In view of three kinds of polymer modified asphalt, Compound rubber powder modified asphalt, rubber powder modified asphalt and SBS modified asphalt, were commonly used in the Inner Mongolia region, scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to observe the macroscopic structure morphology of asphalt before and after aging , getting the influence of aging effect on modifier’s distribution state in asphalt and interface combination properties between the asphalt, that is, after aging, three kinds of modifier and asphalt interface characteristic deterioration. By using bending beam rheometer (BBR) three kinds of asphalt after aging were conducted trabecular bending creep experiments under different temperature, through analyzing the changing rules of bending creep stiffness modulus S and the value of m, it can be get that: composite rubber powder modified asphalt has the best low temperature performance , followed by the crumb rubber modified asphalt.

The offshore wind farms have many advantages over the onshore ones: they are not affected by the terrain, ground vegetation, buildings and other landscape features, so they have stronger and steadier wind, higher wind power density, smaller turbulence intensity and other advantages. Therefore, offshore wind power becomes the developing trends of wind power industry nowadays. However, its development faces the challenge of how to assess offshore wind resources accurately. It is difficult to get accurate, long-term, large-scale measured data on sea, and the nearshore observations cannot be substitute for the offshore wind conditions directly. This paper applies the NCEP CFSR reanalysis data (combines with the WMO marine observation data) to research the offshore wind resource assessment of China. We find that CFSR reanalysis data is consistent with the observation data, and it can provide a reference for China offshore wind resource assessment. The result of China offshore wind resource distribution is obtained finally.

22MnMoB hot-stamping quenched steel sheets were well welded together by power frequency spot welder with optimization of relevant welding parameters in this paper. According to the experiment results of welding spatter, maximum shearing force and the size of nugget, the effects of welding current, welding time and electrode pressure on weld property were advanced. The results show that while welding current, welding time and electrode pressure are respectively set as 6.0~6.5kA, 0.5~0.7s and 4~7kN, the weld exhibits good mechanical property. The nugget diameter appears approximate linear relationship with mechanical property of weld and determines the fracture model of welds. The novel hot stamping steel sheets exhibit good welding property. The optimizing welding parameters can be used to instruct the practical production.

The field of glass deep processing has good prospect. However, the key technology of numerical-controlled glass cutter is primarily commanded by overseas large-scale companies. To meet the needs of the users and to develop the international competitiveness of the company, this paper makes the optimization design for numerical-controlled glass cutter. On the basis of analyzing the effects and the structures of main parts of the glass-cutter, the cutter machine is optimized in three aspects. The torsional vibration of transmission system is optimized by establishing the lumped mass-elasticity-damp discrete torsional vibration dynamic model with the multi-DOF. Applying the genetic algorithm and the finite element analysis software, this paper optimizes the beam weight under the condition of the approving rigidity of static and dynamic state. Finally design the basic structure of CNC glass cutter’s control system. This paper prefers the method of CNC glass cutter’s optimization and proves that the optimization suggestions are feasible and effective through tests.

This article is based on modular design technology, combining the theory of reconfigurable, completed the modular design, the series planning and interface design, realized the reconfigurable modular function of the glass stacker. Make glass stacker can through the selection and combination of modules, constitute the different products quickly, to meet the different needs of the market.

Most existing watermark extraction algorithms were dependent on prior knowledge. This paper proposed a blind extraction method without relying on prior knowledge. According to constructing new observation based on nonsubsampled contourlet transform, which utilizes low frequency and directional components of watermarked image, more independent components are generated. We involve these components into watermarked image and resort this solution to multichannel blind source separation. Estimated watermark is recovered by ICA algorithm. Experiment results indicate that the proposed method can achieve better results in contrast with two existing algorithms.

It saves the cost of clothing, satisfies people’s diverse needs for clothing, brings a fresh wearing experience to customers, advocates the concept of “green” wearing and consumption, and meets people’s spiritual demand for low-carbon culture and life.

