On the basis of analyzing the performance evaluation research of supply chain collaboration and following the level principle of modeling and the construction principles of it, the paper build the index system for manufacturing supply chain collaboration performance evaluation combined with the four necessary links involved of it, namely, logistics, the flow of funds, information flow and market stream. And the synthesized evaluation of it is discussed by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. And then, taking a typical electronic product manufacturing supply chain as an example for the empirical analysis, some beneficial conclusions and relevant guidance advices have been put forward. Hoping it can provide a theoretical basis and valuable references for carrying out the supply chain collaboration in our manufacturing enterprises.

Punica granatum L. Pomegranate has been traditionally used as a folk fruits for centuries in Oriental countries. It extract and subsequent fractions were used to evaluate antioxidant and related activities of Punica granatum L. It were extracted by 70% acetone, and then purified by HPD-400 macroporous adsorbent resins column. The aim of this study was to verify the antioxidant properties of acetone extracts of pomegranate pericarps and their lyophilized samples, and also to study the relationship between the activity and the contents of the tannins. The effects of natural extracts on microsomal lipid of mice liver and erythrocyte membrane lipid were examined. Vc/Fe2+, Cys/Fe2+induced microsomal lipid peroxidation, UV light induced erythrocyte membrane lipid peroxidation were measured by malondialdehyde (MDA) content with spectrophotometric methods. The natural plant extracts not only diminish the Vc/Fe2+,Cys/Fe2+ induced microsomal lipid peroxidation, UV light induced erythrocyte membrane lipid peroxidation and also showed its activity in a concentration-dependent manner. Our study found that the higher tannins contents showed more effective of antioxidant properties. Keywords: Punica granatum L.; liver microsome; antioxidant activity; Lipid peroxidation

Extractive Crystallization was used to recover petroleum sulfonate from wastewater. The simple process significantly reduced power consumption. Ethanol, isopropanol and n-butanol were used as extractant to recover petroleum sulfonate and remove ammonium sulfate. This work systematically studied the effect of different extractants for the wastewater. The results showed that: the crystallization ratio of n-butanol was much lower than that of ethanol and isopropanol with a certain solvent ratio at room temperature, but the purity of the petroleum sulfonate extracted by n-butanol was much larger than that of ethanol and isopropanol. Petroleum sulfonate recovery was in the order of ethanol ＞isopropanol ＞n-butanol. Therefore, suitable extractant and solvent ratio were selected based on different product requirements, which achieved the dual purposes of removing ammonium sulfate and recovering petroleum sulfonate.

A heterogeneous azeotropic distillation partitioned distillation column (HADPDC) for alcohol dehydration was investigated compared to a conventional heterogeneous azeotropic distillation sequence (CHADS) from environmental performance perspective by using the software Aspen Plus. HADPDC can eliminate the condenser of the second column and decrease the degree of back-mixing. The optimal design of HADPDC guaranteed the minimum energy consumption, which is related to the minimum CO2 emissions.

In this paper, the WC-5TiC-10 Co mixture mixed by WC2.96μm, (Ti, W)C 2.52μm and Co2.38μm and prepared by high-energy ball milling. The result shows: After 60h’s ball milling the powder began to reunite more and more as the time extended . The average grain size of powder is 50 nm after144h. After 1300°C~1400°C vacuum-sintering the hardness of the sample is 94.8 ~ 95.4HRA. 4.2 ~ 5.2 HRA higher than the traditional cemented carbides with the same composition. After 1400°C vacuum-sintering the compressive strength and flexural strength of cemented carbides is 2060 MPa and 1200 MPa. Slightly less than the traditional cemented carbides with the same composition.

Three groups of GCr15 steel were heat-treated respectively by conventional spheroidizing annealing, circulation spheroidizing annealing, 1050°C for 30min oil cooling quenching + 700°C tempering. The final heat treatment of these GCr15 steel was 840°C oil cooling quenching + 150°C tempering. The microstructure of the heat-treated GCr15 were observed and the mechanism of three spheroidizing treatment were discussed in this paper. The results showed that: There is obvious difference among the three groups carbide of GCr15 for the mechanism of three spheroidizing treatments is different. The GCr15 has 1050°C for 30min oil cooling quenching + 700°C tempering showed the best result of carbide spheroidizing. The microstructure of GCr15 after 840°C oil cooling quenching + 150 °C tempering was tempered martensite and carbide which is fine, round and widely distributed.

