller general script driver which has widely used in system development. This paper designs the motor control and shaft temperature detection application system using MCGS and 51 single chip microcomputer, and this system get the satisfactory result of monitoring in the industry. Based on this, the script driver with validity and generality.

This paper has proposed a laser scanning point cloud mosaic scheme on the basis of 2D images matching and 3D correspondence feature points refining. This scheme is aimed to solve existing problems in laser scanning point cloud mosaic technology, such as low efficiency,poor accuracy and low automation. Firstly, the 2D images were generated from the derivative information by an interpolation algorithm. Then 2D correspondence feature points were obtained through GPU acceleration SIFT image matching and eliminates gross errors. In order to improve the accuracy of mosaic,the correspondence feature points must be refined through further constraint. Secondly, the 3D correspondence feature points were acquired based on an inversion algorithm using the 2D correspondence feature points.

There are a lot of rock pile body around GuiZhou mountain area, highway construction will pass by these bad geological body inevitably, the fill subgrade built on rock pile body is liable to instability and slip. Take a section fill subgrade of YuKai highway as an example, the sliding mechanism of fill subgrade on rock pile body was analyzed, the scientific division and comprehensive treatment measures were proposed for the landslide.

The potentials of three plant species, rape, alfalfa and white clover, separately or jointly on the degradation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in soils were estimated by pots experiments. Results showed that the presence of vegetation apparently enhanced the dissipation of PAHs at initial concentrations ranging from 20.05 to 322.06 mg·kg-1, but the efficacy enhanced varied greatly among plant species and cropping patterns. Within 70-day experiment, alfalfa and white clover showed higher efficiencies for the removal of PAHs than those of rape, and mixed cropping greatly enhanced the dissipation of PAHs as compared to single cropping. On average 74.87% of phenanthrene or 62.81% of pyrene were removed from soils with mixed cropping of rape and alfalfa, and 72.01% of phenanthren or 68.44% of pyrene removed by mixed cropping of rape and white clover. Under similar pollution level, PAHs accumulated in plant, irrespective of root and shoot, was much lower in mutli-planted treatments than in mono-planted ones. Results suggested a feasibility of the establishment of multispecies remediation for enforcing the dissipation of PAHs, which may also decrease the accumulations of PAHs in plant and thus reduce their risks to humans.

Four wholly aromatic Poly (amide-sulfonamide) s (PASAs) were synthesized by the solution polycondensation from m-chlorosulfonyl benzoyl chloride and aromatic diamines in tetramethylene sulfone and substituted 2-Piucoline as the acid acceptor. The chemical structures of PASAs were characterized by FTIR, 1HNMR. Thermal properties of PASAs were investigated by TGA.

The quenching and partitioning (Q&P) process was performed on high strength steel WHT1300HF at 250-350 °C for 30 to 90 s, respectively, for the improvement of its product of strength and plasticity (PSP). ε-carbide precipitation was observed in all the specimens partitioned at each temperature for different periods of time due to inadequate amount of Si in the composition of WHT1300HF steel. The volume fraction of retained austenite at room temperature in the partitioned specimens is extremely low due to the lack of carbon enrichment in untransformed austenite at the partitioning temperature as a result of the carbide precipitation. The decrease of tensile strength and increase of elongation are caused by the partitioning treatment, a maximum value of the PSP (17.6 GPa%) is achieved by partitioning at 300 °C for 60 s.

Based on the finite element analysis software ABAQUS, the nonlinear analysis of a reinforced concrete beam was carried out In this simple beam analysis, the concrete damage plasticity model in ABAQUS has been introduced thoroughly. Finally, the results of the experimentation and the ABAQUS analysis were compared in a diagram, accordingly reasons of the result difference between the two methods were discussed about, which can be a useful reference for the further study of the finite element analysis on ABAQUS.

In order to solve the need of the oil and gas pipeline defect quantification in the real-time online defecting, magnetic flux leakage inspection method was applied to oil and gas pipeline inspection. According to the basic theory of the electromagnetic field, finite element solution of electromagnetic field and ANSYS electromagnetic field calculation theory, using the function of ANSYS 's simulation and calculation for magnetic field, three-dimensional finite element model of the oil and gas pipeline defect was built up. Through simulating, the relationship between defect signal and defect size was found, the optimal distance of the hall sensor lift-off value was verified, the best magnetization of leakage magnetic field was discussed, and various factors to influence the magnetic flux leakage signal is analyzed.

In order to solve the problem of containing noise in echo signal detected by electromagnetic ultrasonic metal plate thickness, wavelet threshold method was used for de-noising. First to choose the wavelet function and decomposition scale to decompose the echo signal, then structure threshold rules by the weighted average method and dispose the wavelet coefficient obtained by decomposition, reconstruction signal. De-noising signal acquired by MATLAB simulation had obvious effect and SNR was 9.4441, RMSE was 0.2. Experimental results show that wavelet threshold value method can effectively inhibit noise doped echo signal and improve electromagnetic ultrasonic detection accuracy.

