In order to make on-line monitoring on the temperature of high voltage switch circuit breakerand find outthermal fault in time. This paper puts forward a new method with radio frequency and magnetic saturation power supply technology to make on-line monitoring on the temperature of high voltage switch circuit breaker, it designs the high voltage switch circuit breaker contact temperature online monitoring device. The device mainly includes monolithic temperature collector and data receiver, they transmit data wirelessly, and this makes high temperature monitoring terminal and the data receiving terminal completely electrical isolated. Integrated temperature collector doesn’t need external power supply, it uses small CT saturation technology for continuous power. The experiment shows that the temperature error is ±2°C, it can meet online temperature monitoring requirements of high voltage switch circuit breaker contact.

Water-irruption is the second to gas explosion of major security problems in coal mine. The grouting material is composed of fly ash and montmorillonite separately according to a certain proportion with pure cement material. On the site grouting test and compare the compressive strength of the stones of the body and the size of the diffusion radius, and compare the grouting materials with pure cement materials. Through the comparative and analysis, the reasonable grouting materials are choosen.

A new type of polymer-supported catalyst, [PS-(PBIM)2Cu (II)], was synthesized by loading 2-(2’-pyridyl) benzimidazole on chloromethylated propylene-styrene graft copolymer fiber and subsequent treatment with Cu (OAc)2 in methanol. The prepared catalyst was used in the oxidation of styrene with tert-butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP) as the oxidant. The important reaction conditions, such as the reaction temperature, the ratio of oxidant/styrene, and the recycle times were examined. The experimental results show that the catalyst reveals relatively high catalytic performance with 84% conversion for styrene. The suitable conditions are as follows: n (styrene):n (TBHP)=1:3, the reaction temperature of 80 °C and the reaction time of 8 h. In addition, the catalyst used repeatedly for 3 times can still possess high catalytic activity.

To solve the interference problem during the grinding process of large lead ball nut, a new forming grinding system based on flexible shaft has been designed in this paper. The paper analyzed and compared with three grinding methods including reducing setting angle, deflecting setting angle and adopting flexible shaft grinding system to figure out their influence on possibility, precision and efficiency of grinding. The result shows that the flexible shaft grinding system designed can avoid interference effectively. Additionally, it can also meet the requirement of efficiency and precision when grinding the large lead ball nut.

A multi-objective optimization method was advanced to make the drag and structure mass minimum of horizontal stabilizer based the precondition of meeting flying qualities. After the optimization, the longitudinal stability reduced, the longitudinal control performance increase. This method has referential meaning for the design of horizontal stabilizer for Mini-UVA.

This paper puts forward an improved genetic scheduling algorithm in order to improve the execution efficiency of task scheduling of the heterogeneous multi-core processor system and give full play to its performance. The attribute values and the high value of tasks were introduced to structure the initial population, randomly selected a method with the 50% probability to sort for task of individuals of the population, thus to get high quality initial population and ensured the diversity of the population. The experimental results have shown that the performance of the improved algorithm was better than that of the traditional genetic algorithm and the HEFT algorithm. The execution time of tasks was reduced.

Organosilicon-modified epoxy esters resin was successfully prepared by solution polymerization and the effect of content of silica sol and silane coupling agent (KH560) on the resistance to water, acid, alkali and film dry, the polymerization mechanism, structure were studied, respectively. The results showed that: compared with the properties of resistance to water, acid, alkali and film dry of pure epoxy esters resin, to some extent, those of organosilicon-modified epoxy esters resin had been improved a lot. The properties of resistance to water, acid, alkali and aging increased at first and then changed little with the increase of the content of organosilicon. Especially, the comprehensive performance of composite resin was relatively excellent when the content of silica sol and KH560 was 10%, respectively. Hyaluronic acid is an important polysaccharide of various physiological functions. Nowadays, it is produced mainly through microbial fermentation of Streptococcus zooepidemicus. HA production in more safe and efficient genetic modified GRAS strains is a hot research area. Bacillus subtilis, Lactococcus lactis, Streptococcus thermophiles, Agrobacterium sp. , and some Escherichia coli strains, which were GRAS strains, had been selected for genetic engineering to express hyaluronic acid. Here, we provide a comprehensive review of HA production by these genetic modified GRAS strains.

In this research£¬not only laid a foundation for ecological compensation goals, principles, methods and compensation standards, but also provided an economic reference for building ecological compensation mechanism of coal resource type city.