A control strategy which is based on the Catalytic Divided Wall Column (CDWC) for hydrolysis of methyl acetate (MeAc) is studied and a feasible control structure is obtained. The manipulated variables and controlled variables are selected and paired. Two kinds of disturbances are employed to test this control configuration and the result shows that a simple PI control scheme with three temperature loops can obtain reasonable control performance and maintains the desired purity of two products and stoichiometric balance between reactants.

In this paper, the design and optimization procedures of a heterogeneous heat integrated azeotropic distillation sequence with side stripper (HIADS-SS) for the purification of isopropanol are investigated. The proposed procedures can detect the optimal values of the design variables and thereby guarantee the minimum energy consumption. The procedures are applied to the study of the separation of azeotropic mixtures using the two distillation sequences. In the HIADS-SS, the top end of the side stripper has both liquid and vapor exchange with the main column, which eliminates a condenser compared with the conventional heterogeneous azeotropic distillation sequence (CHADS). The results show that reductions in energy consumption can be obtained using the HIADS-SS.

Fixed valve trays have the advantages of low pressure drop, high efficiency, anti-fouling, simple structure, low manufacture cost and long runtime and therefore have been widely used abroad. This paper presents a new bilayer fixed valve (BFV) tray which has some improvements on traditional fixed valve trays. The hydrodynamic and mass transfer performance of BFV tray, sieve tray and F1 valve tray was experimentally studied with air-water-oxygen system in a 1.2m column. The results showed that the BFV tray possesses low pressure drop, high capacity, wide operating range and high efficiency.

In this paper, using Matlab to solve Soave-Redlich-Kwong (SRK) EOS, as well as the estimation of pure component properties, plotting of vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) diagram and calculation of chemical equilibrium, is presented. First the SRK EOS is used to predict several pure-component properties, such as liquid and gas molar volumes for isobutane. The vapor-liquid isobaric diagram is then plotted for a binary mixture composed of n-pentane and n-hexane under the pressures of 1.5*10^5 and 7*10^5 Pa respectively. Finally, the extent of ammonia synthesis reaction under high pressure is calculated.

The heat coupled distillation column which applies the principle of internal heat integration between the rectifying section and the stripping section of a distillation column by increasing the temperature of the rectifying section with a compressor attracts extensive attention worldwide for its high thermodynamic efficiency. In this study, the economic features of a heat coupled distillation column (HCDC) are investigated and compared to a conventional column and a commercial column with vapor recompression system (VRC) for the separation of propylene-propane mixture. The economic analysis indicates that HCDC has 10 – 20 % total annual cost (TAC) saving associated with VRC, which appeared to be strongly sensitive to the pressure ratio.

In this paper, a new coke dry quenching (n-CDQ) technology is proposed. The advantages of this technology are energy conservation, pollution reduction, coke quality improvement and the full use of resources. Based on the idea of the n-CDQ technology, process modeling is conducted using the process simulator of Aspen Plus. The impacts of the flow of the coke-cooling coke oven gas and the consumption of the steam on the new CDQ technology are discussed. The results show that the maximum concentration of CO reaches about 16% and the H2 56% when the steam consumption is approximately 0.5 t/t coke and coke oven gas 150-160 Nm3/t coke. The steam produced is more than the consumed, which means that the excess steam can be used for power generation. In this way, the advantages of the n-CDQ technology are fully revealed.

In this paper, a coke dry quenching gasification (CDQG) technology using coke oven gas (COG) and steam to quench the incandescent coke is proposed. The distinct advantages of this technology include energy conservation, pollution reduction, and improvement of coke quality and full use of resources. Based on Gibbs free energy minimization principle, the flow rate and composition of the syngas could be calculated. At the same time, the impact of the flow rate of the COG on the flow rate and composition of the syngas and the exergy efficiency are analyzed. Finally, the flow rate of the COG is prudently chosen to make thermodynamic analysis of the process.

In order to satisfy the revamping of refinery and chemical equipments, a new kind of tray, enhanced jet tray (EJT), was presented. The hydrodynamic and mass transfer performances of EJT and new vertical sieve tray (New VST) were investigated with air-water-oxygen system in a stainless steel column of 1200mm internal diameter. Correlations of hydrodynamic parameters such as pressure drop, weeping and entrainment of EJT were obtained. The experimental results show that EJT has lower pressure drop, fractional weeping, entrainment and higher efficiency compared with New VST because of its special geometry characteristics.

In this paper, an energy-efficient heat coupled distillation column (HCDC) which is industrially viable is constructed for propylene–propane mixture separation and the sensitivity analysis was performed. Some comparative studies are made with conventional distillation column (CC) and a column with a vapor recompression system (VRC). The results show that the thermal efficiency of the HCDC appears to be strongly sensitive to the compression ratio between rectification section and stripping section.