LS-DYNA software was adopted to conduct research of numerical simulation on hot stamping of front bumper to calculate the temperature field distribution, stress field distribution, FLD figure and etc. of parts in the course of hot stamping so as to predict and analyze the formability of parts. ProCAST software was employed to conduct research of numerical simulation on solid quenching course concerning hot stamping to calculate temperature field distribution of tools and component of multiple stamping cycles; Based on the simulation,the hot stamping mould was developed,and the front bumper components of hot forming were stamped, Compared the test results with the simulation, both the results coincide basically with same variation trend .Results obtain from numerical simulation can provide significant reference value to hot stamping part design, formability predication and tools cooling channel system design.

This paper analyses the problem of locking value of anchor cable of pile anchor supporting of a deep foundation pit in the north of Kunming city. There are many influencing factors of locking value of anchor cable such as relaxation loss of anchor cable materials, tensioning system, pre-stress loss caused by anchorage friction, geological conditions and so on. And the author put forward the corresponding treatment measures for achieving the stability of supporting structure.

Different excavation methods present different influence on the deformation of foundation pit.Combining with engineering example,it analyzes and researches the excavation way of the reserved soil after foundation pit excavation.And through the application of the finite element software MIDAS GTS,it carries on the numerical simulation for the impact of section excavation sequence and different section length on the deformation.Ultimately it determines the optimal excavation sequence and length,and achieves the purpose of control deformation during construction.

The adaptive deconvolution processing is a kind of processing method for different background conditions. The reservoir of FuYang group in Yushulin oil field has the typical uneven feature with low porosity and low permeability. After the oil reservoir flooded by ejecting water, the zones without water and the zones with water interlaced with each other, that makes the induction logging curves with lower longitudinal resolution hardly reflect actual water-flooding condition. This paper takes adaptive deconvolution processing method selecting background conductivities according to the measurement points’ conductivities, which improve the resolution of induction logging data significantly. The processing value of resistivity is similar with the true formation resistivity.This method is better on identifying the water flooded condition of the oil reservoir.

The adsorption of methyl orange dye from aqueous solution was investigated with active carbon powder as sorbents. Effects of selected factors were studied through the use of L16 (44) orthogonal experiment for the optimal parameter. The results demonstrated that the orders of their influences were contact time > initial dye concentration > the dosage of active carbon powder > pH. It was then concluded that contact time must be given priority in removing methyl orange dye from wastewater. Under the optimum conditions (the dosage 10g, time70min, initial dye concentration 35mg/L, pH7), The active carbon powder possessed good adsorption capacity to methyl orange which the removal efficiency could reached 95.96%.

Synthetic nanomaterials have the disadvantages of large-scale investment, high energy consumption, complex production process and heavy environmental load. Mineral nanomaterials such as sepiolite group mineral nanomaterials are characterized by small size effect, quantum size effect and surface effect. Water treatment application of sepiolite group mineral nanomaterials has become an active research area and showed good development and application prospects. Based on the above reasons, this paper systematically summarizes the water treatment application of sepiolite group mineral nanomaterials, and development trend related to water treatment application of sepiolite group mineral nanomaterials were also proposed.

A new Heusler alloyV2NiGawith Hg2CuTi-type structure was investigated by first-principles calculations. The band structures and magnetic properties have been studied. The alloy has a total magnetic moment of 1.05μBper unit cell on first-principles calculations which is in agreement with theSlaterPauling(SP) rule. The magnetic moments ofV(1) atom andV(2) atom are 1.28μBand-0.44μBrespectively, so the alloy is a ferrimagnetism.

The band structures and magnetic properties of Heusler alloy Cr2ZrGe with Cu2MnAl -type have been investigated by first-principles calculations. The alloy is predicted to be close to half-metal ferromagnet. The alloy has a total magnetic moment of 3.98μB per unit cell on first-principles calculations which is in agreement with the SlaterPauling (SP) rule. The magnetic moments of Cr(A) atom and Cr(C) atom which are both much larger than that of atom Zr(C) are same. This similarity comes from similar atom coordination surroundings of Cr(A) and Cr(C) atoms in crystal structure.