Its effect under deep water was carried out between different diffuser design parameters based on the hydraulic model test, and Xian ren-dao port sewage marine disposal project was taken as an example. For South port project, jet angle was controlled to be 0 degree, and horizontal angle was controlled to be 0 degree. It not only can ensure that sewage fully diluted mixed, also can avoid the premature convergence and sewage lifting. It is feasible for selecting large angle nozzle under deep water and there are some technical bases have been provided for other sewage marine disposal project.

The contamination of copper to the environment is more and more serious.Nowadays,the sources of copper in the soil due to natural and human activity two kinds of sources, the former is derived from the rock and soil background value, while the latter is derived from the industrial “three wastes”. We can use soil washing for extracting contaminants from the contaminated soil and it is a possible remediation method. Natural organic acids seem to be hopeful environmentally friendly for removing toxic metals from soils. Batch soil-washing experiments were conducted to investigate the behavior of copper desorption from soils by dihydroxysuccinic acid.The experimental results show that the removal of copper with dihydroxysuccinic acid was highly dependented on the initial pH and the concentration of dihydroxysuccinic acid.When the pH was rapidly rising, the removal of copper declined sharply.On the contrary, copper desorption increased adding dihydroxysuccinic acid concentration. More than 80% copper was extracted from soil by 80 mmol L-1dihydroxysuccinic acid.

In this paper, the mechanical properties and permeability of the concrete with steel slag coarse aggregates were investigated by comparing with the concrete with crushed limestone coarse aggregates. Results show that the concrete with steel slag aggregates shows similar strength with the concrete with crushed limestone aggregates at the age of 28 days, but it shows a little higher strength especially splitting tensile strength at the age of 90 days. Steel slag coarse aggregates tend to have limited influence on the elastic modulus and permeability of concrete. The results at different water to cement ratios are similar.

Organosilicon-modified acrylate resin was successfully prepared by solution polymerization and the effect of content of silica sol and silane coupling agent (KH570) on the resistance to water, acid, alkali and aging, the polymerization mechanism, structure were studied,respectively. The results showed that: compared with the properties of resistance to water, acid, alkali and aging of pure acrylate resin, to some extent, those of organosilicon-modified acrylate resin had been improved a lot. The properties of resistance to water, acid, alkali and aging increased at first and then decreased with the increase of the content of organosilicon. Especially, the comprehensive performance of composite resin was relatively excellent when the content of silica sol and KH570 was 5% and 5.1%, respectively.

Cu doped NiCuZn ferrite Ni0.4-xCuxZn0.6Fe2O4(x=0.16~0.28) have been prepared by the solid-molten salt method using NaCl as flux. The structure and properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) techniques. It is found that addition of Cu2+results in the particles size growing up because of the tend of crystal structure to be a normal Zn ferrite.TheMsvalues of NCZF are decrease gradually with increasing of Cu content. Curie temperature (Tc) increases with Cu2+content in the range of x2+ion amount of B-site increasing leads to weaker super-exchange effect.

Comparing the content of telematics services with the traditional vehicles and pure electric vehicles, this paper illustrates the basic application and market of pure electric vehicle driving state data collection terminal.

According to the principle of dynamic quenching a new ON-OFF fluorescent chemosensor for Cu2+ ions was designed, this chemosensor was composed of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS), p-tert-butylthiacalix[4]arene (TCA) and perylene through the form of self-assembly in aqueous solution. Addition of Cu2+ ions could result in a quenching of the fluorescence emission of perylene inside micelles, which is ascribed to intramicellar complex-fluorophore electron-transfer or energy-transfer effects induced by the complexation of TCA with the Cu2+ ions.The results of the experiment indicated that: With the condition of TCA/perylene = 1000/1, SDBS concentration was 50mmol/L and pH value above 7, concentration of Cu2+ ion can be linearly determined according to the fluorescence quenching in a certain range.

When the spray painting robot is in service, the synchronous pulley falls off and the robot touches the ground. Through analyzing the stress condition of the travelling system with the statics method, the paper points out the cause is that the mounting surface of the synchronous pulley is deformed due to system weight. The fault can be avoided by changing the transmission level of the original drive system and increasing the bearing support capacity so that the system weight can directly act on the rack.