This paper introduces a modified differential evoluiton method to solve the tension/compression string design problem. The modification is derived from mechanisms of social networks. In the proposed method, each individual will be attracted by the knowed best individual following the connectivity between each other. The connectivity is calculated based on the difference of the variables in each vector. The individuals with high connectivity tend to perform local search while those with poor connectivity tend to perform global search instead. The approach was employed for a tension/compression string design problem and by comparisons with the other evolutionary algorithms, the proposed method privided better resutls.

In order to understand the influence on stress of surrounding rock and lining structure in metro tunnel after the loess is soaking, based on the Xi'an Metro Line 2, with the help of numerical simulation program, choosing tow working condition: before soaking and after soaking to carry out comparative trial, combined with the field monitoring data, we put forward that: After soaking the surrounding rock around tunnel top and bottom have some tendency to squeeze in , while the left and right side have tendency to run away, as far away from the tunnel ,the internal displacement of surrounding rock educes gradually; Inside the soaking zone, the maximum principal stress of surrounding rock after soaking is bigger than before, while outside the zone, it's contrary; After soaking the maximum bending moment and axial force of lining increases 7% and 15% respectively, and the rockbolts bear compressive force, they lost the supporting effect almost. In a word, if heavy rain floods into loess surrounding rock suddenly, in short time the metro tunnel is safe and stable, while for a long run, not timely waterproof and drainage will bring to the metro operation potential risk.

In order to improve the energy transduction efficiency of electromagnetic ultrasonic transducer (EMAT), a 2-D simulation model for the electromagnetic ultrasonic transducer is established and optimized. Aiming at the main object in EMAT optimization, the analysis of the impact that the coil and the lift-off distance of the tested pieces, incentive coil and various parameters of the permanent magnet have on the energy transduction efficiency is conducted. Ultimately, the optimum combination of the incentive coil parameters is determined.

Strain ZSI isolated from heavy metal contaminated soil was identified by morphological observation and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. The tolerance to heavy metals and 12 antibiotics was examined. The results showed that the strain was most homophylic with Cupriavidus sp. It has high tolerance to serval metals, and the order was Cu＞Zn＞Cd＞Ni＞Mn=Co＞Pb. The strain can resistant to 9 antibiotics.

In order to improve the detect performance of the traditional pipeline magnetic flux leakage(MFL) in-line inspection tools, the method of tri-axial pipeline MFL in-line inspection is advanced. By the three leakage magnetic field components: axial, radial and circumferential, the pipeline defects are recognized. Applying finite element method to build the simulation model of pipeline MFL in-line inspection, then proceeding 3-D simulation analysis. The three components of leakage magnetic field (axial, radial and circumferential) can be obtained by using ANSYS 3-D simulation, and the pipeline defects’ existence as well as the change of the defect’s size can be estimated by the three components’ graph. The simulation results indicate: By the ANSYS 3-D simulation, it proves that the tri-axial pipeline MFL in-line inspection can be achieved and the inspection can be used to improve the level of traditional pipeline MFL in-line inspection.

For the problem of MFL (magnetic flux leakage) inner detection signal reconstruction for pipeline, a method based on the FR conjugate gradient iterative was introduced to solve the inverse problem of electromagnetic field. The physical model of magnetic flux leakage inner detection in pipeline had been established by the finite element analysis software named ANSYS. 90 groups of different parameters of defects had been simulated in MFL. Fundamental function had been found by fitting curve. FR conjugate gradient iterative had been programmed by MATLAB in order to solve nonlinear equations. Comparing with Newton, conjugate gradient can get reconstruction defect parameter more accurately and better reconstruction results.

The mechanical part was heated to the heat treatment temperature, and the surface color changed with temperature. The infrared radiation thermometer was used to get heating part temperature, and the corresponding color images were taken by the camera at the same time. The program was designed to analyze the images and display the temperature. To decrease the effect of the noise disturbance in the process of image, the combined filter method was used. The relationship between the temperature and image of heating mechanical parts were obtained through digital regression. The analysis and comparison results show that the temperature measurement precision of three primary color is higher than gray’s from 700°C to 1100°C. The three primary colors have more information for image recognition than that of gray image, and are suitable for higher technical requirements.

The failure of rotating machine is often occurred by the rotor rubbing and the acoustic emission will be created by the rotor rubbing. The acoustic emission (AE) signal is the transient and non-stationary signal. Wavelet Transform has outstanding advantage revealing the character of this signal in time-frequency. With the increasing of the rotor speed, the noise increases a lot and the wavelet coefficients of AE signal change to high-scale. The db10 was applied in AE signal processing, and the modulus maxima method was applied to reconstruct of the signal. The result shows that the AE signal of rotor rubbing could be separated from noise by Daubechies Wavelet

The program by Fortran to determine softening curve of concrete by inverse analysis was developed based on the wedge splitting test and Fictitious Crack Model (FCM). The four-linear softening curves were obtained by the inverse analysis program for the wedge splitting (WS) specimens which size are all 200mm×300mm×300mm with different coarse aggregate size. The approach of refining element mesh was presented for the inverse analysis calculation. It is shown that the three control parameters of softening curve, which are the tensile strength ft, maximum crack width wc and fracture energy GF, increase with increase of the maximum coarse aggregate size dmax.