Objective To compare the biomechanical properties of two lag screws proximal femoral nail(PFN) when they are placed in different points of the neck of femur in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur. Method Three pairs of fresh femora of adults aging from 55 to 65 are taken. They are made into AO type A1.1 intertrochanteric fracture. Fracture specimens are fixed by PFN. The mechanical testing machine loads the fracture model at a speed of 0.5mm/s. The stress distribution of the fracture broken ends, the opening angle of the fracture broken ends, and the relationship between load and displacement are recorded respectively. Result The stress change of the group inferior of the small trochanter is smaller than that of the group superior. The opening angle of the fracture of the group inferior is smaller than that of the group superior. The displacement of the top of the femoral head of the group inferior is smaller than that of the group superior. Conclusion The performance of the group inferior is better than that of the group superior. Thus it can be concluded that when two lag screws of PFN were placed in the middle and below 1/3 part of femoral neck, the biomechanical properties are better, the structure is relatively more stable, and the stress bearing is more reasonable.

Finding out the parameters with strong reflecting ability to construct recognition function can improve effectively identifying precision on complicatesets of geophysics data. Based on building the evenness parameter among individuals in one set and distance parameter between two sets, we perform optimal choice on well logging items of four lithology sets named as general sedimentary rock set, volcano-clastic rock set, volcano-clastic sedimentary rock set, lava set in Hailaer Base. By using optimal selected items into model clustering technique, the precision of the lithology identification is more than 85%.

This study investigated the treatment of methyl orange dye from aqueous solution with granular activated carbon as sorbents. Adsorption experiments were carried out at different contact time, the dosage of granular activated carbon, pH and initial dye concentration.Orthogonal experiment was designed to analyze the influence degree of operating parameters for optimizing adsorption process. The results demonstrated that the dosage of granular activated carbon had the greatest impact on the removal efficiency of methyl orange , followed by pH, contact time and initial concentration of methyl orange . The granular activated carbon possessed good adsorption capacity to methyl orange which the removal efficiency could reached 98.06% at the optimum dosage 4g and optimum time 90min.

Coal mine is important and basic industries in the country, and it is very important to establish a sound, reliable coal mine safety monitoring system for the safety production of coal mine. The demand analysis was made for the development of coal mine safety monitoring system. It contains to build up the layout model of the standard coal mine underground production environment and set all kinds of underground transducers especially methane transducer. On this basis, the general design scheme of coal mine safety monitoring system was determined. Demand analysis and scheme design provided for coal mine safety monitoring system can meet the needs of practical application and establish the foundation for the subsequent system development.

In the present study, concentrations of heavy metals (Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd) in soil and wheat grains of the agricultural areas around Baiyin, a non-ferrous metals mining and smelting base, were detected. Meanwhile, the potential health risk of the heavy metals to adult males, adult females and children was estimated using non-carcinogenic health risk assessment model: Hazard Quotient (HQ) and Hazard Index (HI). The results showed that only the level of Cd in all soil samples exceeded the permissible limit of the environmental quality standard for soil, and its average level surpassed the standard value by 4 times. In wheat grains, the levels of Pb and Cd were 50 times and 8 times of the limited values of hygienic standard for grain respectively, while Cu and Zn concentrations did not surpass the standard value. The potential health risk due to single heavy metal for all the three investigated populations followed the sequence of HQPb＞HQCd＞HQCu＞HQZn＞1 (assumed the local inhabitants wholly food on wheats), suggesting that each of the four heavy metals were making negative effect on population health, of which the situation of Pb and Cd should be paid more attention due to their significant adverse effect. The total potential health risk due to the four heavy metals followed the sequence of HIchildren＞HImales＞HIfemales＞1 (assumed that the health risk due to the four heavy metals is additive), suggesting that the heavy metals were producing adverse effect on population health, and were especially hazardous for children. According to the research results, the government is suggested to strictly control the quality of irrigation water and remove the heavy metals from agricultural soil in order to ensure the safety of foodcrop production and local inhabitants.