By the force analysis of alfalfa grass powder material layer in work area of circular mould pelletizing system, grass pellet briquetting mechanism when alfalfa grass powder pass work area was explained, function relationship between the thickness of material layer and the circular mould angle was established, force balance equation of material layer differentiation unit under the general conditions was deduced, and the total force of material layer applied by circular mould was obtained. Research result has practical meaning for guiding the process test of grass pellet product and optimizing product structure, and has a certain theoretical reference value for in-depth revealing granulating forming mechanism of hoop standard granulator.

Based on comprehensively analyzing the whole structure and its working performance of RT-Flex marine intelligence diesel engine and entirely mastering this kind of engine fuel common rail injection system’s composition, working principle, taking 7RT-Flex60C as simulation object, the mathematical models of this system’s composing part are designed, by using Matlab/Simulink simulation tool, fuel common rail injection system simulation model is set up, then comparing with the simulation data with rack test data, the accuracy and effectiveness of the model are test and verified. The built up model provides a convenient and practical method for design, optimizing and simulation of fuel common rail injection system.

In this paper, the sweet sorghum straw by alkali pretreatment has been fermented to alcohol with synchronized hydrolysis and fermentation technology. According to the quadratic orthogonal rotating of four factors combination experimental design, the test studied the relationship between the nutrient additive amount about (NH4)2SO4, KH2PO4, MgSO4·7H2O, CaCl2 and alcohol yield, meanwhile this fermentation 1conditions were optimized. By analysis, these factors impacted alcohol yield and the mathematical equations has been established about four factors on the yield of alcohol. The results showed that a significant regression equation was obtained. The optimum conditions for alcohol yield are obtained, (NH4)2SO4 0.09 percent, KH2PO4 0.1 percent, MgSO4·7H2O 0.414 percent, CaCl2 0.385 percent, at this time alcohol yield is 13.07 percent (by weight).

In this paper, some commonly used algorithms of PWM inverter were described, and the analysis of the influence of SVPWM algorithm on low-frequency characteristics of inverter was given, then a new PWM algorithm to improve low frequency characteristics of inverter was introduced and simulation and performance analysis of the two algorithms were given.

The wear behavior of different plant abrasive to 45# steel was studied by using an abrasive rubber wheel tester. The worn surface of the frictional samples morphology was observed by using Scanning Electron Microscopy, and the wearing mechanism of different abrasive to 45# steel was analyzed. The results show that: on the experiment conditions, the wear loss from big to small is alfalfa abrasive, corn abrasive and wheat abrasive, and the wear rules of corn abrasive and wheat abrasive are similar, but the wear loss of alfalfa abrasive is much higher than the former two. The wear dominant mechanism of the wheat abrasive to 45# steel is mechanical polishing, the wear dominant mechanism of the corn abrasive to 45# steel is mechanical polishing and adhesive wear, the wear dominant mechanism of the alfalfa abrasive to 45#steel is micro-cutting and adhesive wear.

The microstructure and electrochemical properties of Ce-containing 7072 Al alloy were investigated through transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Tafel polarization analysis. It was found that Ce alloying could result in a formation of finer grains in the simulated brazing alloys. The 7072 Al alloy with 0.15% Ce had desirable distribution of precipitates. The electrochemical testing results indicated that Ce element had a great impact on the corrosion potential of the alloy tested in 0.5% NaCl solution. Alloying with 0.15% Ce element could make the corrosion potential shift to inert direction and reduce the corrosion current density. An excessive Ce addition could weaken its positive effect on the corrosion resistance of the Ce-containing alloy.

Designed a method based on the complexity of multiple nested parts to extract and analyze the information of parts. In order to simplify the algorithm and improve the efficiency of the program, a data structure stored all information of entities was presented. The theory of the region method was introduced in this paper, and a specific algorithm was designed to judge the nested relationship between contours by using this theory and entities information. Finally, the computational result can be used to determine the contour cutting order.

Song Shan forest park, one of the most valuable forest park in China, possesses a particular natural resource. It causes more and more attention of tourists now. Natural resources and the humanities environment should be fully utilized in its exploitation, for maintaining long-term stability of the forest park. In this paper sustainable development was used as the target, ecology principle was taken as the standard. By calculating three contents of environmental capacity for tourism, forest resources value and ecological footprint in the forest park, the ecological function of Song Shan forest park was analyzed systematically. Based on the problem existed currently, some suggestions and measures have been given to its sustainable development.