The in-pipe detector with magnetic flux leakage runs along the pipeline under the effect of gas flow field, completing the pipeline wall excitation, magnetic flux leakage testing, etc. Excitation within the detector on the wall and the adequacy of magnetic flux leakage signal acquisition is complete are decided by speed of in-pipe detector. In this paper, mathematical model simulation is established and the actual experiment is proposed. Simulation and experiment results show that after a long time running, in-pipe detector with different discharge area have respective upper speed limit. According to references and experiment results, the in-pipe detector with 40% discharge area is meet the detection accuracy and have the maximum detection efficiency under work conditions described in this paper

Based upon the analysis of the land exploitation modes guided by urban rail transit home and abroad, this paper compares and analysis the relevant factors of land exploitation guided by urban rail transit, and proposes some suggestions for the land exploitation and utilization guided by urban rail transit in China.

The field socket gas pipeline is taken to make the loading experiment in order to study the deformation and force state of the pipelines and the limit value of the deformation curvature of the pipeline．The monitoring data from the shield tunnel construction are analyzed, the effect of shield tunneling on the deformation of ground surface and buried pipelines is studied, and the rationality of the deformation monitoring value of gas pipelines in the Shenyang area is discussed．

According to the traffic load, road surface temperature, pavement structure parameters and the creep parameters of asphalt mixture of Jiqing highway, the freeway asphalt overlay rutting depth prediction model is constructed with ABAQUS finite element analysis software to simulate numerically on overlay rutting depth, and the relationship among the axial load times, overlay thickness and the rutting depth is studied at the same time. The results of the study show that, the theoretical calculation agrees well with measured results of rutting depth, the relationship among the overlay thickness, the axle load times and the rutting depth coincides with logarithmic function model, and in the same asphalt overlay height, anti-rutting ability on AC-20 is better than that of AC-25 ,AC-20 and AC-25 combinations.

By means of the modern educational technology and the classroom practice of computer simulation, the connotative definition of ERP can be comprehended easily. The innovation of the model of teaching methods can bring about a striking effect.

Poly(L-lactide) and poly(ε-caprolactone) (PLLA/PCL) blends with various weight ratios were compounded by melt mixing and their shape memory properties were investigated. The thermal properties, surface morphology and dynamic mechanical properties of the blends were characterized. The results demonstrate that the introduction of PCL improves the process of crystallization of PLLA whereas the reverse situation is for PCL. PLLA/PCL blends were found to exhibit an immiscible behavior from the characterizations of surface morphology. DMA tests show the blends with different weight ratios have different transition temperatures. The properties of blends provide the basis of owning shape memory behavior. The strain recovery ratio (Rr) of PLLA/PCL blend with the weight ratio of 1:3 was about 95% within 22s, whereas the Rr of other blends were less than 75% within 23~30s. It was found that lower transition temperature combined with increased crystallization of PLLA with the increasing PCL content contribute to such a good shape memory effect.

The optimization of low-alcohol litchi wine brewing process through orthogonal design L9(34) and the comparison of influence of pre- and post-fermentation on the volatile compounds by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC–MS) analysis were studied. The low-alcohol litchi wine which fermented using the mixed aroma-producing yeastsKloeckera apiculata(Y2) andHansenula anomala(Hansen) H. et P. Sydow (Y4) at 14°C, with ratio Y2/Y4 of 1:2 (vol.) and inoculum size of 4 (%,vol.), had the typical characteristics of low alcohol, light yellow color, fresh litchi-like and refined wine aroma, refreshing sweet taste. The volatile compounds of the fermented wine invented a marked improvement in flavor of the low-alcohol litchi wine, because the esters were increased 1.16-fold, alcohols (0.96-fold), acids (2.38-fold), while the terpenes decreased more than 39% compared with samples before fermentation. The results would explain the technological differences and superiorities in the aroma compounds contributed by the aroma-producing yeasts.

Partial slip rolling contact was analyzed in this paper by the finite element method with the application of a robust cyclic plasticity model. The repeated rolling contact process was carried out by translating the normal pressure and the tangential traction across the contact surface step by step. The normal pressure and the tangential traction were applied to the nodes through the time-dependant amplitude functions as the concentrated nodal forces. With the detailed stress-strain responses output from the FE analysis, a general multiaxial fatigue criterion was used to predict fatigue initiation life and initiation position. The influences of partial slip conditions on the residual stresses, residual shear strain and the initiation lives are obtained.