With the deepening of the degree of oil exploitation, investigation of geological structure is particularly important, especially those faults that have an important impact on the exploration and development of oil. However, seismic data is affected by various kinds of factors in the progress of data acquisition, which reduces SNR and interfere with the accuracy of geological structure interpretation. This paper based on image processing provides fault enhancement medthod. It can reduce random factors impact and depicte fault more clearly. This method combine anisotropy and orientation information of image, then use generalized Kuwahara filter to enhance fault. This technique has a most important value in seismic fault interpretation.

Based on the unsteady Reynolds equation with Reynolds boundary, two-dimensional (2D) Reynolds equation is transformed into one-dimensional (1D) by taking the assumption of parabolic pressure distribution in axial direction in oil film field. Finite difference method was employed to solve 1D Reynolds equation, and the approximate pressure distribution was obtained in oil film field. Dynamic behaviors of a flexible rotor system with fixed-tilting pad journal bearings support were analyzed while the inertia of the pads was taken into consideration in the model. Imbalance responses of a symmetrical rotor-combination journal bearings (fixed-tilting pad journal bearings) system were investigated using Poincaré map and self-adaptive Runge-Kutta method. Numerical results reveal rich and complex nonlinear phenomena, such as periodic, quasi-periodic motion, etc.

The high-solids anaerobic digestion of biological municipal waste (BMW) produces both a valuable fuel production (methane) and an anaerobic digestion residue. Compost technology was chosen to treat with anaerobic digestion residue and the conclusion was. 1) The anaerobic digestion of the bio-waste as a whole worked fine during the stabilization stage, the maximum daily gas production happened on the 125th day, the maximum was 91.86L/d and TS concentration in the digestive juice was14.78%, methane concentration was about 50-55%, HRT was 20 days and the biodegradation rate was 65.28%;2) The temperature of AD residue compost entered the thermophilic phase(55°C) on day 3 of composting, lasted at least 3days, the changes in pH followed the same trend with a rise from 6.18 to 7.26 on the 14th day, he final mass loss was 30.12%, which resulted in the compost quality higher than innocuity criteria.

The landscape industry has become one of the industries with higher resource and energy consumption, and the implementation of urban low-carbon landscape construction is of great significance to improve the ecological environment. In this study, the method of low-carbon landscape construction was studied from two aspects including the carbon source control and carbon sink, as well as both direct and indirect effect. The results showed that the low-carbon landscape construction can be controlled from five aspects including landscape planning, landscape design, low-carbon landscape technology, low-carbon landscape behavior and low-carbon policy. Through a series of low-carbon measures, carbon emissions can be controlled at a reasonable level during the urban landscape construction, which also promotes the sustainable development of urban ecological environment.

The objective of this study is to provide a basis for the landscape reconstruction in urban industrial wasteland. The study shows that the urban industrial wasteland has the following landscape potentials: providing the urban green space, improving the urban leisure system, enriching the urban history and culture, and meeting the development trend of the environmental protection. After reconstruction, the landscapes in urban industrial wasteland would have the following functions: ecology education, leisure and recreation, “Habitat Patch” and disaster prevention. The urban industrial wasteland can be reconstructed into urban theme parks, developed with industrial tourism and urban sight-seeing agriculture, or constructed into the zones for preserving and restoring the biological diversity through ecologic suitability analysis, landscape structure planning, and landscape ecology planning and ecological engineering methods. To form an ecology-economy-society integrated system is a new approach to the wasteland treatment.

Yunnan cherry-tomato and Xinjiang cherry-tomato were very similar in appearance. But they are different in taste and nutritive value. A nondestructive identification method of cherry-tomato variety based on multi-spectral image technology is proposed in this paper. Fifty Yunnan cherry-tomatoes and fifty Xinjiang cherry-tomatoes were selected, and photos were taken by Duncan MS3100 3CCD multi-spectral imager. Threshold based segmentation and mathematical morphology method were used to process the images. Nine characteristic variables were calculated to establish discriminant analysis model (DA) and least square-support vector machine model (LS-SVM). The prediction accuracy of discriminant analysis model was 72.5% and that of LS-SVM model was 80%. The results showed that LS-SVM model could identify Yunnan cherry-tomato and Xinjiang cherry-tomato well.