The risk assessment incorporate the severity as well as the possibility of event, however synthetic severity index weight coefficient is setting up subjectively in existing catastrophic event risk assessment. To overcome the uncertainty of the weight setting in conventional synthetic risk assessment, this paper introduces the entropy method to determine the weight objectively. Based on the existing severity measure matrix, the weight coefficient of severity indicator is generated by the entropy weight method combined with fuzzy membership function, furthermore proposing a catastrophic event assessment mathematical model and method based on uncertainty. The simulation of the local power grid proved that the proposed method is with correctness and objectivity, provided with engineering value.

Most present methods of determining optimal fitting spherical surface for rotationally symmetrical aspheric optics are either unsuitable for off-axis optics or unable to guarantee “the condition of positive removal” (distances from points on desired concave aspheric surface to the center of fitting sphere are all longer than radius of sphere while distances from points on desired convex aspheric surface to the center of fitting sphere are all shorter than radius of sphere). To surmount the two problems, this paper proposes three methods of determining starting spherical surface in finishing/polishing aspheric optics: method of using the function of “lsqlin” provided in Matlab, the modified method of least squares and the method of exhaustive search of tangent spheres. An example is presented to validate the three methods and to demonstrate all of them gain some advantages over conventional one by comparing attributes (normal deviation distribution, maximum normal deviation, volume of material to be removed, rms of normal deviation distribution, etc.) of their optimal fitting spheres against those of sphere obtained by utilizing conventional method.

In this study, the wear behavior of 9SiCr steel under different treatment with plant abrasive was evaluated by using an abrasive rubber wheel tester. The samples’ microstructures were analyzed by a metallurgical microscope, the samples’ worn surface morphology was observed by using SEM.The results show that: With the increasing of hardness of sample, Its wear resistance is greatly improved. Hardness of laser quenching sample is the highest, wear resistance of it is the best, the second is sub temperature sample. The wear rates and the wear coefficients are proportional to the sliding distance. The Laser quenching samplel display a consistent behaviour with a very low wear rate and a small increase of the wear damage is observed during the abrasive wear tests. The worn surfaces of the three kind samples are characterized by the micro-cutting wear, and no treatment sample is accompanied by fatigue wear mechanism.

In order to explore the effects of bacteriocin treatment on storage and quality of postharvest strawberry fruit, the inhibitory effects of a bacteriocin, produced by Lactobacillus plantarum, against rhizopus on infected strawberry fruits, was evaluated. Meanwhile, corruption rate, total soluble solids (TSS), total titratable acidity (TA) and vitamin C content were analyzed comparing between bacteriocin LF-1 and nisin treatment. The results show that the bacteriocin LF-1 has a significant inhibitory effect against spore germination of rhizopus. The average spore germinations of rhizopus was only 15.5% when treating with bacteriocin LF-1 at volume percentage of 20%. Freshly harvested strawberries were placed in room temperature and aspersed with bacteriocin LF-1 and nisin for 6 days. In particular, corruption rate, TSS, TA and vitamin C content were respectively 40%, 4.0mg/100g, 60.3% and 63.0mg/100g with bacteriocin LF-1 treating. These data suggest that bacteriocin LF-1 significantly reduced fruit decay and maintained overall quality, thereby extended the shelf-life of the strawberries.

The method was based on the principle of two kinds of processing methods, and the processing feature of stainless steel material. Firstly, the ultra-precision turning was employed to shape aspheric surface rapidly and obtain a relatively good surface. And then, the inclined-axis type of magnetorheological polishing as the final finishing was used to decrease sub-surface damage to obtain better precision. Several of experiments were carried out, the experimental results show that surface roughness can be achieved for Ra 0.0073μm.

This paper introduces arithmetic to calculate correlation of two long sequences by using fast correlation method, and the design method of the FFT coefficient table using DSPLIB library function. Using this method, the author accomplished the linear correlation operation of two 1024-dot real sequences on the platform of TMS320C54x DSP. Compared with direct correlation, this method is easier, rapider and more practical

The paper contributes to the field of ship design by investigating the applicability of formal strategies to the optimization of a ship’s hydrodynamic performance. A study on the geometric modeling, hydrodynamic analysis, design evaluation and shape variation of a DTMB5415 is presented. Optimization Algorithm is utilized to explore the design space and to improve the hull shape. The hydrodynamic design process is implemented: An advanced parametric modeling kernel is applied for efficient form generation and variation. The hydrodynamic performance is analyzed by state-of-the-art Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) codes for calm water resistance. A commercial optimization system is used to integrate the various CAD and CFD tools and to carry out the optimization.

As a new lighting technology, light guide lighting technology has been paid more attention and applied in the indoor lighting widely. However, it is rarely applied to tunnel lighting recently. This paper analyzes the characteristics of light guide lighting system and tunnel lighting, and discusses the feasibility of application of light guide lighting technology in tunnel lighting. Finally, it proposes some light guide lighting technologies suitable for tunnel lighting, and provides the ideas and references to application and promotion of light guide lighting technology in tunnel lighting in the future.

A ship general design platform is established in order to satisfy the requirement integrating design, analysis and optimization in ship design process. A design-analysis unified connected model is developed based on digital ship idea and a ship general design platform frame system is formed based on the template technology. In the preliminary application process, a design tool database and an applicative template database are established. That the reliability proves to be good is significant for promoting traditional design method and improving design efficiency.

This paper presents an experimental study to know the seismic behaviour of the reinforced gangue concrete (RGC) columns. Four specimens of the RGC columns under cycle loadings were tested. The failure models, hysteretic performance, degradation rules of strength and stiffness, ductility and energy dissipation capacity are described and evaluated. It was concluded that the strength and stiffness of the RGC columns were improved with the increasing of steel ratio, column cross-section dimension and concrete strength. The tested RGC columns exhibit excellent seismic performance. The RGC columns have excellent ductility and can satisfy the request of the structural seismic design, thus they can be effectively used in RC structures.

The synthetic risk assessment method incorporating the severity and the possibility is used to identify the catastrophic event sequences in power system. The weight setting of each severity index is determined by the proposed entropy weight method. Comparing with traditional methods, the entropy weight method can determine the weight coefficients objectively. The simulation results for the WSCC-9 buses system have proved the validity of the proposed method. This method can be used in the practice power system.

The strict requirements on both performance and flexibility lead us to apply Dynamic Partial Reconfiguration (DPR) technology in embedded systems. However, existing DPR design flows are still immature, since previous works mainly focus on hardware designs while ignore software designs for DPR. To remedy this weakness, this paper proposes a hardware/software (HW/SW) co-design flow for DPR. The co-design flow aims at accelerating the process of DPR designs, and it merges software and hardware design flows to make them operate in parallel. Besides, in order to validate the effectiveness of our co-design flow, we implement a partial self-reconfigurable prototype system on Xilinx Virtex-5 platform and perform a set of experiments. Experimental results present that the reconfiguration overhead for partial reconfiguration is only 4.66% against global reconfiguration in our prototype. It’s also presented that our prototype can achieve a 23.6 × speedup over software algorithm solutions.

This paper presents the results of an experimental program for a novel composite beam of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) truss with diagonal web members. This paper investigated the static performance and failure modes of the composite beam. Load-deformation relationships and deflection regulation of the test beam were obtained and its performance was evaluated in terms of its stiffness and bearing capacity. The strain distribution within critical components was also analyzed. The experimental results showed that the composite beam of CFST truss with diagonal web members has high strength and ductility performance. It markedly improves the stiffness and strength of the composite beam of CFST truss with straight web members

Collagen/cellulose films were made by the blend solutions of collagen, cellulose in this paper. To begin with, collagen and cellulose was dissolved in 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([Amim]Cl）. The structure of the blend films was characterized by FTIR and XRD. The effects of weight ratio between the two polymers on light transmittance, tensile strength, elongation at break and water absorption of the film were studied. The results showed that there were strong interactions and good compatibility between collagen and cellulose in the film and the polymers have strongest interactions at the mixing ratio of 5:5. The blend films possess better properties such as mechanical and water absorption properties than those made of single polymer.

Microseismic monitoring technology is the important method for safety monitoring of coal mine. The Xinzhuangzi coal mine is high gas and outburst mine, in order to ensure safety in process of mining and tunneling, the microseismic monitoring system is built. Waveform analysis database of microseismic information and interference signal is built, the results of microseismic monitoring is preliminary analyzed. The results showed that microseismic monitoring system is stable and reliable, and the results are accurate. Microseismic monitoring technology provides a new monitoring tool and method for coal mining.
